I m requesting jet airlines to update my full name as vishva bandhu gupta in ticket in place of v b gupta but airline calling for cancellation charges. The issue involves no change in date of journey, no change in time of journey or schedule of journey. Then how it is cancellation which demand charges. Why airline is not providing service but demanding charges? Flight details pnr esvmrg to dubai. Doj 28.03.19 dubai to delhi.

    I, vipul solanki, one of the passenger in jet airways flight no: 9w320 and pnr number: hmvdxe plying from blr to bdq on 4th feb, 2019; was not allowed to board the flight. I reached the blr airport by 4.55 am, even i requested to allow boarding as due to traffic i reached late, jet airways did not allow, told to take other flight, whereas still 1 hour was still pending.
    Its very disheartening that no one helped me getting a way out as 1 hour before i was present in the airport but did not allow to board flight. I requested so many times, but no one heard my plea.
    Unfortunately, i had to take spice jet flight at 8.40am. Later realised that the jet airways flight was delayed by 1 hour. What facility do you (Jet airways) provide? If you were knowing that the flight is going to be delayed, atleast you should have told me to wait for some time we will do something; opposite to which what service you gave was really pathetic. Seriously, worst service given by you, where passengers are not at all given proper service when they panic.
    Atleast train your representative to attend the customers and listen, rather help them to overcome the panicking situation.
    I didnt allow to board the flight, no refund given, no service given.
    Worst service.

    Dear Mr. Solanki,

    Thank you for your email. We sincerely appreciate your patience while we review the situation you described.
    We regret to note your experience at Bengaluru Airport for flight 9W 320 to Vadodara of February 04, 2019. We understand their predicament on not being able to travel as planned.
    Please allow me to mention that in keeping with our objective of on-time performance of our flights, as per laid down procedures, our check in counter closes 45 minutes prior to the departure of the flight. This is done to allow our staff adequate time to complete all the departure formalities to release the flight on time.
    Having enquired, when you reported at the counter, the check-in had closed as per the counter closure time. You will appreciate that accepting guest after the flight is closed results in reopening the flight once again and redoing the departure formalities which delays the flight and inconveniences all other guests who have reported earlier.

    Further, there is no reason whatsoever for our staff to decline accommodating guests if the flight is open. I can assure you that had it been remotely possible, our staff would have gladly accommodated you on board the above flight.

    The situation as unfolded was completely circumstantial and time bound and we sorry if the handling efforts and explanation given by the staff has fallen short. All our airport procedures are at par with the standard operating procedures.

    Be assured, it is never our intent to cause guest inconvenience at any given point of time. We appreciate your understanding on the above and regret our inability to offer a favourable response.
    Notwithstanding the above, we look forward to welcoming you on board our flights.

      Sir, i've booked flight ticket of jet air ways flight no 9w-720 through udchalo.com vide udchalo trip id no 1502483 dated 21 jan 19. I've done transaction through hsbc credit card. My flight details are as follows :-
      Rahul kumar, flight no 9w-720, travel date 11 feb 19, from patna to new delhi, total amount 2, 384, ticket no.[protected].
      I've received a message from jet airways saying that your flight has been cancelled due to operational reasons. But i have not get my refund till date.
      Request resolve my issue at the earliest.

        I received a mail from jet airways that my flight has been cancelled but its been 1 week now and i did not get my money back. i called customer care and waiting for 1 hour for someone to respond, still no response. i booked via paytm. Paytm is also following up on the request with jet airways as they said still no response . i have paid 12773 INR and is big amount for me. Please help. It is frustrating and a poor service that was not expected.

        I had booked a Jet Airways flight ticket for two of my relatives for 22 March 2019 through Paytm. On 17th March, 2019, I received an email from Jet Airways saying that the flight is cancelled. I contacted Paytm for refund but did not receive yet. I have contacted Paytm 4 times till date but every time the executive from the call center assures me that I will receive my full refund but till date it has not happened. Please find the details of the ticket, cancellation email, first and fourth communication that I had with Paytm.

