Had booked 2 separate tickets for; my husband & brother in-law respectively.
Awaiting the Refund. We expected the refund as promised. But highly disappointed and distressed. Paying large amounts to the Credit Card Company (twice - since we had to re-book on another flight.) Both are big amounts - and it has left a hole in our small pockets.

I had booked a jet airways ticket to and fro from mumbai to delhi for 6th & 13th april 2019 well in advance. For which they charged me rs 23526/- wfor which i made my payment through credit card. When i was preparing for the travel with my family i suddenly received their message that both of my flights have got cancelled and if i want i can initiate for the refund. Instead of arranging for me any alternate flight and apologizing they abruptly...

I was having a flight on 11th april at 10:35, flight 9w 0310 bom del 11 apr 2019 22:35 01:00. I went to the airport and jet airways staff said that the flight got cancelled so you will recieve full refund for that. They gave me a print and said this will help you. And after one day i got a call from them and they again said that they will refund me the amount. But till now i hadn't not recieved any amount....

My ticket was canceled due to some operational issue. First, i got information from jet airways about the same and then through intermediary i. E. We have booked a flight from delhi to bagdogra in jet airways on 12th march. Flight no. Was 9w-711 (Boeing 737-800). Pnr no. Szmvmv. However, this flight got canceled on 15 feb 2019. As a result, we have to book another flight on spicejet, the pnr no. Of the flight k9su7j. It cost us an extra rs. 3438.
Please reimburse the extra amount paid by us due to jet airways non-operation on 12 march.
