I bought a new tv from flipkart, they provide jeeves to install my tv,
Tv delivered at 17th oct 5day has passed
5days due to return if it damage
But no one attended for installation
And i'm receiving sms from jeeves

    I purchased a redmi note 7 pro handset from flipkart and seller was jeeves consumer services and i have faced worsed service and inconvenience by them ever in my life! The set was faulty in many aspects and i did a replacement request and i had to go through serveral steps instructed by flipkatt, after that jeeves company sent some 'technician' and then reported that my issue was resolved which was actually not happened! This company is completely non-cooperating and misguiding, they are trying to not replace my product by making false resolve report! I want my demand fulfilled and also want to take legal step against this cheating company!

    I purchased a Redmi Note 7 pro handset on 16th October 2019 from flipkart and the seller was Jeeves Consumer Services and I have faced worst service and inconvenience by them ever in my life! The set was faulty in many aspects and I did a replacement request and I had to go through serveral steps instructed by flipkart, after which Jeeves Consumer Services sent some 'Technician' and then falsely reported that my issue was resolved which actually did not happen! This company is completely non-cooperating and misguiding, they are trying to not replace my product by making false resolve report! I want my demand fulfilled and also want to take legal steps against this cheating company!
    We have received TV ordered from flipcart on 10 Oct but still installation is pending it is more than 6 days still engineer is not aligned we have called for more than 10 minutes but there is no positive response they ever time reschedule the installation unhappy with the support

      Handset submitted to your jeeves consumer service on 30.09.2019, till date your team in call centre says handset repaired on 13.10.2019 & waiting for courier pickup, i have written several mails to your escalation matrix still not getting proper response when will i get my handset back its already 21days over & still not sure when i get the repaired handset back to me.

        I purchased a panasonic tv from flipkart with 2 years extended jeeves warranty. Recently, after an year o[censored]sage, the tv stopped switching on. I raised a complaint with jeeves on 2nd sep, 2019 and a engineer visited on 5th sep, 2019. He told me that within 15 days the defective motherboard will be replaced. I have been following up with jeeves since 20th sep, 2019 and they say to wait to 1-2 days as the issue is still in part pending status. The extended warranty document says that they will replace the item if it is not fixed within 30 days. Here it has been more that 1.5 months now and after following up like more than 20 times, the issue is still not resolved. Even raised an issue with flipkart, they are also not helping. I have all the related documents with me. Jeeves are such a fraud and flipkart is supporting it

            On 7th sep-19 we placed an order for a item "@home by nilkamal avery
            Engineered wood 4 door wardrobe (Finish color - wenge, mirror included)"and
            This was delivered to me on 23rd sep-19. Your installation team visited on
            24th sep-19 and discovered that the item was damage [mirror was broken],
            Due to which installation was not done.

            Subsequently, your wish master/installation team reported their concerned
            Officer and i also reported the same to flipkart customer care and
            Requested for refund.

            Further flipkart team visited for pickup on 15th oct-19 and denied to
            Pick as the defective item was not uninstalled and repacked properly.
            You are therefore requested to visit again and perform un-installation and
            Repacking of the item, so that can be picked up by flipkart.

            I look forward your quick action in this regard.

              Replaced my mobile phone with defective mobile phone and not responding to the call since this happened. I have all CALL RECORDING AND MAILS. They are giving false promises and when trying to call them putting the call on hold for more than an HOUR. I also have a proof of all of them. They are doing all fraudulent things and FLIPKART is also supporting them in a SMART way.

                This is to inform you that one of your service engineer (For installation) was found misbehaving and terrifying. His name is amit kumar jha (Number-[protected]).
                I have received this number for my bed installation. I called him several times and he didn't receive my call. After several calls and sms he called back and abused customer in terrifying & bullying tone which was unexpected. On the above he mentioned further he won't be coming and installing do whatever you can (Hum nai aayenge aapko jo karna hai aap karlijiye).

