Dear sir,
on Tuesday (Feb. 8) at 5.11 pm I had contacted your service for my claim status, your executive said that your claim had canceled. they guide me for rerise the claim and suggest me to change my email id (they said yahoo mail has some problem so its easy from gmail) so i chane my email ID as they said. they also said that claim mail will send with in 4 hours and if i dint reply mail with in 3 days, claim will cancel again I has waited but i dint recived mail. On Wednesday I had re-call them they said that my claim is on hold due to some technical issue (issue in change in mail ID) and they said to wait for 2 days. i had waited for till today daily i had check my mail for claim, today i had call again they said i had recived my mail on same day i.e. Feb. 8. (without any knowledge)
i had never experience this kind of horrible service

note:- Feb 8 was last day of my mobile insurance, if this claim will cancel i cant claim my insurance again. it will be big loss for me ( the value of claim is my 2 months salary)

    I had a complete appliance protection plan for an IFB washing Machine for 3 years which I purchased from Flipkart in May 2020. I registered a complain for repair of the same on 28th of Jan. Payment of 500 rupees towards raising claim was made on 29th Jan. Since 29th Jan I m waiting for the repair of my IFB washing Machine for which complain was raised. Till date no technician has visited or approached me for the same. I have tried calling customer support agents and repeatedly listening only one sentence every time "Technician will visit within two working days" or they intentionally disconnect the call in middle of the talk.

    Before making payment I also confirmed about 3-4 times about the availability of service at my location for which I was given assurance and I have call recording of the same.
    On 07 Feb Jeeves itself cancelled my request without any resolution and raised fresh request and asked me money again for initiating the complain.

    Jeeves is only extorting the money of customer without providing them resolution and no customer is able to raise to higher authorities at Jeeves. Only Customer support agents are available who are there to repeat one sentence only and customer is not able to speak to the concerned team about the issue.

        I recently purchased a mobile phone from Flipkart. It had issues with the loudspeaker and because of that I raised a replacement request. They assigned a technician from Jeeves. The technician visited and confirmed the issue, but said that the blanco app that they use to diagnose the fault says that there is no issue. After sometime I received a response that my replacement request was rejected based on the technician's report. When I reached out to the Flipkart customer care to enquire, they say that the technician provided a report saying that they resolved the issue, which is not true.

        Then the same happened for two more times, where they sent the same technician again and replacment request was again rejected twice. Now they have scheduled one more visit. I am not sure whose fault this is, whether from Flipkart or Jeeves. But it sure is an attempt to cheat the consumer.

        Need immediate resolution.

          Bought a TV from flipkart with extended warranty from their authorized “Flipkart Protect which is off handed to a third party called Jeeves.”.
          It has been 2.5 months since the TV stopped working and Jeeves has denied us service and provided false information.
          We have been wasting 1 hour every day on a call with jeeves or flipkart who are playing ping pong with us and denying service.
          We found that this is an elaborate game that Jeeves and Flipkart are playing and has been reported by 2500 customers on mouthshut.com as well as the reviews on flipkart products. mention: Do not buy extended warranty from jeeves.

              Complete fraud… they will just rob your tv … the cops need to check if they are robbing electronics from people and using that money for some illegal activities… very shady company

                  Extended warranty complete protection

                  I bought the LED 4k 55 inch tv from flipkart on 7 june 2020, on the same date I bought the 3 year complete tv protection from jeeves company. My tv was fine but suddenly on 22nd january 2022 my tv start giving me problem, we got big patch on right hand side top corner while watching tv in the night, so i decided to call jeeves for technical support, technician visit to my place on 28th january 2022 and upload the video to jeeves customer...

                  I had purchased a tv from flipkart with Order ID - OD[protected], I had purchased their Complete protection plan along with the same. However when my tv was showing some panel issues during december '21 I had called them and their executives picked it from my house. I was told a few days later that the repair wont be possible whether I would like to have a refund of 70% of the whole value which is Rs. 7026 roughly. Since then I have been knocking them every single day regarding my refund without anything from their end. They have been promising me to come up with a resolution but that is not happening at all. How can they make fool of customers and harrass them like this.

                    I raised complaint for service with complete protection but they sent unskilled technician due to that they damged my product and even they not given for prolonging service by ordering spare parts, which not suitable to my washing machine, still issue not resolved

                      I bought 43 inch hisense android tv in Jul 2021 (approx. 7 months back) from Flipkart and faced a physical damage now, which means display is not working and having totally black screen. Attached the image for your reference.

                      Upon checking with the Jeeves technician, he mentioned you should have taken Full Protection plan during the installation of TV, to get it repaired or replaced at no extra cost.

                      My serious concern is I was never explained or guided of such plan which covers physical damage (otherwise I would have bought). It is totally the lack of knowledge passed on to customer, which is why I am communicating to you and Asking for immediate replacement of the TV at no extra cost.

