I registered for my claim on 31 May for two issues of my device
1. Display not working
2. Camera issue - QR codes not scanning while using payment apps.

My device was picked up on 10 th June ( actually the courier people didn't called me, so I went their office and submitted my phone) and delivered to Jeeves on 12th.
After inspection they asked me to pay Rs.1000 as there is internal damage in display and normal warranty will not be applicable.
I paid ₹1000 through the link they provided and finally I received my phone on 19th June.

But when I checked my repaired phone the display was working fine but the camera is not working properly. I can see some white dust caught particles inside the camera lens glass, which is happened while the repair. Now only blurred images are getting when taking a photo.

I tried calling their customer care so may times but they're not picking up. Even I hold the call for more than 25 minutes, hearing their music, waiting to be picked up by any executive.

Again I called on 20th June they picked up and I raised my issue. The executive said that I will get a mail from them.

I already waited for 20 days to get my phone repaired. But I need a faster solution. I'm willing to any nearby service centre of Jeeves if you provide address and contact details so that I can submit the device directly.

    On May 10, 2023, I placed an order for a product (Flipkart Perfect Homes Phonox Engineered Wood TV Entertainment Unit), which I received on May 13.Unfortunately, there is a problem with the item. Despite the fact that the website's description claims it is moisture-free, I can see bubble patches on my product after a month o[censored]se.

    The technician visited on June 16 after receiving a complaint (Case ID: FLTF-APBIAH-PVIDRY-523ELT-556CCR1) but refused to provide warranty coverage . I'm curious why the warranty was declined as a customer.After sending mail also getting no response.
    As I did not receive any satisfactory service from your end for same concern.

        Dear Consumer Forum,

        I am writing this email with great frustration and anger to bring to your attention the appalling service I have received from Jeeves, the provider of the extended warranty for my air conditioner. Despite my patience and understanding, they have repeatedly failed to address my complaint and have resorted to misleading tactics, causing undue stress and inconvenience.

        My ordeal began when I encountered a malfunction with my air conditioner, for which I promptly contacted Jeeves, providing them with all the necessary details. I had purchased their 2-year extended warranty to ensure that any potential issues would be handled efficiently. However, it has now been over 10 days since I registered my complaint, and I am yet to see any progress.

        The Flipkart order ID associated with my purchase is OD[protected], and the case ID provided to me by Jeeves is FLRB-YCC11B-LAVX6B-1XO5BF-U7ZVBO. Furthermore, my claim ID is CLEWX[protected], which seems to be of no consequence to Jeeves, as they have shown a complete lack o[censored]rgency and professionalism.

        Instead of addressing the matter promptly and ensuring a technician's visit as promised, Jeeves has repeatedly provided me with conflicting and confusing information, deliberately attempting to bewilder me with technical jargon. This blatant tactic to deceive and mislead customers is utterly disrespectful and wholly unacceptable.

        In this scorching heat, enduring their delays and evasive behavior has left me and my family in distress. I have dedicated my hard-earned money to purchasing their extended warranty, expecting a smooth resolution in times of need. Regrettably, Jeeves has failed to fulfill its obligations and has shown a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

        I implore the Consumer Forum to intervene in this matter urgently. It is disheartening to witness such blatant negligence and mistreatment from a company that is supposed to provide customer support and peace of mind. I urge the Consumer Forum to hold Jeeves accountable for their actions and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to rectify this situation promptly.

        Please accept my sincere request to expedite the resolution of this complaint and restore my faith in consumer rights protection. I look forward to your prompt attention and action in this matter.

          I have raised a claim for my Heisen 4K TV on 17th May which is having accidental damage which is covered under my 3 years complete protection plan. They have asked me to pay 500 via link they sent through sms. To send link they have taken 10 days. After I got link, i have paid 500 rs and shared screen shot of the payment via mail to Jeeves support. But when ever you call to their customer care, I have to give all the information from beginning like i am calling for the first time.they don't have call or request records of the customer. Every time when I call, they ask me to wait for 48 hrs and say technician will connect with me. But after 48 hrs when I again call, same reply I get and I feel it is never ending loop. There is no proper escalation matrix also to escalate the issue. From 17th May I am just waiting for a technician and don't know how much time they will take to repair it. WORST sevice from Jeeves. SHAME ON YOU. You take money from customer and don't bother to provide service when time comes.

            Have raised a issue on 31.05.2023 for Ac Service, but till now no person has visited the place. But have received an wrong update stating, "your issue has been completed".

            I still wonder how the issue was resolved without technicians visit.

            Don't you feel ashamed on your poor quality of services.

