It is regrettable to inform that the services form your Airlines is steadily deteriorating
The services offered to Platinum customers are the most pathetic of all

I had asked for change of dates on 4/12, by email ( for a revised schedule in ahm-mum-ahm s sector for 18/12 and 19/12 return) .
There was no response from your service team despite four email reminders.

I was then forced to call on a International line form Dubai on 10/12 and got connected to jasmine, who told me that seat is available on 19/12, but not available on onward sector on 18/12.
I told her clearly that I have requested on 4/12, after checking on site and I should be given a seat or offered an upgrade. Anyway she told she will talk to her senior and revert by 330 pmsame day
AS EXPECTED NO REVERT

Today on 12/12 again I called and spoke to agent who told me that The matter is still pending with the seniors, and he put me on hold for long and then transferred me to the Supervisor.

I finally got to speak to supervisor GARGI - the most inefficient Supervisor you have, she told me that tickets are not available for now seat is available for 18/12 but not for 19/12. Either she or jasmine was lying to me.

after I insisted that I should be given my bookings as I Have sent request on 4/12… eight days ago when seats were available… and now it is the airlines responsibility to give me a confirmed booking .. as they have not reacted.

after 20 minutes of the same call she suddenly claimed that my ticket has been cancelled and refund done….

pleas note : I have not given any request for cancellation
I have not got any mail that my ticket is cancelled and refund processed

i am most disappointed at Your service quality norms at call centre and email centre and your pathetic agent supervisor Gargi.
BTW, this supervisor has some kind of speech problem as she gave multiple pauses of many seconds and this was really irritating as I was calling from Dubai on an International Call
Definitely she is not fit for the JOB.

With such staff no wonder your airlines is going down the drain….

I NEED COMPENSATION OF THE HARASSMENT I HAVE GONE THRU AND CONFIRMED BOOKINGS FOR THE DATES I HAVE DESIRED

    I had booked flight on 11 from Nagpur to Mumbai for my ielts exam(12500 fees), I had speaking test at 12:20 pm in Sahil hotel Mumbai central which I could not reach because of 1 hour delay. Also I had part 2 of test on 13th which I could not appear as I missed test on 11th.Also I had booked 2 days hotel stay worth 6000 rs a non refundable amount.And since I had to cancel my return ticket on 13 th from Mumbai to Nagpur, I booked another return ticket today 5000 rs each approximately. Also the stress I was in was uncountable, further travel expenses about 1500rs.Thus it accounted for a total loss of approximately 35000 rs to me because of delay in flight.

      I booked the ticket for my brother..
      It was an emergency i booked 1 and half hour prior to departure...
      Called the customer care and asked to do the web chekin

      Customer care executive denied me for no reason

      In jetairways terms and conditions its clearly mention we can do web checkin

      1 hour prior to departure

      My brother missed the flight
      Because jetairways customer care executive were not assisted me on time

      I complained them immediately
      No one were calling me back until i call them
      They always saying manager is buzy
      He will get back to me no one were respond me on this

      Its been 1month my issue is still pending
      Its a wrost experience with jet airways

      i have already sent an email to guest realation they are giving differentt answer to my question...

      i asked to web checkin to your customer care executive where as your customer care executive denied me with out mentioning the reasion...

      later on i spoke to supervisor ashish
      he and the lady manager

      they are saying we are unable to web checkin because our flight under airport control ..

      what ever the reason would be
      i followed the terms and conditions
      which shows me 1hour prior we can do webchekin
      i called 1and half hour prior to do web checkin