          Dear gayatri narvekar

          Thank you for your email dated 07/02/19 regarding my refund. I have patently waited 10 working days for this money to come back into my account, and surprise, surprise it’s not arrived???

          It’s been eleven days now and i want my money back!!! I know jet airways is in some fanatical difficulty but this is shameful on you.

          Please do what you have to do otherwise i will make sure i blog it and it will go viral trust me.

          I want an explanation as to what has happened, did the carrier pigeon get shot down over the english channel with the money attached to its leg.

          I have to make a joke out of it as i am so bloody angry it’s an understatement.

          This will be the last time i book with you and i will make sure all my friends know how bad the administrations is. You seem to forget your not the only airline international or domestic within india.

          I expect you to give this your most urgent attention and i want my money back in my account within 24 hours form now, otherwise you will not hear the last of this i promise you.

          I was trying to complete a booking last night and got to the last page put my credit card number in and pressed proceed and the booking had timed out.

          I went back in again as i could not find any booking in my name nor did i get a pnr so assumed the booking had not gone through, i went back in again booked my flight was offered an upgrade before i confirmed the book which i took total price was £165.70 and i paid for it with my credit card.           Please can you advise me that only one booking has been made and i should only be billed for £165.70 once and the other amount will not be taken.

            Sir,

            I have booked e-ticket no.[protected] from bhopal to mumbai for 20th feb. 2019. But, due to some unavoidable circumstances, i have to postpone my travel for a day & immediately tried to contact jet airways contact numbers of different cities but unable to get connected. Simultaneously, sent an e-mail dt. 19th feb.2019 requesting to cancel my ticket at 7:37 pm at the e-mail provided by jet airways ([protected]@jetairways.com) and repeated again couple of time on 20th feb. Also.

            But in spite of all our efforts we could not contact on any of the phone numbers as we have not received any cancellation confirmation till now.

            Since i am a jet privilege premium member[protected], my case may be considered favorably & cancel the ticket by deducting the normal cancellation charges only.

            Will appreciate if my case is considered sympathetically and my ticket get cancelled with normal cancellation charges only & balance amount may be credited to my credit card.

            Kindly acknowledge & if any clarification is needed, can be produced.

              It's 2am now, i am still under depression & and feeling so harrased till now. Yesterday i had a fight from delhi to silchar from terminal 3 igi by jet airways. I was there with my kid (3yrs). At the eleventh hour i was told that the flight is cancelled. And then what i went through is not less then any kind of harresment. The staff other in the single counter other than the boarding pass counter was so unprofessional & rude is beyond my explanation. He was sitting right beside ms. Richa.. (Center)
              He was of no help & he spoke very rudely. I
              I had no clue of the flight got cancelled.
              I tried to fix up this situation, where it got more worse because i had to walk 10 times to information desk to supervisor counter & again guided wrong.
              The worse part, the baby had to suffer for this.
              This is the most humiliating situation i have ever face. I never expected this by jet airways management.

From that time I am trying to call your customer care but no one is bothered to pick up the call kindly refund my amount.Hoping to get reply as soon as possible

                  Hello it has since more than a month my problem is not getting solve having all my proper documents and visa from dubai consulate i was not allowed to travel dubai board jetairways flight was not even allowed to go too main counter or talk with any immragation officer my passport had a machine printed and i had issued in embassy of india in madrid the expriy date was 1 year so when i send for renovation they offically stamp and extended by indian goverment over there for 10 years i have travel with the same passport over europe n india without any problem and dubai goverment has issued me visa without any problem despite that was not allowed to travel my tickets number are[protected], 1465, 1463 mumbai dubai and dubai mumbai[protected], 1419, 1417 dubai mumbai 3 passenger guest relation ground staff are only saying my passport is handwritten but it not they are denying to give me refund and sort the issue need to register a complaint against them please do the needful

                    I was travelling from kolkata to riyadh and my luggage has never arrived.

                    It was a breakup journey from kolkata to mumbai to riyadh.

                    Date of journey 16 feb 2019.

                    I have been given a track i’d but no one ever responds.

