My wife and i were scheduled to travel to delhi from bengaluru on 7th february 2019 on 9w 836 and checked in on time.
However, due to long queues during security check process, were told that we were offloaded along with 15 other passengers.
The display boards in the airport did not display that the departure gate was closed. No one from the airline announced the closure of the departure gate or escorted us. There was no intimation that it was a silent airport. Normally, airlines send a message on the registered mobile number, before the journey, intimating that the airport is silent.

Ground staff of competitor airlines escorted their passengers through the security check and we thought that we could expect the same.

We were not allowed to pass through the security check due to a few hostile passengers and were left helpless.

The ground staff at the airport assured to accomodate us in the next flight to delhi at a nominal charge, but told us later that all the flights were full for 2 days.

We had to purchase business class tickets from another airline and proceed with the journey paying five times the fee of the ticket purchased from jet airways.

We are extremely disappointed with the service and rude ground staff of jet airways india ltd. Seek appropriate recourse.

I read from the news paper today that there was a security threat on the 7th of February 2019 at the Kempegowda International airport, Bengaluru and hence passengers were stranded. The airline could have managed the situation better. Seeking appropriate recourse.

      I have alreay submitted 23400 rupees and now they are asking me to pay additional 18900 for my joining letter plz look into it. As no company will ask for money for the training or joining process. And also when they asked for the money they need it urgently but i asked for my refund they need 30-45 days of time what is this all about. As your recuiters are asked for money from the joiners

        Hi,

        I have a complaint regarding the seats of the flight departure from portblair to chennai on saturday.

        I have pre booked an window seat by paying 499 rs extra. Also i informed to ground staff about this they said "yes it is an window" but when i bored i found it was not an window seat.
        After informing to cabin crew they said they cant do anything raise an issue with jetairways.

        As my wife was traveling first time so it was an surprise for her but you (Jet airways) ruined my plans and spoiled my day.

        As it is complete blunder by an airways who are celebrating 25 years of service. Also i requested for coffee (By paying) which i wont receive.

        You should return my money also it was an pathetic experience. Earlier i traveled by indigo with pre-booking seats and i have a good experience. I dont need to say anything to them. They have done there job in efficient manner.

          Saturday morning i got a message that my Bangalore to pune Flight Has been cancelled from then i am trying to contact You, people number of times but there is no response From your end. The call holding time is more than 30 minutes. I really wanted to know the status of my Refund, kindly respond asap.

            Dear sir i travelled to varanasi on jet airways flight number 9w375 from delhi to varanasi on 05th february 2019 from indira gandhi international airport terminal t3 at 11 am. I must have checked in my baggage around post 9 30 am on the jet airways counter. As i was traveling to kumbh to take the holy dip via varanasi so i had packed some currency of 200 notes of denomination 10 and 100 notes of denomination 50 a total of rupees 7000 in the suitcase in check in baggage. To my plight reaching kumbh i found that the currency pouch is empty and there is no money in that black provogue pouch and it is found empty. Please advice process to get an enquiry on this and also get access to video footage of the baggage being checked in and till reaching the airline. Can this be helped or will i have to get a police lodge complaint regarding this to get access to the video footage and getting this resolved. Attached is the copy of my flight details and seat number etc kindly help in the same and respond on this e mail id

              Executives are very unproffesional. After waiting for 45 minutes, when call get connected they cut the call in between. This thing happens with me twice. When you talk to them, you will feel they are sleeping.

              Never plan your flight with this airlines, their flight will surely get cancel at the last moment and they will not do anything apart from pitty amount of refund

              The messaaed me that reache before 15 minutes and boarding will be shut before 15 minutes of depqrture. But when i arrives here. They had not parmited me to check in. And they have not refund me my money
              I have booked 4 Jet Airways tickets. My date of Journey was 11th May 2019, but flight was cancelled. For refund of ticket amount of Rs. 42880/- they asked to fill the form in format B. Even after all procedures and reminders I haven't yet received refund. Is it feasible to go to Consumer Court?

                Regarding my booking on 12th feb for gau - del-bdq flight at earlier 11 o clock in the morning has been preponded without the customers consent to morning 6 :40 am flight.

                I find this kind of irrational and irresponsible behaviour very rude. If your flight at 11 has been cancelled due to unavoidable reasons, then inform the customer about the issue. We are beauraucrats here and we have many commitments to meet. I have a meeting in the morning on 12th feb at 7:30 and accordingly the earlier flight was booked.

                Yet, jet airways have preponded by booking without even thinking about the repurcutions on customers end.in addition, my flight is a connecting one and the next flight is at18:25. How can i manage to waste 10 hours waiting at the airport?