                      Note that if resolution is not given immidiately, then I will leverage the Social media platforms to broadcast my complaints and feedback about Jeeves trust, products and services. Just FYI.

                      Looking forward to your positive reaction soon.

                        I purchased the TV from flipkart with 3 years protection plan of Jeeves on October 2020.
                        On the month of Devember'21, I have faced the WIFI problem in my TV then, complaint to Jeeves and Technician has came after a month, the problem was not corrected. After two week, i received the call from jeeves that TV can not be repaired & replaced and they are ready to refund the amount with 20% depreciation from invoice value.
                        On October 2020, i purchased this TV in the offer i.e 17800/- as bank discount + Flipkart 1000rs extra discount + flipkart coin discount and i had taken the separate protection plan of 1699/ which will be end in October 2023 now the current value of this TV is 23999/-.
                        If i will go with current price then it will be big loss for me.

                        There is no use of taking the complete protection plan. The email communication of Jeeves is also not good and i am sending the mail to them but they are not providing the proper response as they just send the template mail to me.

                          Hi, my name is Deepak. I had purchased a Laptop a year back along with Jeeves complete protection warranty valid for one year. I faced a few problems with my laptop's hardware as the Backside of the LCD panel developed a crack suddenly.

                          Regarding this, I had contacted Jeeves registered a complaint and get my laptop serviced. I had claimed the warranty a month before the actual warranty period ends. My request was processed and a representative service person visited and checked my laptop. And all this was after two months after I had requested a service. He took my laptop to the service center and got the backside panel repaced, but he also said the main reason why the crack was developed in the first place. He said they needed to change the Keyboard set as well because it wasn't fitting the slot properly and this arose a crack in the panel.

                          So I had asked him to proceed further and get that replaced as well. It's been a month, but still, there were no updates from their side. So I called Jeeves and inquired about this, but the only answer I received from them was that my Laptop warranty was expired and they cannot do anything. They also said that my previous request was completely claimed.

                          I was shocked to hear this as my laptop is not ready, the hinge has become much looser now and I can't even properly open the laptop. Their response was not at all satisfactory and one can clearly see the negligence in their reply. They repeatedly send me the same answer without reading my mail request properly and this behavior really frustrating. For a trusted brand like Jeeves, when they don't really answer the customer's query properly and act like they are not accountable for anything, it's a complete shame on them.

                          I request the Jeeves team to contact me and receive my complaint properly this time atleast.

                            Their Technician team and their support team are the worst one, as I got my phone from Flipkart and when tech visit they just check for 15-20 mins and they give their review that phone doesn't get heating issue or battery drainage, when I have check with Accubattery app and also calculated all reading the phone which I bought was hardly goes only 12 hours a day which is the worst one and they said that this is normal and 40+ degree is also normal cooling but I have checked my old phone that's doesn't show heating .

                            They don't know anything about product they just pretend that they know everything even I got all proof with me

                              I have purchased a phone from flipkart on 5th October 2021 and also purchased one year complete protection plan from Jeeves. I raised a claim for screen damage on 3rd January 2022. Jeeves took processing fee of 1000 after document verification (which was delayed purposefully for 5 days) and since then no one has come to pick the phone from my phone I have been following up with Jeeves and Flipkart continuously but all I get was a standard reply that your concern is forwarded to relevant team. I feel mentally harassed now and I need a resolution immediately.

                                I bought VU LED 42 inch on 30th Dec 2019 vide bill no . OD[protected] along with extended waranty for 2 years vide policy number CPFK[protected] with validity till 30th Dec 2022.

                                I logged a call on 14th Oct 2021 about display issue and the technician came promptly, repaired something and TV started working. Few days later again TV had same issue but these smart Jeeves ppl told me that the earlier call is not closed and till its closed nothing can be done and weeks passed calling them everyday.

                                I exchanged lot of mails with jeeves and their false promises actually increased my BP

                                Again finally technician came in Nov and said TV would be picked up in in next few days and nothing happened. I logged a call again on 19th Jan vide complain number : CLCPX[protected] and was promised that someone would arrive in 48 hours but in vein.

                                I strongly feel this company is fraud and only want to collect complete protection money and do no service.

                                I demand to full refund my money and Rs.50, 000/- for all the mental agony i went through. I would never buy anything from flipcart in future

                                    Hi,
                                    I have purchase a Motorola TV 55 Inch on Nov 5 2021.
                                    After a month there were some abnormal Lines showing on the TV and we have escalated to Jeeves complete Protection team.
                                    First of all none of the Technician from Jeeves visited and checked the TV condition .
                                    Over the call I have clearly mentioned its a manufacture damage .
                                    But they kept on sending a mail that its Accidental damage and they will pay only 50% of refund amount. It was not even a month and the TV Display stopped working. How can this be an Accidental Damage ?
                                    I have disagreed for the same and when I follow up with them through mail and call to pay my entire amount there is only one answer to wait for 2 business days. Its been more than 25 days and I'm still waiting .
