1000% fake consumer Service provider.
This is tie up with flipkart and giving extended warranty to electric items such as TVs, etc..
BE AWARE NEVER EVER BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THIS FAKE JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICE PROVIDER. This is fully fraud And cheating company promise to give service, as per my experience this jeeves didn't provided service(tv got wifi connectivity issues so tv mother board has to change) or repair or replacement or refund for more than 3 months till warranty period over. After warranty period over, they didn't provide service at all. And neither flipkart nor jeeves provide no service. So guys be very careful when you see this jeeves extended warranty on any products you buying in online stores.

      My TV stopped working under extended warranty. I called jeeves the technician came to home that day and he said he ordered a new motherboard will be replaced when he'll get that. Its 4 days I don't know any status of the shipment of motherboard. I want that to be replaced within 7 days as there SLA policy is 10 days. Also I want to track the shipment details of motherboard I mean every details its my right to know.

        Hello Team,

        I own a Mi TV 55 brought via Flipkart along with 2 yrs additional warranty via Jeeves on 29th Oct 2018.

        On 29th Aug 2021, I have raised a warranty claim with Jeeves, CLJPR[protected], regarding a panel issue with my TV. There was a red stripe at the bottom of the LED panel.

        A Mi technician came, noted panel number, and after a week when enquired, I was told that Jeeves certified the TV as on-serviceable. I was promised a refund and they told I will get an email to furnish my bank details. But no email came.

        Meanwhile, on 20th Sep 2021, the TV went completely blank and today when I called Jeeves, and asked them to update the ticket. Someone deliberately canceled the old ticket and created a new ticket CLJPW[protected], as if this is a new issue. I don’t know what is going on with this. Flipkart and Jeeves have to refund me the money or send me a replacement TV. I get umpteen calls from Flipkart asking for the status wherein they should have checked with the Jeeves team. I’m really frustrated with the whole process and with the TV going blank, need urgent attention to this issue and also warn other potential customers who would get into such traps.

        However, I’m also planning to take it up legally.

          I had purchased a LED tv by flipkart and a 3 years extended warranty plan from them too and now the product is damaged and i am calling for repair concern from about 25 days they did not respont anyting after my call and always making fool by saying we r facing some technical issues.
          I want to get my product fine as soon as possible

            Repaired phone is lying at Service centre since a week. They are not delivering me back my phone. Customer service team says wait for 10 days then wait for 5 days no resolution.

                Jeeves is a thief, cheater and fraud company. They deny the service for accidental warranty, even though accidental damage is covered in complete protection. As in case of accidental damage, refund will be given only after 50% damage deduction+20% depreciation deduction, so they need to refund only about 30% of invoice amount, and most of the time we buy product on discount, like I have bought a TV ~6800rs in BBD last year (MRP is ~18999rs). But now Jeeves only offering me refund of ~2500rs as it is cheaper for them than repairing/replacing the TV due to accidental damage. So NEVER EVER BUY ANY WARRANTY from Jeeves. You will be cheated. And these people are so shameless that even after informing that TV is used by my senior citizen parent, but still they dont bother. I have sent court notice too, but these useless fellow are shameless to core of their heart. I wish one day this company will bankrupt and all of the employees get jailed due to customer trust breach..Anyone know Jeeves CEO/MD email id? Till date I could not find. I will escalate my complaint to Jeeves CEO/MD. Please share..

                    I have a VUTV and my apps are freezeing, process is very slow, apps kick me out anytime during running, looses my registration settings or details, wifi issues, black screen while audio is on like whe we play songs on YouTube etc. I connected initially with Jeeves no response as they have refund policy further i contacted brand and on 1st soft update 2nd motherboard twice then wifi board then whole TV unit replacement. Now after 4 months issues is appearing which means TV make n model itself is faulty. I tried chasing jeeves as i am under complete protection. They aligned technician in 4 days later he waited for nearly 3 hours on call with Jeeves but no response. He took senior person on call still the same. This been done past a month now everytime i asked for refund 2 business days is a st forward answer and nothing happens

                      Hello, Team!

                      I had filed a complaint about the TV Panel Issue, and the TV was still under warranty.
                      1. Filed a complaint on August 16, 2021.
                      2. Engineer visited on the 18th of August 2021 and validated the Panel issue.
                      After numerous follow-ups,
                      3. TV has been picked up on August 26th, 2021. After numerous follow-ups,
                      4. On the 14th of August 2021, I got a mail.
                      " We would like to inform you that the NER(Non-economical repair) is submitted by the service team and it is under process. Kindly provide us 2 business days, we are working on the issue and will get back to you as soon as possible"

                      Every time, I get the same template (exactly received 17 times)
                      I called Jeeves over 24 times.
                      Not receiving a proper response. Could you please assist me in this matter?