                Hence i request jet airways customer care to respond to me via email or call at the soonest.

                    My flight was on 24 dec at 2:30am from delhi to toronto (Canada). The flight have stay at amsterdam (Neitherland) which was told to us of 3 hrs 20 minutes but on the day the stay was of 6 hours due to this stay my another flight has been missed which was from toronto to winnipeg. The company has given fake reviews to us. On the ticket the arriving time was written 7:40am but flight has been arrived at 12:00 pm due to delayed of flight my parents was so worried and the information given on the ticket was tottaly fake. I am very upset with the service of jet airways. It was my fresh experience of travelling in the plane but my experience is very bad. I am tottaly fed up with the service of jet airways..

                      Highly disappointing Service.

                      I got a sms confirming flight cancellation. Was trying to reach out to Contact Centre for further enquiry and assistance.

                      For almost 3-4 times in a day, my call was kept on hold for more than 30 minutes and ultimately was not received.

                      Jet Airways boasts of high quality service and Customer satisfaction.
                      Unfortunately, I being one of the customers am not able to vouch this.

                      I want to make a point that in most cases when a consumer/end user cancels a ticket - its either non refundable or almost 80% of money is lost.

                      But when Airline is cancelling flights - in such case, unfortunately, we are being refunded with ticket price we paid instead of price at which alternative arrangement would be available to us.

                      I would like to take this to Consumer Forum as this has caused a lot of inconvenience to me and my family and expect Jet to refund the amount equivalent to cost if were to book a ticket at last moment.

                        I was to travel along with my wife to london from goa via mumbai on 28th jan 2019 but my flight to mumbai from goa was cancelled due to operational reasons. I was not given any alternative flight stating that all other airlines are overpacked instead suggested to take a flight the next day.

                        I need a compensation from jetairways for all inconvenience and expenditure caused due to this.

                          Today 7th feb 2019 i had to board a jet airways flight 9w - 369 from delhi. This flight departs at 16.35 hrs. I reached airport at 1500 hrs. On reaching boarding counter i was denied boarding.
                          Reason overbooking. They could not adjust me in next flight and gave a flight #363 which is at 2155 hrs. Now i am waiting for that flight. They have given compensation which is ok but what about the planned activities that any individual plans for. Now i will reach at 12 midnight if everything is fine. Frankly overbooking kinda thing exists many o[censored]s do not even know. If there are fixed number of seats then why overbooking is allowed. Even if it allowed and legal then what about intimation to passengers. Why cant the airline inform the passengers. Waiting at the airport for 6 hours is a non sense thing.

                            My name is dr. Pavel daniel mesaros, and i have booked a trip to india with the edreams agency on the date of 02/11/2018, booking reference: [protected];
                            Departure: dublin to mumbai with aer lingus and jet airways (Dublin to manchester, uk with aerlingus ei/etkt 589 [protected] and from manchester to mumbai with jet airways 9w/etkt 589 [protected]) on 13/12/2018
                            Return: mumbai to dublin with jet airways with 1 stop in paris 9w/etkt 589 [protected] on 20/12/2018.

