I had reached at the airport 40 minutes before the take off time that was 8:30 but i was not permitted to enter. I didn't have any bag to check in. I requested many times yet they didn't pay attention. If i missed the flight then i should get some amount of money back. I had to pay 8500 rupees to get another ticket to delhi. I won't suggest any body to take flight ticket from jet airways but i would like to say that it was my worst experience of my journey by air.
Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We travelled from Hyderabad to London on 8th October on flight no.9w 0116 seat nos 41D n 41E with 4 nos luggage in check in.
But we found new safari bag with fully black spots n tare in corners.

Now i request u to check n arrange for claim for the same.

I would not tell any body to issue tickets from jet airways. My flight number was 9w170. If i missed flight then i should get some amount of money.

    No one tried to contact me even then my complaint has been marked as resolved. This is not the way to respond . You will not get costomer's satisfaction.

      I was supposed to fly today from guwahati to bagdogra by 9w 136. Due to bad traffic i reached airport just 45 minutes before time and requested the counter people to issue me boarding saying that i am bagdogra passenger but they didnt even bother to help me get boarding instead they asked me to wait. After some time 10 minutes they simply refused as i am late. Inspite of repeated request they simpky refused even the floor /duty manager refused to help me. My entry time and time reaching counter can be check on cctv. Is it my fault that the ladies at the counter delays to issue me boarding pass beside the fact that i had reached the counter on time. This horrendous attitude of ground staff seems so unlike jet airways which used to be my most preferred airline. I would like to request you to redress the loss caused to me both financially and loss of an entire day at the earliest failing which will leave me with no choice but to take suitable legal action against your esteemed institution. Hoping for an early reply/action

        I flew to mumbai with jet airways on flight 9w 0117 on 24th september. On the flight i ordered a vodka and tomato juice. The stewardess without asking me and without my knowledge added a large quantity of tabasco to my drink. I took a large mouthful not knowing this and was soon in terrible pain, vomiting blood and pouring blood and diarrhoea. I have crohn’s disease and gastritis and cannot have anything hot or spicey. These things are extremely dangerous for me. Crohns is an inflammatory bowel disease and hot or spicey foods causes internal bleeding. I was on my way to kerala to try ayurvedic therapy for this disease. A tannoy was put out for a gp and a husband and wife team came forward. They prescribed something for pain. I was ill for the whole 9 and a half hour flight. I was still ill when i reached kerala and had to cut my three week stay short after just four days and return to uk as the bleeding caused by the tabasco continued as did the vomiting and diarrhoea and passing blood. I was admitted to hospital in uk and had to be given significant amounts of steroids, namely (250mg) i had just got off steroids after 8 months in readiness for starting new treatment. I was a week in hospital and then had to pay to see a private consultant. The medics were horrified that someone would just add an extremely hot sauce to a drink without asking if they want it. People have allergies but in my case internal bleeding can be fatal. After i left the clinic in kerala i went to kochi airport to jet air and requested they help me get home early. They had no seats nor would they fund another airline. I was this forced to buy another ticket with air india at over £500. Having had to forfeit my return ticket with jet air. They said you would refund this on my return and i am also seeking compensation. I am a self employed online voice coach and as such i have lost several weeks of work through illnesd. I have only just started working again now and it’s against medical advice but i cannot afford to lose any more income with bills to pay. I would ask that someone contact me urgently to discuss this. I have medical records and a report was made by the gp passengers on jet air. I had thought someone would contact me and had been told to expect this but no one has!           Dear sir/madam,

          I was travelling from delhi to kolkata on jetairways flight 9w 945 on 9th october 2018. As soon as the plane started speeding on the runway my seat reclined completely and in the process almost hit the person sitting behind me. On closer inspection, i realized that the lever on the handle was completely broken and even the slightest pressure on the seat would recline it backwards. I immediately called the air attendant and pointed this out requesting a change of seat. However, to my utter surprise, the attendant went away with empty promises of "lodging a complaint". I called the attendant a second time and asked for a change of seat to which she replied that there was no empty seat on the plane she could relocate me to.
          While this was at one end a logical claim, it was not something that i should have to put up with. I had paid the complete amount that the airline had demanded me for the ticket and if the airline cannot provide a decent seat, it's hardly my fault. The result was that throughout the flight i could not lean on my seat.
          I want you to consider what i am saying for a moment here, i could not lean on my seat for the roughly two hours of flight time. The seat i had paid for was an economical seat so you can well realize the amount of space i had. I felt suffocated and have continued to suffer severe back pain since.
          The matter did not end there. Before the flight landed i was given a stained tissue by the attendant and asked to write down my complaint. After getting down at the kolkata airport, i made my way to the assistance desk after asking a jetairways official where i could lodge my complaint. She directed me to a desk which was empty. After a while when i approached her again, determined to lodge a complaint, she handed me this mail id.
          An apology does not simply cut the harassment i have faced on the flight. Not only was the flight in absolute violation of air transport rules since the seat could not possibly be kept upright during the taking off and landing, but it was also the absolute disregard that the staff displayed. All concerns were limited to simple apologies none of which eased the situation at hand. The absolute lack of professionalism displayed has severely disappointed me in what i consider the worst flight experience of my life. I don't really know what you can do about it apart from making empty promises and apologies but as a regular flier i cannot but feel extremely insulted at how things have panned out. It is experiences like these that harm the reputation of your airline and it is high time you take permissive actions to prevent such future occurrences.

