I'm paying 60000 for aviation job
But they asking again 25000
So i could not complete the payment to refund my money 60000 but they don't response me.
I'm calling again and again they couldn't taking call.. If taking they said i'm transfer your call to refunding process office but they don't.
Please help me to how i get a money from they.
If i complaint with police department they take my complaint pla suggestion me to get 60000

    Sir, myself ajay ragahav, my mobile number is [protected]. I booked your flight of 6 may 2019. Which was cancelled due to unavailable services of jet airways. So my booking confirmed from udchalo and i have been requested to them about refund money of the flight. But they told me also that, jet airways will refund amount first to them. Then only they will be able to paid it. So request to you that please refund my money back as soon as possible.

      These are my ticket numbers. Cancelled them on april 22. It's already may 25 and i haven't received the refund yet.
      Every day and every time i call the customer care, by some reason or the other they say to wait. It will take time.
      They asked me to mail them, but i get no response. They say me that mam you can only wait. Very poor customer service. Disappointed.

        I booked a ticket for our journey from coimbatore to mumbai for the date of journey on 03/04/19 via pnr no ydjpmg in the flight no.9w 419 but the same flight had been cancelled one week before the date of journey and the cost of booked ticket did not return by the authorities of jet airways till date. I called the jet airways in their c/care no more than 04 times and they assured for refund the amount. But still not yet refunded the same. Kindly intervene the matter being a request of a citizen.
        Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I had booked the following flights from san francisco to new delhi via london on the 20 june. The flight from sfo to london was by jet airways code share with virgin atlantic and from london to delhi was by jet airways.

            Our pnr nos were ccxxsw/ ticket no[protected] and vuvnck/ticket no[protected].

            Due to cancelation of the flights i had approached virgin atlantic and jet airways for the refund due on their flights. I was advised to approach jet airways for the same as the tickets were booked on their web site.

            I had then approached jet airways info and i received refund receipt no[protected] and[protected] on 29 april with an assurance that the entire refund would be credited to the account by which i had booked the flights within 7 to 10 working days.

            Till date i have not received my due refund despite my mailing a reminder two days back.

            Could you please take up the matter appropriately and advice what action i need to take

              Hi team,
              I booked a ticket through jet airways (Pnr - bkipjz). My return ticket on 24'th april 2019 was cancelled by jet due to their operational issues. My refund request was raised more than a month back but still i have not received the same. The jet airways is not even sharing with me the refund status and are asking me time and again to follow up with the agent. The agent has already shared the ra number and has filed for refund more than a month back but they even don't have a status update. I would like to have a status update and my money refunded back to me asap. This is so frustrating to chase up for my own hard earned money for so long even after paying for the loss of hefty amount i had to bear to rebook the tickets with the other airlines because of jet operational issues. Jet shouldn't have even taken the money from innocent customers when they had so many issues with their operations. This is a harrassment on the part of jet and they are playing with the money of the customers. I want the solution and my money back asap

                Hello!

                My name is joao fernandes. I am from portugal.

                On october 16, 2018, i bought three return tickets between lisbon (Portugal) and goa (India).
                Tickets were bought from a travel agency for 695 euros each (Approx. 54930 rupees each).
                The agency bought the flights to jet airways.

                The outward journey was on 10 april 2019.
                The return trip was scheduled for april 24, 2019.

                With the end of jet airways operations, on april 17, 2019, we had to buy new tickets to return to portugal and only the return route costed the amount of 66710 rupees (Aprox. 850 euros each) each.

                After the april 17 event, we completed the online form on the jet airways website for money back claims for canceled flights.
                On april 24, we received emails from jet airways, informing about the “disruption assistance : goa - mumbai - paris - lisbon - 24 apr 2019 - neyber - request for refund” and the “disruption assistance : goa - mumbai - paris - lisbon - 06 may 2019 - mtuazi - request for refund” with the following messages:
                “please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you due to the flight cancellation.
                With regards to your email, please note cancellation or refund have to be processed through the source through where the ticket is booked.
                We have updated necessary remarks for your agent to honour a full refund. Also please note this mail can be considered as a waiver authority and request you to kindly get in touch with your travel portal team or your travel agent for the refund.”

                Meanwhile, the travel agency informed us that “your refunds have been requested to jet airways and we await a response. As soon as there is news we report.”

                We are still waiting for the money devolution, which should normally take place within 7 to 10 business days after the order.
                What can we do more?
                Do iata and / or icao intervene in these cases?
                And the indian national air transport regulator, which is dgca?
                Is it possible to file a formal complaint with the dgca (Directorate general of civil aviation, government of india) and / or some other national consumer helpline institution of india? Which ones you recommend?

