Hi,

I placed an order (#431117) for mobile phone battery on 13th May and received it on 28th May even though it was a priority shipment.

Immediately after the delivery guy handed over the shipment, I opened and found that it was the wrong product. Very next moment I tried their contact number but was unable to Reach, hence I sent a email explaining the situation along with the photo of the product that I received.

On 30th May they replied...

Dear Customer,
We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Don’t worry your money is in safe place. Please send us some images or a video of that product which you have received and clearly shows that the Battery is not fitting or not working on your phone. Then we take further necessary action.
Thanks.

I then immediately sent them the comparison photo of my old battery with the one they sent and also a photo showing that it was not fitting on my mobile.

Since then I have not heard a single time from them, I've been sending repeated follow up email (almost daily) however still there is no response from their side.
Placed an order for urgency and It's almost gone be a month now.

My money is gone and also their product is of no use to me.

Kindly help in getting this issue resolved asap.

It's been 3 days since I wrote this complaint and still have NOT received any response.

I want a new product / my Money immediately.
I had the same experience. Instead of sending Micromax Battery, they sent Syska earphones. I never asked them for earphones. If I would need to buy earphones, I will order for earphones and not battery. They are not ready for refund. Why would I agree for cheap and useless, poor quality earphones (worth Rs. 150), that too after waiting for 15 days for your Express Delivery, when all I wanted was the mobile battery (for which I paid Rs. 388). This is sheer shamelessness on your part to lie so bluntly. You might wanna argue that the earphones cost Rs. 1, 499. But it is priced at this value only at your website. Rest everywhere on Internet it can be availed for Rs. 150-200. As per me, this is nothing but an example of extortion, fraudulence, gundagardii, coercion. Who are you to force me in to buying something from your website? All you were supposed to do was to convey your apology for inability to process my order and to refund my money. But you sent some other product of your choice, instead of considering mine.

    Hi Sir,

    I want refund for my order which i had placed. Please refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will file a case in the court against negligence caused.
    The product is not yet received. Jaxxtakart is fooling customers for the product but the delivery of the product is lacking. Hence initiate me a refund as soon as possible before filing a case in the court.

    I had placed my order on 2 nd June. Its almost 20 days.
    My order placed 13 june but still status show not shiped. I tried to call custmer service he always 24/7 busy. I mailing atleast 100 times but no answer. So i think it is a fraud company. If posible refund me. My order no is 440351.

      I had my first order in your website for lg g4 mobile battery and i received a fake one after long delay of delivery which dissappointed me and thinking not to order anymore from your website. Why you are sending fake products to customer if you cannot provide original one why you are keeping in lessprice to make belive by people to purchase its better to beg from someone instead of cheating. I don't want to be cheated i need my money back or i will raise a consumer complaint

        I have booked anorder on 24.04.2019 for celkom mobile battery and i got it on 16.05.2019. I received the fake battery and also size of the battery is bigger than to mobile slot. This is the fake battery. My order id. Is 425088. Ihave already registered complaint for that many time but till i'm not get any resolution
        Please look that matter and provide me replacement or refund the amount in my account as soon as possible.

        I had ordered a Samsung galaxy on5 battery ID-430982 on 13 May 19. On line checked that item returned to Siliguri Kolkata from Lucknow transit. They simply told me that no service available to my address.
        Kindly cancel my order and refund my money pls. Thanks

          I ordered micromax battery on 25.5.2019 prepaid...but till now the product is not shipping... My order id is 434946...In their page its written shipping within 3 day...then i select express shipping which take more less time for shipping...and cost me some money
          ...This is not a good first experience for jaxtakart

            I have order Case of Honor 4x for Rs113 Payment done by Paypal on 3 may 2019. and i m checking all day Tracking Code In that they are showing Only "Order confirmed but not dispatch till now.
            My Order id is 428262.
            Today 10 May 2019 i have called customer care they are saying me that the product is not availabe right now. they have good offer they have some kind of earphone of Rs299 they will give me in Rs113. I have said that i dont want the earphone give me my money return. Then they are said me they will give me refund after 15days.
            My question is that only if the product is not avaliable they u have to give refund quickly why the company is taking too much time.
            And one more thing the Company site is making fool i have triend Tracking site of Company. fake site i have check my traking code they are showing me order confirm waiting for dispatch and i have check with rong number they are giving same details to all wrong number

              All of them are bloody ### they just live for money. I Ordered a tempered glass. It was taking long to dispatch so I mailed them to cancel the order and ordered it once again. They didn't cancelled ot saying sorry we will ship soon. And they took 1 month to ship the product and I still didn't got the product. Bloody lossers took rs1200 for both screen gaurd and yet didn't provided even one. Order no - 423809 & 421939.

                I have ordered a redmi 3s prime battery through jaxtakart on 1 may 2019 . My order ID is 427507 . I even paid rs 29 for express delivery in a hope to get it delivered asap but my order is still not shipped. I emailed to the customer care several times still no response came . There phone no. is always busy. Can’t reach them through any medium. There no option to cancel the order. This shopping website is absolutely fake and scam . Kindly help me to refund my money .