            On 29th september 2018, i was booking air tickets from chennai to pune, pune to chennai round trip for two adult tickets toal amount rs 17854, travel date 22nd october 2018
            after filling the details and making payment through citibank credit card
            message recieved that browser time out and was not redirected to jetairways website and hence tickets were not isuued

            and amount of 17854 rupees was claimed by jet airways from citibank

            subsequently i was forced to book ticket by sbi net banking, travel date 23rd october 2018
            this may please be addressed on an emergency basis and the amount of 17854 ruppes be rfunded immediately as no tickets were issued for amount deducted of 17854 rupees.

              I traveled in jet airlines on 7th september 2018 from dusseldorf to chennai.

              It has been 30 days since i submitted my bills for toilette.
              My baggage got delayed by 9 days.

              Maximum 10-14 days is delay for processing as per your airways also completed. I have not received my claim amount yet.

              Daily i used to call your executive and they say one more day one more day.

              I too received my baggage after 6 flight changes to forward baggage. And now for claim processing also you are not giving proper info.

              I am really irritated with your service. It is quite high i am wasting my time asking for status.

                Sir/madam,
                I had booked jet flight 9w 496, pnr fyipoe, passenger myself mr. Vidyanand angal.

                This flight was at 7.00 am from goa to mumbai. On 04 oct 2018. We boarded in and post 45 minutes they again off loaded us due to technical issue flight got cancelled and asked us to co-ordinate with ground staff at reservation counted that was ok. When we came to counter, it was mess, i can understand that 3/4 staff cannot control the situation but travellers including me were quite calm and waiting for the alternative arrangements. Post that we made a que to get information (Actually staff should do formal announcement but nobody was bothered) when my number came the counter staff told me that they have made arrangements in 9.00 am flight and they gave me the ticket. (As i was having connecting indigo flight to udaipur @ 12.15 pm.) hence i was comfortable for taking ticket for 9.00 am flight. I again did the security check and was waiting to desired gate to board on. At 9.20 am i and other few passengers too loose their patients and enquired with security (As no jet staff was there) why delay?. Security told us that no flight can take-off from goa airport between 9.00 am to 1.00 pm as it is a defence airport. I again came to reservation counter. (Convincing security check staff was another headache and walking here and there was one).
                Counter staff told that 9.00 am flight is not there and the next flight is at 1.10 pm. As i was having indigo flight i asked them to make my travel arrangements for udaipur by jet flight. But no-one was in position to confirm. So i cancelled my indigo flight pnr nyg6py/wdy6fp. And booked another jet flight of 5.10 pm on same day i. E 04 oct 2018.
                My concern is :
                1) why they issued 9.00 am flight ticket though there was no such flight.
                2) why nobody attended us at gate when we were waiting to board on 9.00 am flight.
                3) why no announcement procedure was followed to communicate mass for cancellations and alternative arrangements.
                4) why no arrangements made for connecting flight people.

                  Subject : pnr # orbuwc

                  The subject flight was on 5th oct'18 at 5.15 am from riyadh to mumbai. But flight departed by the time i reached the airport. Later on enquiring in the counter, came to know that the flight got rescheduled. This happened without prior notice from jet airways, so i missed my flight and was forced to travel via another flight since it was an emergency. The same was suggested by your counter staff. Hence i request you to refund the ticket fare of sr 439.

