I received mi led tv 4a pro 02 Oct bt any technician till now didn't call me for installation reason. I would already complained flipkart they are said only we should help me u dialogue for any time. Also complained jeeves consumer they are said ur ticket cancelled for u not responding our technician so we r generating new ticket for u. That ticket scheduled today bt till now time 5.30pm any technician didn't called me. Also another time i m contact jeeves customer care they are given me a technician number. I m called that technician he would said jeeves no called for ur appointment for me dialogue. What can i do. I hurted me a lot

      I have taken the above mentioned tv one year back and one thin line is coming in between the tv so i would like you people to come and have a look at what the issue is causing the line which is coming in between the tv. And it is disturbing my viewing experience as the thin line is coming in middle so i would like to know what has caused this issue and need to be resolved quickly.

        This is to inform thta i have purchased mircrooven from flipkart and also extended warranty

        Right now mircrooven isn't working, i raised the issue with jeeves august 7 2019, but still there is no proper response from the team, because of this i even losing the hope with both flipkart and jeeves, i understand every customer is important to you, hence request you to consider this issue and solve the issue as soon as possible.

          I bought a mi tv from flipkart. It was delivered on 2nd oct 2019. The installation was scheduled on 4th oct 2019 but due to some issues i rescheduled it to 3rd oct 2019 which jeeves has confirmed but the technician did not come and the same happened on 4th oct 2019 too. The customer care executives are misleading me every time when i call them saying the technician is unavailable in your area. They are making false commitments. When i spoke to jeeves kolkata they told me enough technicians were available in your area but we could not do anything as flipkart had not yet registered your installation. So basically flipkart and jeeves are misleading & harassing me. I am helpless.

            Hi, my name is govinda varadkar and my mobile number is [protected]. I purchased the tv from flipkart of vu company in month of july 2018 with 1 year warranty and i also took extended warranty from jeeves of 2 years.

            About 15 days ago, most probably on 20or 21 sep, the tv stopped working and it was not starting, so i contacted jeeves customer care, and on the next day the technician visited my home and informed me that issue is with motherboard and he said me that it will done within 8 days. But it was not done. I again contacted technician and he said that the part is not yet available and said it will take more 8 days.

            This is really frustrating as i am not able to watch tv for almost 12 days.

            I also contacted customer care today, but it was of no use as no one was thorough with the process and was making me run. One of the guy hung up on me. Is this the service you give to customer?

            I am writing this email as looking for help and the resolution.

              I ordered an extended warranty for jeeves on 13 - sep -2019. Till date i didn't get any acknowledgement form jeeves side, pls check the mail thread.
              I am continuously follow the jeeves team but no one responding.

              From middle class this amount is very huge.

                Onida TV was purchased from Flipkart with an extended warranty from Jeeves consumer services.
                On 09/09/2019 claim was raised & one week later a technician called up to ask for a video of TV to explain the issue. & the claim was rejected due to inappropriate attention from the Technician appointed that by not visiting the place raised a claim.
                on 28/09/19 another technician got appointed as informed by jeeves but again no one has visited till 03/10/2019 & upon calling again we received a response to wait for one more week.
                Till date no one has visited or no one has solved the issue lying open since a month.

                  I have given my mobile phone under water damage service. And they promised to give it back in 10-15 working days. But now it's already been 25 days they are not even giving any updates. And when you call the costumer service every time they are giving different different excuses and asking me to wait 3 more days every time. Since last 10 days i am continuously calling them but not getting any proper answer. And they keep saying 3 more days every day. Worst service ever

                    I have been calling the consumer service about 5 times by now informing them that the technician didn't get any message regarding the installation job. The issue hasn't been solved till now. It was supposed to be installed today by 7 pm. I have called the technician but the technician said he didn't get any information regarding the installation of furnitire whereas the jeeves customer care people said it will be installed today.

                      I had purchased jeeves 3 year extended warranty for my motorola tv on 1st october and the installation of tv was scheduled on 2nd oct with ticket id - finm-5jkrqa-fucj8b-qcgcas-s1k51db. I got a sms from jeeves saying a engineer will visit to install my tv. I also got his contact details too. But the service engineer is not reachable by phone. Even though flipkart delivered the product on time i'm unable to enjoy the benefits since the installation has be delayed. I request on time response/installation from jeeves.

