I got my MI 4K TV delivered by flipakart on OcT 8' 2021 Friday but installation is scheduled for OCT 21st.. But on site they have marked like the installation is IN PROGRESS on OCT 8, Why is this happening ?, Without doing any installation why do they mark it as IN PROGRESS on Oct 8, My BIG question here is - Today For the same product I checked on fliplkart and the delivery date is OCT 11th and installation date is OCT 13.. But for me who got the Tv before 3 days need to wait for another 15 days ? Very disappointed. Installation should be Prioritized for those who got the TV earlier.. Not for those who buy it today or tomorrow...Please take necessary action and respond.

    I bought a 43 inch Realme Tv from Flipkart in Nov, 2020.
    It was working fine for 9 months. But for the last some weeks, we started seeing issues with display and picture. It's been not even a year since I bought the TV. There is a one year warranty+ extended full protection warranty I bought separately from Jeeves.

    I reached out to Flipkart, then they redirected to Realme and then they redirected to Jeeves. Till now, I followed up with them so many times. Everytime, they say I'll get a consultant to diagnose the issue within two business days. Till now, there is no support given. We felt like being cheated. This is really frustrating and disappointing.

    Please take necessary action.

    Extremely bad customer support from them. They're fooling us by repeatedly saying the same dialog over and over again- will be resolved within 2 business days. It has been more than 2-3 weeks. A big scam this is.

        I have insurance from Jeeves for complete care of my mobile Realme 6i. In my mobile phone some hanging, voice not clear etc problem was coming. We called to Jeeves care for regarding the problems, then he logged my file for my problem at free of cost. Jeeves courier partner came at home, taken the mobile phone in ok condition but after delivered at Jeeves care phone screen damaged and Jeeves denied to resolve the problem. I am sure this damage done by Jeeves team after delivered at care because he didn't solve my raised concerns my phone that are free of cost, in damaged conditions he will charge 1000/- rs as a file charges I. E. Hidden charges at name of complete protection plan. And Jeeves team mailed me damaged phone picture in which shows fresh crack mark on screen as shown in picture, if damage done by our side then crack marks remains dull as per phone shinning but their is crack marks shinning.

        So I am requesting to Consumer team pls resolve problem

        I have called and mailed many times for resolve my problem. But no solution provided by Jeeves team. They are asking for 1000₹ pay to him.

        They damaged my mobile screen and now we take spare against original part that will be also not original screen and money also pay to him.

          Received TV from flipkart 3 days back, but still waiting for installation from Jeeves.
          Jeeves Consumer Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Still not yet come, 7 days over. Looks very good company with very good support. I felt why bought TV in flipkart.

            My bed is to be installed yesterday and the technician named S.Sainandachary has been assigned and i made calls and he said that he will install it yesterday at 5 Pm and after that he is not picking the calls, and lastly he blocked my contact and now i dont know how to approach him and still my bed is not installed and no one is taking care of it, it is the worst experience from jeeves team regarding the blocking of customer number, this is irresponsible behaviour, if they dont know how to give respect to customers, please close down the company, i previously came across with jeeves while installation of AC and TV, everytime the same experience, this is not tolerable, please do something and make my bed installed.

                I have reported the complaint on September 4th, service engineer said part replacement will consume 7 working days ..after 7 days I have asked to customer support then they asked 9 working days ..then waited..again they asked 10 days .now its consumed more than 1 month, yesturday 6th oct they came for part replacement and saying excuse like the part is not matching..its totally disappointed ..then what I need to do ..I need to replace tv unit or part replacement as immediate

                        I bought a TV from flipkart in June 2020 with extended warrenty through jeevs

                        iFFALCON by TCL 100.3 cm (40 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV with Google assistant search and Dolby Audio

                        Aug 2021 TV pannel gone bad (now TV is in extended warrenty )
                        Jeevs delayed the issue for two months and now saying ki हम आपको refund दे देंगे TV fix नही हो सकता। Refund would be just 50% of TV cost

                        It is a big scam, you are charging money in the name of extended warrenty but not fixing any issue.

                        Only small issues can be fixed else no response

                        I going to file case againest u in consumer court

                            I lodge a repairing request of my marq tv (flickering screen) through flipkart on 02.10.2021.
                            On 03.10.2021 a Jeeves's mechanic came to my home and took a look at my tv and assure me that it is normal problem which occures in most of tv. Then he open me tv internal and clean the internal wire and do etc (don't know).
                            After opening he confirmed that it will be ok but i[censored] face same problem next time then the main board require to change. I agree with the comments.
                            After assemble the tv he put the power but the tv did not start.
                            He again repeat same process to turn up the tv but he failed.
                            After 2 hours he with one more mechanic came then again open the tv internal and second mechanic replied that the tv panal is defected...
                            But before opening the tv, my tv is working properly (except flickering problem).
                            How it is possible that a mechanic damage my tv.
                            I want to fix the responsibility to find the defaulter and also want my tv ok...

                                this is Sridhar from Telangana
                                I faced a problem with Jeeves customer service
                                My TV got a problem of a Panel
                                I raised a complaint 0n 1st of September 2021
                                later 3rd of September MI Technician has visited and confirmed, it has to change panel and estimated Quote sent to Jeeves .
                                he(MI Technician) got a message on 13th of September, since the estimation amount is high, we are going to refund to the customer(me)
                                later I followed up everyday since 13th September 2021 .
                                they are saying every time wait for 2 business days, Our advisor will reach out to you to provide information on the refund.
                                But No resolution yet
                                Please help me, they are taking lot of time

                                      I purchased TV on flipkart along with Complete protection plan of Jeeves.
                                      I raised a repair request on 9th Sep. on 11th Sep a representative visited home checked the TV and said it will be repaired in 6-8 working days.
                                      I did not receive any update after that. I have been calling them since 20th Sep. Emailing them since 24th sep on daily basis and I get same response - "We have escalated the issue and you should get update in 2 business days".

                                        Lodged complaint (CLJWK[protected]) on 25th Sep-21 but still no response. Whenever I am connecting with customer care, they are asking 2 more business days. Pathetic Service. Jeeves is cheating customer on the name of extended warranty . I wouldn't recommend anyone to take Jeeves Service since they are making fool to its customers.
