I have experienced two failed transactions while booking a flight during this week. Since money for this was deducted from my accounts, i'm demanding its return/refund.

Had opted for a direct flight from Dubai to mangalore dated 8th dec 2018 .. it has been changed to a connecting flight via Mumbai... I needed to be back in mangalore by 8 hence opted for a direct flight ..also I tried contacting the customer care n I was holding tha call for 25 mins in total!
