I have booked 12 tickets from your site out of which unfortunately two members cant come for the journey. While booking tickets it was mentioned refundable on your site, so thats why i have booked tickets from it.

Now, when i wanted to cancel the ticket, you are deducting almost half amount from it. So, how it was refundable fully.

Could you please let me know about the refund process and deducted amount charges.

Dedcution amount is too high for the cancellation of tickets.

Hoping positive response from your side. So, i will think and avail your services in future.
The travelling agent is saying that jet airways is charging 2000 per ticket for cancellation and we are charging only 300.

    My mother in law was traveling from detroit to mumbai on 22nd sep saturday (Started from detroit). 1st flight from detroit to amsterdam was perfectly fine. From amsterdam to mumbai jet airways flight got cancelled with unknown reason and she was at airport for about 9 hrs without wheel chair. Next day when she got other flight again no wheel chair at mumbai airport. We have very much booked wheel chair for her. She started now knee paining issue and we are going to make legal case against jet airways for not fulfill the commitment and not providing essential services even for elder people.
    We need compensation to fulfill this unprofessional service by je airways.
    Please suggest how to go about the major issues faced by elder passenger.

      My wife kamla tikam bhatia 63 years (Ff[protected] was travelling in economy from mumbai to toronto via amsterdam (Pnr-ahrbzz) on 23.9.18. I had requested for wheel chair because she is uncomfortable in walking and standing for longer duration. On 21.9.18 when i was telechecking the airline website did not allow to telecheck. I feeling uneasy contacted airline and the staff said that only middle /window seats are available. I said that the person travelling cannot walk so she needs an isle seat only. I was told paid isle seats are only available.in panic i asked for that seatand i was charged inr5600/- for both sectors. The airline instead of helping aged people who has walking difficulty have recovered this amount unreasonably. May i request the jet airways to refund this amount immediately.         Shreyash pandey with my mother dr mamta pandey who had an important conference in mumbai, but we missed our flight 9w 3530 because of your staff at lal bahadur shastri airport varanasi 23 september 2018 namely kapil and madhuri, we were on time at airport but they didnt allow us to get our boarding passes kindly issue my refund with strict actions against them, pnr-yjcxwh vns-bom
        Kindly issue refund asap. We had a huge loss today please help us thank you.

          I had tried to book a flight ticket from bengaluru to pune on 4th september 2018. The money was debited from my account but the ticket was not confirmed. I was asked to book another ticket and assured that i'll get a refund. I've yet to receive the same.
          The contact center is helping in the same. I sent en email to [protected]@jetairways.com as they asked. No response.

            Ticket no 589-[protected]
            The above is ticket number which we have cancelled. Jet airways deducted rupees 7906
            . We have booked a ticket via cleartrip online portal.
            As per ticket you base fare is rs 2810 and taxes and fees are 9113.

            Please clear how airline has deducted

            Rupees 7, 906 from the taxes and fees and what is your cancellation policy is.

            I got a msg to my mobile that there is a job recruitment for ground staff in jet airways via Shine. Com. and a contact number. They called as an HR and collected my resume, photo and my documents to their mail even asked to pay 2000rupees. Gave an account number with a name sathyajeet bhui. Please take action against them this has been repeating.

              Dear shine.com. Recently i got a call company name delta consultancy saying that your resume has been selected for jet airways. U will be having three rounds aptitude test, telephonic interview, hr round. Before that u should register 're 2200. I register they sent me apti questions i cleared later they took my telephonic interview which they told me before having telephonic u need to pay 5900. After that they transferred my call saying that he is jet airways hr. They took my interview. Later i asked them again no paying money ryt. They send no. Again they called they told saying that you need to go for medical check up for that u need to pay rs 13900. Then when i contacted the nearby airport when is my medical check up they are saying that we have not received any call or mail from anyone and we have no vacancy buy then i asked how did u post for vacancy in this site. Later i contacted that delta consultancy saying that what about my medical test. They are saying i will tell. Then next day i told that i am not interested in airlines job and asks them to return my amount they are saying u r money will be returned after 150 days.