            The customer care such a great thing where they don't know anything, they not even giving a solution. When we asked to transfer the call to their seniors, the answer is "Seniors not available"

            Will the customer care runs without seniors officials????

            It's total was of time and money. I feel I did a blunder mistake by taking the extended warranty.

              I purchased a led tv from Flipkart extended its 3year warranty from Jeeves now it is not working, complaint 2 times on Jeeves toll free no, registered a complaint, asked to wait for 72hours, waited two times, and now its 1 month gone nobody responds, fed up and frustrated, with Jeeves I am totally lost what to do. Help me please

                I have register complaint to Jeeves to repair my Tv on April1 .TV was then picked up for repair at April 14.After constant follow up calls for one month they finally replied like spare is not available and refund option is there.
                I opted for refund of Rs.45, 000 for a product worth Rs.65, 000 and just 1 year old.I have given my Bank details to which refund should be credited but now its been 3 weeks I am constantly calling them but not getting any reply.

                Now I have lost my product and there is no refund.This is a planned theft

                  I have given a complaint about my MI QLED TV bought from FLIPKART on 20th May 23 at 3 PM. The extended warranty is valid till FEB24. After waiting for a long time/days yesterday that is on the 25th The So-called engineer for MI visited my residence to repair the TV. He took some pics and said that the MOTHERBOARD is damaged and it will take 2 days to come and then we will install the new MOTHERBOARD. At night I received 1 SMS from JEEVES that a technician Sourabh Kulkarni has been assigned to repair your TV ( Case ID FLRM-TMGAPA-65KC6M-0UAW3H-C40ASS) please expect his call from [protected](PIN235).
                  Since morning this number is not responding so I called JEEVES Customer Care and came to know that the issue has been closed as resolved
                  I am really annoyed with the service provided by the JEEVES. If you are not able to repair the Product under extended warranty please let me know so that we can get it done from somewhere else.

                  To my surprise the owner is involved in the mail but nothing action taken till now.

                    Hello Jeeves support & Flipkart Customer Support,

                    I have been opened my case on 15 April 2023(Case ID: FLRV-3NGA1M-UXRPBG-8EYYAO-ZYLBDQM) regarding my VU TV video display blinking issue. The Jeeves technician came on very next day and he just did Data Reset and said might be the issue is related with Software. In the night around 9pm on same day the same issue is started again I called him and inform the same, he quickly replied and said tomorrow he will visit and check. He will come on 17 Apr 2023 and took TV motherboard for lab testing, after that there is no respond from Jeeves around 7-8 days later, I called to customer support regarding status update. Next day someone has called me for testing the motherboard we need your TV to be in lab, they came and took my TV too for testing around 28 Apr 2023. Again, same there was no update for next 10-12 days, I called customer support for status update then after that the technician called me and said your TV has been repaired and tomorrow, we will be delivered it. They came on 8th May and setup it and they closed the case, again after few hours later the same problem started, I called and inform the same to the same technician. Again, he came and took my tv on 10 May 2023 with, this time they register complaint with new case ID: FLRV-3EFNRP-GRA8AT-C6YMIJ-4JSXIZZ. I asked them why new case ID for this you should reopen the same case because the same issue is not yet resolved. They replied to me the system is not provided those feature bla-bla.

                    On 20 May 2023 they came and set up TV and said the problem has been resolved permanently we are even happy for listening that. But in night on the same day around 11PM the same problem started by TV I immediately informed the technician, as expected they closed the case ID and this time also new case ID: FLRV-9W0NAY-8XWBKO-NJFL2E-CY3IE9U and registered the complaint third time on 21 May 2023, this time they assigned new technician as well.

                    Still there is no further updated form Jeeves service support team and no one pick up the phone. This is ridicules we paid the warranty payment in advance for such type of service very disappoint.

                    Even I write mail to [protected]@jeeves.co.in and [protected]@jeeves.co.in on 20 May 2023 but there is no further update.

                      It's been around a month since my TV was picked up I was told it would be repaired in 3 days when picked up, and I was told it has been repaired and will be delivered the next day for the next 3-5 days every day after waiting for 3 days already, I called Jeeves customer care they said they take 3 weeks, then my father called and they said it gets repaired 1 month,
                      after making so many calls, they said it can't be repaired and sent a message that I would get a refund for the same of around 23, 800, every time I am trying to call Jeeves customer, they say, they would send an IVR link, I don't understand what IVR link means, as per my understanding it's IVRs are calls,
                      they are misleading me continuously and not heading to any feasible help, my refund is delayed and so I have wasted enough of my time.

