Hi,

Yesterday i booked the ticket from chennai to mumbai on 14th sep 18.
While payment through citrus via axis bank. Amount was deducted.

    It is the same story with me also. They even had sent me appointment letter. But before a few days they called me to inform me that the joining date will be changed and that i have to pay them 150000/- to get the job very soon otherwise i have to wait till february. So i denied for any further payment as i already paid them around 60k for various purposes like registration fee, bonds, clearances, no objection certificates etc. I was promised to place at siliguri airport. So i went there and showed the counter ticket agents of jet airways the appointment letter and offer letter. But they said that those were not real. And karan gupta told me that he was an hr of jet airways. But the ticket agents confirmed me that there was no such person in their hr team.
    Please help us someone. I shall be highly grateful to him/her forever. Please help.

    This has reference to your below communication.

    It has come to our notice that certain unscrupulous individuals/placement agencies, falsely claiming to be employees of Jet Airways (India) Limited/Jet Lite (India) Limited or our authorized recruitment agencies are sending out false emails and forged Appointment letters with forged signatures purporting to be from Jet Airways India Limited and or its group companies. The emails are enticing and misleading job aspirants. These fraudulent individuals/agencies use our trademarks and demand money by way of fees, charges, travel expense etc. from aspiring candidates for securing employment with us.

    The emails ask the candidates to appear for a face-to-face interview for a job opening with Jet Airways and to deposit a certain amount as a refundable/non-refundable interview security in a designated bank account. These emails are erroneously stated to be from the HR Department of Jet Airways and may carry the Designation/ ID or domain name of Jet Airways (or a deceptively similar name) to make it look authentic. We as an organization are taking appropriate steps to tackle the issue.

    We wish to notify that we do not demand or charge any fee/charges from the aspiring candidates for considering their candidature or at any time during the recruitment process, nor have we authorised any individual, agency or firm for recruiting candidates for us.

    Please note that we bear no responsibility for amounts being deposited/withdrawn from such emails.
    Any person seeking employment with Jet Airways or Jet Lite or its group companies needs to be cautious and not trust any agency or individual, claiming to be our representative, and charging fees for providing/securing employment with us.

    Please note the following pointers to identify the fraudulent emails:

    • Jet Airways does not ask for any money from the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process
    • A fraudulent email may mention the bank account number of an individual or the account details would be given upon calling up on the number mentioned in the fraudulent mail. In any case the bank account would not be in the name of “Jet Airways India Ltd.”
    • We advise candidates not to respond to any fraudulent emails and not to make any payments.

    Kindly avoid all such fraudulent and spam emails/letters and avoid sharing any of your personal information nor depositing any money as requested.

    We would like to mention that we do direct sourcing and we do not charge candidates any fees for recruitment. You are welcome to apply directly on our website jetairways.com for positions advertised and if suitable, you will be called for tests/interviews.

    You may also lodge a police complaint intimating the fraud if you so desire.

      My checked bag was lost on jet airways flight from london to mumbai. I submitted missing bag report; and was promised my bag would be delivered in a timely manner to my final destination at rajahmundry by jet airways.

      It has been two days since any communication from jet airways and three days without my bag. I cannot perform my work duties here at the appm rajahmundry paper mill without work clothes from this bag.

      All i have from the jet airways website lost baggage tracer is that it is out for delivery from hyderabad. No tracking of it from there. No estimated delivery date or time.

      Jet airways did not propose or provide me any compensation my missing bag when i did the lost baggage report.

      I am not happy with my dealings on this matter with jet airways and feel helpless.

      I would like to know when my bag will be delivered and compensation for not being able to do my work duties at rajahmundry.

        I had international ticket to Qatar from Pune to Doha via Mumbai in June. Which I had to cancel due to change of plans. The ticket was refundable and the refund amount is Rs. 15000. Because the foreign bank account in Qatar through which I had booked the ticket in May-18 got blocked due to non furnishing of certain Qatar Resident Permit documents, Jetairways refuses to refund the money to my Indian bank account, till i provide a closure letter from the Qatar Commercial Bank which can only be done by going physically to Qatar and closing the bank account.

        I had provided all the proofs including email and sms from bank account that my Qatar Commercial Bank account has been blocked and the reason why it has been blocked.

        Jetairways first said to provide any document which shows that account has be blocked or deactivated, now they are insisting on closure letter.

