I need immediate help on jet airways fraud. I had a return flight from delhi to bangalore by jet airways. They cancelled the flight and when i send several emails regarding refund, on return the gave me a flight which was in morning so i mentioned that i can only accept reschedule when flight is in evening or night and requested an immediate refund if not possible.

I am complaining about jet airways service today (13 march) i did picked the cab faridabad to terminal 3. I reached the airport at 11:34 and entering through gate no 2. I have reported to jet airways desk for boarding but he refused to boarding. He did ignore to me say that flight boarding is closed while flight was cancelled ans he say talk to supervisor. We had requested wheelchair for my wife zubeda ismail upon arrival at mumbai international, further insult to injury our meals were hindu vegetarians neals for two and that was a disaster as we did not get our meals and no wheelchair waiting at mumbai airport. My wife suffers from arthritis in both legs and you can imagine how painful...

I tried so many times to call in contact center but they never picked up even after holding it for a long time like 15 minutes.

Call center it's there job to attend the calls and listen the guests they are getting paid for the same.

I am really very dispointed with the service of your contact center please try to improve it and i want you to contact me asap...
