Jeeves complete tv protection -

Tv installation not done in trivandrum

I got a VU PREMIUM 55 INCH LED ANDROID TV from flipkart and it was delivered on correct date from ekart but it was not installed till now its going to be one week i was not even given number of assigned engineer i contacted jeeves and flipkart several times but they are saying that they are trying to resolve the issue 5 days to send an engineer and install the tv in three days the return policy will also end

Jeeves is Not providing installation and demo after delivered the new washing machine by flipkart. I tried to contact below person which I received in sms but his phone not reachable and flipkart also not helping in this after contacted many times.
Its totally fake and harassment of customer.

Installation of TV by jeeves team getting dealy

INSTALLATION of Nokia LED TV (50UHDADNDT52X) has been registered with Jeeves (Case ID: FLIN-EFIMJT-0ARJ57-XOBFSR-H581ZHP).

The installation team is still not come at home to install tv it has been 3 days to delivered my TV by flipkart but still there no one to install . Please arrange technician as soon as possible....

MI tv extended warranty claim rejected by Jeeves

My order was placed with Flipkart for the mi tv 55 inch 4K with extended warranty
Order was placed on 22 dec 18

The tv was replaced 2 times
Hence the warranty started from post 1st jan 21
Jeeves isn’t accepting the claim request n are going by the first order placed date

Fraud about refund

I purchased TV ON FLIPCART. & 2 Years extended warranty in JEEVES. I claim warranty on TV. Black patches on recently purchased TV

I purchased Thomson 55 inch tv in nov 10 with complete protection plan with Jeeves. From day one I can see black patches on screen .. clearly visible on white screen I complaint to Jeeves engineer came took pictures and said that we will replace the tv . This has happened previously also with many customers this is due to dust in the air it is not repairable . Panel will b replaced but after one week the call and telling me this is not covered...

Refund for cancellation of 2 year Extended Warranty for ONEPLUS LED TV within permissible 30 days

Had taken 2 years extended warranty for my OnePlus TV from Jeeves (invoice no. JVS/11/0315 dated 15 November 2021).
On November 19 2021 i intimated for cancellation and full refund (within the permitted period of 30 days) and provided them with all the details as requested.

The technician did not visit our house, Realme C11 2021 phone refund cancelled

Refund for my 55' TV which is picked under warranty

In March 2019 I had Purchased iFFalkon 55tv from TCL via Flipkart.
The TV had screen flickering issues on right upper corner.

I have registered a claim with Jeeves in Sep 2021, as this was under extended warranty till Mar 2022.
