Hi

I had booked flight tickets from nuremberg to chennai on 30th january 2019. My ticket pnr is hbtuuu and the this was for 4 passengers worth euro 2, 365.24. The ticket nos are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

The airline operator had communicated to me on the 11th april about the rerouting the above iternary via mumbai. Later exactly within a week on 18th april they sent notice about the cancellation of the flights. Though i had followed the instructions in the mail and lodged a claim, i am not sure about the refund of my money.

Looking forward to the support in getting me the full refund.

Such type sof the complaints can be resolved in favour of passanger never as there are no documents and payments seen:-

1. name, address, contact of the pasenger
2. ticket for each or the payment document for each e-ticket
3. notification of rescheduling or new PNR
4. payment for the legal assiastance / complaining with the authority /court .

The cost of the legal asitance for the complaing procedure starts from EUR 300
before the German authority / court.

    I'm writing this complain with regards to the problems i've faced because i booked your flight
    I booked my holidays along with 2 other passenger on the 4 of november 2018. My departure date was 8th april 2019 from london to goa and arrival date was 14 april 2019 to london
    Around 2 days ago i received an email stating that my flight was cancelled. When i called customer care they told me i get a refund for around 500 pounds for 3 people and they said they will process it
    Now when i go to check the price for a one way ticket to london for the 3 o[censored]s it comes twice as more (About 2 lac rupees) than what i paid for a return ticket
    I dont find it's fair in anyways that we have to pay that amount even though we aren't at fault
    I hope you acknowledge our problem and resolve it

    Such passenger like you is unwanted by all aircarriers .
    See private mail box, if you are ready to pay.
    Just few days before the schedule my flight has been cancelled. There is no communication from the airlines of the alternate flight provided to me. tried all the numbers i could find possibly on internet to contact the airlines but there is no point as all the numbers are fake i believe. i am unable to connect with on any number.

      Sir/madam,
      I had booked a jet airways flight ticket on 12/03/2019 for journey which was scheduled to commence from new delhi (Del) to kochi (Cok) on 12/04/2019- vide booking reference (Pnr) no: jsdkdz and flight no:9w 0912, e-ticket no:[protected] and[protected]. I had paid rs.8752/- towards the flight charges.
      The above flight was cancelled by ja itself on the 16th of march. While making inquiry with the customer care on the 17th and 24th of the last month about the status and amount of refund, i was told by the concerned authorities that the total refundable amount is rs.8752/- and the entire amount of rs.8752/- will be refunded without any deduction - though the convenience charges will not be mentioned in the refund receipts (Which were mailed to me on[protected]. Yet, an amount of rs.8302/- only has been refunded on[protected] after deduction of rs.450/- which is beyond my comprehension. This is in no way right, fair and justified. Why passenger should suffer financial losses due to cancellation of flights by the airline companies itself? Instead of making any deduction from the paid fare, airline companies should compensate the passengers for the financial losses - as in my case, i had to cancel onward train booking also - due to cancellation of jet airways flight.
      Airline companies impose heavy penalties for cancellation if requested by passenger himself but if flights are cancelled by airline companies itself - causing a lot of inconveniences, entire fare should be refunded. There is no justification in withholding a part of the fare paid.
      In this connection, i had sent a mail to customer care on the 9th of this month - seeking clarification regarding the deduction, but the mail is still lying unanswered.
      I had sent a mail to nodal officer and appellate authority also - on[protected] at [protected]@jetairways.com (Nodal officer) and [protected]@jetairways.com (Appellate authority) but delivery to these recipients failed due to the addresses being wrong. These addresses were taken from google search - since address of both these authorities are not available on jet airways site.
      Kindly requested to look in to it and do the needful and help resolve my problem.

        Above flight of march 18, 2018 was cancelled by jetair vide their email on march 6, 2019. I contacted call centre on 15/03 to confirm cancellation. Was promised refund within a week. Refund of rs. 39, 893.00 not received todate.

        The Jet Airways has cancelled their business on 17 April 2019.

        There are effective ways to act:

        1. To get the compensation via the court by the hiring of the professional lawyer, which knows the law and "weknesses " of the sytem,
        or via the legal professiona in the civil aviation. The expected charges start from Rs 8000 .
        The leght of the procedure can be ~6 months. After ~6 months this air carrier will be bancropt.

        2. To forget about "refund of Rs. 39, 893.00", which evidence is not exist at this site.

        This air carrier does not reply and has no duty to respond at this site.

        Note, all phone calls to the phone number of this air carrier will lead to the welken of the nerve sytem without other profit.

        Against confirmation code MLBEZK, the flights from Mumbai- Delhi- Chandigarh was cancelled. No refund is forthcoming and customer care number is permanently on hold . There are no offices of Jet Airways where we live to personally talk it over.