                Received my order after 15-16 days of ordering ( though I paid extra for express delivery ) . Still glad I received it at least .
                I have ordered Samsung TAB P3100 bettry on on 03/05/2019. My Order ID: is #428193 . The item was showing ready available in stock while placing order. But It's more then ten days status shows it's not yet dispatched. Is it a genuine site?

                  I write the mail to customer care ([protected]@jaxtakart.com) on 23.04.19 and requested to dispatch my order immediate or cancel my order because there is no option to cancel the order in jaxtakart online shoping site. I did not receive any response from the company. I want my order or refund.

                    I had ordered a micromax canvas 4 a210 battery from jaxtacart. Order # 413275. The picture displayed on site was of the original battery. What i received was a duplicate that did not even work once. I had paid 399 for the product. Just after ordering i saw so many complaints against the company and products - but too late. Readers / customers please caution yourself - jaxtakart sells duplicate and non working items while displaying original on the site and is defrauding unsuspecting customers. They have not refunded money to anyone only offering to exchange with other duplicate stuff.
                    I ordered u19 battery received same battery but ports is given another side
                    Had ordered online from Jaxtacart on 16th april 2019, Mobile battery for Spice Mi 518 model. the battery which was sent is too small and does not match specification and is not in sealed pack.
                    despite onsite request for return was made moments after getting the courier on 23rd apr 2019, and subsequently every day, not been contacted.

                          That the order for swipe elite note battery model: high quality was made online thru app and payment was also done on 27 feb 2019.
                          - that the order reciept created online is attached for your reference and records.
                          - that the order was handed over to courier by jaxtakart on 11 march, 2019 after i have made repeated calls. Most of the time your phone is busy. Dispatch details and time is attached for your reference and records
                          - that the courier was received on 19 march 2019. Picture of what was received is attached for your reference and records.
                          - product which i received is headphones and what i have ordered is battery.

                          After sending email about the same, below is the reply received from jaxtakart) -
                          Dear customer,

                          As per our telephonic conversation you have confirmed bose brand headphone on 09/03/2019.

                          For which i have replied based on the facts : -
                          Dear sir,

                          There is no discussion we had for accepting the headphone in place of battery. We are not at all interested for the product which you have sent. Our requirement is very specific - battery for swipe elite note which was ordered on your app.

                          If you don't have the same, kindly refund the amount which i have paid and take your product back as the same is of no use to me. If i have any requirement of headphone i will specifically ask and order the same only.

                          Request you to kindly send me any of the communication in writing only.

                          Jaxtakart is adamant in replying same thing only repeatedly : -

                            Order no 412990, dated 18.03 2019 from Jaxatakart.Com amounting 418 (389+express delivery charge 29) not delivered till now.Despite paying express delivery charge of 29 .Customer care guy not sure when will it b dispatch and when asked for refunding amount they denied and not refunding money also.Horrific and frustrating.
                            They are saying we will dispatch it soon.I don't know that for what reason they charged Rs 29 as express delivery when they can't delivery in 10 days time also.

                              I order a premium lava pixel v1 battery.
                              From last 10 days i am seeing the same message on "track order page"that my product has not been shipped. There is no update.
                              They promise to ship the product within 3 business day and deliver it within 7days for express delivery. But its not so.
                              I have already sent 4 mails to them on their email [protected]@jaxtakart.com but i got no reply from the jaxtakart team. I tried calling but they dont pickup the phone and switch it off later onn
                              Once they picked up the call and for 45 secs i kept on saying hello hello and there was no respinse from other side after that they didn't pick up the phone.

                              The biggest fraud they do is.. They dont have the product in the stock and still show it available on their website and take order on it.. And later they dont deliver the product.
                              Never use this site.

                                I ordered a krabon k9 eco battery. Due to unavailability, they dispatched different product which i denied and asked for a full refund. After so many emails and talk over a phone and pursuance of this matter, i was told that my refund will be initiated asap. I have not received my refund even after 3 months and i have been promised by thier staff sangeet and sarfraz that i will receive refund soon.

                                  This is to inform you that i have ordered a replacement battery for swipe ellite 4g, order id - 409995. I have received the order on 14/03/2019, after receiving the product i found that it doesn't fit with the phone. And, it is large in size compared to the original one. So, i want to return this product and i want refund my money back to the "original mode of payment". I tried to call immediately to the customer care on 14/03/1994, but call cannot be completed. I tried on 15/03/2019 & 16/03/2019 between the time interval 11 am to 5 pm, more and more but unexpectedly call cannot be completed. So, i finally contacted via email, please respond to me asap and fulfill my request.

                                      I ordered a microsoft lumia 535 battery model: bl-l4a on 04-march-2019. They said order is confirmed and messaged me about order confirmation. Now 13 days over. Till now i didn't get any confirmation message about shipping. I tried contact them through email provided, but no response. I already payed through debit card. There is no option to cancel the order. Please send my product, otherwise give my money back.

                                      Till toady (23/03/2019), there is no update regarding the order. Shipping not yet initiated. There is no option to cancel the order.

                                        I ordered a battery from jaxtakart and the battery is charging very slowly and it takes more than 30 hours to charge and when the battery reaches 35% then it automatically came to be 0%.
                                        I complaint to the jaxtakart then they told me to mail me the screenshot of battery graph and i sent the mail then also i didn't get any response and i paid rs359 for the battery.
                                        Please help me to come out from this problem.