      i just want my complete refund
      back

        I would have written my comments on twitter and insulted your airline but i thought let me try the feedback format. Please notify me, how to travel with an infant when a itinerary is not provided and web check-in for a mother with baby cannot be done, as taxes have to be paid at check-in? How can i enter the airport? When taxes for adult are taken much in advance, why the same is not done for the infant, it's not like you provide the infant with any benefits, even baby food was not provided inspite of request places in advance & asked 3 times repeatedly on flight. At chennai airport, why didnt your staff take money from me for the infant, i was stopped at mumbai airport as taxes where not paid? And when i said please take the money, the cashier had gone for lunch so my credit card couldn't be swiped & i had to pay cash rs.1581, nobody had change for rs.2000. So, i had to go to a shop to change and provide them the exact amount. At bhopal airport, i had to inform the check in counter to take the taxes for my infant, i was sent me to reservation counter, the agent didnt know how to process the infant boarding??? He called another agent who also didnt know the code for infant bp. After waiting for 20 min, they took rs.3162 + rs.1000 for an international card, he said he would send me the receipt, which i never got. For all i know, your agent stole it.
        Overall, in my opinion jetairways has become the worst disorganized, unfriendly for infant travel and mother, infact you want to put the mother travelling with infant in high stress, please explain why do you charge taxes for an infant? Why wasn't the taxes taken from my credit card at the time of booking with adults? Why does'nt your staff know codes to process a simple boarding pass for baby? You are a cheap inefficient airline where staff cheats vulnerable mothers forced to pay at the time of check in who dont even have credit machines. Please expect this on twitter.

          Regarding my yatra booking id[protected] and[protected]. (Pnr - tfjoxm & bdiuan) when i booked the tickets it said partially refundable. However now when i am trying to cancel it says 0 amount refundable. How can airline charge fees and taxes without the customer boarding the flight?
          I did call the jet customer care but they say the refund amount will be nil in this case if i cancel the flights.

          If i don't get the money back then i will go to consumer court and file a case against the airline for the compensation.

            Travelling inn 9w0135 to mumbai, employee name is sriraam is inn service to this fight. He is behaving very rude & iill manner to not only me but anyone he is handling.
            When i boarded the fight "1. I asked him to straight the seat in front of me with a great irritation on his face said later i ignored it. 2.
            Inn a second incident takig to a fellow passenger while we were at guawwati to sit down and not use the wash room with worlds like" abhi thori jaate hain " with same rude face & like handling a pack of herd not as a passenger nothing like person inn a hospitality business should. When i opposed his act asking him to be polite he asked my boarding pass while saying my name and giving threatening look. Saying he knows what to say and how too.
            Please take care & don't have such a rude person on board. Thanks

              Extreme poor service from jet airways.
              Did not load checked in luggage 2 pieces on flight 9w 17 singapore to new delhi on 8 dec.
              They asked to fill forms at delhi and promised to send luggage soon. Still
              No response or updates even after 36 hrs of flight landing.
              I came to attend a marriage function and all my clothes and gifts are inside the luggage.

                Dear ashish

                Am surprised to learn from appended message that jet airways has chosen to negate my genuine claim on account of non-filing of property irregularity report (Pir) without going in to relevant provisions of carriage of goods by air act, 1972 or merits of my claim like;

                1. I had to travel outstation immediately from the airport for an urgent meeting;

                2. Claim was notified to jet airways on the best possible opportunity i. E on 1st sep, 2018 itself the date of arrival at mumbai airport and the date of actual loss with photographs of the damaged contents, baggage ticket, boarding pass etc. There was no delay from passenger in notifying the damage as soon as the same became evident to passenger;

                3. Since then i was advised by jet airways "that we are in continuous touch with the concerned airport and have been informed them to expedite the case at the earliest".

                4. Matter from very beginning was pursued by me with various functionaries of jet airways including their nodal officer

                5. Section 18 (1) of carriage of goods by air act, 1972 states"the carrier is liable for damage sustained in the event of the destruction or loss of, or of damage to, any registered luggage or any goods, if the occurrence which caused the damage so sustained took place during the carriage by air."

                6. Aforesaid stipulation nowhere provides that if the pir is not filed by customer then carrier is exonerated from any liability in respect to destruction or loss or of damage to any registered luggage;

                7. Further section 26 (2) of the said act provides that"in the case of damage, the person entitled to delivery must complain to the carrier forthwith after the discovery of the damage, and, at the latest, within three days from the date of receipt in the case of luggage and seven days from the date of receipt in the case of goods.in the case of delay the complaint must be made at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the luggage or goods have been placed at his disposal."

                In my case complaint was made within a few hours from date of damage against three days provided under section 26 (2) of the act and accordingly i am not guilty of laches in notifying the claim. Mere non-filing of pir does not entitle the carrier to exonerate itself from any/all liability in respect to registered baggage to the extent it fulfills requirement of section 26 (2) of the act

                8. Damage relates to gross negligence/dereliction of duty on part of jet airways handing passenger's luggage;

                9. Section 23 of carriage of goods by air act, 1972 states that "any provision tending to relieve the carrier of liability or to fix a lower limit than that"which laid down in these rules shall be null and void, but the nullity of any such provision does not involve the nullity of the whole contract which shall remain subject to the provisions of this schedule".