                    How do it know the status or any contact who could address me and help with the status.

                    I have many valuable stuff in it.

                      I am summon koul. I have booked series of flights with jet airways from march to may on alternate fridays from bangalore to pune (21:45 pm, 9w774). Possibly this flight has been cancelled by the airline and my flights have been changed to morning time 05:25 am that is not acceptable to me even without informing the customer. I am trying to contact customer care for last 3 days but no use. I want immediate refund the money of all the tickets to me so that i can make alternate arrangements. But don;t know whom to talk. The airlines does not respond to any call. It is the pathetic behaviour on behalf of the airlines

                        The problem is i have my connection flight at 10.35 am on 5/3/2019 on same day and if i reach to delhi at 9.45 then i will only have 45-50 minutes lefts to catch my international flight which will be kind of impossible so could please change date of my ticket or cancel it with full refund because changing timing problem has occurred from airlines side not from my side. So please try to provide me right solution. I have been trying to contact your different customer care’s numbers for last 4-5 days and i have spent hours and hours on the call for waiting to connect the call but it seems jetairways customer cares is a fraud.

                        I have also sent another email to get information about failure ticket on 19/01/2019 for journey 5/3/2019 and i have not got any notification regarding failure of that booking and amount of 3800 rupee got deducted from my bank account to tapzo services. I need information and confirmation of this failure transaction as well so i can take it to the bank to get my amount of 3800 rupee back of that failure booking.
                        The transaction ref was - bil/tapz/[protected]/flights/tapzo serv.

                        Could you kilndly please have a look at into these two complaints of mine.

                          Hi, my name is krupa yagnik. I booked a flight for dubai to mumbai roundtrip on 17th february 2019, which was costing me 16, 967 rs.. I booked the ticket at 1.30am, the amount was deducted from my account but i did not receive any ticket on my mail.. No ticket details, no confirmation..

                          Tried calling customer care number so many times, bt nothing worked.. No response.. Waiting for 2 hours i had no option but to book a new ticket spending too mch..

                          Very bad customer service.. I need to know when am i getting my money back.. As u guys assure that its refundable.. I had cancelled my ticket within 3 hours of booking.. That means i should get the entire money back..

                            Booked yesterday kjsypu around 11 am. Tried to cancel online today within 24 hr period. No cancellation option. Tried to call call center - got through after 15 min wait, but got disconnected 3 or 4 times.net time spent - about 2 hours. Finally got through and now rep says for cancellation refund will be rs 1800 or so from rs 25000 paid. That's unbelievable. Why? Because i upgraded, i could not cancel online because i upgraded, and they will not return upgrade charges anyway. Incentive to never upgrade. And of course, go back to traveling indigo. Thank you.

                              Mr rajasekharan c has booked the flight no 9 w 403 for 15 the february 2019 vide pnr number mrhwbx.
                              Due to the traffic block he has reached the airport at 4 10 pm. While checking in he is asked to check in through web check in. As he was new to this he cannot do the check in
                              Then jet helping person asked him to stand in queu. He is new to mumbai and not a frequent flier, he stand in the queu, not aware that the boarding time is getting over
                              After certain time he is asked to go to counter and told him that his ticket is cancelled as he came the airport at 4 32 pm
                              This is unethical as he came airport at 4 10 and no body assisted him to correct counter, then they told he can take ticket on next days flight. By paying rs 9000
                              He also informed that he will get only rs 200. After taking cancellation charge
                              I kindly request you to pay the equivalent amount of ticket after cancellation

