I have policy with Jeeves complete protection services and claim registered on Oct 21 that my Tv stopped working. After many follow-ups and calls a technician showed up after 11 days and checked the tv and told he need to order a new part. The part finally came after 1 month of claim registration.
Now the technician came with part to only tell that they ordered a wrong part and will order again the correct part. This time the support is saying is going to take another 18 business day to get the new part.

This support is so poor that every single support agent gives a different answer, one will say that they will process refund, another will say wait for 18 business days. I requested them to copy their Manager in my emails but they never do it. This need to be resolved asap clearly breach for the SLA and no accountability taken by Jeeves.

    I have register a complain on 13th nov 2021 and payment done on 15th November after waiting 10 days jeeves not picked up my parcel and after calling many times in customer care not getting satisfactory answer. As my mobile still damage and i already baught complete mobile protection plan from jeeves.

      I've raised a complaint on 3rd of october for my tv repair, after waiting for so many days the cancelled the request just because I missed a single call. they never updated me even after closing the request. On 6th of november they again raised a complaint on the same day technician visited my place but no update after that, everytime I call them they say they are escalating to the concern team and will contact me within next 24 hrs but no has contacted me even after calling so many times. They even promised me for a refund as I haven't got the service for so long time but no update on that as well. Now they are saying the no complaint is on file after my first complaint got cancelled. Almost 2 months and I haven't got the service for my tv.

        I am Dr Jinu C Soman, from Cochin, Kerala. My registred number with Jeeves is [protected]

        I have bought a VU 55 inch LED smart tv on 6/7/2019 from Flipkart, along with an Extended warranty from Jeeves for 2 yrs. The extended warranty will be active after the 1 yr warranty from the VU company.

        My TV started malfunctioning on 7 September2021 and have informed Jeeves Extended warranty team with required documents on 8th September 2021. After so much of mails and calls, finally technician arrived for inspection and he wanted TV to be picked up. The TV was picked up on 11 October 2021.

        On 18 th October, they have confirmed TV cannot be repaired and will issue refund. Since I did'nt recieve further mails for refund, called their customer centre on 3rd November, they have asked me to send a mail to jeeves for further updates.

        I have sent mails to them from November 3rd onwards mentioning the refund is not yet recieved, they replied with a sorry and asked me to wait for 2 days. Nothing happened, i didnt get any mails. I have then again replied to their customer care mail atleat 10 times, asking for the refund.

        Till now their reply for my complaints re the same thing, that, they are working on it. i have checked my mail id with them is correct or not and they have confirmed the mail id is correct.

        Why such a fraudulent attempt from Flipkart? its too bad service from such a big firm.

          I have raised complaint to fix the Washing machine, its been month this issue is not resolved and when i requested for refund since as per terms amount will be refund if issue is not resolved.

          They continue to give excuse and not fixing issue or refunding the amount.

          Now i'm looking to get refund since i cant rely on them to fix the issue and if it happen again it will take months to fix.

              This jeeves complete protection is so cheap and fraud that, no one would opt and Flipkart and Jeeves both togather making customers fool. Their customers will each time say, they would take 2 business day, it has been months and each time I reach their customer care, they say two business days they would take but till date no solution.

              I have purchased the MARQ LED TV 43" on[protected], but after 7 Months, The TV stopped working, so I complained the customer care and later, they picked the TV on[protected], after 10 days, customer care told by phone that the TV cannot be repaired nor replacement can be done so they would refund the money of Rs 16499/-and link would be send by email or SMS on registered mobile number. Unfortunately my email was wrongly updated at their end and link was sent to that email however, no link received on SMS. Oo I requested the customer care to change the mail, they said they would take 2 business day to update and then I would get the link. I am so frustrated till date, because their customer care is like a fraud, they each time will say they would take 2 business days but, i have reached them more than 10 times but only assurance I have been receiving is 2 business day, which is very frustrating and my family is without TV for more than 3 months. Such cheaters should be punished and should dragged to Court for such act of cheating.

                I have purchased a Thomson LED TV from Flipkart platform and taken a protection plan also for the same. My tv got faulty for that I have raised a complaint on 12th of October 2021 regarding not working properly screen and sound of my tv, but it's 37 days have passed but still no resolution has been given by the Jeeves.
                I have called many times on toll free number for my complaint. on 29th October 2021 they assured me that we have no stock of replacement part of your tv hence we have processed the complaint and sent it for replacement. Within 12 working days it will get approved and you will get a new tv against your old one. As the 12 working days completed on 08th November 2021, but I have not got any mail for the same. After that I have called on 14th November 2021 on toll free number then someone has told that new tv has been sent to your nearest service centre and it will get installed within 1 or 2 days, but already 3 days have passed then I have again on 17th November 2021 for the same then someone has told me that I have asked regarding the same from them then he told me that no such update is available with them he will update me within 2 working days. Again I have waited for 2 working days and called back on toll free number and again I have asked about the status of my complaint then she has replied that again wait for for 2 more working days to know the exact status.
                Please give me the exact status of my complaint or resolve the issue at the earliest.

