    I have not received micromax canvas 5lite. Q462 battery not received.
    Kindly request to replace and send correct product i need model acbir20m03.
    Kindly request to do the needful at the earliest.
    Order was placed on 2nd dec 2018. And product received after 18 days which was wrong product which is not suitable for q462. If possible redesigning replace the product or else refund the amount. Am not able to use this battery. Kindly revert at the earliest.

      With reference to the above subject, i have ordered a product worth rs.338/- dated 12.12.2018 bearing order no.383972 n status was order confirmed, but so far product was not delivered hence i requested for refund but no response from the concerned service provider.         I have ordered a moto e3 power flip cover in jactakart on 9th dec 2018.
        Till toady (17th dec), there is no update regarding the order. Shipping not at inititaed. Atleast there is no option to cancel the order. I have raised requiest for a call back as well there is call from the jactakart.
        I have been trying to contact the provided mobile number, it is always giving busy tone.

        As they don't have the stock they replaced the item with a worst quality earphones. We don't even have an option to choose from a list of items. they have come up with with a selected item which we need to accept at any cost, because we don't know if we reject it, whether we will get our money back or even a call back. Thanks to forum, at least you made them contact me.

        The product status is still showing as confirmed from one week. I am trying to contact support from last 3 days. It is always busy.

        Kindly process my order and deliver the battery.

        If i do not get my battery, i will go to consumer court.

          I have compliant already thro mail since jaxtakart didnot respond back. As they promissed to contact me. It almost 3 days completed already i have received karbonn mobile battery instead of intex aqua 5.5 vr battery model no br28019ur order id 381029 date 01/12/2018. I have no other option to rectify pls consider as a serious issue to resolve this. Thanking you

            I placed the order on 24 nov-18 they commited the delivery product on 8 dec-18 today 12 dec -18 till now i am not getting the delivery status for ordered product i posted mail regaring this issue from last three days they replyed me like as below

              Dear honorable chief minister mamta ji

              This company jaxtakart is located in jalpaiguri, has delivered a wrong battery to my home address which i have ordered for my parent's phone and when i asked for replacement they are telling me a different story.
              They are cheating many customers like me.
              I have ordered 2000 mah and they given 1500 mah. Now they are neither providing replacement nor refunding my money.

              Thousands of complaints are against this company. Today i have seen on various websites. Kindly help -!!

I am very pissed off with this site. As 1 month before i had bought a battery with online payment option. I thought it would be deliver in a week. But it is not yet deliever.                     Please give tracking details of order vide order id #381673 booked on 4.12.18 by paying online rs 404.

                    The order was for a battery of mobile phone samsung w259.

                    About 1 week has passed but item is not received.

                    Immediately deliver the item or refund the paid money.

                    Otherwise i have to lodge a complaint at cyber police station, since i myself is a cop of kolkata police.

                      I have placed an order (#380270) on 29.11.18 by using my credit card. But till now i haven't received the product. Tracking details shows :
                      The materiall not yet shipped. But thier website claims they generally ships the products with 24-48 hours. I tried to reach their support through phone. But their support phone line is continuously getting busy and couldnt get connected.

                      Either they should refund or they should deliver my product at my doorstep at the earliest.

                        I have placed order from jaxtacart site of my panasonic eluga i2 battery on 28th nov and it has not yet dispatched. Already 4 days have passed and niether there is any detail of tracking the order till now. I have mailed them but they haven't responded till now. I want to register my complaint against this fraud site and take possible action against them so that it will never happen again with any one.
                        I order lenovo A6010 battery for mobile. but i received other than i have ordered and also it is not in working condition. My order no. is 374598. so request to refund my amount. also helpline no. is not active.

                              1st written complaint regarding order id no. 377301 and order id no. # 377370 on 24.11.2018 thought website and customer care. I receive a mail and his suggested me to take photo or video of the both mobile batteries and send to jaxtakart customer care. He assured me for full cooperation and your both batteries will be replaced or refund the money, in this regard you receive a reply mail or call within 24 hours.

                              I am not receive any call or mail, so that i have made 2nd written complaint –on 26.11.2018 provides photo and video to jaxtakart as per customer care executive suggestions.

                              3rd complaint as 1st reminder – i still not receive any response from jaxtakart, so that made reminder on 27.11.2018 for above mentioned both order id but till time not any reply received.

                              4th complaint as 2nd reminder today (28.11.2018) - i still not receive any response from jaxtakart, request to please respond my complaint and redress my problems of both order.

                              Original complaint

                              Sir,
                              I had ordered two mobile batteries (First for micromax model no. E-455 and second for swite elite plus) on[protected] through in your jaxtakart website whose details are given below.

                              1. Order id no. 377301 which is received on[protected]For micromax e-455)
                              Major problems – the received battery is pressed / pitched in front side. Secondly, the battery is draining very quickly (Approximately 1 percent per minute), which is significantly light weight and weak power backup from the original battery. I have attached 4 photos and 2 videos to describe the problems.

                              2. Order id no. # 377370 which received on[protected]For swite elite plus)
                              Major problems – the received battery size (6. 5 cm x 5.5 cm) which is smaller than the original battery size (7.5 cm x 5.5 cm). Due to received battery cannot fit into the swite elite plus handset or neither inserted, so that its capacity and capability can’t be assessed. Also received battery not be in 3050mah capacity. (2 photos attached.)

                              Both of the above batteries are not compatible as per the placed order through your website and neither useful for my mobile handset.in this context, i had contacted to your customer care in 24.11.2018, customer care executive said that you take snapshot/photo or video of the both mobile batteries and email to jaxtakart customer care, his assured me for full cooperation and either both batteries will be replaced or the money will be returned.

                              Therefore, you are requested to replace the above mentioned batteries from correct battery, or return the entire money by taking both the batteries back.

                                Also same information provided to you on the same day through e. Mail but no respond from your side.
                                No response from your side for your mistake.
                                Replace my order, otherwise refund my payment
                                Your phone going continue busy how a customer contact you? At least give response to a mail and take action against it.

                                    I have ordered for an intex battery (Model # : br28019ur) for my intex aqua 5.5 vr mobile vide order id: #373144, dated: 08/11/2018

                                    But i have received karbonn make battery on nov 20, 2018 and that too is in damaged condition. It seems to be refurbished / used one.

                                    They have cheated. I have give a mail to them in this id : [protected]@jaxtakart.com. But there is no response for the same.

                                    I dont want this product and hence i need my money back and returning this battery.

                                        I have placed order on 4th november, 2018 and received on 21st november, 2018. After long time i got the product and inappropriate product.
                                        I want to return the product and want to get amount refund. They are not responding to mails and calls.
                                        They are not giving value customer's money and words.
                                        They did not receive good from customers yet.
                                        It's better to wind up the organisation. They never accept the calls in customer support team.
                                        If we contact through mails, they will revert after 48 hours. They are always like snail. To generate order id, dispatch the product and resolve or respond to customers also they too much time.

                                        They are unable to resolve customer queries too.
                                        If they are continuing doing like this after got negative reviews. How can we encourage startups.
                                        One of the waste organisation in one single word.
                                        I have ordered intex cloud 4G smart battery on October 3 2018, I have received battery on 15 November.But battery is not working I received dummy battery which is not working in phone.So please replace my battery or refund my money