                In view of the foregoing you are once again advised to reconsider your position by taking necessary legal advice in the matter

                Upon receipt of your final reply i will decide how to move forward in the matter.

                  (Alok calling from naukri .com) then they take my telephonic interview and then send me a confirmation letter which i attached below please check that and tell me is that true or not because it came from [protected]@jetairways.com so i got surprised and happy so after that they tell me to pay 13 thousand for medical test which are refunded at time of joining so after some time i paid but now no mail nothing received so please tell how get back my money from fraud please sir help me

                    Without any information jetwares change their flight time. So i miss my flight and i lost my time and money. Jidesh one tvm jetairwys staff shows bad attitude to me. He is not ready to help me.. Never ever i am not going to purchase jetairways.. # airlines. They are really cheating to me.. I need favorable decision from the higher management
                    . Why jidesh is not helping to me?

                        I had my Jet airways' flight No. 9W 557 ticket (Eight Tickets - Scan image is attached) from Dubai To Mumbai dated 2nd Dec 2018 at 00.35. In this eight passengers all are in the age group of 53 years to 70 years.

                        We all eight passengers reach Dubai airport on 1st Dec 2018 at around 10.00 pm. We went to Jet airways counter for boarding pass at that time we come to know that Jet airways' flight No. 9W 557 timing is change to 2.30 pm from some where in October month.

                        All o[censored]s were shocked, worried and under stress what to do?

                        We requested concern officer to arrange our stay for the night till flight timing. But office refuse and said that they are not responsible for this situation. Office was claiming that they had send message for the same to us.

                        But we did not received any message nor email for the same.

                        Than officer made an alternative arrangements and transferred our tickets to Dubai-Manglore 9W 0531 - And Manglore to Mumbai 9W 0434.

                        We reached Manglore in the morning at around 5.30 am

                        And our next flight for Mumbai was at 11.30 which delayed to 11.55 am.

                        Whole night we could not sleep and spend around more than 5 hours on Manglore airport.

                        We all spent whole night in mental agony for no fault o[censored]s. I had senior citizen with me and they suffered a lot.
                        Give me reason why have you done this without any prior information and harassed us for becoming your costumer.
                        Give me one reason why should we travel next time with Jet Airways.

                        I blame Jet Airways for this mental harassment and stress and mental agony we pass through.
                        How can you change timing of a flight without prior information to your passengers.

                        Give me reason why I should not go to consumer court for the same.

                          I had booked flight mum chennai on 16th november and cancelled same ticket within 24 hrs i was assured full refund at multiple times from jet airways executives. I was even asked to wait for 7 working days and even dropped an email to [protected]@jetairways.com. But till now no refund of ticket cancelled by me had been received. I once again request jet airways team to immediately look into issue and resolve my grievance

                            On 28th october 2018, i travelled on jetairways 9w0121 from london heathrow terminal 4 to delhi. My british passport number is[protected]. My boarding pass number is seq/173/xupsku and seat number 43a with the scheduled flight at 20.40. At the heathrow airport staff misbehaved me and behaviour was rude. They also charged me £40 for just 3kg overweight and i had requested her politely but she did not listen to me and i paid the money of £40 vide receipt number[protected] vide pnr-xupsku with app code-x55444 and sta[protected] dated[protected] with issued in connection with[protected]. That was unnecessary payment they charged me.
                            The second incident happened in the flight when they did not provide me a non-veg meal which was specifically written on the ticket when i booked the flight. The attendant came late to me at seat number 43a and told me that food is finished and i was really surprised and told them i have paid full money for the meal also in this ticket and why i am not been provided with the food which i need and lots of arguments were over there. This case was reported in aeroplane log book and attendant was mr piyush kanti and the second assistant was sonal suri. Sonal told me that she has reported this incidence in her complaint book in an aeroplane and she told me to send email to jetairways complaint department for compensation. You can inquire all the incidence from them.
                            So now it is kindly requested to you i had a really bad experience in this flight and i need maximum compensation of £40 plus £150 for the meal. I hope you will take the action immediately and expedite my case.