                                Sub: Compensation for the monetary losses suffered and stress and mental trauma caused to me and my family by JetAirways.
                                I am a retired Defence Scientist from Hyderabad. I and my family had planned a pilgrimage to the temples in coastal Karnataka from 17-02-19 to 26-02-19. My relatives (6 nos) in Delhi particularly my mother Parvathi Ramaswamy aged 90 desired join me. Accordingly their ticket was booked by 9W-848 for 17-Feb-19 (Delhi to Mangalore) on 15-Jan-2019. Their return ticket from Mangalore to Delhi was booked for 26-Feb-2019 by 9W-763 on 16-Jan-2019. The onward and return tickets was done in JetAirways. The return ticket was booked by 9W-763 only after JetAirways confirmed the onward flight.The bookings were done one month in advance.
                                Why I chose JetAirways was because it was a nonstop flight leaving Delhi at 1105 hrs and reaching Mangalore at 1330hrs. The flight timing was convenient because it was a direct flight and moreover convenient to my mother (90 years & with physical disability) and my nephew who is mentally challenged. More over JetAirways in their website advertises to plan a travel with them and enjoy the JetExperience.
                                After JetAirways confirmed the tickets on the above mentioned dates I finalized my trip to Mangalore and paid the travels Rs1, 86, 000 (all costs included) on 31-Jan-2019 for the entire trip after agreeing to all terms and conditions of the travel agency. The trip was well planned
                                On 08-Feb-2019 my brother in-law (Shri OK Sharma, senior citizen) also a passenger in 9W-848 got a message from JetAirways that their flight 9W-948 has been cancelled for operational reasons thus dropping a bombshell. My family underwent mental trauma and stress as Rs1, 86000/- had already been paid to the travels. My sister Lakshmi Sharma (senior citizen) also a passenger in 9W-848 developed health problems and is taking treatment in Metro Hospital, Noida. I got a firsthand idea of JetExperience after planning a travel with them.
                                How can operational reasons be an excuse for cancelling a flight 10 days in advance. If technical snag or weather conditions or a bird hit was the reason how could that be predicted 10 days before the actual date of flight. Flight 9W-848 could have been easily rescheduled on that day. 10 days was more than sufficient for that.
                                It is due to the fault (unprofessional, irresponsible, and do not care attitude towards the passengers) of JetAirways in not rescheduling their flight and also because no other direct flight was available on that day my family had to abandon their trip to Mangalore leaving all o[censored]s high & dry and heavy of heart and in a state of despondency and trauma. All other flights on that day were one/two/three stop flights with long layoffs at various airports. Certainly my 90 year old mother could not have travelled.
                                If you do not reach your destination how will you come back from there?. Consequently the return trip on[protected] had to be cancelled by us. God alone knows whether the Mangalore to Delhi flight would have been cancelled by JetAirways as their flight schedules have become unpredictable due to their whim & fancy.
                                You may please verify any details of the passengers for your satisfication. Copies of the relevant tickets are attached.
                                I expect compensation for the monetary losses suffered and stress and mental trauma caused to me and my family for which JetAirways alone is responsible. Depending on your ethics and the reply I get I will plan the next course of action.

                                  I have booked a ticket from delhi to bombay by email id -anand.[protected]@gmail.com .After doing the paymemt the website get blank and they didnt provide the ticket.
                                  I m trying to reach to jet airways from past four days and they are only putting me on hold for atleast 31 min and more.

The flight was cancelled a day before the travel date. We had tried to contact the airlines for refund of the same, but could not get through. Also the fare was not refunded to our account till now.

                                      Flight 9w 413 was booked for 14th feb, from bom-blr at around 9:15am on13th feb, but the website crashed after entering the otp for payment. Gave a call to customer care, and was informed that pnr is generated but the ticket will be issued by 10:20am precisely. Ticket was not received hence called back the customer care and was informed that the ticket has been cancelled due to system error and if you have been charged it will be refunded.
                                      When checked to book the same flight again, rates had been more than double.
                                      Can you explain why this happened. You can't simply tell a customer that due to system error ticket has been cancelled. I was not informed about the cancellation nor did i get a reason why the pnr was generated but the ticket was not issued?

                                        Me and my husband were travelling from chandigarh to mumbai on 9th feb @04:30pm. We were provided with sandwich in the flight which turns out to be stale as result me and my husband suffered from food poisoning.
                                        If you guys cant provide fresh food, its better not to provide anything like other airlines do.
                                        We are frequent fliers of jetairways and this is absolutely not acceptable. We had to go through lot of trouble for two days coz of that.