          Please advise me status of my flight no. Vs8015 scheduled to fly on 19 may'19 pnr no csu8bj from london to mumbai.
          Will it fly on scheduled date or not? If not, what are the alternative arrangements? I will be accommodated in other airline or the amount of ticket will be refunded? Who will bear the additional cost of flight?-dinesh kumar jain

          The duty to provide the flight status is (1) air carrier or (2) the agent of the air carrier.

          PNR CSU8BJ does not exist for the given names at this site or elsewhere.

          It is in the interest of the passenger to apply for the refund / the compensation as soon as possible, but not later than in 27 April 2019 due to the flight cancllations, if the passanger knows the basic rules.

          If the passenger does not know the actual situation, or the rules and/or the way for the refund / compensation, such passenger can hire the lawyer or the legal professional for charge form rs6000, if in India, or from GBP150, if in the UK .

          The other possible solutions such as shouting or, dozens of calls over the phones to the house wifes or to the other irrelevant to the civil aviation staff will be
          OUT OF HELP.

          So sorry.

            Our flight got cancelled thrice which was booked on 25 th apr.
            Later rescheduled to 24th apr & 27th apr respectively for which we have no cancellation message received from airlines. But customer care says it is cancelled & to take full refund.
            At this point of time full refund will not help. Pls reschedule our travel with other airlines if jet airways not operating. Or refund with compensation of 10k with each ticket.

              We were supposed to go to kerala hence there are three tickets which got cancelled in the month of march as below but till date we have not received any refund
              Cochin to bombay xkwpxn in the name of arvindakshan bhaskaran and archana arvind and third ticket bombay to conchin rdocdi in the name of arvindakshan bhaskaran dated 20th march 2019. The tickets were automatically cancelled by them and we received a message 7 days prior.

              We were in an assumption that it will automatically come but till now it’s not being refunded

                I have booked a flight to fly back to new delhi on 18th jun 2019- 4 tickets economy class. I read in the newspapers for the jet operations being suspended and i am really concerned about my flight status now. I have booked these tickets long back and these are confirmed for travel and accordingly i have planned my trip. When i call jet airways for status of this flight, they does not answer the call and neither they would be ready to refund my fare amount now so that i can get myself booked on other flights. Please help me out to get the refund of my tickets.

                3. The legal professional can explain, what you are entitled to, based on the documents,
                which are in the posession, and which are submitted by the pasenger,
                and can submit the claim to the district court.

                It is in the interest of the passenger to apply for the compensation as soon as possible, but not later than in 15 days.

                  Jet flight to delhi from mumbai got cancelled after waiting for 8 hours at the airport... I had to s pend 20, 000 to buy another ticket from domestic airport... I had to reach delhi for a meeting at 5pm lost client worth rs.50, 000/-

                    To the author Mr. Jagdish Prasad,

                    The hundreds similar complaints are written by passengers daily in India.

                    Also it was repated hundred times at this server in the comments:

                    If you have not got the refund / or compensation in 10 days / max 15 days fololwing the notivce of the cancelattion or following the passenger legally binding complaint, the passnger has 2 choices:

                    1. To forget about any refund / compensation (in order to save the nerve system)

                    2. To collect at least[protected] ruppes (anually) for the payment of the legal services of the lawyer or of the legal professional and the government fees.

                    Only the legal professional can explain, what the customer is entitled to in a particular situation, based on all documents in his possesion.
                    And only leagl professional can submit the legally binding complaint to the distrcit court of the state, where the passenger is residing, in order to get judgemnt (award) in the favor of the passenger.

                    This forum is intended for the experssion of the legal methods only.

Been cancelled by jet airways and an sms sent to my mobile number informed me that your return trip has been cancelled by jet airways.

                        I am waiting for for my refund amount but still didn't received.

                          We have booked tickets for sungapore - delhi - ahmedabad flights on 24bth may with a change in flight at delhi. I got a message from jet airways that singapore to delhi flight has delayed by 5.30 hrs and will reach delhi at 23.10 hr. However my connecting flight from delhi departs at 19.40 hr so we will definitely miss the connection.in this case jet must accommodate us in earliest connecting flight to ahmedabad without any additional charge as the delay is from their side. I tried to call them but none were picking up phone. I solicit reply from jet airways to resolve my problem on top priority as it is a serious concern. Mail id: [protected]@rediffmail.com

                          To the author Mr. Sunil Maniar,

                          It is not Jet Airways, who had issued the ticket and had made alterations in the reservation.
                          So nobody is on duty to provide accomodation for the author here.

                          The author can 2 options:
                          1. To order the most convenient flight from the service provider / air carrier
                          or
                          2. To request the refund, at minimum.

