I had ordered a fan from Flipkart which was delivered on 12th May and the date given by Flipkart for installation was 14th May but till now didn't get any response from Jeeves, they aren't even picking up the call such a pathetic company with pathetic services, I need a refund on my installation amount as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    I bought 42 inches Kodak TV from Flipkart and your technician came for installation on 14.05.2023. He told to buy 3 years complete protection plan for the TV. I paid the amount on 14.05 but no details recieved so far from Jeeves. When and where do I get the details? If I want to claim for sny damage or something to my TV then how to claim without details?

        Date of Incident - 27th April 2022
        Product - Nokia LED TV 55"
        Incident - Accidental Damage - The TV is covered under Accidental damage policy and the claim was raised on 27th April 2023 with complain ID - CPJV[protected]/CLCPM[protected] there was no revert post calling again they raised another complain stating the earlier complain was closed by mistake without any action. The new complain raised was CLCPJ[protected] on 3rd May, the engineer after 3 days and stated the TV cannot be repaired and refund or replacement would be issued, Got a call from Jeeves stating that refund would be issued and the TV would be picked up as per process. Have been struggling since than, the TV is already been picked up but the same is not been updated in the system due to which the refund cannot be done as stated by the Customer support team. Please help with solution to have this closed.

            I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent installation of a Marq air conditioning unit at my hotel by your technician. I am dissatisfied with the additional copper wire that was installed, as well as the demand for extra payment in order to complete the installation.

            On [11/05/2023], I contacted your company to schedule the installation of a Marq AC unit at my hotel. During the initial discussion, I clearly informed the customer service representative that the distance between the outdoor unit and the indoor unit was minimal and did not require any extra materials. It was agreed upon that the installation could be carried out efficiently without the need for any additional components.

            However, when the technician arrived on 11/05/2023, he insisted on installing extra copper wire for the AC unit. Despite my objections and insistence that it was unnecessary, he refused to proceed with the installation unless I agreed to pay an additional amount for the copper wire. This demand for extra payment caught me off guard and left me feeling coerced and taken advantage of.

            I would like to bring to your attention that the installation process could have been completed without the use of the extra copper wire, as initially discussed. It is extremely disheartening to see such practices being carried out by your technician, as it undermines the trust and confidence I had in your company's services.

            As a customer, I expect transparency, fair treatment, and adherence to the agreed-upon terms and conditions. I firmly believe that your technician's insistence on the unnecessary extra copper wire and additional payment was unjustified and constitutes a breach of our agreement.

              We have brought the extended warranty for IFB machine on Flipkart.
              Machine was ordered on Flipkart along with warranty. Machine is not working now and they are just taking the complaints but not working on it. Just says that their technician will visit but can not see any action. Policy No: JPPOFFK471192

                I mailed Jeeves regarding cancellation of LG air conditioner extended warranty on the 19th April and also shared my bank account --- my Policy ID is EW[protected] and received a mail from Jeeves
                "Please be assured that the refund of Rs 2660 as part of the cancellation of Extended Warranty Plan for LG AIR CONDITIONER has been initiated and it will be credited to your account within 8 business days. We will also share the UTR number for your reference within the next 8 business days.

                It has been 13 days I have not received my refund .. I called many times to the customer care of Jeeves but they also making me fool regarding my refund by saying that you will get your refund in 48 hours

                  I had purchased the ac through Flipkart and installation should be done on 25th April 23 but still installation not done yet. I spoke multiple times with Flipkart customer care and every time they said sir you have to wait for till today 7pm and next day I called again they said you have to wait till 7pm. Again i called another day and they only just increasing date for resolution. After 8 days of delivery no one responding or resolve this. Today i requested Flipkart if you can't install then shall I get installation from authorised brand technician, then they said that I can not claim the warranty in that case if any part is broken during delivery. It's a complete harrasment. Even I didn't go to office on 25th bcz they said that it's a installation date and my office is far away from my home. Please look into this matter and provide any resolution. It's really a harrasment. Return period is over today and I'm still waiting for installation of AC.

                    Our household made an investment in a washing machine that came with a comprehensive protection plan, covering all potential issues for a period of 3 years. After utilizing the machine for a total of 2 and a half years, it began to malfunction and required repair. Despite reporting the issue and following up on multiple occasions, we have not yet to receive any service to address the problem.

                    The terms of the protection plan indicate that if a complaint goes unresolved for more than 30 days, a full refund is due. We have diligently pursued the refund for the past few weeks, but unfortunately, we have not received any response. We are disappointed and frustrated with the lack of attention given to our situation and the failure to honor the agreement we made at the time of purchase.

