I have bought a Motorola g60 handset on 10 July my phone got water damaged and I have to file claim for that, earlier when I filed the claim the company executives told me that pay 1500 processing fee and we will get your phone repaired . I paid the amount my date of claim is 10 November 2021 and on 16 November 2021 my phone was successfully picked up by bluedart as jeeves sent them after that the told me to wait for 10 business days. I waited and on 9th business day when I called their toll-free number they said that phone has been successfully repaired and would reach me . After waiting for 1 day I again called them now they said that there might be some technical glitch as my phone is in unrepairable condition, and consent team would give me a call in 2 business days they called me and told me that they offer a refund of 70% of amount paid for phone, but I firmly refused and asked them to provide me details and job sheet of authorized service centre saying that my phone is unrepairable at any cost and then give me a replacement rather than refund . As while buying this insurance from flipkart both flipjart and jeeves wrote that -"if we can't repair it, we will replace it " guaranteed replacement for products in
warranty. But now they are not responding to my replacement query rather they just dropped a mail about refund only . It has been so many days my phone is with them, when I handed over my phone to them it was in a working condition phone's flashlight charging port, vibrator, call ring tone was working only my screen was black. On asking them job sheet of authorized service centre they are not giving any response, so I would like you to help me in my case and get me my replacement or repair . I am unable to do my work as I am having financial problems and I am the only bread maker in my house so how can I afford to buy a new phone and let my money get wasted with such fraudsters .

sir, they are not responding to my query and misbehaving . They are not providing me the details of my device . They are only saying that my device is unrepairable but what is faulty in my device they do not know, on asking them about job sheet for my unreapirable device (if it is that will only be decided by autorised service centre ) they are saying we don't have any information regarding this . I have directly contacted the authorized service centre in which they took my phone and they have said my device was repairable only the screen was to be changed but the insurance officials was not ready to pay the amount of screen so they took the phone back without getting it repaired . I have filed the claim on 10th of November 2021 and the phone was provided to me by flipkart on 10th July 2021, which means it is only 4th months that i have filed a claim within and in insurance agreement it is clearly written that if device is damaged within 4 months then 80% of invoice value will be provided as refund, but they are only providing me 70% . A complete scam is going on and they are misleading consumers with misinformation of device being unrepairable at any cost . If my device is unrepairable then they should provide me the job sheet stating the same from the authorized service centre and duly signed by them but they are saying we donot have any information regarding this . please sir help me as my case is lingering on for 22 days now.

    I attached a flipkart assigned technician Sunil Sarkar photo, bill copy given by him, image of the damage pipe he connected with my geyser, original price of the pipe usually sell in Flipkart, and the message that Flipkart and Jeeves together sent me today that again they assigned that Sunil Sarkar for installation.
    Yesterday one of Jeeves technician told me that person Sunil Sarkar left the job because he cheated other customer then how come they assigned him again.
    I am very disappointed with Flipkart unprofessional behavior. I ordered a Crompton 3 litre geyser from your Flipcart on 4th November, 2021. Flipcart assigned a technician on 14th of November, 2021, SUNIL SARKAR, who cheated me with geyser pipe price. He took 500 rs of geyser pipe price that you usually sell in 239-240 rs online. But when SUNIL SARKAR visited for installation he found out there is some problem with my geyser, so he asked me to replace it.

    After the replacement completed I received the new product 23.11.2021 and a new technician assigned by Flipcart. Sayed Abubakar the technician who wasn't able to install my geyser because of the geyser pipe Installed by SUNIL SARKAR.

    Sayed Abubakar the second technician, told me that I have to change the pipe, that means I have to buy a new pair of pipe. Is it possible? I already paid extreme high price for it. Those pipes are cheap and got totally twisted after Abubakar tried to install it. I called SUNIL SARKAR several time, told hin that there is no water flow because of the pipe but he said geyser is producing that much water. I called him several times asking him for reinstallalation, he said he is out of town,
    I messaged him in What's app he ignored those messages.

    Now my problem is my Geyser is like a showpiece in my bathroom, because there is no water coming out from the geyser due to those pipes and the installation is still incomplete.

