Hi,
I purchased extended warranty from jeeves (Ew invoice attached) for my new thomson tv (55 inches) which i purchased from flipkart (Tv invoice attached).
Due to technical problems with the tv, i returned my tv to flipkart and requested refund for extended warranty from jeeves on 27/8/19.
Multiple reminders sent on 28/8/19, 30/8/19, 3/9/19, 11/9/19 but refund has not been processed though it was promised that it will take 4-5 business days. I am still waiting to hear from them and seek resolution. Please refund my money asap.

I have requested for refund since 27th Aug 19 and till date i got 2 emails from your side that the refund will be processed in 4-5 business working days. This period is already over and I still have no answer from your call center and email support team.
Please resolve this matter asap.
