I have booked an order for Microsoft lumia 640 XL mobile battery and i got it on 19/11/2018. I received the fake battery and also size of the battery is smaller than to faulty battery and it's not working. This is the fake battery. My order no. Is 369020. I have already registered complaint for that many time but till i'm not get any resolution
Please look that matter and provide me replacement or refund the amount in my account asap.

I have ordered a sansui horizon1 battery on[protected].My order id is 373317. I paid 594 for it. Six days passed but my item has not been shipped yet. I want my item delivered. Otherwise I want my money back to my account. Please tell me how many days company will take to dispatch my item.

I'm orderd mobile battery in jaxtakart they delivered after one month, but time nd money waste, it's duplicate battery geeting low fastly, till now jaxtakart I'll not rply my mails, I want my money, I don't want this product

How fraud it is!? Delay to get order ID and giving wrong Tracking ID. You started the organisation to make customers fools. Didn't you? How shame it is? After so many complaints regarding products and services, you are not at all improving level of service. We will lodge complaint consumer court. I have to get proper consignment number as well as ontime delivery of my product. Else refund my bucks in 48hours.

While tracking, the status is mentioned as "your order is not yet shipped. You can track it after 24-48 hrs from the time you placed your order" and after lengthy waiting nobody is attending the consumer care no.

I ordered (Order id-366025) mobile battery of Gionee P7 max on jaxtakart.com but battery delivered by jaxtakart does not work in my mobile. This is fake / duplicate battery delivered by jaxtakart.com.I emailed them but they didn't reply and their phone isn't working.I want to return it and want my refund.

I purchased a xiaomi bm31 batteryfor mi3 mobile phone through credit card on[protected]. Though the site assures the delivery within 3 business days. Despite the lapse of 11 days the battery has not been delivered. Unfortunately, neither getting contact with customer care as it only comes busy nor any update about the item. Want to proceed for legal action for deception and fraud, if battery not delivered.

This is look like a fraud company.
We ordered macromax battery
We received dummy battery after 8 weeks of wait.
There are only one personal number to contact which never pick the phone.
Hence we are unable to raised our concerned. They already take our money which i really feel will never get return

This company is really fraud, they are showing different product and giving different product in simple words duplicate products they are proving to customer, i ordered a battery of company gionee model name s plus, on 22 sept, and they delivered that product on 05 october without any tracking and details provide. but the battery is duplicate, and i thaught my phone is damage but when i met to care they said your battery is duplicate then i call to the company for complaing they said i its not our fault its your fault. thankyou for calling. belive me he talk me very badly way. and i tried to tract in that period but they cant recieve my call and after the delivery
when i tried to replace that they recived and said this.and one more thing is that when the battery is delivered they donot call me only one courier boy came to my house and gave that. after the delivery i thaught i reolace it or return it but there is no option for that . so i humble request to please take action as soon as possible.

I had the same experience. Instead of sending Micromax Battery, they sent Syska earphones. I never asked them for earphones. If I would need to buy earphones, I will order for earphones and not battery. They are not ready for refund. Why would I agree for cheap and useless, poor quality earphones (worth Rs. 150), that too after waiting for 15 days for your Express Delivery, when all I wanted was the mobile battery (for which I paid Rs. 388). This is sheer shamelessness on your part to lie so bluntly. You might wanna argue that the earphones cost Rs. 1, 499. But it is priced at this value only at your website. Rest everywhere on Internet it can be availed for Rs. 150-200. As per me, this is nothing but an example of extortion, fraudulence, gundagardii, coercion. Who are you to force me in to buying something from your website? All you were supposed to do was to convey your apology for inability to process my order and to refund my money. But you sent some other product of your choice, instead of considering mine.

Earphones ordered online on 13th october 2018 and not yet received the order status as to when will i receive my order.

Later when i checked a website of public reviews mentioned about this online shopping app, i have come to know that it is a fake one or a fraud, so can anyone who have ordered products on this particular app could let know as to what happened to their order or have they received it. And if not if they have got their money refunded back, cause i have already paid the amount and now iam a bit worried as to if the product ordered will reach me or not.

I had placed the order of a mobile battery and a mobile charging cable on 5th oct 2018 and received a msg about the same, containing the order id. Now whenever, i try to track the order, it says "your order has not been shipped yet, plz track the order after 24-48 hrs of placing the order". Its been 8 days now. Whenever i try to call them, the line is always always busy. I have already made the payment for the products.