                  Hello sir my name is hirenkumar prajapati and i am from bharuch gujarat. I have purchased a mobile asus zenfone from flipkart in may 2019 and alongwith this phone i purchased flipkart mobile complete protection plan for one year. That now on dated 05th october my mobile got liquid damage so i raised a claim against my mobile insurance plan for repairing my mobile phone. And according to insurance policy i have registered my claim by dialling jeeves customer care number [protected] and according to proceed they have registered my claim and as per process they had sent a link for paying 500 rupees on 6th october 2019 and i have paid the same amount to them on same day and after they scheduled a pick-up request for mobile through bluedart courier on 11th october. But on 11th october i have received a msg from bluedart that your pick request has been cancelled by company i. E. Jeeves f1 infosolutions. And since then i have called many a times to them to reschedule a pick up of my phone but they are saying to wait 24 hrs or 48 hrs on every call.
                  So i request you to take action against such online company and my phone should be repaired as soon as possible or either my amount of rs. 500 will be refunded to me. My registered mob. No. Is [protected].

                    I bought mi led smart tv 4a prp (32) on september 29 in flipkart. That delivered on october 4. After than i received the call from installation team (Prakash patel), but i told him that time i'm not interested regarding installation because of that the i am leaving to out of station so i told him please come after 10th of oct.

                    After that he told me give me 5-10 min only i have check for installation process at your home, he came home and open the tv box, after again i told him (Prakash patel) i haven't time so please come after 10th oct, then he told me ok sir i will do. Without any cost.

                    Today i called him and he came for the installation process at the time he said me that you will have to pay fee for installation.

                    This is a very unprofessional behaviour, and i'm very disappointed for buying this tv. Please give a response.

                      I have purchase homefulltv unit from flipkart & it's delivered on 9 oct. After that installation not from jeeves company. First appoint for installation was 11oct. After that it's reschedule on 12oct. Nobody come. Again rescheduled on13oct but nobody come. Again reschedule on 14th but still nobody come. Daily called 6 to 7 times jeeves n flipkart but my problem not resolved.. I think they are not serious and not aware how w i suffer.. Every time they given date but problems not resolved.. Pls help.

                        20 sept 2019 - re-claim

                        20 sept 2019 - cancellation
                        Your claim request iw[protected] has been cancelled.

                        14 oct 2019: till date no one has yet come to pickup my mobile.

                        Summary: i have taken jeeves mobile protection plan for new mobile bought from flipkart website. On 7th sept i have logged a claim that my network is not working also wifi is getting frequently disconnected, but no one arrived to pickup my mobile. Till 20th sept i have been following up every 2 days, but phone didnt pickup still. I was informed there is some technical issue.

                        So old claim was cancelled by them and submitted new claim stating it will be collected within 5 working days. After that i called on tuesday they said pickup within 24 hrs. Called next day again they said to wait 3 working days.

                        Overall total i have been waiting since more than a month till no one arrived. Their technical issue didnt got solved since more than a month.

                        Now i want full refund of my phone plus protection plus compensation for the trouble i had. I already got it resolved by myself visiting the service centre. Their commitment was of 7 days which is over already.

                        When collecting premium they didnt had any technical issue.

                        Then i had sent several emails to them but no reply still. I emailed and called everywhere possible but no reply. Over phone they say to email at [protected]@jeeves.co.in but no reply from them.

                        Shut this company anyhow they are looting many collecting premiums and giving service to no one. Also this twitter page is filled with complaints.

                          This is govindaraj from chennai, i brought a vu 40 inch ultra smart sm tv from flipkart, service engineer installed tv on - 12.10.2019, thereafter he was offered extended warranty 2 years, he said to us this is the vu authorised extended warranty, due to i have choose a extended warranty, but now i got a soft copy bill from mail that is jeeves extended warranty, i was shacked and call to installation engineer but he didn't take a call, so i have raise a complaint regarding refund

                          Don, t need a jeeves extended warranty, so i need a refund

                          I had attached the jeeves extended warranty bill, id proof, vu tv invoice bill also, kindly check and revert back as soon as possible...

                            My plan id jppoffk1132242, we have registered your claim with claim id ad[protected]. My phone screen was broken and had few software issue as it was under complete protection plan i raised request for jeeves for repair. They took rs.500 for service charges and took my phone on 26th sept from blue dart and they said in 10 working days they will return the mobile. Its been more than 10 days we have not received the phone. When we call the customer care those agent usha n other agents are giving false information. They are not giving accurate information, telling the same information about pick up date and repair date details. Spoke to sharan a manager he said he promised ill recieve my phone in 48 hrs on 9th of oct. We still dint receive so called on 11th of oct an agent telling its still under observation. Very bad service and want a replacement with new phone and need to complaint on cheating customers.