        This is completely unacceptable behavior as for any international travel if my card gets lost or stolen and I have to get it blocked, any Jetairways ticket bought on that card will not be refunded till i don't go and physically close that bank account.

        Jetairways should simply transfer my money to my desired bank account after submitting ample proof and evidence of the case.

          This is to inform you, that the company has registered the GST details with Jet airways but we are unable to generate the GST Tax Invoice.
          I had received call from Glassdoor.ltd, they say they offer job in Jet airways. the complete process took 4-5 months, paid 50K but no job

          i have the phone numbers through which they contacted me, office adress, mails which they sent to me, call recordings. do let me know what should i do to get my money back

            Merger of JP Membership Account - Not Resolved

            I have raised a request to merger of JP Membership Account[protected] from 19th July 2017 with Reference ID =[protected] which is still not Resolved.

            I have been following up continuously by emails & also by calling the Jetairways support number.

            Only Assurance are been committed to resolve the merger issue - both on telephone as well as emails.

            It is now long wait to get this issue re-solved. It seems that Jet airways such a huge organization does not pay any attention to customers. It takes the customers for granted, I guess this is the strategy to play with customers & take them on ride.

            Such a is horrible & terrible Service provided on ground.

            This is ridiculous as I have been speaking to your customer care 12-15 times from last week but no action was taken.

            This process is disappointing. If this is how you would treat a so called “jet privileged” member then why at all these schemes in place?

            Mr. Abhisheek - Manager ( of JET airways Telephonic Support Team ) sorted out the issue. He assured that he will be resolving the issue the same day I had called up. He also assured that he will update me personally once the issue is Re-solved, which he did Call up. So Thanks to Mr. Abhisheek to resolve my problem of JP Account merger.

            Today 24/07/2018 i reach before 10:30 at IGI T3 and the departure was for 11:10am & i didn't know about this. And it was so much emergency for me to reach home and even i request everyone working there coz i still got time but the only thing i got was " rejection" and sorry to say im really not satisfied with the behaviour's of the staffs there.

                  My daughter traveled from delhi to bangalore on 02 jan 2018. Her baggage could not be found at bangalore airport and was delivered later on 03 jan 2018 in the evening.
                  Since she had important assignments at bangalore she was not only put to a lot of inconvenience but also had to make suitable purchases for appropriate attire during the meeting.
                  On raising the matter with jet airways i was told an amount of rs 2000 would be refunded. Although the harassment she went through and the expenditure incurred was much more, yet we agreed for reimbursement of the said amount.

                  A number of mails (Approximate 22) sin january to now, have since been exchanged and i was asked for various documents, all of which were mailed in response.

                  It is really astonishing and vexing that an organisation of the status of jet airways has not yet reimbursed the amount. Despite the experience being harrowing it leaves jet airways in a very poor light. I have no options but to approach the consumer forum for he harrassement caused.

                  On 26 July itself after your mail to Jet airways, I got a call from their office in Delhi and Bangalore that I would receive the amount on 26 July itself.
                  The money was received by me in cash through there courier at 22:30 hours. Case was started in January thanks to your support I received the amount almost end of July, within a day of your support.

                    Sir, i m manish kumar, 24, i m living in a local area of jangli mai asthan balughat, muzaffarpur., bihar.

                    There is a factory which is just next to my building. When they start there machine, the annoying noise is disturbing us.. And also when there heavy machine start running, my house's wall got shaking and my window's glass also shake and make sound...
                    Sir, if the wall which is shaking, will fall then there it will cause of death,

                      I am from canada, i am in india for my vacation for next couple of weeks.. As i am travelling places i need to carry access luggage. I requested jet airways to increase my luggage by 10kgs they charged me twice the same amount of money 8000 rs for a flight from delhi to mumbai! When i requested for refund they said they cannot pay me back! Can someone please guide me the process to get the money back please thanks