                      I purchased marqtv last year March 2022 and due to display problem I have returned and refund was made to me. Enclosing screenshot. I also purchased completed protection for rs 899. Policy I'd is CPJVML[protected]. I called the Jeeves customer care and cancelled my policy I'd on March 6 th. After that they r telling will refund amount but till date no response from their side. I send around 100 emails but no response from them. Now am discussing with my lawyer for filing case in consumer forum before that I want to try lastly so came jete

                          Dear sir/Madam This is regarding my (Case ID: FLRT-E3DWY6-9MAOJJ-TT9995-BP8QHNU) regarding Thomson LED TV purchased through flipkart along with extended warranty for 3 years no. CPFK[protected]. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have encountered with my three-year extended warranty on my Thomson LED TV. I purchased this warranty from flipkart.com along with my Thomson LED to protect my investment and ensure that I have access to prompt and efficient repairs in case of any issues with my TV. Recently, I noticed many black spots on the screen of my TV which are increasing every day, and I immediately contacted flipkart.com to avail of the warranty service. The representative informed me that a technician would visit my home to assess the problem, and I was glad to hear that your company had partnered with a reputable service provider to handle warranty claims. When the technician arrived, he inspected my TV and accepted my claim. They found that the LED is defective and beyond repair. He informed me that the LED has manufacturing defect & was non-repairable and would need to be replaced. he also appraised the same to some executive after sharing he pictures & videos of defect and told that there is defect in LED and not repairable. However, to my surprise, the insurance executive online, who was handling my claim online denied the problem of black spots on the screen, stating that such black spots were not covered under the terms and conditions of the warranty. May be the executives are trying to avoid the warranty claim or flipkart has appointed persons without knowledge of policy term. I was extremely disappointed to hear this, as I believe that the black spots on the TV screen were a direct result of a technical issue & manufacturing defect and not caused by any external factors such as accidental damage or mishandling. I reviewed the terms and conditions of my warranty thoroughly, and to my knowledge, there is no clause stating that black spots on the TV screen are not covered under the warranty. I would like to request that you review my case and ask flipkart.com to provide me with a suitable resolution. I believe that the black spots on my TV screen are a legitimate warranty claim, and I would appreciate it if your company could honour the terms and conditions of the warranty and provide me with the necessary repairs or replacement for my TV.I rely on my TV for entertainment and work purposes, and the black spots are hindering my ability to use it effectively. If it helps, I have enclosed a copy of the warranty document that I received from flipkart.com. It outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty in detail, and I hope that it will clarify any confusion regarding my claim. I would like to thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing back from you soon.

                            I purchased Nokia LED TV and technician was assigned and installed the TV.
                            During the installation, he advised me to take the extended warranty policy so we decided to buy the policy. Technician asked Rs.3700 for the policy so we gave Rs.3700 to the technician who asked us to wait 24 hours for the policy details.

                            After 24 hours, I have checked with the company thru customer care service, technician didn't give the money to the company for buying the policy.
                            He cheated us as well as the company. He is an expert in cheating than his work.

                            I have filed one complaint thru customer support but there is no response yet.

                              This is regarding flipkart order OD[protected]. I purchased complete mobile
                              protection Policy Number:CMFKJL[protected] for my phone.
                              due to accident, My phone screen got damaged and I am trying to avail the
                              repair from Jeeves consume service but there is no response.
                              I raised the request on 22nd March but they mentioned that chargeable
                              amount is not correctly updated at their end as it is showing as 1500
                              instead of 1000. they need 2 days to fix this post they will take the
                              request.
                              I have been following up with them from last 15 days but i keep hearing
                              same from them.
                              now, I feel cheated by this scam. I regret my decision of buying phone and policy from flipkart and Jeeves
                              and policy from flipkart.
                              I wanted to raise this concern over email as neither of the customer care
                              (flipkart /Jeeves) are bothered to register this.

                                    1. Purchased SANSUI FRONT LOAD 6KG washing machine on nov 2020 from flipkart
                                    2. Along with Jeeves complete appliance protectioj of 3 years.
                                    3. march 2023, the drum bracket called spider arm corroded and broke off leading to the washing machine unserviceable.
                                    4. Jeeves personel visited on march 4 2023 and said he ordered replacement and replacement is on the way.
                                    5. Now jeeves saying part not available stating they will refund 70% of washing machine purchase cost.
                                    6. I dont understand a 2 year old machines spare part is available?
                                    7. When i researched similar kind of failure in front loads, it is a common issue that manufacturers do that as a part of planned obsolescence
                                    8. Almost all front load WMs failed with the same issue. Broken drum bracket (spider arm) due to corrossion of spider arm because of drum is steel and spider arm is cast aluminium (two dissimilar metals).
                                    9. Almost all front loads drum brackets are of same condition.
                                    10. Now coming to the final verdict. I am not ready to accept the compensation amount told by Jeeves.
                                    11. I want my product either repaired by parts replacement.
                                    12. I want to know why manufacturers purosefully design it to fail.

                                      I ordered(OD[protected] a Toshiba TV from Flipkart on 17th March 2023 and Raised return request on 18th March 2023 due to there was a issue with the panel.

                                      There was no tech Visit from the Flipkart/Jeeves side. Calling daily and Still no response.

                                      For 4 days they daily send me a message for tech visit and at the end of day no one comes and they send a message we were unable to reach you.

                                      I call them daily to notify the Tech Visit guy to visit me daily give me "Not on your route."