                  Sir/madam
                  I ordered the Miss and chief semi assembled kids cycle from Flipkart on 16 Oct Nov 2021 with 499 rs installation charges acc to Flipkart installation of this product need to be done on or before 29 Oct 2021
                  I contacted Flipkart customer care number for this issue they give me date 1st nov 2021 for installation but installation person came on 2nd nov 2021 but that product is damaged so I replaced that product on 2nd nov 2021 same product delivered me on 14th nov 2021 acc to Flipkart installation need to be done on or before 18 nov 2021 but again installation is not done so I called again Flipkart customer care number about this issue they delaying the installation again and again.
                  So please provide solutions for this issue asap

                    I purchased 43 inches Realme TV on 28th may 2021 from flip kart wroth Rs. 23, 999/- and additionally i added the Jeeves protection wroth Rs. 2, 500/- . 4th month tv shows the display problem, September 25th one ### came from Jeeves . and then he just look the tv and go back, then no reply, again i contacted the Jeeves and then another guy came on 28 October . and also the next day i got the call from flip kart protection and they says that, you have 2 options one i completely refund and other one is to change the display, change the display took around 10-15 days . then i go for refund option . then 1st November 2021 my TV pickup by Jeeves . Today is 18-November -2021 . 18 days done, still no refund . if we contact to Jeeves regarding this issue they will reply we need 1-2 business days. Now no TV no MONEY

                      We had taken 2 years of extended warranty along with 1 year manufacturing warranty of our MI TV, now the warranty is valid till 2022 and there is panel issue in the TV confirmed by MI technical team. Now instead of giving the part replacement Jeeves is forcefully is asking us to take some amount and give back TV to them, overall its our loss. we have taken extended warranty to avoid these kinds of issues. If part is not available its not our concern Jeeves has to arrange the part or replace the TV. PLEASE HELP US To SOLVE THIS ON PRORITY.

                          I had bought "Vivo v21 5G" Mobile from FlipKart on 4th May, 2021 with "Complete Mobile Protection 1 year for phones between 30-35K". Following are the details of the plan:

                          My phone got accidentally damaged & I have raised a reclaim request on[protected] for which I had paid 1500 as service charge. On 20th October, 2021 the phone was picked up from me & I got an update that the phone would be serviced in 10 working days & it is almost near to a month I have raised complaint with. I am trying to reach "Jeeves Consumer Services" and "Flipkart" but I am not getting any update in this regards. FlipKart has raised an issue to be resolved by "November 15, 2021" and now they are not even taking my calls or messages. There is no answer on the status of my phone.

                          November 5, 2021 - I Called Jeeves Consumer - They have raised an issue saying it would get resolved in 5 working
                          November 10, 2021 - I Called Jeeves Consumer - They have raised an issue saying it would get resolved in 2 working days - No Update later
                          November 13, 2021 - I Called Jeeves Consumer - Again they have said it would be resolved in 5 working days
                          November 15, 2021 - I called Jeeves Consumer - Asked me to wait till next 5 working days.

                          I tried to reach on emails as well & they say we will update you soon & no progres. Attached the email conversations.

                          I would like to get my phone Serviced or replace it with a new phone & would like to claim a penality from the company for not getting it serviced within the specified working days & irresponsible behaviour towards the customer.

                            I purchased the following product from Flipkart -

                            LG 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart TV 2018 Edition 43LK5760PTA
                            Product Cost - Rs 40, 430

                            Along with One year Extended Warranty - Warranty Provider - Jeeves.
                            Extended Warranty Cost - Rs 3, 499

                            Order ID on Flipkart - Order ID: OD[protected].

                            I have been following up for the warranty claim with Jeeves since 10 July 2021 - (Around 4 months) but have not received any response from their end.

                            They keep delaying the request by saying that they have escalated the issue and will be resolved in 2 days, but no action has been taken since the last 4 months.
                            I have the mail train with me for your reference along with all relevant documents for the purchase of the product and the warranty claim

                            I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response, even after paying a huge amount for the Product and the Extended Warranty.

                            Please intervene and look into the issue.

                              Hi Team,
                              I have raised repair request on 23-Oct-2021, initially jeeves team asked to wait for 7 working days. After 7 days also there was no response from them. I am trying to call to customer care from 1-Nov-2021 onwards, they are saying that we escalated the issue and we will get 2 workings days.
                              I am calling to customer care every 2 Days and i am getting same response and asking me to wait 2 working days.
                              They are saying silly reasons like technical issue, technical team is not available.

                              How to get the solution for this one.

                                  We ordered a mobile in Flipkart and got to know there is some problem in 108 mp camera after taking there is some lines coming in the picture...

                                  Raised for replacement and technician not visited my home and putting as remarks replacement rejected and again done the complainant and again have same experience...

                                  Third time made a complainant and still waiting for the technician visit but the technician is not responding as of now.

                                  Worst customer support and raised complainant Flipkart as well

                                    I have issue for Thomson smart TV in display, i raised the query then provide at claim ID:CLCPD[protected] at 31/Aug/2021 from Jeeves support, After one week, service engineer came & check the product, he said, product is warranty period, So, Product will replacement the old product, But still Date, there is no positive reply from Jeeves support, in every mail & Call, wait 2 days we will resolve this issue, but finally not get solution from Jeeves service. i totally disappointment from Jeeves service, Better, Do not buy complete protect plan from Flipkart. waste of money & waste of time

                                        I had purchased a Complete protection plan under Jeeves for Mi TV (bought from flipkart) for amount of Rs.4400/- and the TV cost is Rs.55000/-
                                        I raised a service request for technician visit on 23rd Oct 2021 and got an update that a technician will visit soon. However, even after 15 days there has been no action taken by Jeeves. Every time on mailing or calling them, a generic answer is provided saying that the request has been escalated and will be handled in 2 business days but nothing happens after that.

                                        The service team handling mails is inefficient in replying and gives the same copy-paste answers. They are not even providing any service request ID's and not providing any technician visits.

                                        I have wasted my money in buying this additional complete protection plan when Flipkart/Jeeves cannot provide any service from their end and I do not know what to do now.