                        I am travelling on pnr no. Hghlam from bdq to bom on 25/07/2018, flight no. 9w-414
                        I went to bdq airport counter on 23/07/2018, as i wanted to pay for my excess baggage of 15 kgs. At the counter i was informed that they no more do it at the ticketing counter and i have to get it done online, on jet airways website,
                        I logged in jet airways website and entered my details and purchased for 15 kgs of excess baggage. I entered my debit card details and after transacting clicked on proceed.
                        After the process i got a confirmation that the amount was deducted twice i. E for 30 kgs. I immediately asked the counter official to check and he confirmed that it is deducted for 30 kgs[protected] — 15 kgs, and[protected] — another 15 kgs) but he could not refund.
                        He advised to call the contact centre which i did on [protected], and spoke to one mr. Fahad and requested him to refund me 15 kgs excess baggage which he denied saying that this is non refundable.
                        How can it be so? I had clicked on 15 kgs, and the transaction happened twice, and i immediately called all concerned, it was not any delay on my part. This is so wrong on your part to say that it is not refundable, this is not a ticket, but it is extra baggage. And when we are talking of digital payments mistakes do happen, so please look into the matter and refund me the excess of 15kgs which you have billed.
                        Expecting a immediate refund, since it is my hard earned money and my intention was not to request at the boarding counter but travel with all ease and pay the airline for my excess baggage rather than argue at the boarding gate.

                          We made a purchase of rs 6400.00 for extra baggage on 04/5-jun-18 at jet airways, mumbai using our i&m classic credit on the jet airways website.

                          When checking in on 06-jun-18, at kolkata, for flight 9w 472, e-ticket[protected], we were told that this payment was not received by jet airways and we were made to pay rs 8, 000.00 for the same extra baggage, to board the flight.

                            Dear Sir/ Madam,

                            I take it as unfortunate to have to register this complaint.

                            I travelled from Dubai to Srinagar on a corporate ticket by your Jet Airways flight number 9W 0547 Dubai - Delhi dated 19th July 2018 with a transit of 7 hours 40 minutes at Delhi and onwards by Flight number 9W 0601 from Delhi to Srinagar dated 20th July 2018

                            At Delhi around 9:00am I handed over my luggage at the Jet Airways Luggage drop counter for the flight number 9W 0601 where a lady was doing the check-in who recorded the gate number on my boarding pass.

                            Upon arrival at Srinagar it was shocking to know that my luggage was missing. I immediately contacted the Jet Airways personnel at the airport. They were simply not able to tell me anything about my luggage or locate my luggage.

                            What I found strange is after waiting for the an hour the staff at Srinagar airport were not able to locate my baggage or give any kind of assurance as to how long it will take to get any update on the same. This is completely unexpected and unacceptable from a reputed company.

                            I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the baggage has been lost between my check-in point at Delhi and my arrival point at Srinagar.

                            In case, it was not loaded in the flight then the baggage should have been there at Delhi airport and a responsible organization would have certainly returned the baggage to the concerned section and should have been readily located upon enquiry.

                            The baggage does not only contained my clothing but also my certificates which I earned after many many years of took and efforts. I am traveling to India to get certificates verified and authenticated from the institution as part of requirement of my employment.

                            The irresponsible / carelessness attitude of the staff has put my career at stake.

                            I am astonished that your organization does not hav any proper and quick system in plan for quick tracking and safety of the check-in baggage.

                            I think it can be tracked from CCTV footage also.

                            I was also told that I will be informed about the developments by 4pm today and I didn’t receive any updates from your Srinagar airport Srinagar and no response to the call made to the Srinagar airport Jet Airways number shared with me.

                            I hope this complaint does not fall in deaf ears.

                              I availed a flight from kolkata to Delhi (service provider : Jet Airways, PNR:NXHSIA on 20.07.2018). When I received my luggage from the belt I found out that the wheel of my trolley was missing. My luggage was quite heavy. I had to face a lot of trouble carrying such a huge bag without wheels. I don't know what to do right then. But I expect that the authority must look into the matter and take necessary steps. Why should a bag be so badly handled by the staffs that the wheels get detached? Also I will not be able to use that bag anymore.

OHIATU..I met that arrogant woman in jet airways counter I guess her name is nazreen or nasreen..she treat people like [censored] as soon as I came to the counter she gave a [censored] look nd was telling that helper guy that u should know all economy class people..who the hell is she ? She is just a [censored]ing servant of jet..I would never fly by jet ever.[censored]...she bounded me to use slang bcz she can't be better described than that.

                                  The Meal provided in flight was below the standard Quality. My health deteriorated right after having it. And im suffering from Serious food poisoning cause of the same.

                                  Also in terms of taste it just had salt with no other flavor.

There are no answers to the calls and emails . I want my refund money back. It is written on the jet airways site the you can cancel your flight before 3 hours of the departure.