                      I have sent all the bills by mail to Jeeves customer support trying to call them every time, but all they do is show their condolences and ask me for being patient, even after a month their seniors are not even ready to talk to the consumer, you can check my calls on Jeeves customer care between 1-3 PM, no matter how much I insisted or waited their seniors didn't even took the calls.

                      TV was picked up, I don't even have a single message for the same from Jeeves.

                      I am also going through same situation.They have picked my product and after one month said a refund will be done since no spare part is available.But now after 3 weeks there is no refund, each time they will say they are going to send some link ot fill in bank details but nothing happened.

                            I have purchased 2 years of warranty as Complete Laptop Protection from Jeeves in Flipkart for my laptop on Nov 6th 2021. I applied for service on 27th March 2023 . I handed over my laptop to the service person. As per terms within 21 days the company should provide service for product or refund.But it is more than 50 days till now and I have not receiving any updates from them either refund or service.They have not returned my laptop too.I have been trying to contact them from last 10 days through customer support and mails but they are not giving any update regarding my laptop and lagging more and more.

                              I have raised a request on 14th may technician was assigned for a technician against complete protection warranty for the dust patch formed on the screen . Technician visited and confirmed it as dust patch and after tv was picked up by jeeves person and returned my tv on 21st may 2023 but unfortunately dust patch was cleared and new marks were formed on the screen along with ants inside the screen.I questioned jeeves person and confirmed due to the new persons at work these new pacthes were formed .Along with these my tv back panel got scratches in the Transporation (they are carrying the TV without any protection while they are picking up my I told them take the TV in the box but they ignored) I spoke with their manager they he promised me we will replace the back panel and clear all the marks on the screen and return my TV within 2 days.But later they called me and said led screen was damaged which was not there before and informed me they raised a request for new led screen and after sometime they said if they don't get approval then they will give refund based on the terms and conditions that means they will deduct the percantage amount on basis o[censored]sage and they will give refund which will take lots of time. I said TV got damaged at your end thats not my problem, when jeeves guys took my TV there is only small dust patch and these guys damaged my TV.

                              My sincere request is to get my TV in working condition and I don't want any refund .

                                According to the policy of Flipkart and Jeeves, it has been given in writing to repair and return the mobile within 10 business days of pickup, after that it has been 20 days whenever the fair is held and the answer comes that your device is currently being repaired. Make my mobile or as per jeeves policy refund 80% of the billing price of mobile to our account please request you to take the matter into cognizance and please take action with immediate effect thank you

                                    HI Jeeves, Flipkart & One plus.

                                    IT’S BEEN A MONTH AND MY ISSUES STILL NOT RESOLVED YET.

                                    Please find attached TV Invoice, Jeeves Extended Warranty PDF, Case ID received from Jeeves

                                    I ordered TV on 18 October 2021 from Flipkart and installed on 22 October 2021 same date I was taken 3 years extended warranty plan Jeeves.
                                    My One plus TV have display issues that’s why I reached to Jeeves customer service on 24th Apr’23 and they send Technician on 28th Apr’23. He checked and said TV Panel is under brand warranty, so Jeeves Technician said he is raising complain with One plus (Case id – JCRO-DPQD3E-QODKL6-TW0MON-K3T67OM) already attached which technician shared me.

                                    After 15th Apr’23 daily basis I am calling Jeeves customer service they said it will update in next 2 days but today on 24th May’23 called Jeeves customer service they said you have to connect with One plus we have already shared your information with One plus and they provided One plus customer service number. I connect with One plus customer Service and they replied we will not entertain Jeeves complaint. we have no collaboration with Jeeves. You have to pay Service charge 944 INR along with transportation charges.
                                    When I purchased the TV from Flipkart it offer the extended warranty through Jeeves hence it’s not my concern whether One plus & Jeeves have collaboration or not. I have purchased and paid 2499 INR for the extended warranty.

                                    Again contacted Jeeves customer service and they replied, you pay service charge & transportation to One plus team and share all bills (invoice) along with your bank details on [protected]@Jeeves.co.in and we will refund your amount.
                                    I don’t want to pay anything requesting Jeeves to take the action at the earliest for the repair of the TV. It’s been going on over a month.

                                    Flipkart team – I was also connected with Flipkart care they raised concern on feedback team. Why Jeeves is your service partner I have seen Jeeves provide such as facility on new products even they have no collaboration with One plus

                                    Requesting to all close my request as soon as possible.

                                      It's been more than a 40days from picking up of my device and few days back also you asked me to wait 2 business days and it's over now please some one tell me what's going on what's the issue why are you people not returning my device
