I have purchased the thomson tv from flipkart and purchased the Jeeves (total protection) extended warranty while the Jeeves installation guy visited my home for demo.

After 1 and a half year my TV got some issues so I have contact Jeeves for the support since I have got the extended warranty of 3 years. The raised a complained and picked up the TV from my home for repair on 18th March ( receipt attached).

I have called and emailed multiple (25+) times to Jeeves support to know the status of my claim and it’s been over a month now., but till haven’t RECEIVED ANY RESOLUTION (neither refund nor my TV)

It’s really turning into a nightmare., each time I contact the customer of Jeeves they just make fake promised about waiting for 2 business days. My issue is standing still. Neither they are returning my TV unit nor giving any kind of refund.

No communication made from Jeeves end proactively. Each time I have contact Jeeves support and they just elongate the issue and keep delaying.

Attached the conversation emails as Proof and all evidence I have.

Finally, making a formal complaint through consumer complaint forum so that strict actions must be taken against such a fraud company which has failed to fulfilled their promise of Total Protection warranty.

It’s been over a month now.

Kindly Refund me in Full for my TV.

    My washing machine picked by jeeves and still can't give the refund. When I tried to call they always told that wait for 48 hours, its more then 3 months old complaint.

    Jeeves consumer services can't provide my refund they absolutely cheated me and also pick up my washing machine which cost is more then 10000Rs

        My mobile Infinix note 10 was picked up on 28th of March and till now I have not received any updates on the same, I reached to customer service 3 times but they are clueless and they ask me to wait for 5 days but no resolution,

        Customer service person Husna Muskaan did not even know to talk I was asking her to let me speak to the senior and she was saying it will be updated in next 5 days this is single line she was uttering on the entire call

          Hi Team,

          I have purchased hisense Tv in Flipkart after delivery installation process took by Jeeves and while doing installation i have also purchased complete protection plan for 3years with amount Rs 3415 and due to some issue with the TV i have returned to Flipkart and I got refund also from Flipkart, but as there is no tv and I should also get the refund amount for the protection plan also but when i sent an email not getting any response and when i called i don't get proper response

          Atleast they are not able to transfer to another tv

            I have purchased marq 55 inch led tv through Flipkart and purchased 3 year total protection which is valid till June 2022. Now no display is coming on my tv I have registered complain to Jeeves on 5th April and still no resolution has been provided no technician has been sent to address the issue. Every time call Jeeves customer support they say issue will be resolved in 48 hrs and till today no one has came. My ticket number registered with Jeeves for complete protection is JPPOFFK1975762 and my claim I'd is CLJPM[protected]. Please help in resolving this issue at earliest.

            It's been a month now still no resolution has been provided and Jeeves is closing the ticket by themselves by marking it as successfully completed. Whereas my TV is still not working. Please help me in resolving this issue on urgent basis.

              Real me tv has been taken dtd.20.03.22 for Repairs service, now it’s near 1mnth, not yet received the tv back, nobody is responding properly, always saying "wait few more days", everybody don’t take any service from jeeves.

                I had ordered a Realme 32" TV from flipkart and during installation i had bought extended warranty plan from jeeves.
                A few days back there's a problem occured in TV. It has a white screen. I contacted to consumer support and was told to wait for 72 hrs for the visit of technician.

                When after 72 hrs no technicians visit happened, i again called to consumer support and they told me to wait for another 48 hrs.

                They are just selling extended warranty scheme and denying services when required.

                Please do the needful.

                  Hi, I purchased mI LED 43 inch tv from the Flipkart along with 2 years extended warranty from Flipkart partner Jeeves. My TVs display is not working after 2 years, so i lodged the complaint at Jeeves support on 5th of March 2022, but Jeeves engineer rejected the claim saying the product is physically damaged. I re lodged the claim on 20th March stating that there is nothing physically damaged in the TV, and asking senior engineer to visit again. But after so many calls and follow up with jeeves and Flipkart, the engineer never turned up. They just rejected the claim again saying physical damaged without inspection at my home. I also sent them email with photos of display where there is no dent or scratches on the tv display. But they didn't consider this and again rejected claim. I am adding my invoice of the insurance and images of the product for your reference. Kindly look into the matter and help us prevent such fraudulent activities where they reject claims on the basis of physical damage without checking from inside and by just sending photos. Just for the sake of rejecting it, they are doing such formalities. Kindly help us out. Thanks.

                    I have raised a insurance claim for mobile screen display damage. I have given all the asked documents and received verification completed.

                    After which I did receive the said payout in my account.

                    It was about an moth when I claimed.

                    Receiving only system generated email as i have to wait for 5days for all my emails.

                    Please consider this complaint and request to do neccsary for getting the payout for the insurance claimed.

                      I registered a complain for repair of my tablet on 3rd Feb 2022 and I paid 1000 rupees. Till 16th feb nothing happened and then they told me that another request is generated on 16th Feb
                      Pick up of tablet for repair was done on 25th Feb and since then whenever I call Jeeves customer care to know the status of my tablet they always say that we will get back to you in 5 days. Its been 45 days now i have not received any update from Jeeves. My tablet is not repaired yet and they are not even contacting me to provide an update.