                      I (Reecha) had flight from jodhpur to chandigarh via delhi. Due to some reasons flight from jodhpur to delhi got delayed due to bomb nuisance at jodhpur airport due to which i missed my connecting flight from delhi to chandigarh dated 1oct 2018. Authority there at delhi airport reassured us that our full refund of delhi to chandigarh flight will be done in 48 working hours n till date it is pending. Kindly let me the status of refund when will it be done.

                        This is mohammed nasir here, i had updated my profile information in shine.com and i had got the call from one of the consultancy for interview in jet airways and they told me to make the payment of rs.2000/- then after the 1st round online test they asked to make the payment of 9500/- then 20800/- then 40800/- after making so much of amount i came to know that it's fake with the help of offer letter which they had sent. I told them i need to quit this here itself because they had asked me to make the payment of 35000/- more then for the cancellation of my profile they asked to pay 5000/- and told me my whole amount of 78100/- will be refunded with in 2 hours on my account. I made the payment of 5000/- for cancellation of my profile on saturday 28/04/2018. Now they are not responding my calls. They had told me they are tied up with the jet airways and there consultancy name is “global employment solutions.”

                          I traveled from pune to tokyo via delhi, with flight jetairways and ana (Code sharing) on 29th sept, 2018. I was carrying 3 bags with total weight of 80kgs. Booking reference - iivdrv.
                          Jetwirways at pune airport told me that allowed free baggage for my ticket is 30kg only, irrespective of number of bags and anything above 30 kgs will be considered as excess baggage. And asked me to pay extra luggage charges of rs.2068/kg for extra 50kgs. I. E. ~1, 08, 600 rs.
                          As per instruction on ticket, i was allowed the ‘free baggage for adult traveler’ and on jet airways website, excess baggage charges rs.2068/kg are nowhere mentioned.
                          Also, if i was allowed 1 bag or 2 bags or 30kg such information is also not mentioned.
                          Jetairways should refund my excess baggage charges by keeping appropriate charge only.

                          Piece concept - usd 100 for the 2nd piece and usd 200 for the 3rd piece onwards. Overweight charge for piece weighing between 23 kgs & 32 kgs is usd 150/per piece

                          All charges / fees / penalties given in usd will be collected in equivalent local currencies only.

                          Interline / codeshare partner airlines may apply excess baggage charge as per their policy when the first leg of the journey is operated by them

                            Night flight got delayed by 1.3 hours. I am travelling alone, and i suppose to reach pune by 12 am. But i will reach by 1.20 am. So as a female passenger, i will travel alone around 2 am only due to your technical problem.
                            If any unwanted incident happen to me, jet airways authorities will only be responsible.
                            Because as per your travel policy, if your flight delayed for less than 2 hours, you charge more cost than original ticket price for changing the air ticket.
                            This incident is not acceptable.
                            I will also escalate this issue in social media, if i dont get any good responds from your side.

                              Welcome to jet airways.
                              Presented here are the details that refer to our offer of employment to you in the role of air ticketing in
                              Vadodara airport.
                              Your role designation wills be air ticketing.
                              1. Training period:
                              The training program would consist of classroom training and on-the - job training. The duration of the
                              Classroom training would be purely based on business requirements. Your confirmation will be based on your
                              Positive contribution to the company’s objectives. Based on business requirement, period of training can be
                              Extended for a further period of six months or part thereof. Your continued employment with the company is
                              Subject to your meeting the qualifying criteria during and at the end of the training.
                              You will be eligible for a training performance - linked incentive (Tpi) which would range from 10% to
                              15% of the fixed gross salary based on your performance in the training program that you would undergo.
                              The details of this scheme will be communicated on your joining.
                              2. Probationary period and confirmation as a permanent employee:
                              You will be on probation for a period of 3 months after completion of your regular training and allocation to
                              The unit. Please note all confirmations in the company can take place only on the 1st day of the month
                              Succeeding completion of probation period. Your confirmation as a permanent employee is subject to the
                              Terms and conditions included in the confirmation policy of the company. Further details are enclosed in the

                              3. Increments and promotions:
                              Your growth in the company and increase in salary will solely depend on your
                              Performance and contribution to the company.
                              Post completion of your training, your monthly total gross salary will be rs 28, 750. This salary will
                              Be effective from the 1st day of the month succeeding completion of training and allocation to the
                              Unit.
                              4. Notice period:
                              During the probation period, if your performance is found to be unsatisfactory or if it does not meet the
                              Prescribed criteria, your training / employment can be terminated by the company with one month notice or
                              Salary thereof. On confirmation as a regular employee, you will be required to give three months notice or
                              Salary thereof in case you decide to leave our services.in the event of you having any incomplete