                              Today, my flite was cancelled by the staff for not giving 500 rupees..
                              Since i am a student.. I did not carry much money and my baggage was not excess.. One of the staff thinks that i need to pay extra 500 for my extra bag which i cannot pay since my sbi atm was blocked and only have 200 in case.
                              She told me to cancel my flite and she was mean to me and everyone else..
                              I used to travel with jet and airindia and indigo many times but i have never encounter a human like this before.
                              I. E bangalore airport staff.
                              They told me to cancel my flite and get refund but now i cant cancel my flite and so cant get refund either..
                              I spend almost 10000/- for my tickets.
                              I hope you can atleast get me a refund since they are the one who make me miss my flite...
                              Or tell me where to file a further complaint so i can have my refund plus my justice.
                              The access bag was weight only half kilo which they charge me 500 for and plus resulted to my miss flite..😅

                                I flew 1st class flt 9w 0115 from heathrow london to goa on the 3 nov.. Via mumbai arr. 4 nov 06:30. Onward flight to goa (Flt.9w0475) i was met by a jet escort on leaving the aircraft in mumbai and told i would have to pay rs 3700/- to use the lounge. When i ask why, i was told the service of the lounge had been withdrawn. The use of this lounge has always been included as part of the price i pay for a first class ticket. I was very unhappy to be told this after a 9 hour flight. I have been flying with jet airways from the uk since they first started international flights 6 years and always been very impressed with the on board service and ground escorts. Four times i have sent a detail letter of what happened and my feelings regarding this incident but i have not even received an acknowledgment of receipt of my letter. If this is the jet airways treat their loyal customers then i will not be booking with them in the future.

                                  I was travelling thr flight no - 9w-312 with ticket no[protected] and[protected] with my colleague on 22/11/18. Unfortunately we missed our flight to due to delay in train. We reached only 06 minutes delay afte counter closing time. After that we were asked to book another flight starting at 22.50pm on the same day from jet airways.
                                  We purchased 02 tickets again @ rs. 25850.00 in flight no — 9w 0304, that is surprisingly high.
                                  Please let me know what is the reason of such abnormal charges taken by jet airways for domestic travelling fom delhi to bombay.
                                  We can never expect such dissatisfaction given by jet airways.

                                    Cheek in mumbai. Your cheek in steward would not allow 12 kilos of hand baggage as allotted by af. Do you`ll have agreements on (Code sharing flights? The steward on counter 9. Refused any discussion. Wanted us to pay excess baggage. I`m flying back to france on the 18th of january 2019 flight no af 6793 carried out by jet airways. I would not like to encounter the same misunderstanding on the part of your staff. Why was the lady so adamant? In spite of the fact that we had 2 suitcases weighing 20 kilos and we are allowed 23 kilos. Please make an effort to coordinate the information between the code sharing companies, and thus avoiding unwanted harassment to your clients.                                     It looks that you are not satisfined with the refusal to carry on baggage.
                                    You complaint is not clear for the consideration for legal professioanal:-
                                    - no dates / time
                                    - no place
                                    - no full ticket and conditions produced
                                    - no bag tags

                                    No ono' s duty is to satisfy such unidentified requests.

                                    If you need the financial compensation, you must collect all the douments related to travel and you can hire a lawyer or a legal professional in the civil aviation, whcih will cost you about[protected]+ rupees, if you chose the Indian court, pluss other losses.
                                    The procedure of the protection of the customers rights, in case of breaches, exist in France also.

                                      I am sorry to note about the illness due to which you had to cancel your ticket booked with us.

                                      It would be relevant to mention here that there is no policy to offer cancellation / amendment charge waiver for any medical condition.

                                      However, we do have a hospitalization policy under which the cancellation or amendment charge waiver can be considered if the below criteria are met.

                                      1) The hospitalization period should cover the travelling date
                                      2) Policy applicable only when the guest himself /herself, or his/her Spouse or child is admitted.
                                      3) Doctors certificate is not considered valid for offering any waiver.
                                      4) Hospital admission and discharge card with diagnostic summary is a Must document for suitable consideration.

                                      If your case befits the same, kindly send us the hospitalization admission / discharge summary for suitable consideration for getting the required approval and updating the booking PNR / tickets.

