    Flight has been cancelled by airline. I have already raise a complain to happyeasygo to refund my money but i am not getting any response.

      Hello, I had a flight booked under the confirmation code QFICAE. Jet Airways sent me an email on 15th March saying that the flight is cancelled. But I have not received the refund for the same. Request you to look into the matter.

      1. Nobody has a duty to reply to indefinite complaint or to anonymous author.

      2. If you do not know the procedure of the complaining, the terms and amount, which you are entitled to,
      there are 2 legal options for a passenger always:-

      option 1: to hire the professional for the agreed remuneration (usually from rs 4000),
      to give all related documents to such professional,
      aiming to bring the civil suit or the other action
      not later than in 30 days following the notification on the cancellation of the flight or failure to issue the refund/compensation,

      or

      option 2: to forget about the request of money.

      It is not a joke.

        I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Guwahati for 12th April 2019 on 6th March'19. And today I get to know that flight has been canceled after I checked my PNR on Jet Airways site, but Jet Airways didn't inform me anywhere, I didn't receive any cancellation message or mail from Jet Airways. Jet is a so-called well-known brand but this attitude towards the customers is really unexpectable. They should have been informed about the internal issues 20 days prior to me so that I can arrange the ticket. Now I am not been able to book the ticket for the 12th of April'19 as I have to go to attend my exam.
        This shows their irresponsible behavior toward the customers. And this time Jet has proved that they also take their customers for granted.
        Now I will share this post on social platforms so that people like me will not go through the same stage as I felt today.

            On march 2, i had flights from jakarta to delhi with jet airway. Also on this itinerary was a flight from pangkal pinang, indonesia to jakarta on pt. Nam air at 6:25 am. The first flight was cancelled, but i was not able to receive that information until the day of since i did not have a mobile phone and nam air does not have a web site that shares this information. As soon as i found out on march 2, i contacted my travel agent who was told to put this information in the osi field of my reservation so that jet airways would provide new tickets for my flights:

            3osi 9w she is now on dpts pgk at 8a.«*

            She did this. I searched for a jet airway desk at the jakarta airport. There is none and their partner airline garuda refused to honor the ticket or the information entered. I booked a ticket in the hopes that when i reached singapore that the jet airways desk would honor my ticket there.

            When i reached singapore, i was told that i would need to repurchase the ticket since there was nothing they could do. They said that my travel agent should have rebooked the tickets herself even though she had done what their agent had said so i repurchased that ticket too so i would be able to make a flight the next day which was not on the itinerary. I would like a refund of the two tickets that i had to purchase on march 2.

            If you have not got the refund till 2 April 2018,

            1. State your full name, address along with city/ state, e-mail box, phone for the communication ;

            2. Keep and attach

            2.1 Primary e-ticket and PNR +INVOICE of travel agent

            2.2. Notification on the cancelllation of the flight, which you had received from the travel agent (you referred to OSI fields)

            2.3. Your explanations regarding the circumstances at Jakarta airport (your own text above);

            2.4. Attach other relevant payment document, which show that you had payed in addition
            due to cancelled flight.

            All documents have to be in .PDF or in highest resolution image format .

            These documents can be required in order you can be able to claim the compensation
            from the air carrier or from the travel agent
            via the court or via the Department general (DGCA) of civil aviation of ministry of civil aviation in India.

            The procedure before DGCA is not chargeable, upon the passenger chose the legal presentation.

            It is in the interest of the passenger to hire the lawyer or the legal professional.

            The legal assistance can cost from ~6000 rupees, plus government fees of Rs 100 or Rs 2000,
            before the customers or before the district court in the state of the residence in India or
            before the court in Indonesia / Singapore .

              You have faced with fraud, highly likely (99, 99%):
              there is no evidence of payment in favor to the Jet Airways carrier.

              1. If the author considers himself a victim of fraud, the author can consult the father or the legal professional
              in order to submit the complaint on FRAUD to the police.

              2. To do so, the author is advised to:-

              2.1. Collect all relevant documents such as

              - each request of anonymous, who had presented himself as the Jet Airways staff, for the payment ;

              - EACH SUBMITTED DOCUMENT, especially payment document. It can extract of the bank related to transaction of payment or

              - ONE OR few complaints which show ID, recipient ID, own relevant claim (request) ;- reply, if given (not later than in 30 days),

              2.2. To take his ID for presentation in the nearest police office of Dhanbad district of Jharkhand state.

              2.3. To file F.I.R. in the local police office in the presence of the adult or of the legal professional.

              3. The duty of the police office is to explain the meaning of F.I.R.,
              to assist of fling of F.I.R. and
              commence the investigation not later within 15 days and to notify the decision in written.
              The criminal case has to be presented before the magistrate court not later than in 6 months with the partcipation of the victim.