                  Got email intimation from info at jetairways.com that their blr-atq on 06 july 2019 was desrupted on 17 apr 2019. Full refund requested on 18 april and jetairways confirmed on 22 april 2019 that full refund will be done within 2-3 weeks. Till date no refund received till time 16 may 2019 at 10:00h.

                    I have booked a flight from Delhi to Indore for 10th may 2019 by the paytm app. Then, I got a message on 20th april that all the flights has been cancelled and i'll get my refund within a week. But, I didn't get anything till now. No customer value. Thumbs down to both jet airways & paytm app. Kindly return my money back asap.

                      Following the above reference number when we checked on the jet airways website, it showed us mumbai — paris (Jet airways, operated by air france), just when they declared bankruptcy, we tried calling jet, but could never reach their customer support.
                      4-5 days after that around 20th april, when we tried to check our booking updates on jet airways site, we observed that our flight was changed from jet airways to air france (Now it says operated by joon), there was no notification from them about this, we checked it ourselves and found out the changes. We again tried calling jet airways but were on hold for more than an hour but couldn't reach any of their customer support to find out about the changes.
                      As it said air france (Operated by joon), we so checked the reference number on air france website, and it showed us the booking confirmation from mumbai — paris, paris — amsterdam and return amsterdam — mumbai.
                      We were happy seeing this that jet has transferred our places to air france since they are not able to do so. When reaching at the airport air france said jet airways did not complete your booking, they just routed you to us, but they did not issue you an e-ticket.

                      My parents were stranded at the airport and in panic on what to do next as they were told to make another booking if they wanted to travel. After reaching the ticket counter they said please make the booking online.
                      What are old people going to do in this case? Jet should have issued an e-ticket, if they were not capable of doing so why did they transfer the booking itself? If they would have not transferred we would know that the booking is cancelled.
                      At that moment we had to make an immediate booking which cost us 3 times the original ticket price (Orginal eur 1225).
                      My parents are blood pressure and diabetic, they were almost collapsed when they heard the rates 3 times (New tickets cost eur 3000). Somehow i was on call with them and had to relieve them and not to worry about the cost. I had to borrow the money as this huge amount was not possible immediately.
                      While speaking with my father and see him sweating at the airport the man next to him spoke with me about what to do next, relieved my parents to not to panic. I booked another ticket for them mumbai — istanbul — amsterdam

                      Finally they boarded the flight at 6:30 am after spending all night without sleep taking medicines at the airport. They finally reached amsterdam after 28 hours of their journey.

                      This was all because bankrupted jet airways transferred the bookings but failed to issue a ticket. If the were so incapable why the hell they transfer the bookings to air france, and also if they did, they should have issues a e-ticket.
                      This also caused us huge financial loss, as we had to book instant tickets.

                      Please raise a case against them and we would like to have compensation along with the original ticket refund price.

                        Upon submitting a refund request, i received an email from jet (So called) asking for my contact number. Then i received a call from this number [protected]. True caller will also state that it is jet airways... Calling. A few websites also say the same. But its a scam!! They say they are calling from jet aiways and will give the refund immediately if you provide your credit card details. Don't fall in the trap!!! No bank or company needs credit card number to credit the amount in your sccount. Beware! People take advantage of such situation. Don't lose more money!! : (

                          Applied for job offer online and taken money by online transaction. They called me for appointment and said - send 25000 for training. They again taken money two times (Total 65000). After calling to them said if is fake. Now the mobile no is not available. The mobile no is not exists. I'm having transaction screen shot. I'm don't know what to do.. They called me in aug 2018 and they switching to company workers and they also told do pay the fees 25000. I'm having transaction proof and the after letter and mobile no and email id. Hr also not responding. It's a fraude by the agent mrs hasana. They said if we don't want this job they will refund it. It is fake statement to earn money to from job viewers.

                            A few days before the journey when i called jet airways to find out about the status of the flights i was told that the flights have been cancelled. No prior information was shared by the airlines. I got to know about the status only when i called their call centre. Because of this fact i had to shell out an exorbitant amount to re-book on a different flight.

                            I demand two things.

                            1. Jet airways should refund the tickets amount asap
                            2. Jet airways should compensate me for the expensive replacement tickets and for the mental harassment, agony and torture

                                  I have cancelled 2 tickets (Pnr: gihhpg) on 16th april 2019, after confirming with jet airways customer execuive that ticket amount will be refunded in 7-10 working days. Since there was jet airways shutdown, we have received call from customer care to either cancel or book with other flight. Hence we cancelled 2 tickets.