    Let's talk about Flipcart customer service, no one, almost no one is helping me, no mail I have ever received for those complains. Everyday I called in Flipcart they told me wait for 24 to 48 hours. This 24 to 48 hour is turning into week then month.
    One of your customer care executive gave me JEEVES helpline number, asked me to call them because they are the technician provider but JEEVES said they can't helpme, Because Flipcart assigned the technician. Some of them gave me invalid mail ID ([protected]@replyflipkart.com). I have every proof of those conversations with customer care executives.

    Is there anything you can do to install my geyser? Flipkart or Jeeves or Sunil Sarkar someone has to give me back the 500 rs of those pipes so another technician can install my geyser with new pipes. I am attaching the photo of the pipes and the bill image made by SUNIL SARKAR.

    PLEASE take care of my problem I am extremely tired of calling in Flipcart.

      I have been awarded a refund by jeeves against a faulty television on November 3rd.
      But til date i have not received my money

      The team handling mails is inefficient and gives same copy paste answers.

      It has been 20 days and still they couid not send the link to the registered mail id.

It was suppposd to be installed by 26 Nov, but till date it had not been installed. And also I am receiving SMS everyday about the technician coming for installation but he has not come and also not contacted. The number provided for all the technicians is switched off everytime I try to contact. Send the technician as soon as possible for installation

              Me Purchased extended warranty from jeeves technician on 8-oct-2021 and my TV having some issue and replaced by brand and me purchased the warranty from Brand only. Now, i need to cancel my extended warranty that i purchased through jeeves technician as my tv got replaced.
              And after that me called jeeves support team and raise a cancellation request of my policy/extended warranty on 31-oct-2021. (AS ITS TOLD BY JEEVES CUSTOMER SUPPORT ONLY THAT YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR POLICY WITHIN 30 DAYS IF PURCHASED THROUGH TECHNICIAN) then me requested for cancellation and that person filled the google form for cancellation .
              And, till today me not received any update from that regarding refund and me already mailed all the required documents proof to company also.
              But, company is not looking at my request for my amount that i paid that is 1920 for extended warranty. Me not received any mail for sharing bank detail and not any single word from company regarding refund.

                  I have bought a complete TV protection plan for 2-year duration (CPFK[protected] through Flipkart for my Thomson LED TV, early this month I had a problem in TV. Logged a complaint & technician visited and identified one part to be replaced. After that 16 days has been gone but no response.

                  I have 3 times to their call center but every time they say part is yet to receive and not givng any affirmative timeline infect no they are even not responding over call.

                  Really pathetic state of service I am feeling like cheated and on mercy of Jeevs after paying 2 year warranty to them.

                    I have policy with Jeeves complete protection services and claim registered on Oct 21 that my Tv stopped working. After many follow-ups and calls a technician showed up after 11 days and checked the tv and told he need to order a new part. The part finally came after 1 month of claim registration.
                    Now the technician came with part to only tell that they ordered a wrong part and will order again the correct part. This time the support is saying is going to take another 18 business day to get the new part.

                    This support is so poor that every single support agent gives a different answer, one will say that they will process refund, another will say wait for 18 business days. I requested them to copy their Manager in my emails but they never do it. This need to be resolved asap clearly breach for the SLA and no accountability taken by Jeeves.

                        I've raised a complaint on 3rd of october for my tv repair, after waiting for so many days the cancelled the request just because I missed a single call. they never updated me even after closing the request. On 6th of november they again raised a complaint on the same day technician visited my place but no update after that, everytime I call them they say they are escalating to the concern team and will contact me within next 24 hrs but no has contacted me even after calling so many times. They even promised me for a refund as I haven't got the service for so long time but no update on that as well. Now they are saying the no complaint is on file after my first complaint got cancelled. Almost 2 months and I haven't got the service for my tv.

                          I have bought a VU 55 inch LED smart tv on 6/7/2019 from Flipkart, along with an Extended warranty from Jeeves for 2 yrs. The extended warranty will be active after the 1 yr warranty from the VU company.

                          My TV started malfunctioning on 7 September2021 and have informed Jeeves Extended warranty team with required documents on 8th September 2021. After so much of mails and calls, finally technician arrived for inspection and he wanted TV to be picked up. The TV was picked up on 11 October 2021.