                            With less than 24h i have tried to do my online check-in which can't be done only through edreams application. Unsuccessful… i have tried to contact edreams team by phone…unsuccessful, as well, nobody answered…i went early in the morning in dublin airport, i have done my check in to aerlingus office and got my boarding pass to manchester. The flight took off with more than 1h and 30 min delay, and because of this, by the time i reached jet airways office in manchester airport the check-in service was closed and i missed the flight to mumbai. We were 9 passengers in total, and we were directed to airlingus office in manchester airport. After a few hours, i was put into a flight to london and from london to mumbai, the flight operated by british airways. Finally, i got to mumbai with 12 h delay.
                            On the date of 19/12/2018 i have requested my check-in through edreams application for my return flight; check-in witch couldn't be done. So i have reached mumbai airport at around 20:00 – 20:30 hours, and presented to jet airways check-in area. Something was wrong in their system and they have sent me to air france checking area saying that the flight is operated by air france. Again in their system, something was wrong and they said to me that the flight mumbai to paris was ‘exchanged' by airlingus company and i have to go back to jet airways. I went back to jet airways and they said that they can't do anything and asked me to go back to air france and tell one of them to come and discuss with jet airways. After a discussion between air france and jet airways in the indian language, they have told me that they can't do anything and is aerlingus company fault that they have done this exchange of flights…. Whatever that means nobody wanted to explain. And the next step is to contact the aer lingus company. So, i went to help desk and the first call was to edreams around 23:05. I have spoken with mr. Karan from the edreams call center, explained him the situation. After he checked he told me the same thing that aerlingus messed up everything by making that ‘exchange’. Mr. Karan contacted aerlingus and had a discussion with nancy from aer lingus new york call centre and came back to me with the solution that nothing can be done. He sent me back to jet airways encouraged me that they will sort everything out…i went back to jet airways i asked to discuss with one of the managers.. They were to busy… mrs. Shalaka duty manager jet airways did not want to talk with me…i went back to help desk asking help with an international phone call to reach aerlingus and try to clarify the situation… it was impossible to make an international phone call... I have tried again edreams …i was put on hold more than 30 min…i gave up… i have tried to contact aerlingus from my on phone couple times…useless…i have called the airport manager mr. Dharnesh…himself tried to contact aer lingus from his own phone. Nobody answered.
                            So he advised me either i buy a fresh ticket and go home, with the hope that i will recover the money somehow, either if i decide to stay to let him know because in the morning he has to contact the consulate to report my case.
                            My flight was gone. Nobody offered me any solutions, any alternatives, none of the airline's company did care about my situation…i was feeling dirty, thirsty, tired, powerless, abandoned, angry and frustrated, and resignation feelings…initially, i said to myself i should stay and involve embassy in my case and see what happens…but i gave up and i bought a fresh ticket to london at 9 am in the morning. This is exactly what airline companies expect, buy a new ticket no matter if was their mistake they don't care about anyone… just money. It was almost 3 a. M. At that time so i bought my new ticket, ironically same jet airways company, with the hope that from london i will find easier flights to dublin. But pain is not gone, in london crazy. All flight booked no flight until next day afternoon. Airport operating system collapsed. Buy pure luck my friend from sligo could find and book a flight from london stansted to dublin with ryanair company the next day at 11 a. M. I was landed on london heathrow very tired and decided to stay in a hotel close to heathrow airport and travel again in the morning. I physically could not do more…in the next morning, i had to cross all london city from heathrow airport to stansted airport and get the flight back to dublin… and from dublin to get the train to sligo the town where i live.

                            It was a painful journey and i do not wish to anybody to go through all the emotional states that i have passed through…i don't even want to think if in my place was a family with 2 -3 children… and disrespectful that you get back from the airline's companies on your own money…

                            Now i have a few questions that i would like answers…
                            Who authorized airlingus to do the flight exchange? I didn't… they did not communicate with me; they didn't inform me in any way.
                            How come jet airways company allowed another company to exchanger the flight?
                            Why they don’t do anything about this?
                            Why edreams, or travel agencies, have no power to help you in these situations? What is the best thing to do in these situations?

                            I do not what excuses and apologies… i want justice, i want answers, i want who did the mistake to have a bit of dignity and admit it, and pay for it…that’s all i want…

                                But i am unable to generate the invoice for the amount of fair that i have paid in connection with the above referred travel. Further i wish to inform you that i could get the invoice for the travel conducted by me in indigo airlines. Hence i hereby request you provide me the invoice at the earliest.

                                  Hi sir/madam,

                                  This to inform you that i have tried to book flight ticket using ixigo.com website, where it was directed to jetairways.com website. There i tried to book flight from new delhi to lucknow for 19th february 2019 at 20:55hrs. I tried to make payment using bhim upi. I authenticated to make payment for amount rs 3240/-. But after waiting for 15 minute this amount is not displayed in website. Neither. I received my flight ticket.
                                  Please resolve the grievance or revert my paid amount.

                                      I, vipul solanki, one of the passenger in jet airways flight no: 9w320 and pnr number: hmvdxe plying from blr to bdq on 4th feb, 2019; was not allowed to board the flight. I reached the blr airport by 4.55 am, even i requested to allow boarding as due to traffic i reached late, jet airways did not allow, told to take other flight, whereas still 1 hour was still pending.
                                      Its very disheartening that no one helped me getting a way out as 1 hour before i was present in the airport but did not allow to board flight. I requested so many times, but no one heard my plea.
                                      Unfortunately, i had to take spice jet flight at 8.40am. Later realised that the jet airways flight was delayed by 1 hour. What facility do you (Jet airways) provide? If you were knowing that the flight is going to be delayed, atleast you should have told me to wait for some time we will do something; opposite to which what service you gave was really pathetic. Seriously, worst service given by you, where passengers are not at all given proper service when they panic.
                                      Atleast train your representative to attend the customers and listen, rather help them to overcome the panicking situation.
                                      I didnt allow to board the flight, no refund given, no service given.