              4. Nobody has a duty to reply to anonymous or indefinite complaints, to supply service without charge, upon stated in the law or in the contract.

                    Recently i see lot of news regarding financial crisis with jet airways, now i am pretty uncertain about my journey what if flights get cancelled at last moment which will have impact on my itinerary. And due to this i will have to face a severe financial loss.

                      This is regarding my flight 9w 795, pnr "otzmjh" from delhi to pune on 4th april 2019 at 14.40 pm i'm attaching the itinerary for the same. I reached at the check-in counter at around 12:00 and inquired about my flight. They told that the flight was rescheduled to 09:20 and the boarding for the same is closed. I told that i wasn't given a prior notice for the same neither on my email nor sms. There was no information regarding the alternate arrangement being done in the email nor anything on refund. None of the customer care numbers or jet airways office numbers were reachable.
                      No response from the jet airways email id as well. Being a solo traveler i had to make all the arrangements of my own. I had requested the company to accommodate me in another flight but my request was refused. Considering the changed approach i had to book another flight from delhi to pune at higher cost (Flight no 6e 105 pnr "vdfnrv", i demanded the refund of the ticket but i have not received it yet. Despite repeated request jet airways refused to refund the money, therefore i had to file a complaint in consumer court for being mentally harassed. Airport staff was not at all helpful and i was left alone to book my alternate flight.
                      Now i am looking for a compensation for cancelling my flight, not giving me any alternate flight and all of this harassment.

                      It is advisable for you

                      1. To submit the formal claim, similar to the above, to Jet Airways, by giving 7 days for the compensation.

                      2. If you plan to intiate the case
                      before the dictrict court, where the govenment fee ~2000 Rs,
                      or
                      before the customers cort (forum), where the filing fee is 100 Rs, but with fewer reasons for the compensation,
                      it is advisable to hire the lawyer or professional in passenger matters.
                      As air carriers will be definitely represented by the lawyer.
                      The fair court must compensate all related and reasonable expenses.

                      From my point of view, the case is not difficult before the customers court (forum).
                      The legal assitance (represnetative / lawyer) can cost from Rs 4000 before the customers court.

                      But you need to be ready to put your own efforts in the form of active answering the questions in time,
                      in each case before the court.

                        We had booked jet airways flight no. 9w124. We are a group of 12 people travelling from mumbai - paris-zurich-mumbai from may 22 to june 2019. Pnr kvuldy

                        Sighting the jet airways news we contacted them for the status of these flight but they are not picking up the phone call nor answering to the emails. We are from middle class family and lot of money is already been invested for hotel booking, visa, etc. If we can get some clarity on the flight status we would be really very thankful and can plan for the other bookings. If the said flight are getting cancelled then at least we can get refund and from that money we can buy fresh ticket

                          I had booked tickets for self, spouse and parents from hyderabad to mumbai for 1st april'19. The flight was first changed and then cancelled by jet airways. This was informed to us on 30th mar'19 at around 11.30pm through mail. On 31st march'19 early morning at around 6am after seeing the mail, i spoke to jet customer care executive, who said that i will get full refund of the tickets booked. He took the request on call and said that the refund will be processed in 48hrs. However, since then there is no email or sms from jet confirming the refund processed. Cant reach the customer care executive on the customer care nos also, as they keep you on hold for about more than 30 mins.

                            I had booked tickets to Bangalore from Mumbai for 29th March, 2019 & I received an e-mailed 2 days before that my flight is cancelled & nothing mentioned regarding the refund of my money spent. Kindly look into the matter & give me the refund for the same as it was from your part that the flights are cancelled. Their customer care puts you on hold for forever & then disconnects the call! This is unethical & unprofessional on your part! Plz give our refund back!

