Dear sir,
I m LALIT, working in defense, posted at kochi. I ordered a infinix TV from flipkart vide order I'd OD[protected]. On 19 Oct 21 and received on 26 Oct 21. To install this item one technician namely Aswin P.B visited at my quarter at round 11 am. I was not available at my quarter so my wife escort him from gate to my quarter . during this time he miss behave with my wife ( continues looking at my wife, try to touch her, and try to miss behave) My wife afraid a lot that time she call me same time then I told my to call neighbor lady. Thereafter the technician make himself control.
It is very serious issue and a punishable act as well as he and the jeevas service liable to put on charge. This kind of behavior from a service provider or from any personnel cannot accepted.
Its my deeply sullenness against intolerable behaviour of Aswin P.B
This type of behavior is not only shamefulness but its spoils the image of serving company ( flipkart/ jeevas ).

Its my request to you please take a strict action such type of personal. Other it is not only a customers dissatisfaction but a bad name for your service also.
And I m aspecting a reply of this complaint from your service.

    Address: God knows!

    Jeeves team installed our new purchase of Kodak TV last year in September and very cleverly sold us an extended warranmty till 2023. However a few days ago the TV malfunctioned and this company, instead of sending a technician home, is dealing with us over E Mails, with a response time 48 hours on E Mail.
    In today's day and age, a company like that is being allowed by us consumers to take us for a ride.
    Will pull them to consumer court for not honouring the warranty.

        I have bought a VU tv from flipkart, which was under extended warranty covered by Jeeves. As the TV got repaired by September 25, 2021 I have registered for claim of the warranty. Jeeves service technician have collected the TV from us on October 1, 2021 and informed that they will check with 7 working days if this issue can be repaired or can be refunded. However I have not given any sort o[censored]pdate even after 10 working days. After multiple followups, I have got update on October 20, 2021 saying it is non-repairable and they will initiate call for refund process by EOD of October 20, 2021. Again I called the Jeeves customer care today - October 25, 2021 and again they informed 2 more working to work on refund process, hence I asked the customer care agent Mohana to transfer the call to Manager to escalate on the issue as this is being going on for nearly a month. She has mentioned that the agent doesn’t have access to transfer the call to Manager and they aren’t willing to share any contact to escalate the issue. So far no update have been received from Jeeves end regarding the refund for TV.

        The issue is now resolved. Once after raising a complaint here, I have received mail from Jeeves - [email protected] regarding my refund initiation. Once they have confirmed the defective product is taken by their team, they have initiated refund link within 2 working days. After I have updated the details they have refunded the specified amount

            Brought Hisense 50 inch Tv from flipkart, got it delivered on 18 th of october. I scheduled the installation on 19 th of october when placing the order. It has been postponed to 29 th october without any valid reason.Your policy is getting it installed within 2-5 business days. I've been calling flipkart's so called customer executives and jeeves but all in vain.I have mailed to Jeeves and everytime i get the same response please contact flipkart customer care. No coordination in between them. I being a customer my main priority is hassle free experience for my product. Im not willing to listen any of your petty excuses. If my product doesnt get installed by 2morrow i will return my product and escalate my problem to higher authorites.

              I raised a claim for my laptop warranty in 18 august 2021, and a technician visit at my place, he confirmed that my laptop need part replacement, and soon he will come with the parts again and will change them for repair my laptop. Then i wait for some time then called in customer care and again and again till 6 sept 2021, at last they told me to mail at [protected]@jeeves.co.in .And i mailed them, in reply they said please wait for 2 days, we have escalated the issue . And till today[protected] I have sent them 14 mails, and in all mailed they reply the same, "please wait for 2 days, we have escalated the issue". I don't know what kind of service is this.

                I have purchased VU television from flipkart, installation and demo person tell me to take Jeeves Extended Warranty Plan for Tv because it's good to take plan if any thing happened with Tv, so i take it for TV protection.
                Now when i face some issues in my television, i complain on 15th Oct 2021 and Today is 23 Oct 2021, i called multiple times in customer care, all time they tell me to wait for 2 days..wait for two days. No action or listening by jeeves for complains. Jeeves are seating to cheat people's in name of warranty plan for items purchased by customers.
                Request you to take action against Jeeves.

                    I had ordered Motorola ZX 164 cm TV (OD[protected] on 25th June'2020.
                    Currently TV isn't functional and Jeeves team has declared it beyond repair.
                    My wife has raised a request for refund. Jeeves team has send the refund link to the registered email id which is not functional.
                    The problem here is my Old email doesn't exist anymore and i want the refund link on my updated email-id chetan.[protected]@gmail.com.
                    It has been almost 3 days after my request, neither i have received the refund link and nor my email-id is updated. Such a pathetic support service.