                                      The conditions of the refund regulate the law and the conditions of purchance of the ticket.

                                      1. Your text is unclear for legal professional:-
                                      name, surname, booking ref (togeather) do no match in order to locate each your ticket.
                                      it is unclear the palce, where you had purchaced your tickets.

                                      2. Not each air carrier, not in each country,
                                      can apply for the refund of the value of the ticket to the unhealthy passenger only -
                                      who produces the medical certificate which shows the impossibility of the passenger to travel on the health dissability in the date shown in the ticket clearly.
                                      Such document is absent.

                                      3. The refund related to the rest of your family does not bound the medical reasons anyhow.

                                      4. No condtions of the tickets are seen from your complaint.

                                      The passenger can apply for the refund in the place of purchace / airline office only .
                                      Otherwise, there is a chance via the court procedure follwing the collection of all documents.

                                        My mother in law mrs swarn kaur was travelling from singpore to delhi in jetairways on 19th nov, the airlines did not provide meal and and no eatables during 7 hours journey and when i sent mail regarding this to jetairways they were giving 2 different excuses that jetairways has introduced jet bistro from 1st oct 2018 and low cost fare will not have meal to passengers however i replied back to him that tickets were booked prior to this and meal was part of the travel, again jetairways replied back to me that crew member offered the food to passenger however she has denied to accept in that case juices and water was provided to passenger, my mother in law mrs swarn kaur stated despite of so many follows up with crew for meal they said that you are not entitled for meal and even water was given after lot of follow up with crew, such ignorance and negligence are not acceptable by any one,

                                        This has been introduced post 12th october 2018 not before that but the ticket was booked much more prior to this. I think the same class was applicable to quantas flight also from melbourne to singapore but they didn’t put such condition that meal is not eligible on your booking.

                                        Another example my father mr sukhminder singh was travelling from same flight on 20th oct and as per my understanding the ticket was booked in same class and crew did not put such conditions and provided meal and drinks.

                                        But this is really strange that you are providing such case and excuse which could not be digested and acceptable.

                                        Today i have received the baggage which was in locked condition but however there are certain things which was broken 4-5 costly show pieces and missing show piece of lord buddha from the frame. 3 clothes missing (Sweat top of my daughter, sweat shirt of myself and track pant) which has been missing from the baggage, there are other gift items as well which was packed and the same has been used by someone since 19th nov - 21st nov 2018 by airline official and their partners.

                                        It is observed that jet airways are no a days indulge in such malpractices by stealing the things from the baggage of the passenger, breaking the things and using the things of passengers from the locked baggage.

                                        Meal was also not provided by the airline to the passenger from singapore to new delhi.

                                        This is really strange that even after escalating to the highest level the things are being taken casually.
                                        There are certain important things and delay in delivery might lead to compensation from airlines on their negligence.

                                        Such attitude of yours doesn’t work and will post it on social media platform.
                                        One more thing i would like to put it here that the passenger was not even served with meal from singapore to delhi and the crew has communicated that you do not have prebooked meal due to this meal can’t be served.
                                        I am sure that passenger was travelling by jet airways not by spicejet.

                                        This is with the reference to the baggage loss of my mother in law mrs swarn kaur who was travelling from melbourne to singapore in q35 and singapore to new delhi in jet airways 9w 17 on 19th november, after alighting from the flight mrs swarn kaur baggage was missing at conveyor belt.

                                        However the officials of jetairways at airport communicated that there are some more similar bags and another passenger has picked the bag of mrs swarn kaur and taken with him, the officials were unable to trace him to find out the baggage of mrs swarn kaur.

                                        Request you to kindly update on the same and when the baggage will be handed over to mrs swarn kaur, ensure that all valueables are available and the bag is unlocked, there are many costly and branded items available in the bag and should not be misplaced or misused.
                                        Please find the attached scan copy of report, boarding pass and parking slip at igi airport

                                        Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Nobody will consider the long useless correspondence exept the court.
                                        There is status PASSENGER, not relative, in the ticket in the civil aviation.
                                        Further you need to have
                                        - your own ticket in full
                                        - any 1-2 replies of the air carrier
                                        - report in change of the service
                                        - payment of the government fee for the court
                                        - payment for the service of layers / legal professional service
                                        - to apply complaint to the nearest court.
