Ref:-order no.OD[protected] dated 16.10.2020

Complaint :- No technician sent even after 20 days from complaint date

I Vanita nair has purchased washing machine on 16.10.2020 invoice no.FAE0P[protected] from flipkart along with complete appliance protection from jeeves consumer... order no.OD[protected] dated 16.10.2020 (copy attached).

In this regard i have made a complaint with issue in drier of washing machine on 10.03.2022 with complaint ID NO. CLCPO[protected] and case ID NO. FLRW - CXA49P - YX81QQ- CQJFZX- 6T8SKG7.

It has been 20 days and i have been continuously following up at customer service of jeeves consumer but till date no technician has been arranged to provide necessary service.

Every time there is same empty assurances that we have execlated your complaint and to please wait for 2 days.

These calls and empty assurance is going on from past 20 days.

Also email was sent on 25.03.2022 at [protected]@jeeves.co.in and received assurance that my complaint will be resolved in 2 working days. (complaint no.EW-487803).

When same was not resolved, again i wrote to them on 30.03.2022 and again i received the same assurance that my complaint will be resolved in 2 days (complaint no.EW-490046)


It is regrettable that so bad services are provided without any internal check.

This company should be banned forever for cheating and mentally torturing customers in such ways.

    Hii,

    I would like to raise a complaint regarding installation of MY Kodak TV that I have purchased from Flipkart and It was delivered on 23.03.2022.Order ID -OD[protected]

    Case id for installation is :-SF[protected]FPL

    Its been six days since delivery but tv is not installed yet.I am continously chasing the issue with customer care but nothing has been done.

    The mobile number of technicians(changed multiple time) from jeeves not reachable.When i raised the issue with flipkart they provided the jeeves centre[protected].when I tried to contact on given number they said they only provide repair service not installation.You can call on that number and verify.

    later I got a call from someone from jeeves and he said that they do not provide service at my location.Immediatly after that i got a call from flipkart to confirm that i dont want installation services.What kind of services flipkart providing.You deliver product at my address but do not provide installation(It is to be done at same address as delivery).

    So long story short, I have no idea who, how, when will install the tv.This is so frustating.I have taken off from my work just for today installation and this is the service i got.

      It's a good initiative from Flipkart but the problem is Jeeves the company that is providing you the repair service and its was a shocker for me when I came to know that Jeeves is a subsidiary of Flipkart.
      Let me share what I went through so that you can decide whether to opt it or not.
      I ordered Lenovo Tab M-10 during Flipkart big savings days and they offered me the complete tablet protection plan Within 4 months my device screen got damaged due to an accident.
      The next day I contacted Jeeves informed them about the situation. Jeeves and they told me to drop a mail with photos of the damaged Tablet and other details. Two days later I got a mail that they have accepted the claim and wanted me to deposit Rs. 1000.
      As per their terms and conditions they should have repaired the phone within 15 days and the same thing was said by their customer executive as well.
      After 45 Day No one Pic-up my Tablet till today So many times send emails and call the customer care He/she Said We Apologize For The inconvenience caused. conclusion that they just want to postpone things.
      The main problem with Jeeves executives is that I need to explain again and again which is every frustrating.
      After 45 Days I raised a complaint in consumer form against Jeeves and tagging Flipkart as well.

        I received tv on 21 March 2022 from Flipkart and installation registered with Jeeves. But even after 3 days installation is not done yet.
        In product page it was mentioned that installation will be done within 48 hrs, but still not received any call from Jeeves.

          I have registered a complaint with Flipkart about my nokia tv whose remote stopped working recently so i booked complaint with ticket no 2C23-44424PASCPO-6479015, when got call from technician [protected], wherever they demanded I took all the things and given them personally in their office, but their behaviour was purely deniable and was not ready for providing service so they were just making things up so that I by myself deny for their service so i got fed up left their facility with disappointment, my registered mobile number is +91-[protected]

            We have purchased One Plus TV from PI Electronics. The technician from Jeeves visited for installation and told us that Physical Damage also will be covered under extended warranty. But later we received the warranty plan and it is clearly mentioned that physical damage will not be covered.

            For this I have informed over e-mail for cancellation of the plan on 22.Feb.2022 and shared the bank details for refund.

            But still money is not refunded.

When i try to call him he has blocked all incoming calls for some reason..not picking up.. saying he is busy..tried from multiple phone still same..not picking. Please help me to return

                I bought this phone from flipkart on the first day i notice this issue that touch screen stops working for 5 sec and then it comes back for 10 -20 min then stops for 5 sec and keep doing this. i thought its software issue next day update came but phone still had same issue i put replacement.

                Here Jeeves Technician Came and checked phone for 30 min no issue came he just recorded some video but he acknowledged that phone have issue but lied he reported "There is issue in phone but its not according the guideline" because of this flipkart reject my Replacement.

                I put one more time replacement this time also same person named "Rahul Singh" and did same thing played diplomatically with me he is saying to me i'm getting your concern that your phone have issue i'll update in the report. this time i even asked him what he wrote in report and he narrated that the phone have issue and touch is going for 5 sec even 20 30 min.

                but still in mail report i got from flipkart there was more things he added in report the phone have issue and touch is going for 5 sec even 20 30 min. as said by customer he is not satisfied with the feature but the problem is not according to the guideline of company. and flipkart rejected my request one more time

                i don't know what to do this happened with me i have to use this faulty phone ? flipkart is not returning/replacing.

                  Hi,

                  I have raised the request for the Reinstallation of Split AC outdoor unit your executive in the earlier request has told me to get the AC outdoor unit reinstalled to an another place as it was not installed correctly at first.Due to this the AC is not working .Also the cause of inadequate cooling is just a guess by your earlier technician...Please come and check as this was installed by Flipkart Jeeves only.