                              It has come to our notice that certain unscrupulous individuals/placement agencies, falsely claiming to be employees of Jet Airways (India) Limited/Jet Lite (India) Limited or our authorized recruitment agencies are sending out false emails and forged Appointment letters with forged signatures purporting to be from Jet Airways India Limited and or its group companies. The emails are enticing and misleading job aspirants. These fraudulent individuals/agencies use our trademarks and demand money by way of fees, charges, travel expense etc. from aspiring candidates for securing employment with us.
                              The emails ask the candidates to appear for a face-to-face interview for a job opening with Jet Airways and to deposit a certain amount as a refundable/non-refundable interview security in a designated bank account. These emails are erroneously stated to be from the HR Department of Jet Airways and may carry the Designation/ ID or domain name of Jet Airways (or a deceptively similar name) to make it look authentic. We as an organization are taking appropriate steps to tackle the issue.
                              We wish to notify that we do not demand or charge any fee/charges from the aspiring candidates for considering their candidature or at any time during the recruitment process, nor have we authorised any individual, agency or firm for recruiting candidates for us.

                                I got a offer letter today from jet airways but I called the consultancy in the name of National Recruiters Services (All India Recruiters M.A.Solutions) and they asked me to pay amount in different parts first the document verification amount 5600/-(refundable on visiting date)then 13600(refundable on visiting date) as job security and then the training charge from jet airways of 24500 (after completion of training)which all will be refundable.                                     On 24 July 2018 I have received an email stating that there is an online examination scheduled on 25th July 2018. I have appeared in that examination post that i have received an offer letter from Jet Airways. All this communication is done from [protected]@jetairways.careers.com. The online exam was conducted from official WebSite of Jet Airways https://www.jetairways.com/EN/IN/Careers/Careers.aspx
                                    After the exam got an email to register and make payment for Training "Civil Aviation Authority" where I have done the payment of 5900 Rupees. After the successful payment got SMS confirmation for my medical checkup from Oriental Health Insurance with Policy Number: ORIENT/995514/CT/0259 and Appointment ID: MRC[protected]. Medical Checkup again requires a payment of 6500 to a Central Bank Account Number: [protected], Account Holder Name: Devkinandan Khatik, IFSC Code: CBIN0280465. There was a guy who was continuously in my contact and guiding me for all the process over the phone call and his number is [protected]. Now his mobile number is permanently switched off.

                                    All the evidence for the above-mentioned content is attached. Please help me to catch hold of this fraud group of people so that in future they will not hurt someone's feeling and cheat financially. Also if possible please help me get my money back as I come from a financially weak family.

                                      Pnr no. Hfrjhl : did not travel for the sector delhi to hyderabad (9w 768.. Flight at 15:15 hrs) on 26th sep 2018. The portal was showing error when trying to cancel and also on 25th sep 18, attempt was made at the delhi airport to cancel the sector. I wanted to cancel this sector because of change in my travel plan. Please arrange for the reimbursement of the money for the unused sector. Jet airways officials at the ticketing counter has advised me to lodge a request through this mode at delhi.

                                        I have been claiming about the baggage damage on arrival to heathrow airport from last week 19th sep. I have called over 10 times to jet airways london office, and they told me to email ([protected]@jetairways.com) which i did not have any response, and i called again and was told to email another ([protected]@jetairways.com). Now i do not have any answer from both emails, and london office do not take their phone.
                                        I have been using jet airways several times, and are depressed of this attitude. Can you urgently address below issue? Below are the email i've sent.


                                        This is naoko takahashi, japanese who currently live in uk.
                                        Please let me report the damage on my baggage as attached photos.

                                        - damage : out of the 4 wheels, 2 wheels were totally gone away, when i picked up my baggage in heathrow airport.
                                        - date : 19th sep 2018, around 7:00 am
                                        - place : heathrow airport terminal 4
                                        - flight of arrival : 9w120 (Mumbai 1:40 to london 6:45)
                                        - flight of check in : 9w4143 (Narita 11:45 to mumbai)
                                        - status of my suitcase : it was very new, and first time to use. I bought it in japan sep 2018.
                                        - losses : my suitcase is no longer usable, and i had to take the taxi from heathrow which costed £120.

                                        As the suitcase was brand new and first time to use, i do understand that this is damaged caused by the flight, please kindly assist in recourse /compensation and also for the taxi fee.
                                        I understand that the airline is liable for damages under the montreal convention 1999.
                                        So, could you please advise me for further procedure for this case?