                        My phone was taken on 4th aug 2019 and till now my device was not repaired.. Everytime when i contact customer support they simply one thing that you will get a call back from our back end team.. Seriously no update till now... I don't know what to do and whom to contact to get back my device.. Its really frustrating.. It's been 60 days ever since my device was picked up..in the policy it's stated as 10 day policy...                               Team send several emails to escalations team they barred my getting email that destination email rejected your message. No one is concern about customer's query and no details available with customer executive agent whenever i ask them to transfer the call to supervisor they always say no supervisor available on floor and i am surprise no supervisor available on floor from last 45 days. They always mention that we have escalated the issue on priority you will be getting the call and irony is i never received call no update on refund noting noting and nothing from jeeves. This is the worst ever service i received in my entire life from any of the customer oriented company.

My tv occurs sound problem at 22 august and me complaint your customer service. Customer services provide me technician after seeing my tv technician said to your tv motherboard has problem. Technician said to me your tv board replace till 10 to 20 day. But now till day no update for your ward. Many times call customer care customer care says i am waiting for update.
                                No one bear any responsibility for customer pain.
                                I requested to please repair my tv or replace my tv. Because i am very sad for your services.

                                  I’ve filed a complaint and request them to fix my kodak tv, for which i’ve extended warranty. But its been a month now, and every time i call customer service, they are giving me the answer that its gonna take 15-20 days. But its been one and half month now. I’ve been calling them emailing them but no one seems to be giving a resolution or right answer. I dont know what to dot next.
                                  Now i am only left to go legal against them and go to consumer court.
                                  This is the worst customer service experience i’ve encountered in my life.

                                  Please request to everyone not to avail any service from jeeves complay.

                                    I am surprised when brands like flipkart are choosing jeeves as service agents since their service is worst. They don't know to diagnose the issue nor they are able to provide valuable feedback to the customer. The service guy from udupi (Harish) spoke nonsense when i asked him for a refund due to s/w bug in the newly bought iffalcon 40f2a. Instead of replacing/ refunding they did a factory reset and still the issue is not fixed. Again upon contact harish claims that the issue did not popup when the agent visited my house. I showed him a video proof which he denied saying it was 2 days old. I also proved it to him that it was a known issue since i have found few videos/ reviews online where customer reported the same issue. Even after all this that guy went on speaking like a maniac and repeated the same lines. I felt i was being deceived by tcl/ iffalcon/ jeeves. Here flipkart was not able to help me as well.

                                      The jeeves agent from udupi (Harish) kept rejecting my request even after showing the video proof and have put me in a helpless situation even after being a long-term customer for flipkart.
                                      Really a poor service from these people. I would request people to pay a little more and buy electronics from retail store. Don't fall for this trap and waste your valuable money and time.

                                      We have already contacted iffalcon and they have told us it's motherboard issue and asked us to exchange. But your service agent from Udupi(Harish) is not accepting the video proof and doesn't bother about what the IFFALCON agent has told. He keeps on rejecting the refund/ exchange claiming that the issue did not show up when his agent visited home. This is a s/w related  issue and I am not a developer who can replicate it for them when they arrive. Also the agent had asked if he can open the motherboard which he wouldn't have asked if he was actually aware of the policies since the product was within exchange/ return timeframe. Anyways we did not allow him to do so.

                                      Please provide a better solution since I am still inside the return window frame and stop replying like a robot. Why will I give my new product for service obviously I will ask for a exchange/ refund.
                                      Also this is a known issue please have a look around on the net.

                                      Hello sir this is Jitendra. I have purchased 50-QDV VU Lec. And i have purchased 2 years extend warranty in jeeves. And now my tv is Sound issue . i had log the call on Jeeves on 9th October and Engineer Visit at Home and they Told issue with Speakers then after 20day he come back with speakers and now they told that issue Mother Board, really its very bad experience and it very perthitic services Jeeves Case IDCLLJWS[protected] Mu Mobile No [protected]