                          In addition, if the air carrier failed to satisfy the reasonable request, and the author, still, wants the full compensation, not the refund only, the author can hire the lawyer or the professional in order to bering the case to the district court.

                          In last case, the author can expect
                          1) expences in addition, starting from Rs8000 before the court,
                          2) reward by the final judgement.

                            I have booked from maa to cdg and ams to maa and flight is cancelled in last minute that too i came to know when i called for confirmation listening to news. There is no update from jetairways. When i called a week before travel they have mentioned that flight will be running as per schedule, due to which i have lost almost 60000 as i have not got flight on same date.
                            I am expecting compensation for the amount i lost from jet airways. If they have informed on time i would have got tickets for same price.

                              I have booked (Tickets are enclosed below) through your agent i, e mytickets. Ae.com from mubai - dubai-mumbai but the schedule flight on 11.4.2019 has been cancelled and accordingly i requested your agent to refund my full amount but they replied me that there will be penalty. My question is when the flight is cancelled from airline and nothing was made from end then why should i pay the penalty and how come your agent can impose penalty without any request from my end to cancel the ticket??

                              Secondly they telling that dubai-mumbai flight is not cancelled so deduction will be there. When i booked the round trip tickets then where is question raise to use one way ticket to be used?

                              Request you to instruct your agent to refund my full amount at the earliest. Please note that i already lost big amount to re-book the tickets and i cant bear more loss. I am jet privilege member so hope jet airline will consider my genuine request and help to get my full amount at the earliest.

                              Also myticket required a letter from jetairways stating that flight from dubai to mubai as scheduled as been cancelled. (Mail from myticket is attached for your ref)

                              We would like to inform you, that your ticket is a round-trip ticket, but it was issued like two separate flights mumbai - dubai and dubai - mumbai. As a confirmation of our words, on your ticket, you may see two different booking numbers - oikynu and vormae for each flight. Also, you have two different bookings with the airline rqhfrn for the first flight and ckvtkk for the return flight.

                              Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the return flight without the fee.

                              If you wish, you may ask the airline to write you an email with the confirmation that they allow you to cancel your booking - ckvtkk without their penalties. On base, of that email, we will be able to contact them regarding the full refund of both of the flights.

                              Also, please, pay attention that we do not take money from the customer since the return ticket is valid for use.

                              Note - your agent steal money from the booking amount by giving so many excuses. I have already lost huge money to re-book the tickets and this was due to jetairways problems.

                                Dear jet airways travelling with you was very horrible experience. I was to travel to bhopal from delhi on 4th of april 2019 with your flight no. 9w-927 whose time of departure was 19:05pm. My pnr no. Was ikhjve. When i reached airport on 6:20pm, i was not allowed to check in as the told that the flight has been rescheduled to 18:50pm and i was not given any information about this earlier. Even on the date of departure i got the information that the timing of the flight is 19:05pm. Hence i was not allowed to check in and i missed my flight.
                                It is to inform you that as per direction of the hon'ble jharkhand high court, ranchi on that i was on my official duty travelling to bhopal to attend official training in national judicial academy bhopal on 05/04/2019 and due to deficiency of yours service, i suffered a lot, which would even effect my service also.
                                It is therefore requested to take necessary steps for refunding the amount of ticket other wise i shall take legal recourse for suffering mental agony due to deficiency in your service.

                                You need to apply to the air carrier for the compenasation formally.
                                But in order to be compensated, and based on the qulityy of your text,
                                you need to collect evidences and to apply to the court via the lawyer only.

                                The costs willstart from Rs 8000 for such type of cases.

                                The fair court shall award compensation and costs of the procedure(-s).

                                  I, GAURAV ANAND booked a flight ticket last month on 18 FEB 2019 from New DELHI to BOMBAY by email id anand.[protected]@gmail.com .The Company CANCELLED the FLIGHT and its still been MORE than ONE and HALF MONTH they have not refunded my booking amount.I am trying to be in touch with the company from past one months and have already send several emails regarding my refund .They are not responding, please help me regarding this and refund my money asap.

                                    I have booked a flight from mumbai to delhi dated 19.04.2019. Today i received a message from jetair regarding cancellation of flight 9w-762. I booked it through goibibo. Neither i am able to contact jetair nor goibibo. Jetair customer care kept me 2 hours on hold. I am also trying to contact them through mail but only get automatic reply. I have a connecting flight on 20 april from delhi to ranchi. Please help.

                                        I recieved a mail from jet airways that my flight has been cancelled but its been 3 week now and i did not get my money back. I booked via paytm. Paytm is also following up on the request with jet airways as they said still no response. I have paid 17877 inr. Please help. It is frustrating and a poor service that was not expected.