                                  Next day i received the refund receipts for both the tickets for rs:62278, but not received any refund to my account till date. Its almost 22 days which has crossed the milits given by jet airways itslef. Jet airways is no more keeping
                                  Their words, am getting fake promisies each time when i call customer care.

                                  So i have called many time to jet airways customer care and got the same answer as refunded, but they are not providing transaction id for the same. They don't even connect to team which handles refund issues.

                                  Also every time i have called and enquired with my bank too, they have not received any refund from jet airways.

                                  Hence i request you to provide transaction reference number (Id) for refund of 2 tickets cancelled by jetairways. Here are the refund receipt number for 2 tickets[protected] and[protected].
                                  Please provide the same, so that i can check with my bank if its delayed by them or jet airways.

                                  Attached are the refund receipt for 2 of the tickets cancelled on 16th april 2019.

                                  I hope jet airways has transaction id if they have transferred to my bank account. If not, i neeed to think of other actions based on response from jet airways. Beacuse i can't take same answer from last 20 days that amount is refunded.

                                  Hi,

                                  I hope Jet Airways has gone through the complaint I have posted above. They are neglecting our concerns and shame on them. Customer support people finally revelaed that Jet Airways don't have money and all refunds are pending from April 15th 2019.
                                  They also said that other than waiting, nothing can be done by them. If you want money, then wait and don't ask about timeline, that was the last answer given by Jet Airways.

                                  Worst experience with Jet Airways .

                                    My Jet Airways Return Flight 122 from Delhi-London was cancelled on April 15, 2019. I had to purchase a new Air India ticket on the spot at Delhi Airport to return to London, costing me £737.82 plus charges.

                                    I have applied for a refund of the Del-London sector from my travel agents Southall Travels in UK, but have not heard back anything yet.

                                    I require a refund of my Air India Tickets. Please can you action this URGENTLY?

                                      I have booked my flight with jet airways on 7th feb 2019 with booking reference (Pnr): jmimaq with following details mentioned below;
                                      Date: 22th april 2019
                                      Dep time: 05:55 am ist
                                      From to: indore to delhi
                                      Flight no. 9w792
                                      Terminal airline: jet airways
                                      Amount paid: 5795.37 inr

                                      On 15th march 2019 i got the email notification of jet airways flight cancellation notification - booking code jmimaq so i have contacted the customer support team for this and they said we can either give you connecting flights or you can choose the direct flight of 23rd april 20:45 pm ist from indore to delhi so i have selected that option and they have send me the confirm tickets for it.

                                      Now on 25th march 2019 they have reschedule the flight timing from 08:45 pm ist to 08:15 pm ist from their end and i receive the email notification for it.

                                      Than on 18th april 2019 i again received the email from that this flight is also cancelled and you are eligible for applicable partial refund for the unutilised part of your itinerary. Ideally, i should get 100% refund as airline has cancelled the flight so why i should get partial refund amount?
                                      So, i have contacted customer support team for the refund and ask them to process my refund. Customer support guy told me that in 7 working days of time you will get the refund in your bank account.

                                      On 24th april 2019 i got the jet airways eticket refund receipt for both the tickets[protected] &[protected] and in that mode of payment was mentioned cash however i have made the payment through upi so i have again contacted customer support team and asked why the mode of payment is mentioned cash so they told me if anyone make payment using net banking/upi it's consider cash which i believe is not correct. Ideally on every platform mode of refund should be the same through which payment was made from customer at the time of booking the ticket/service.

                                      Now they told me as refund receipt has been generated so from now you will get the refund in 7-10 working days of time but today is 7th may 2019, i have not received any refund from jet airways for my tickets. I think it's a very big level scam they guys are doing, and customers are following with them on calls and they give different excuse on call but not refunding the money.

                                      Even i have contacted their email id [protected]@jetairways.com which is mentioned in the email to contact for any query or concern, but i have never received any acknowledgment or response from their end till now.

                                      Please go on this link https://consumerhelpline.gov.in and file case in consumerhelpline in free of cost against them as it's huge level of scam.

                                        I have booked chandigarh to kolkata flight on jet airways via paytm. Jet has cancelled the flight but no refund has been received yet. Everytime i ask paytm they say they will refund later. The tickets cost me rs. 7554. Jet and paytm should refund my full amount. Because of this cancellation i had to buy other ticket at higher price, let alone the anxiety and harrasment.