                        Once technician visited and he said I need confirmation message from jeeves consumer services otherwise I will not check this issue. then I called to jeeves customer care so many times but they said that it will updated in two business days but there is no progress.

                            We have purchased a Micromax TV from Flipkart and as suggested by them we also bought the extended warranty from Jeeves as a bundled service from Flipkart. After 18 months the TV developed display problem and upon registering our complaint a Technician was sent by Jeeves who checked the TV and informed that the panel needs to be replaced. Then they took the TV along with the remote control and mounting stand. From then the harassment started. Even after 2 months they were not returning the TV. Then after several calls they came with the TV but didn't brought the remote control and stand. And they have not repaired or replaced the panel. The TV is not working till date.
                            We strongly believe that Flipkart is aware of all these but still they are allowing companies like Jeeves to cheat customers in their website.

                              I bought this marq TV 2 years back. Suddenly tv as stopped recently not working . Immediately I raised request from jeeves they actually came and check the TV, on first visit by technician he said picture board is gone then immediately raised the request on the product through his mobile. then second visit technician came with fault product and checked with the TV it as not working. then again he told another product also gone so he raised request again and it will ship within one week and I contacted after one week like one day back they told the product was shipped technician will arrive soon.today I called customer service they told still it is in shipping it is not arrived yet. Customer service persons wasn't a proper update to a customer. Till now three weeks has gone I am looking for a solution that is not a working from customer service really pathetic for me. August 21st I contacted the customer service and August 22nd the technician arrived and today the date is 13 September 2021..

                                I complaint last 56 days[protected] back issue regarding with my mi 43 led tv. My mi tv is not working, so many times I called Jeeves customer service number[protected], any time customer care executives are telling just 7 days ur complaint will be resolved but till date my issue was not resolved. Last 6days[protected] back my extended warranty is expired.
                                Yesterday I received a mail from Jeeves
                                We are sorry to inform you that your plan is expired. As per the terms and conditions, we will not be able to provide a service for your product.
                                I complaint[protected] days back that time my mi tv is under warranty period. Ur executive telling just 7 days but Jeeves not resolved my issue till date.
                                What Jeeves thinks customers are fools. 56 days back I complaint Jeeves, till date my issue was not resolved. Just 6 days back my extended warranty is expired.
                                Last 50 days my tv is under warranty period. That time Jeeves is sleeping mode.
                                Last 6 days back my extended warranty is expired Jeeves immediately wakeup and start telling ur plan is expired so cannot provide service.

                                  I bought full protection plan from Jeeves which was purchased from the technical who can to install the machine and I was been told I can cancel this plan if I don't like within a month so I thought I will go with it as technical was in hurry to go and I didn't had much time to read terms and condition and since It was canceallable I decided it to do later.

                                  So I went for cancellation since I didn't like what they are offering in full protection plan and decided to cancel it.

                                  Now its been 2 Months I haven't received any refund from them

                                  I am following daily with them and only thing they say is we have escalated please wait for 2 to 3 business days

                                  fedup with this type of service.
                                  they are running this fraud from years and flipkart knows it but still they are not trying to improve it

                                    Bought a TV from Flipkart (MI TV) in Aug 2018 with two years extended warranty from Jeeves. Warrant was expiring this august . TV stopped working in June . Complaint raised to Jeeves, got scripted response stating that they will contact for repair in two weeks . 2 weeks passed, i contacted again, got another scripted reply stating that technician will contact with two weeks . Again no response, contacted flipkart via twitter, they responded stating that i will get a 70 % refund of the TV value, another month passed, this time flipkart contacted me and said seller ( Jeeves) rejected the offer and payment is not possible.

                                    I have no option to go to consumer court now, moving towards it

                                      I have Motorola ZX2 40'' LED Smart TV SL NO. 2070097M100812. Which bought from Flipcart on 10.11.2020 Order Id. OD[protected]. I bought 3 year complete protection from Jeeves through offline Rs 1800/-.

                                      Now my TV suffering screen problem and any other issue. i contact jeeves cosumer serice for this issue they response my problem and visit a technician to my House for this matter. But after technician visit they close this matter without solve my TV problem.
                                      Therefore i contact jeeves consumer service but they couldn't response.