                              Jetairways issues p class tickets for full revenue saver tickets in business class and p class is also issued for online upsell tickets upgraded online.
                              They issue tickets in full revenue p class stating that the pax will receive tier points and miles but have flawed in below mentioned notes. Actually the note should be read with only upgraded tickets but the wisdom of jet privilege team is otherwise and as per them even if you pay full revenue business class tickets in p class will not get points. Its ver funny as to after spending hours with jet privilege team the wisdom of the airline was understood

                              *within india, tickets upgraded to ‘p’ class on or after aug 2, 2018 will earn jpmiles and tier points as per the original booking class. Members will continue to enjoy jpmiles and tier points basis ‘p’ class if booking is done prior to aug 2, 2018.

                              Definitely relates to upgraded tickets only and the second sentence although poorly drafted (Creating confusions) is also an extension of the first upgraded p class tickets and not full revenue tickets purchased in p class.

                              Otherwise this means one buying ticket in economy class say for rs 4000 gets online upgraded by cash for rs 9000 to p class and gets the points and miles for the economy booked.

                              But a person who bought ticket by paying rs 25000 for full p class will not get any points. This is unjustified. Please talk to higher up management and resolve this issue as even the backend team will not be able to.

                              It looks like that the writers of the notes in the above captioned lines have missed the word however and should have combined both the sentences or may be forgot the word upgraded again in the second line.

                              Infact even today your website is booking tickets online as well in full fare p class and mentioned in the ticket as eligible for jpmiles -125 percent and your website has also mentioned this for that reason that it will also fetch 3 tier points.

                              It looks that it is following the principle of omissions and confusion due to wrong drafting of note points a above mentioned otherwise a passenger would only buy tickets at low economy and upgrade to p class and still get points and miles while one shall not buy at full price p class tickets and get nothing out of it.

                              However the above ticket is also enclosed issued on 14th march and confirming the benefits even after aug 2018 and giving wrong information to the passengers and duping them although your other terms like baggage etc are all in place in new tickets.

                              So it is evident that the notes has been badly drafted but with the intention for upgraded p class tickets only but wrongly interpreted and craeteoing harassment to the passengers and loyal members also in process.

                                I had my booking from goa to mumbai on 20th march and got the mail from jet that the flight is cancelled so we had word for refund and they told us within 24/48 hours refund mail will be initiated.. But nothing came up no refund nor mail so called again so same response
                                Now since 10days i am calling up for refund no response everyday they have reason will do it today in 2/3 hours is this the way to treat the customers... And cancellation of flights was from their side so refund should be done

                                    I booked a return ticket bangalore-guwahati on the 13th of march on the jet airways official app. I was charged a sum of almost 12'000/- and the same was duly paid by me and received by jet airways. On payment, the tickets never got booked. I didn't receive any ticket or pnr or any confirmation.
                                    On calling the jet airways so called customer care i was told that the payment was received but the ticket was not generated due to a technical fault at their end and that the amount would be refunded within 7 working days. After 7 working days, there was no clue of the refund. I was asked to send a mail to jet airways. The reply to the mail said that my card was not charged and that any debits will be refunded in 10 working days. This in spite of the fact that i had not paid by card but by upi i. E google pay. I had sent them details of the payment as well.in spite of my innumerable queries, they refuse to reply to my emails nor do i have any help form their customer care. As of now it is past 15 working days and there is absolutely no refund or any correspondence from jet airways.

                                    I would like to lodge a complaint on the american and would need help in doing so.

                                      Sudden information today and came to know jeddah ticket office is closed. Website still have jeddah office address and phone number. Paper message on the closed office door with couple of emails and call centre number.

                                      Person attending simple said the operations closed and we have informed you on 12th march 2019. I do not recall of any emails and nothing in my email inbox.                                         We received an email on 1st April stating that one of the flights in the itinerary for my parents travelling from Hyderabad, India to Orlando, USA is cancelled, providing no replacement flight.
                                        The flight path was HYD - BLR - AMS - MCO and since the HYD - BLR flight has been cancelled, there is no way for them to get to Bangalore and catch their flight to Amsterdam and continue their journey. Keeping that in mind, and in order to avoid further hassle to my parents, I wanted to cancel their entire itinerary.

                                        I have been calling all the customer care numbers listed on the website - to no avail. I have also been trying to find a valid email ID to take my concern forward, and have been unable to do so.

                                        I want to cancel the tickets and be refunded tickets purchased and as I have already booked another ticket for them to arrive to Orlando, FL.

                                        This has been terribly disappointing and we'd want you to help us alleviate some of it by quick action to our request.