                  Please take the necessary steps .My jeeves extenders warranty plan ID is EWJV[protected].

                    Never ever take Jeeves extended warranty.
                    The first mistake I committed was taking a Flipkart owned Marq Smart TV.
                    The second mistake was taking their extended warranty plan.
                    As soon as one year of purchase was complete,
                    lining started appearing on the TV. The local service station technician came, took a look and said panel needs to be replaced. After an hour, he came back and said the TV needs to be taken to their Noida service center. He assured it will take 4-5 days. After 4-5 days, when I called, he says it will take take maximum 14 days. It has been 18 days now and all they say is we have no information. When we spoke to toll-free number, they are bunch of robots repeating same senseless line. 'please wait for 14 days.'' I tried explaining them its has been more than 14 days, but seems they were programmed to say the same line. I swear I will never use Flipkart now.

                      I have purchased extended warranty for Vu Premium Android 108cm Jeeves Consumer Services in Flipkart. I have booked the complaint on 20 Feb 2022 and still not resolved. They were closed my request without repair. When ever called customer support no[protected] they tell sorry for the inconvenience caused we will solve please wait for 2 business days. Jeeves Consumer Services and Flipkart jointly cheating the customer. I have many time raised complaint in the customer support no still not resolved.

                        The Realme 43" TV I purchased from Flipkart had 3 yrs complete protection plan from Jeeves. After 1yr o[censored]se, TV got panel issue and hence raised complaint with Jeeves for repairing the TV. The technician visited home and taken TV to their office for repair (on Feb 8th 2022).

                        Couple of days later Jeeves informed that due to high repair cost, they can't repair the TV rather they can offer 80% of TV cost as refund. Since my requirement was only to repair the TV, I denied the refund option and asked them to return the TV without repairing (on Feb 26th 2022).

                        Since then, I didn't get any proper response on where my TV currently is and why not returning to home - I have called Jeeves customer care[protected] several times and even sent several emails to their support ([protected]@jeeves.co.in), still no proper resolution on TV return - every time I am asked to wait for 1 or 2 business days and this is the same I am hearing for the past two weeks without any developments from their end.

                          Very very very very very very very very very very worst service, I insured for my tab which I bought through flipkart, accidentally it fell down I raised a claim and claim process done on 27th jan with payment still my device is not picked up every time I call they say wait for 2 business days, what is really happening customer support only know to tell sorry for the inconvenience caused we will solve please wait for 2 business days... It is going to be 2 months..

                            I have sent a Mobile for repair on 24.02.2021 and they rectified the issue and returned through the courier(ECOM EXPRESS bearing document no: [protected]) on 26.02.2021. but till now I didn't receive the Parcel and if we call to the customer care they are not giving the proper response.

                            ECOM team also not responding to my issue.

                              I really had the most pathetic experience with Jeeves warranty services today.
                              I had ordered a MarQ washing machine that was making loud noises and hence I had asked for repair using my warranty services which was bought while purchasing the item on Flipkart (PFA for reference). 3 guys namely Bharath (+91-[protected]), Akbar Shariff ([protected]), and one more came to my place today with the drum roll part. Post which they disassembled the machine and said they couldn't correct the noise. Left without even assembling the machine. Now a machine which was working before is in a worse condition.
                              Really need to understand the issue here and is that the warranty services are for to make a workable machine non-workable.

                                  Never ever take extended warranty from Jeeves, you will land up in trouble, for a small repair they will take your TV to their service centre and later they will say that it is gone under non repairable, refund would be initiated. in the name of refund they will give you penny amount. be careful, they don't deserve a single star.

                                  Total fraud company, there are many cases. please black list them

                                    I bought a bed (Bharat Lifestyle) from Flipkart online unfortunately, I returned the bed to Flipkart but I did insurance of bedfrom Jeeves company (copy enclosed of bill) by his technician force to me, after I did mail to Jeeves company for claimed of withdraw of insurance and return the money of Rs 850/-. Jeeves company customer executive reply to me in email "we are returned the money in 7 to 8 days" (copy enclosed of mail reply) but they did not return my money.

                                    I am again did e-mail for remember but again said "we are returned the money in 2 days" but after they are not returned my money. I am harrassed and same msg again reply. Now 3 months is going but still they Jeeves company not giving my money.

                                    They are doing fun with me, I am totally harrassed but you are doing fraud with me.

                                      I do not understand, how Jeeves team works. It has been more than 45days now, but to no result.

                                      I will share the chain of events:

                                      • On 18th Jan, I have logged complaint for TV, I was been told it will be done through a call by technician within 48 hrs.
                                      • On 20th Jan, I got a call from technician and was told that this can not be resolved online and withing 72 hrs technician will visit.
                                      • 22nd Jan, technician has visited and shared that there is issue in motherboard, it will be replaced, though 21days is the TAT however, if the parts are available it can be done withing 6-7 days
                                      • On 30th Jan, when I reached Customer care, I was informed that the parts has reached local technician on 29th Jan, because of some personal issue he is not able to visit and would visit in a day.
                                      • on 8th Feb, I got a call from Jeeves mentioning the TV would be rectified latest by 13th Feb
                                      • on 15th Feb, when I called jeeves customer care, I was told, since the parts are not available our backend team will get in touch with you for refund/replacement.
                                      • 19th Feb, I have started getting mails for refund, I have replied on daily basis, but no reply from team on the same, however everyday they will share a fresh mail for refund., now they have stop sharing email.
                                      • on daily basis I am following up and every day they would say "we have escalated this for resolution, our team will get back to you within 24 hrs"

                                      No resolution till date.