                          On 18 th October, they have confirmed TV cannot be repaired and will issue refund. Since I did'nt recieve further mails for refund, called their customer centre on 3rd November, they have asked me to send a mail to jeeves for further updates.

                          I have sent mails to them from November 3rd onwards mentioning the refund is not yet recieved, they replied with a sorry and asked me to wait for 2 days. Nothing happened, i didnt get any mails. I have then again replied to their customer care mail atleat 10 times, asking for the refund.

                          Till now their reply for my complaints re the same thing, that, they are working on it. i have checked my mail id with them is correct or not and they have confirmed the mail id is correct.

                          Why such a fraudulent attempt from Flipkart? its too bad service from such a big firm.

                                This jeeves complete protection is so cheap and fraud that, no one would opt and Flipkart and Jeeves both togather making customers fool. Their customers will each time say, they would take 2 business day, it has been months and each time I reach their customer care, they say two business days they would take but till date no solution.

                                I have purchased the MARQ LED TV 43" on[protected], but after 7 Months, The TV stopped working, so I complained the customer care and later, they picked the TV on[protected], after 10 days, customer care told by phone that the TV cannot be repaired nor replacement can be done so they would refund the money of Rs 16499/-and link would be send by email or SMS on registered mobile number. Unfortunately my email was wrongly updated at their end and link was sent to that email however, no link received on SMS. Oo I requested the customer care to change the mail, they said they would take 2 business day to update and then I would get the link. I am so frustrated till date, because their customer care is like a fraud, they each time will say they would take 2 business days but, i have reached them more than 10 times but only assurance I have been receiving is 2 business day, which is very frustrating and my family is without TV for more than 3 months. Such cheaters should be punished and should dragged to Court for such act of cheating.

                                  I have purchased a Thomson LED TV from Flipkart platform and taken a protection plan also for the same. My tv got faulty for that I have raised a complaint on 12th of October 2021 regarding not working properly screen and sound of my tv, but it's 37 days have passed but still no resolution has been given by the Jeeves.
                                  I have called many times on toll free number for my complaint. on 29th October 2021 they assured me that we have no stock of replacement part of your tv hence we have processed the complaint and sent it for replacement. Within 12 working days it will get approved and you will get a new tv against your old one. As the 12 working days completed on 08th November 2021, but I have not got any mail for the same. After that I have called on 14th November 2021 on toll free number then someone has told that new tv has been sent to your nearest service centre and it will get installed within 1 or 2 days, but already 3 days have passed then I have again on 17th November 2021 for the same then someone has told me that I have asked regarding the same from them then he told me that no such update is available with them he will update me within 2 working days. Again I have waited for 2 working days and called back on toll free number and again I have asked about the status of my complaint then she has replied that again wait for for 2 more working days to know the exact status.
                                  Please give me the exact status of my complaint or resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                    Sir/madam
                                    I ordered the Miss and chief semi assembled kids cycle from Flipkart on 16 Oct Nov 2021 with 499 rs installation charges acc to Flipkart installation of this product need to be done on or before 29 Oct 2021
                                    I contacted Flipkart customer care number for this issue they give me date 1st nov 2021 for installation but installation person came on 2nd nov 2021 but that product is damaged so I replaced that product on 2nd nov 2021 same product delivered me on 14th nov 2021 acc to Flipkart installation need to be done on or before 18 nov 2021 but again installation is not done so I called again Flipkart customer care number about this issue they delaying the installation again and again.
                                    So please provide solutions for this issue asap

                                      I purchased 43 inches Realme TV on 28th may 2021 from flip kart wroth Rs. 23, 999/- and additionally i added the Jeeves protection wroth Rs. 2, 500/- . 4th month tv shows the display problem, September 25th one ### came from Jeeves . and then he just look the tv and go back, then no reply, again i contacted the Jeeves and then another guy came on 28 October . and also the next day i got the call from flip kart protection and they says that, you have 2 options one i completely refund and other one is to change the display, change the display took around 10-15 days . then i go for refund option . then 1st November 2021 my TV pickup by Jeeves . Today is 18-November -2021 . 18 days done, still no refund . if we contact to Jeeves regarding this issue they will reply we need 1-2 business days. Now no TV no MONEY
