I have booked an air ticket in jet airways from abu dhabi to pune via agent - easy trip planners pvt ltd. The date of travel was 9th june 2019 however airline suspended the flight and passenger could not travel on the said flight.
When we reached out to airline, customer care from airline is simply saying to get the refund from agent and when we reached out to agent, agent is saying that they have not received any refund from airline yet and hence customer cannot be paid.

At the time of booking through agent - easy trip planners pvt ltd., there was no agreement / terms and conditions signed between consumer and agent stating any back to back refund payment policy.

Dear sir, i booked ticket from bhopal to mumbai with pnr no ctgcme. Due to operational reasons as mentioned by airways flight no 9w-2898 had cancelled and i was not perform the journey. I have reached many time to you but still i did not get my money back against my above mentioned pnr. It is requested that kindly refund my money back as early as possible.

I have book a ticket to glasgow from delhi on 3rd of april. I was supposed to travel in september to attend a conference. After the company shut down, i made many efforts to get a feedback from jet airways and paytm (Booking platform). But, i am getting the same response that your refund is under process. I am a student and put all my savings for the ticket, which costs rs. 58, 790. I was going to attend a workshop. The workshop authority asked me to book the ticket and said, once i present a paper there, it will be reimbursed. After the jew airways being shut down, i am left with no hope of attending the workshop as i don't have any money left for booking another ticket. Now, the situation is such that i am left with very little savings and getting the refund is a question of life and death to me. I want the concerned authority to please take immediate action to resolve my issue.

We have spoken and then written to Jet Airways customer care on the 22nd of April 2019 requesting for our gst invoices of the list sent. How do we attach the excel sheet here?
Till date we have not received any revert nor the invoices.
Now it is impossible to reach them.
We are attaching the list of invoices required from them.
We will be relieved if this can be resolved.

I paid flight trivandrum-mumbay at 31.3.2019, but company jetairways cencelled flight. Because i already paid tickets, i have additional costs and problems (Before direct flight then indirect). I dont recive money back. Not for your company not for e dreams. Davorin žnidarič

Refund still not received. Have got in touch with goibibo (As booking was made using the app) and jet airways. Jet airways said they have processed the refund and goibibo needs to pay you and goibibo says they have not received the refund.

I have booked flieght ticket from delhi to khatmandu vide pnr no. Pxkggx dt.08/07/2019 3 persons. The flieght was cancelled by jet airways hence we have been asked to cancel the ticket accordingly we have cancelled. We have been chasing for refund the the payment of rs.13962.00 but easry trips and jetairways not responding just passing time since many months.

We request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue

I have booked jet airways flight from delhi to colombo pnr: etrngb and flight no: 9w-384 on 19 march. I am still waiting for refund of 18000 from last 4 months. I had received an email from jet airways regarding the flight cancellation and next day raised the complaint with jet airways and paytm both for refund. But till now, its been more than 4 months and i have to call paytm to hear same message that they are waiting for the confirmation from jet airways regarding refund. Could anyone please help how long is it going to take to refund the amount?

Please note that we had booked 15 tickets through riya travels in december, 2018 from mumbai for ixc - bom in 9w430 for 25 may, 2019 which had been cancelled on 6 may, 2019.

This is to inform you to proceed for the refund by next 03 days, or we have to forward the complaint to the consumer forum for the same. These being the hard earned money we cannot just let it go. We have been continously following up with riya travels, which says that out of more than 4000 tickets, they have not received refund for any cancelled jet airways tickets yet.

I had received an email from jet airways regarding the flight cancellation and next day raised the complaint with jet airways and paytm both for refund. But till now, its been more than 4 months and i have to call paytm to hear same message that they are waiting for the confirmation from jet airways regarding refund of rs 3806. We have filed your refund claim. Jet airways is expected to revert with status of your refund by 8 july 2019.
As we may not have further information on your refund, in this period, we request you to not make the effort of calling or writing to us, and await further updates from us.
Any further information we receive from the airline will be communicated immediately by email and sms.

So we purchased another tickets in air india. Now i come back but still my travel agent said 'we did not get any refund from airlines". Now its 5 month my money is blocked.

I had maid my refund claim to cheapticket.in on 19th apr.'2019. However, i have not received refund till date with the remarks from cheapticket.in that they have yet not received the refund amount from the jet airways authority.

Above flight of march 18, 2018 was cancelled by jetair vide their email on march 6, 2019. I contacted call centre on 15/03 to confirm cancellation. Was promised refund within a week. Only half refund rs. 39, 893.00 received to date.

Why is the balance not being refunded despite reminmders.

I booked a round-trip flight of jet airways through paytm on february 2019. The scheduled date for traveling was 17th april and 22nd april. But the flight get cancelled by the airline itself and i get a communication from the airline stating, i will get the full refund from paytm. But it is almost four months i am waiting for the refund but not yet received it. Now paytm is saying that the haven't received the payment till now. I don't know what should i do and how much time it will take.

I had booked 3 tickets on 5 february from mumbai to manchester n manchester to jfk return for 10th may 2019 n 19 june 2019 respectively for jet airways from make my trip. I had done the payment thru credit card.
Without my knowledge on 11th april i received a msg saying that our flight was cancelled. I immediately approched jet airways they in turn rescheduled my tickets from mumbai to amsterdam n amsterdam to jfk n return with same dates. But suddenly on 19th april again i received a msg saying your tickets are cancelled and your refund is in process. Till today no refund had been received. It is almost three months. It is our hard money and we should get it on priority. No one is giving proper response. Make my trip team says we have no idea about it when you will get the refund. Almost every week i do the follow-up but no response. My amount is inr 1, 60, 000. Please help me out to resolve the matter at earliest.
