I have booked (Tickets are enclosed below) through your agent i, e mytickets. Ae.com from mubai - dubai-mumbai but the schedule flight on 11.4.2019 has been cancelled and accordingly i requested your agent to refund my full amount but they replied me that there will be penalty. My question is when the flight is cancelled from airline and nothing was made from end then why should i pay the penalty and how come your agent can impose penalty without any request from my end to cancel the ticket??
Secondly they telling that dubai-mumbai flight is not cancelled so deduction will be there. When i booked the round trip tickets then where is question raise to use one way ticket to be used?
Request you to instruct your agent to refund my full amount at the earliest. Please note that i already lost big amount to re-book the tickets and i cant bear more loss. I am jet privilege member so hope jet airline will consider my genuine request and help to get my full amount at the earliest.
Also myticket required a letter from jetairways stating that flight from dubai to mubai as scheduled as been cancelled. (Mail from myticket is attached for your ref)

We would like to inform you, that your ticket is a round-trip ticket, but it was issued like two separate flights mumbai - dubai and dubai - mumbai. As a confirmation of our words, on your ticket, you may see two different booking numbers - oikynu and vormae for each flight. Also, you have two different bookings with the airline rqhfrn for the first flight and ckvtkk for the return flight.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the return flight without the fee.
If you wish, you may ask the airline to write you an email with the confirmation that they allow you to cancel your booking - ckvtkk without their penalties. On base, of that email, we will be able to contact them regarding the full refund of both of the flights.
Also, please, pay attention that we do not take money from the customer since the return ticket is valid for use.

Note - your agent steal money from the booking amount by giving so many excuses. I have already lost huge money to re-book the tickets and this was due to jetairways problems.
Request you to instruct your agent to refund full amount at the earliest.

Such type sof the complaints can be resolved in favour of passanger never as there are no documents and payments seen:-
1. name, address, contact of the pasenger
2. ticket for each or the payment document for each e-ticket
3. notification of rescheduling or new PNR
4. payment for the legal assiastance / complaining with the authority /court .
The cost of the legal asitance for the complaing procedure starts from EUR 300
before the German authority / court.