                      As I purchased cycle from Flipkart delivered on 14th Oct 2021 and but I don't get any further information on installation.it's almost 7 th day after delivery.

                        I bought a Hisense LED through flipkart.The jeeves technician came for installation and forced me to take complete protection irritated me.After 2 days the LED panel damaged, I called to your executive the ticket registered only answer that i m getting is wait for 2 working days.
                        Daily I m getting the Same Words from Customer Care .Please take action against flipkart and Jeeves .

                          I have purchased new Galanz Washing Machine (XQG90-T514VE) from Flipkart, delivered on 14th Oct 2021. Installation date was 17th but no person assign then I have registered complain with flipkart and I got message on 18th SARFRAZ MULTANI has been assigned for installation of washing machine (call [protected], PIN 156) (case ID FLIG-4R14HU-BYPGW5-BVP5P7-20FWT0S). I am continuously trying to call but no. always shows busy. I have also registered complain with Flipkart for the same but flipkart has provided me Jeeves customer support no.[protected]. when I making call on this no. I am getting audio message to contact flipkart. No one is interested to solve my issue.

                          Please arrange installation immediately as my return period is also going to over.

                            An extended warranty plan was purchased from M/s Jeeves. (address Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd Buildings Alyssa, Begonia & Clover, Embassy Tech Village, Outer Ring Road, Devarabeesanahalli Village Bangalor 560103 ) However due to return because of damage in product (TV), u/n wished to cancel the warranty plan taken from Jevves . M/s Jeeves confirmed the same for refund too as per the email as below .

                              Hi Jeeves Team/ Flipkart,

                              There was a request raised on 27th Sept for a Manufacturer defect and a MI team person came for a visit, suggested to contact Jeeves as per Accidental Damage.

                              The request was never raised for Accidental Damage and Jeeves' person never visited my home to check the issue.

                              As per last communication from the Support team through call, The Manufacturer defect request will be cancelled and a new request will be raised for accidental damage.as well Jeeves' person will visit and check the issue, which has never been done.

                              By the time we bought tv as per manufacture defect charges were Rs 499/- for MI tv. and Flipkart Complete protection charged 1499/- for 3 years.

                              which includes complete protection along with accidental damage.
                              Which never happened .

                              Please raise a request for accidental damage and do raise a claim for the same.

                              The process following is totally unacceptable. intentionally not properly claiming and reimbursement not happening.

                              This is total cheating from flipkart complete protection.

                                I have brought realme sled 55 inch tv from flipkart and delivery completed on oct-10.But installation is pending for 9 days. Flipkart mentioned that installation will be completed in 2-5 days but msg I got is installation will by done by oct-21.why there is so much discrepancy in installation. Also product return is by oct-20 but installation by oct-21.Tv is idle and we need to safeguard till that time .Very poor customer experience and services. Can this be resolved asap..

                                  I have purchased a sofa from Flipkart. The executive, Biswajit Panda was supposed to be there to install my sofa on October 16, 2021 but the technician is so irresponsible that it has been three days and he is yet to install the sofa. He does not receive his call and if he does do it he refuses to provide the installation. It has already been a month that I have received my sofa and If your technician is unable to provide service, kindly ask him to provide in writing so that I can forward the same to National Consumer Court because otherwise you people do not learn your lesson.

                                    Purchased A VU TV From Flipkart With 3 Years Extended Jeeves Warranty. Recently, After An Year O[censored]sage, The TV Stopped Switching ON. I Raised A Complaint With Jeeves On 10th Sep, 2021 And A Engineer Visited On 15thh Sep, 2021 He Told Me That Within 15 Days The Defective Motherboard Will Be Replaced. I Have Been Following Up With Jeeves Since 30th Sep, 2021 And They Say To Wait To 10 Days As The Issue Is Still In Part Pending Status. I Purchased Complete Protection Plan With An Assurent That My Problem Will Solved In 15 Days Max But Issue Is Still Not Resolved. Even Raised An Issue With Flipkart, They Are Also Not Helping. Jeeves Are Such A Fraud And Flipkart Is Supporting It

                                        I have bought Hindware 3 L Instant Water Geyser from Flipkart which got delivered at 8 Oct. Installation is assigned to Jeeves Consumer Services, Pune and Rs 300 are already charged as installation fees. Flipkart is showing installation to be expected by 12 Oct, but there is no sign. I also observed similar kind of complaints in this forum. There is no point to buy products if we are not able to get basic services.
