      Hi, since march my remote control of mi tv is not working. Then i called there customer care number to take the complaint and replace it. I have brought it from flipkart and also brought extended support services from it. I have purchased this tv in september 2019.in just six months the remote stopped working. Since march till today in june i am struggling to get the remote replacement. I have dropped them emails many times. Also called thier many customer care numbers which they keep telling me to call this number for tv services. Still no response. Till now i have never faced such a pathetic and unprofessional service from any service center. I am thinking of lodging a complaint against them. If they do not improve.

          Cause of accidental screen damage i claimed jeeves customer support by call on 02/06/20 and registered claim. The send me email for reply with required document. Then i replied with required documents but they not reply me for nert step of process.

            Hi there

            I am having a warranty of ac worth rupees 1500.

            Ac has been stopped due to some issues and i am trying to connect jeeves team since 2 months but unable to connect and only once i was able to talk with them but not got any helpful reply and still taking followup since 2 month but not getting feedback.

            There is no meeaning of purchasing warrntly from you if you are not gone repair my ac and this is not fair to take followup everyday via email.

            Even your customer suport line is also not working and unable to talk with your team,

              My phone got damaged in a bike accident. I claimed the damage and my phone was picked up on 8th march for reparing. Till date i have not received my phone back. Flipkart and jeeves both are not reverting properly and buying time. It has been 3 months and i am still waiting... Pathetic service.

                Hi team, i had taken mobile protection plan from jeeves and now while i am claiming then jeeves is taking extra processing fee and not mentioned in their term and conditions and need your help that how they can take such amount of not mentioned. A few months back i purchased a mobile from flipkart and taken protection plan on that but right now the product got damage and when i applied for my mobile insurance then they asked for processing fee. I know that processing is required but that was 500. But now they asked me to pay 1500 while in case of 500 but i was ready to pay 1500 and thought that the price varies ac to phone but when i was going to pay they mentioned that processing fee is 500 and asked me to pay 1500. When i asked from jeeves they informed it is in tnc and checked there is not any amount any when the processing free is 500 then how can they take extra 1000.

                  I have purchased a vu 40" tv from flipkart and installation was done by jeeves consumer services and also purchase the extended warranty from jeeves. I have tried to reach jeeves on 13 april 2020 to repair the tv but due to covid 19 customer care was not functional after opening of customer care i talked to customer care and they told me that product warranty will start from oct 2020. Warranty certificate issued by m/s jeeves was incorrect and to revised the same they have taken more than 2 weeks. Finally i have talked to senior person of jeeves and they have arrange to generate a new certificate and arrange to send a engineer on 17 may 20, as per engineer some part was not working and assure to replaced in 1 week. After 1 week 1 talked to customer care and they told me that part will come in atleast 15 days. Now more than 20 days has been passed but problem not yet resolved. Customer care and engineer visited is not picking up the phone. Please help in this matter

                      I bought a whirlpool washing machine with extended warranty. My machine drum was making noise and hence i filed for the problem with jeeves on 21st feb. The service center guy came to check the washing machine around 27th feb and told that that another person would come and check.
                      After this i had to do a number of followups with jeeves and service person came only on 19th march and said that the machine needs to picked up. There on i asked why the pickup is required only to get the the answer that problem cannot be resolved over here. The service centre person said that the part will be replaced and machine will be returned to you. I said ok only when i was told that it will take only 24hrs to do this. However, the issue was not resolved in 24 hrs and we entered a nation wide lockdown on 22nd march. Jeeves again started functioning on 5th june (As told by jeeves representative) from there on i have been in touch with jeeves a number of times for the update and it was always promised that the issue will be resolved in 3 working days. So, i personally visited the service center to check the status of washing machine. I was told on 18th may that it will take 3 days to deliver the machine back. Again the promise was not fulfilled. Hence when i visited the service center to enquire i was told that the part which was supposed to be replaced is not yet delivered to service center. I asked by when will the part arrive and i will get my machine. I was again given 3 days timeline. Again the timeline was not honored. I called up the service centre and was left with no words when i was told "abhi machine nahi bani hai. Jo karna hai kar lo. Company se bol do". Hearing this rash comments i called up jeeves to ask about is this the customer service which jeeves promises. Again i was asked to wait for three days. Till date i have not recieved my washing machine and it is extremely difficult for me.

                        I have sent device for repair on 27th of feb and it reached their office on 29th of feb
                        I was supposed to get the device back in 10 days which didn't happen and i called their office they said it will be delivered in next one-two days, have called one many time regarding the same its been so long i have no update on the device i have asked many times before the lockdown on march regarding the status of the device every time i getting the same update that they don't have information on it

                        Please kindly resolve it at the earliest or i will be taking it to the consumer court

                                Last month (May 11, 2020) i got a problem in my vu television 50 inch (Picture not visible) and i made a complaint through phone and also email. I purchased 2 years extended warranty. (Invoice number # eaaaab[protected] one service person came to my home and checked and told that the mother board is having problem and he will order and replace it within a week.

                                After that, until now, i sent many mails and i got no proper response. Also i tried to call through the customer care number but it keeps on ringing and nothing is worked. I could not contact jeeves through any mode at present.

                                I request to fix this issue urgently or replace with the same new tv..

                                Yesterday one person called and asked for my credit card details for providing new TV. He told he will charge only 10rs and ask me to install anydesk application in my mobile also. Initially he told he is from Flipkart and later he told he is from Jeeves. I got a doubt and cut the call.

                                    Hi, this is ranjith thakur, my registration mobile number is [protected]. I also ordered 50 inches tv in flipkart on the 17th of this month,
                                    The same day, the flipkart servicemen came and installed tv. The tv display has been dead for two days after the tv was installed. My tv has ten days replacement under warranty.in two days the jeeves technician comes and replies us that you will see your problem. The jeeve technician came and saw the problem and confirmed that it had been display dead. The technician has still come five days but has not yet updated my problem. How many times do you call jeeves customer care? No matter how many times you call, the call is not connected to the customer. If you do not have any response within 24 hours from me, i will contact the consumer court