The emails are enticing and misleading job aspirants. These fraudulent individuals/agencies use our trademarks and demand money by way of fees, charges, travel expense etc. from aspiring candidates for securing employment with us.
              The emails ask the candidates to appear for a face-to-face interview for a job opening with Jet Airways and to deposit a certain amount as a refundable/non-refundable interview security in a designated bank account. These emails are erroneously stated to be from the HR Department of Jet Airways and may carry the Designation/ ID or domain name of Jet Airways (or a deceptively similar name) to make it look authentic. We as an organization are taking appropriate steps to tackle the issue.
              We wish to notify that we do not demand or charge any fee/charges from the aspiring candidates for considering their candidature or at any time during the recruitment process, nor have we authorised any individual, agency or firm for recruiting candidates for us.
              Please note that we bear no responsibility for amounts being deposited/withdrawn from such emails.

                    I was travelling with my baby and my mother so i went to the special handlings counter on my own. The ground staff (Milky) was handling some issue with a guest who was travelling along with 2 others and an infant. There seemed to be some issue with their visa or passport as they were travelling to dubai. She made us wait for about 20 mins but still the issue was not resolved. Then a guest who was behind us came up to the counter and said he is late. She replied that the particular flight is closed but she checked them in saying you can take the bags as cabin baggage which was quite huge and 2 in no. Then i kept my bag for checking in then she said"ma'am which flight, what time is the departure?". I replied i am going to imphal 11.20 departure. She then said please wait. The person here was here before you. Then i got really annoyed. Was she making a joke o[censored]s or herself. We were made to wait for half and hour standing there with my baby held and she wanted us to wait for some more time. I became angry and on seeing that she checked us in. She gave a seats on 16c and 36f. I asked her if she could give us seats together. She said that i can give u seats at the a back, took our boarding passes and tore it into pieces and threw it angrily. Special handlings counter is supposed to make it easier and convenient. Miss. Milky needs to learn her etiquettes and guest interaction. And i need and answer and assurance that the same issue doesn't happen with anyone else.

To attend the interview i am asked to pay 2000 for gate pass n i paid 2000 and then they demanded 6500 for document verification i paid that amount also and now they are asking 10000 for medical tests.                         I am dr. Deepshikah tewari, working as senior scientist, center for nano-sciences, iit kanpur. I went to delhi for one scientific symposium on 3rd sep. And booked my returning flight from delhi to lucknow on 4th of sep. From jet airways 9w 915. It was confirmed booking. My ticket number was

Once i reached at airport i came to know that my jet airways flight was over booked so i have to shifted into another fligh, due to this, i reached late at amausi airport hence i missed my cab from lucknow to iit kanpur and i was unable to join my duties on time at iit kanpur.
                        I want compensation for my time and physical & mental pressure.

                          Firstly i got a message from shine your cv is selected for ground staff and cabin crew in that i have a phone number then i call to that number. I asked is this shine, they replied yes. I asked i got a message from you; your cv is selected for ground staff and cabin crew. They asked me you are interested are not. I replied yes i'm very much interested. Then they said wait for 20 minutes i'll connect with them. I replied ok.

                          Then jet airway was call me and asked you are interested for ground staff then i said yes. They said send your documents like resume, id card and b. Tech pc after i send to them, i get a call from them for registration fee you have to pay 2000/- (Which is refundable, they said). When i said ok to them and i got a message from them with account number, account holder name and ifsc code. Then i paid through my brother’s account. (Before payment me and my bro asked the acknowledgement regarding our payments, they said within 10 min we'll send to you mail). I got a mail from jet airways it contains the link for written test

                          Then i get a call from them then they replied you have a telephonic interview between 4-5 pm. Then they call me and asked what hr will ask that questions were asked and i answered to them. Again they call me and asked money 7500/- for certificate verification same i played thought my brother account. Again they mentioned which is refundable. (They said total 15 members were selected with you then wait for 2-3 day for results). I haven't get a call on 3 day and i call to them on 3 day they replayed that today is saturday all are busy then they said i'll call you on monday by 11.00 am sharp. Daily around 10 time me and my bro calling to them but they were not responding. Up to now i haven't get a call from them. Then i realized it is a fake. I trust them but they were playing my emotion.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          This has reference to your below communication.