                      I want to lodge a formal complaint against Jeeves Support in Consumer Court

                          I've purchased a LED TV from Flipkart and it got faulty. The technician from Jeeves came and said that the product can't be repaired. He uninstalled the product and its been 3 months the TV has been sitting at my home. They haven't picked it up. I haven't got a refund. Every time I call them or mail them they tell me that they will contact me within 2 business days. I'm fed up with this.

                            Pl. Don't submit complain in consumer complaints web site it's not helping solved the issue. They are showing the problem is solved but the fact is not solved or not any service provider contacted to customer to solved problem. I have same issue.

                              I bought Realme TV years back, now it is having some panel issue, but i have extended warrenty. I called the jeeves customer care and everytime they used to say "Technician will call you within 48 hrs", not its been 3 week i registered complaine, no one called or no one visited to check the issue.

                                I had a planned installation with Jeeves for bed purchased by me from Flipkart on 18th-March-2022. The order is : OD[protected] and service request number for the Installation and Demo with jeeves is [protected]@-91AJZ8-XP7NKP-R8NF9N-72KKCY2.

                                But after 2 days when my product was delivered, the product installation got cancelled by your side without informing me.

                                This is really unprofessional by your team end. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
                                I have also raised a complaint for the same with Flipkart

                                  I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy F22 mobile from Flipkart with one year of complete accidental insurance (Jeeves Consumer Services) on the 10th of February 2022. After using it for one month, my phone got slipped down from my bed to the floor. Then it's most of the display color became purple. After that for its repair claim, I called the customer care of Jeeves. She told me that she has raised my claim with the number CLCMT[protected], and now I will receive an email, in which I have to reply with some documents (Govt. ID, mobile photos). Since that day I had been continuously sending them the documents but every time they send me to email to resubmit the documents. I understood they are making fool of me. Could anyone please let me know what should I do now?

                                    Complaint :- No technician sent even after 20 days from complaint date

                                    I Vanita nair has purchased washing machine on 16.10.2020 invoice no.FAE0P[protected] from flipkart along with complete appliance protection from jeeves consumer... order no.OD[protected] dated 16.10.2020 (copy attached).

                                    In this regard i have made a complaint with issue in drier of washing machine on 10.03.2022 with complaint ID NO. CLCPO[protected] and case ID NO. FLRW - CXA49P - YX81QQ- CQJFZX- 6T8SKG7.

                                    It has been 20 days and i have been continuously following up at customer service of jeeves consumer but till date no technician has been arranged to provide necessary service.

                                    Every time there is same empty assurances that we have execlated your complaint and to please wait for 2 days.

                                    These calls and empty assurance is going on from past 20 days.

                                    Also email was sent on 25.03.2022 at [protected]@jeeves.co.in and received assurance that my complaint will be resolved in 2 working days. (complaint no.EW-487803).

                                    When same was not resolved, again i wrote to them on 30.03.2022 and again i received the same assurance that my complaint will be resolved in 2 days (complaint no.EW-490046)


                                    It is regrettable that so bad services are provided without any internal check.

                                    This company should be banned forever for cheating and mentally torturing customers in such ways.

                                      I would like to raise a complaint regarding installation of MY Kodak TV that I have purchased from Flipkart and It was delivered on 23.03.2022.Order ID -OD[protected]

                                      Case id for installation is :-SF[protected]FPL

                                      Its been six days since delivery but tv is not installed yet.I am continously chasing the issue with customer care but nothing has been done.

                                      The mobile number of technicians(changed multiple time) from jeeves not reachable.When i raised the issue with flipkart they provided the jeeves centre[protected].when I tried to contact on given number they said they only provide repair service not installation.You can call on that number and verify.

                                      later I got a call from someone from jeeves and he said that they do not provide service at my location.Immediatly after that i got a call from flipkart to confirm that i dont want installation services.What kind of services flipkart providing.You deliver product at my address but do not provide installation(It is to be done at same address as delivery).

                                      So long story short, I have no idea who, how, when will install the tv.This is so frustating.I have taken off from my work just for today installation and this is the service i got.

                                      Hope you can help me out.

                                        It's a good initiative from Flipkart but the problem is Jeeves the company that is providing you the repair service and its was a shocker for me when I came to know that Jeeves is a subsidiary of Flipkart.
                                        Let me share what I went through so that you can decide whether to opt it or not.
                                        I ordered Lenovo Tab M-10 during Flipkart big savings days and they offered me the complete tablet protection plan Within 4 months my device screen got damaged due to an accident.
                                        The next day I contacted Jeeves informed them about the situation. Jeeves and they told me to drop a mail with photos of the damaged Tablet and other details. Two days later I got a mail that they have accepted the claim and wanted me to deposit Rs. 1000.
                                        As per their terms and conditions they should have repaired the phone within 15 days and the same thing was said by their customer executive as well.
                                        After 45 Day No one Pic-up my Tablet till today So many times send emails and call the customer care He/she Said We Apologize For The inconvenience caused. conclusion that they just want to postpone things.
                                        The main problem with Jeeves executives is that I need to explain again and again which is every frustrating.
                                        After 45 Days I raised a complaint in consumer form against Jeeves and tagging Flipkart as well.
