I had replaced my redminote 5 display under complete protection plan last year march'19 within few weeks the display came out from right corner without damaging the screen. (Note: screen is not cracked, only the pasting was not properly done when it was given for first servicing) my protection plan then expired & immediately extended warranty started as during purchase of mobile i had availed both plans. I blamed jeeves for not pasting the screen properly at first instance, after lot of exchange of mails and proof they accepted my request and considered to repair under extended warranty plan which is still active till march 2020.. Now they took my phone for repairing and it is still not repaired since 3 weeks now. After calling them and mailing them regularly they are giving me standard reply of waiting for 48hrs or at times they tell me that screen is not available wait for 48hrs. I mean since 3 weeks they are still waiting for new screen to come from mi. It is 1.5years old model so screen should be available somewhere. Now days you get screen of product older than 2 years. Sometimes i wonder, are they making an iphone of my redmi note 5?. Mr arun from jeeves is marked in that mail who i think is head of escalation department. But he has no courtesy of replying to my mails or looking into it. I dont know why his name is there in the escalation list when he does not bother to reply. Jeff bezos from amazon have his own team of replying to customer when the mail is marked to him. You need to learn something arun! I am youtuber of more than 2 million subscribers. Such pathethic service will be highlighted in my channel. Flipkart is tied up with pathetic company like jeeves. I should get new phone (Redmi note5) as they spoiled my display during first service under complete protection plan. Now under extended warranty plan they are not bother to repair it instead delaying it by saying the screen is not available. Most of the xiaomi service centre have redmi note 5 displays/lcd screen but jeeves is unable to get it. Wow! Was this information helpful? | |

ID ::AD[protected] complaint give on 20jan and i pay money rs 500 for mobile damage but no one approach to me. still iam safariing.i call more then 15to20time every one give wrong update like 72hours.48hours.3bussiness days, 7bussiness days.they is no transparency on your given time.