                          It has come to our notice that certain unscrupulous individuals/placement agencies, falsely claiming to be employees of Jet Airways (India) Limited/Jet Lite (India) Limited or our authorized recruitment agencies are sending out false emails and forged Appointment letters with forged signatures purporting to be from Jet Airways India Limited and or its group companies. The emails are enticing and misleading job aspirants. These fraudulent individuals/agencies use our trademarks and demand money by way of fees, charges, travel expense etc. from aspiring candidates for securing employment with us.

                          The emails ask the candidates to appear for a face-to-face interview for a job opening with Jet Airways and to deposit a certain amount as a refundable/non-refundable interview security in a designated bank account. These emails are erroneously stated to be from the HR Department of Jet Airways and may carry the Designation/ ID or domain name of Jet Airways (or a deceptively similar name) to make it look authentic. We as an organization are taking appropriate steps to tackle the issue.

                          We wish to notify that we do not demand or charge any fee/charges from the aspiring candidates for considering their candidature or at any time during the recruitment process, nor have we authorised any individual, agency or firm for recruiting candidates for us.

                          Please note that we bear no responsibility for amounts being deposited/withdrawn from such emails.
                          Any person seeking employment with Jet Airways or Jet Lite or its group companies needs to be cautious and not trust any agency or individual, claiming to be our representative, and charging fees for providing/securing employment with us.

                          Please note the following pointers to identify the fraudulent emails:

                          • Jet Airways does not ask for any money from the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process
                          • A fraudulent email may mention the bank account number of an individual or the account details would be given upon calling up on the number mentioned in the fraudulent mail. In any case the bank account would not be in the name of “Jet Airways India Ltd.”
                          • We advise candidates not to respond to any fraudulent emails and not to make any payments.

                          Kindly avoid all such fraudulent and spam emails/letters and avoid sharing any of your personal information nor depositing any money as requested.

                          We would like to mention that we do direct sourcing and we do not charge candidates any fees for recruitment. You are welcome to apply directly on our website jetairways.com for positions advertised and if suitable, you will be called for tests/interviews.

                          You may also lodge a police complaint intimating the fraud if you so desire.

                            Dear team,

                            This is to inform you that i boarded jet airways flight 9w 121 from london (Lhr) to new delhi (Del) on saturday 1, 2018 along with my sister and my mother-in-law (Aged 65 years).
                            I would like to draw jet airways senior leadership attention on the pain we three ladies have faced on check-in counter. Firstly we have waited for a very long time in the queue due to failure of luggage belt and later it was a surprise for us when your executive asked us to put luggage on the belt and again put it back on the trolleys without any assistance from jet airways staff.

                            Can you imagine how hard it was for us to manage 4 pcs of heavy luggage? No further instructions on where to keep out trolleys with luggage?

                            I was a bit concern as my mother-in-law has hypertension symptoms and all her medicines were kept in check-in baggage. The whole scenario annoyed us and we were not very sure about the safety of our luggage and whether it will reach delhi or not? I then approach one of the ground staff and she just asked us to leave trolleys and assured us that we will safely receive the luggage in delhi.

                            Our intuitions were correct, on waiting for an hour near luggage belt (With senior citizen) we got to know that our luggage has been delayed due to problem in belt.

                            Do i have the right to ask jet airways leadership, what's customer mistake here? Who is responsible for my mother-in-law's health? Who is responsible for mental trauma we have suffered?

