Had booked 2 separate tickets for; my husband & brother in-law respectively.
Awaiting the Refund. We expected the refund as promised. But highly disappointed and distressed. Paying large amounts to the Credit Card Company (twice - since we had to re-book on another flight.) Both are big amounts - and it has left a hole in our small pockets.
A. Amar Kava (travelling for leisure, we lost money in hotel bookings as well)

Bombay-Hong Kong-Vancouver which was re-routed Bombay-Paris-Vancouver, for travel on 24th April, 2019.
His final port/ destination being Victoria, BC, Canada - flight booked was Westjet, which had to be cancelled, being a non-refundable ticket - we lost an additional Rs. 4500/- - all due to cancellation of Jet Operations.
Amount: Rs. 42, 500/-

    I had booked flight of jet airways from chennai to mumbai as on dated 8 march 2019, ref no. Pnr no. Ahmjdl and amount of rs. 28350.00. As above flight cancelled due to company issue and due to flight cancelled i had suffered lots as wel as financial loss. Its jet airways company responsibility to refund my ticket amount but i hav not yet received refund amount of above flight cancelled. So i request for above please raise my complaint immediately and give my money refund back from jet airways.

        I had booked ticket for bdq-del (Return) against the pnr: xvpryr and opjnmj on 7th january, 2019 for 2 adults through hdfc regalia travel desk. Due to rescheduling of flight, which was not convenient for us, i cancelled the ticket on 14th february, 2019 after talking to hdfc regalia customer care. However, inspite of several reminders to hdfc regalia travel desk, i have not received refund of the amount paid. I therefore request you to look into the matter and process my refund at the earliest.

          I have filled the disruption form on jet airways website on 19th april for
          Pnr - dbeiuw (Chennai to delhi return flights for 2 passengers). I got an email from jet airways after submitting the online form that refund will be processed with 7 to 10 days but after 10 days i have still not received the refund.

          Pls, process the refund at the earliest as it is a large amount and it is a burden for us to pay that amount to credit card company from my pocket.

            Hello,
            My wife and i had a connecting flight from bangalore (Blr) to paris (Cdg) with a stopover at mumbai (Bom) on 10/04/2019. Details of our flight:
            Pnr:cnhsnt
            Blr-bom:9w442
            Bom-cdg:9w124
            The blr-bom flight was delayed by 5 hours due to which we missed our bom-cdg flight.
            The airline staff kept telling us that the bom-cdg flight would be waiting for us but informed us at the last moment that it had already departed. They told us that the best they could do is a refund for bom-cdg (Which still isnt processed). But that refund would be nothing considering the fact that we had booked the tickets well in advance at low cost.
            We were helpless since we had to be in paris on 11/04/2019 at any cost. With no other option, we had to book another flight at a steep price at the last moment and ended up paying inr 90000 for new flight from bom-blr (Turkish airlines).
            We lost inr 90000 and an entire day of our planned trip. Request you to kindly look into this and help us get compensated by the entire new amount for the same.

                      I had ordered a watch using jo miles but didn't receive it till now i had ordered on 21.04.19. And i can only see on fedex site saying that information sent to courier partner they ate my 20k+ jp miles this is fraud as i was given a no. Of merchant saying to contact but i am unable as it is wrong and my estimated delivery was by 30 but still not received the product

                          I had booked a jet airways ticket to and fro from mumbai to delhi for 6th & 13th april 2019 well in advance. For which they charged me rs 23526/- wfor which i made my payment through credit card. When i was preparing for the travel with my family i suddenly received their message that both of my flights have got cancelled and if i want i can initiate for the refund. Instead of arranging for me any alternate flight and apologizing they abruptly cancelled my tickets and put choice to claim refund if i wish to. Then i had to book urgent flights for both the days which costed me rs 7000/- more. Now it has been 27 days lapsed i am waiting for my refund. Now i want to raise a consumer law suit against them in which i not only want my refund of rs 23526/- but additionally i want my extra bucks which i had to shell out i. E. Rs 7000/- to make alternate arrangement and money for my mental harassment also which i went through in last one months time.
                          Additionally here i want to add clear trip also as one party since despite knowing that jet airways was going through severe crisis they put up their various flights on their portal and customers though that if clear trip has put them up on their website so they must be running. Now they are disowning the whole responsibility and shifting it on airlines.

                            I was having a flight on 11th april at 10:35, flight 9w 0310 bom del 11 apr 2019 22:35 01:00. I went to the airport and jet airways staff said that the flight got cancelled so you will recieve full refund for that. They gave me a print and said this will help you. And after one day i got a call from them and they again said that they will refund me the amount. But till now i hadn't not recieved any amount.

                              My ticket was canceled due to some operational issue. First, i got information from jet airways about the same and then through intermediary i. E. Goibibo because of which i have to pay extra money to other airline, in order to reach to my destination. If the same case has been done by customer they charge huge money from the customer. Secondly, they communicated it should be get refunded within 15 days. Now even after 15 days, i am getting to know that it will take more time to get my money back but there is no firm timeline for it.

The money was said to be initiated for refund but still no action has been taken against it.                                   I made an order on jet privilege reward store on april 03, 2019 and they updated an status with invalid bluedart tracking and seller information on there website. As the tracking number is invalid. I tried to contact jet privilege and the seller via e-mails and given contact numbers. I didn't receive ant positive response since. They ate my 12000 reward points against this order, i'd not received my order yet. Even they gave me invalid tracking number.                                   Today, I received a call from the seller side (Amit Verma) and they provide me a new AWB number.
                                  Many times i call in yours airline and yatra too beacuse i had a book tiket dehradun to mumbai on 21st apr 219 due to jet airways not in continuity the flight was cancelled now we are face to problem refundable amout and no one are given to right answer.

