We was take leave for installation and waiting at home for installation he was not come and also not taken our call. And evening he taken call and tell i m not coming today. frustrated with the backend team and customer service.

return my phone asap

not getting my phone back

vu tv motherboard not replaced even after 30 days

Jeeves took my mobile phone on 11/6/2019 since then i had been chasing to get my phone back and what i get is one week time to watch.

extremely pathetic services

Till then my vacations will be ended and need to move to other place for my studies. This happening have badly impacted to my experience with this company. pickup of my mobile phone

realme 2 fraud insurance

The pick up is not initiated when i call them they keep on saying 48 hrs
It's been 2 weeks now.
Fraud company
They took my rs 500 also
The customer service is # bad
I am thinking of lodging a consumer case

What the profit of doing this insurance then also paying 500 bucks for wasting time on calls with no results.

not processing insurance claim

I had purchased an insurance policy(or one year screen protection plan) for my smart phone, which was I bought during July18. Now the phone has screen damage and I have registered my claim on 22nd june19. But they are not sending the link to upload the video of damaged screen and other information like Bank account details, ID proof.