                              My phone was picked up on 25th september. Jeeves customer service notified me that the phone is repaired and is dispatched from their service center on 1st oct. After 1st oct i didn't get tracking number or any information regarding my phone. Everyday i'm calling them and customer service associates guarantee me that i will get my tracking details in 48hours. I'm calling them since 5 days and every time they ask me to wait for 48 hours. I want to know which clock or which time period jeeves is following that since 5 days.. For them 48 hours is done. Let me know when i'm going to get my phone.
                              Jeeves customer service is the worst customer service i've experienced in my life. I was put on hold for hours multiple times.

                              Today when I called jeeves customer service(23rd call to them) and they are telling me that back end team will send me link to pay 500rs, once I pay then only my phone will be delivered. All this when I was calling then non of the customer service agent informed me about this and I asked them to send the link. They are saying they don't have the link.

                              I'm put on hold for 40 minutes and no update.

                              Today I called jeeves customer service and customer service agent has asked to wait for 72 hours.
                              Till last week they asked me to wait to 48 hours now they are asking to wait for 72 hours.
                              May be next month if I call them they will ask me to wait for 365days

                                  I have filed a claim on 21 set 2019. I got an email to pay 500rs in advance which i paid immediately. After 2 days my device was picked up on 23 sep 2019. Later i contacted them to know the status. They told me that device will be delivered in 10 business days. Now more than 10 business days are over. When i tried to contact their customer service, every time they put the call on hold and no resolution. They are even not responding emails. Very cheap service. Now i want my mobile back, either it is repaired or not.

                                  I got device on specified time in email. I apologise for my aggressiveness. I got my device as a brand new device after repair.

                                    Dear concern,

                                    The tv installation from jeeves is not appropriate and desirable. The jeeves technician (Mithlesh kumar - [protected]) is also behaving badly with us. He damaged my brand new tv cabinet while fixing the blaupunkt tv on the tv cabinet on 2nd oct 2019.

                                    Besides this, the tv picture quality is not at all good. The same has been properly validated by my tatasky technician today 10 oct 2019 around 11 am. The picture is coming out blur and hd channels are showing good amount of blur lines on dark picture shades.

                                    The sad part is that neither flipkart nor jeeves are listening our issues and ready to assist. I demand the replacement or refund of my amount as i will not keep defective tv at my home. Had paid flipkart for quality and correct product only not for defective one.

                                      I bought a tv during the flipkart big billion sale and i got the product within 3 days and for 1 week the installation and demo is pending.

                                      The main problem i'm facing is that jeeves is assigning staff for installation on 7th october to october 9 and i was waiting for them at my home and they are not coming home for this purpose and wasting my time. Every day they will send today staff assignment message. If they can't make it on a particular day then why they are sending false message and wasting my time.

                                        This is bring into notice regarding miss behavior conducted with me over the call by jeeves team regarding order id od[protected].

                                        Please find below point of communication used by jeeves engineer mr shashank ([protected]) l which should not be used with any customer but your team is doing so.

                                        1) talking in abusive manner with higher tone (Saying chutiya to me in attached clip at 6:06 seconds). Clip attached

                                        2) saying "tu" "tu" in every conversion he used to me.

                                        3) he was saying "abhi tere ghar aa ke dekh leta hu" in threatening manner.

                                        4) where will you go without me i do work of fitting for flipkart and amazon too.

                                        5) as per communication over phone with flipkart team there would be no charges of reinstallation within return period. But still guy is asking for installation charges. If he is not clear he should confirm to flipkart team not do argument with customer.

                                        6) i had purchased product for my parents, so is this the way they talk to senior citizens, the way he is talking there is security consent for customer too.

                                        Are these kind of people associated with flipkart?

                                        What is big point in re-installation if installation is found inaccurate. If flipkart can provide resolution then it should. Else say no but non of company representative should talk to customer in this manner. And with my current experience with flipkart i think i should avoid any purchase from flipkart in future.