                            My mother was supposed to travel alone with our family driver to agra (Obviously with the bag having basic medicines which she had to consume the same day) and i have to board the air india flight from new delhi to bangalore with my sister within few hours of this horrible incident. We were totally distracted and seeking support from the staff so that we can get clarity on our delayed baggage. Since all four baggage’s were missing, there was no support from the staff on transferring one bag to agra and others to bangalore. As per the policy we can just provide one address for the delayed baggage report. Is policy important here? Can't we tweak policy here considering senior citizen’s health and seeing other two ladies in pain?

                            Finally all our efforts gone in vain and as per the policy the delayed baggage report was created to handover all 4 bags to bangalore. My mother travelled without medicines and we boarded the air india flight to bangalore. It's september 3, 2018 and our luggage has not delivered yet. After the delivery of bags i have to immediately transfer one of the bags to my mother-in-law in agra too having medicines.

                            Not sure how jet airways will compensate on ill-behaviour with ladies and mental harassment. Its horrible experience we had undergone and have faced such an incompetence and careless staff.

                            I am seeking support and clarification on the same from jet airways senior leadership.

                                I have boarded jet airways flight 9w0346 mum-del on 05-sept-2018 scheduled boarding 6:45am and scheduled take off timing was 7:30 am, boarding was on time however this airline started take off of its flight at 9:45 am (Delay of more than 2 hours) and it had not given any opportunity to the passengers for choosing cancellation/change to any other flight or even to board off the flight. It was like all the passengers were illegally detained for no fault of theirs.

                                Infact we were starving and breakfast was not served to us, we were served breakfast only after its flight take off.

                                  I travelled on jet airways from mumbai to bengaluru on the night intervening tuesday and wednesday, 28th and 29th auguist 2018, departure time = 03:05 hours. The allowed luggage weight is check baggage 15kg and cabin baggae 7 kg. I. E the total is 22 kg. My check baggage was 20 kg and cabin baggage was 2 kg. The total was same. I do this so that during long walks from check in counter to boarding gate, i have to carry less weight. I do this as i am disabled in leg. The check in couneet insisted that i transfer some weight from check in baggage to cabin baggage. She made me open my luggage at check counter. She could operate the computer. Her superior came and the next superior came. I had paid at the time of booking also for a specific seat. The seat was allocated to someone else. Then you have show invoice. This is terrible experience for me. At the end she agrred to check in both the bagges. Where upon i was carrying my original academic and employment documents since 1976. So i had to remove 2 paper files from the intended cabin baggage. Then i did not have any bag, so i was carrying 2 files from check in counter to plane in open condition. The food was of very poor quality on the flight. After deplaning at bengaluru and getting my baggage, i had to reorgaise all my luggage. Every one was looking at me.in this whole episode i lost my per drive. This pen drive was crucial to my joining a new job at bengaluru. I had to work for 4 hours on computer to gather all my electronic files for joing a new job.
                                  The baggae was handled in very rough manner. A copper water bottle that i gifted to myself got dented.

                                  It takes Jet Airways three days just to acknowledge receipt of email. I do not know how much time they will require to actually understand and accept that they have failed (miserably) in their duty towards a passenger (so called guest)

                                    No educated staff available at the changi airport singapore to educate the items to be carried for cabin baggage. I lost liquid items worth lots of money because the staff insisted you can take it as cabin, whereas i had planned for putting it as part of my check in baggage. Request to consider the case and refund the money back to me for the amount that has been lost. Its very disappointing to know jet can do this to a customer

                                      One of my friend recently paid Rs 1 Lakh to apply for job with Jet Airways. She apporoached a consultancy in Mumbai

                                        I had 2 bookings for august 17 2018 from sharjah to kochi. However the airport in kochi was closed due to flooding and i was offerred full refund as below as per credit note sent

                                        Ticket no[protected]aed 1720.00

                                        However my credit card was credited by aed 50 and aed 25 (Total aed 75.00) only