                                    We have booked a flight from delhi to bagdogra in jet airways on 12th march. Flight no. Was 9w-711 (Boeing 737-800). Pnr no. Szmvmv. However, this flight got canceled on 15 feb 2019. As a result, we have to book another flight on spicejet, the pnr no. Of the flight k9su7j. It cost us an extra rs. 3438.
                                    Please reimburse the extra amount paid by us due to jet airways non-operation on 12 march.

                                    In order to verify facts and in order to trust some one, the basic evidences shall be accessable.

                                    The last effective date for complaining against the act of the Jet Airways carrier is 27 April 2019.

                                    If the author is ready to spend from Rs 8'000 for the civil process before the court, please go ahead!

                                    Otherwise, to forget about the undisclosed amount is better for the nerve system.

                                      I am writing this complaint after having such an awful experience with jet airways on our recent trip to india. After spending a lot of money on hotels, visas and flights we were getting ready to go to the airport on thursday 28th march when we received an email a matter of hours before our holiday should have begun to inform us that our flight was cancelled with no explanation or apology and that we should proceed to be refunded as that was the only alternative! We were distraught! We repeatedly tried to contact jet airways via phone and after a few hours we eventually got in touch with a member of staff who was extremely rude and not helpful at all! We then contacted the airline via email & was told that our flight was cancelled on 16th march we were confused as to why no one had contacted us to inform us, we were then told that there was no alternative as there were no flights at all flying from india to kuwait until 25th april. This was clearly a lie as after we replied to this email we then received another email saying that we could be booked onto a flight the following day (Missing a day of our holiday) and returning to kuwait as planned friday 5th april on different flights. We accepted this and politely thanked the member of staff that had helped us. We arrived at goa and due to missing a night of our stay had to pay a cancellation fee to our hotel. After having the worst start to our holiday we finally enjoyed our time in india until it was time to go home. We arrived at goa airport friday 5th april and as we got to the jet airways desk we were told that our flight was cancelled again! The staff laughed as we were very upset and told us to go to the jet airways information office where we greeted by very unprofessional and unwelcoming staff who were disrespecting the couple that they were dealing with before us by discussing their information with us in an aggressive manner! We explained that their issues were irrelevant to us and we just wanted to discuss our own flights. We were told that we should proceed to be refunded and we would receive the refund within 2-3 weeks, we explained that we had no money left after our holiday and could not book another flight and wait to be refunded, eventually they managed to book us on to flights for 2 days later which led to us missing 3 days work each and also meant we were stranded in india with no money and nowhere to stay. As the airport wifi was not available to use our phones to make any arrangements we were extremely upset as we were told to leave the airport with no further help provided. We left on foot with our suitcases and eventually found a place with free wifi where we were able to look for somewhere to stay. For the remainder of this horrendous situation we had to use credit cards to pay for the hotel, taxis and food for the next few days getting ourselves into unwanted debt. Finally we made our way to goa airport for the second time to fly back to kuwait. The only positive outcome of this experience was that we did not have to fly with jet airways as we were booked onto flights with oman air. We are disgusted with the customer service and overall experience we have had with jet airways, a trip that we were looking forward to turned out to be very stressful, emotionally distressing and cost us an awful amount of money!! We will not be flying with jet airways again and will certainly not be recommending the airline to anyone else. We look forward to hearing from you to hopefully resolve some of our issues.

                                        I am terribly disappointed with the way how the jet airways treats their passengers. Me and my husband was due to fly from hyderabad to manchester in the evening of 21st of april 2019. 48h prior to our departure we had received a message that our flight will be provided via etihad airlines instead. We did not get any single cancellation notice via email. We had arrived to the airport where unfriendly staff told us we are not going to be boarded as our flight had been cancelled and etihad airlines will not take us on the board as jet airlined had not laised with them anything. We tried to contact jet customer services multiple times with no response. As the result we had to book a new journey for our own cost to uk which was super expensive and suffer from enourmous mental and physical stress. Shame on you jet!!!

                                        1. Nobody has a duty to reply to anonymous document, to unidentifiedand document, to an indefinite complaint.

                                        The above public complaint does not show
                                        - author ID and address for the communication
                                        - tickets or PNR in full,
                                        - amount, currency
                                        - the text of the complaint and patuiculary the request
                                        - reason of the refund, in 1-2 sentances, if the pasenger knows it,
                                        - grounds or 1-2 rules related to the complaint, if the pasenger knows only.

                                        Such anonimous correspondence will lead to the lost of the chance on the refund or the compensation.

                                        2. In order to get the compensation the pasenger can apply for it her self, if the passenger knows the basic rules and her demand.
                                        If the passenger does not, and she still wants the compensation,
                                        the pasenger can hire a legal professional for the remuniration, starting from Rs6000, not less, for such types of claims in India, or
                                        starting from EUR 200 / GBP180 for the similar cases before the EU or UK authoritiues
                                        in order to fill a claim or a law suit against the offender in the nearest court.

                                        3. The legal professional can explain, what the passenger is entitled to,
                                        based on the documents, which the passenger has supplied, can submit the claim to the district court or to the authority.

                                        4. It is in the interest of the passenger to apply for the refund / the compensation as soon as possible, but not later than in 10 days followwing the notification on the flight cancellation
                                        and not later than in 360 days in all circumsatnmes.

                                        Note, for the cases related to Jet airays Indioa, the last effective date of the submission is
                                        27 April 2019.

                                        Till yesterday when i was checking my PNR on jet airways i was able to see the flight details. But from today morning, when i am trying to check the same it says in valid PNR.
                                        Also when i tried calling the helpline i waited for 1 hour but there was no response.
