I have installed jaquqr fittings in 6 toilets of my house completed by the end of 2011. Lever of one of the diverter, which is rarely used, was never peferctely tightened despite the efforts of plumber again and again. After some time the concealed cistern, which was rarely used, was also leaking. I called on toll free no for the repairs required and service / cleaning of all the fittings. Authorised representative of jaquar visited, who cleaned the cistern, tightened the lever and assured for servicing for some time later, but he never turned up. The lever of diverter dropped again.
Again on 10th of nov 2017 i called on toll free no for following -
1. Repair / replacement of lever of the diverter.
2. Repair of the concealed cisterns.
3. Service of all the fittings.
So far, no one has visited. During this time one of the faucet's flexible pipe is also damaged.
Kindly look into the matter and rectify otherwise there is no meaning of warranty and service.
