This is thanga raj here, i had updated my profile information in shine.com and i had got the call from one for interview in jet airways and they told me to make the payment of rs.2000/- then after the 1st round online test they asked to make the payment of 7500/- then 15800/- after making so much of amount i came to know that it's fake with the help of job confirmation letter which they had sent. Now they sent the offer letter with password protected. I told them i need to quit this here itself because they had asked me to make the payment of 25, 500/- for bond slip. They had told me they are working with the jet airways.

This has reference to your below communication.

It has come to our notice that certain unscrupulous individuals/placement agencies, falsely claiming to be employees of Jet Airways (India) Limited/Jet Lite (India) Limited or our authorized recruitment agencies are sending out false emails and forged Appointment letters with forged signatures purporting to be from Jet Airways India Limited and or its group companies. The emails are enticing and misleading job aspirants. These fraudulent individuals/agencies use our trademarks and demand money by way of fees, charges, travel expense etc. from aspiring candidates for securing employment with us.

The emails ask the candidates to appear for a face-to-face interview for a job opening with Jet Airways and to deposit a certain amount as a refundable/non-refundable interview security in a designated bank account. These emails are erroneously stated to be from the HR Department of Jet Airways and may carry the Designation/ ID or domain name of Jet Airways (or a deceptively similar name) to make it look authentic. We as an organization are taking appropriate steps to tackle the issue.

We wish to notify that we do not demand or charge any fee/charges from the aspiring candidates for considering their candidature or at any time during the recruitment process, nor have we authorised any individual, agency or firm for recruiting candidates for us.

Please note that we bear no responsibility for amounts being deposited/withdrawn from such emails.
Any person seeking employment with Jet Airways or Jet Lite or its group companies needs to be cautious and not trust any agency or individual, claiming to be our representative, and charging fees for providing/securing employment with us.

Please note the following pointers to identify the fraudulent emails:

• Jet Airways does not ask for any money from the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process
• A fraudulent email may mention the bank account number of an individual or the account details would be given upon calling up on the number mentioned in the fraudulent mail. In any case the bank account would not be in the name of “Jet Airways India Ltd.”
• We advise candidates not to respond to any fraudulent emails and not to make any payments.

Kindly avoid all such fraudulent and spam emails/letters and avoid sharing any of your personal information nor depositing any money as requested.

We would like to mention that we do direct sourcing and we do not charge candidates any fees for recruitment. You are welcome to apply directly on our website jetairways.com for positions advertised and if suitable, you will be called for tests/interviews.

You may also lodge a police complaint intimating the fraud if you so desire.

    My name is Shailesh Gheewala . My Cleartrip Id: [protected] and Jet Airways PNR :IOKZOE and SpiceJet PNR: M7PIPC .My booking for round trip of Mumbai-Cochin-Mumbai . I booked these tickets for the holidays with my family to enjoy some quality time am travel with my Family.But now Keral facing flood situation and very worst position . Roads are also blocked and our resort is also closed and they suggest don’t come due to the bad conditions. As it is a public
    health issue also with the fear of insect borne and food-water borne diseases we would prefer not to travel under such extreme conditions due to a natural calamity. Also my wife being a diabetic patient has even higher chances of getting diseases. We hope for the best the people in distress there but we want to cancel our holiday plans and so we are also cancelling my resort booking and they are cooperative about it. Henceforth I request you to cancel my Airlines ticket hope best Cooperation Airlines and Cleartrip to us and give fully refund to us. Once again we request you to give us the best cooperation in these diverse conditions.

    The mail has been sent to the airlines quite a few many times and there has been no positive response. On the contrary our resort at Munnar by Club mahindra has agreed to cooperate for the cancellation process. Also SpiceJet has given response under positive pretext. But jet airways is not showing any signs of response under such strong naturally contradictory situations for travel. Not only the traveling is difficult but also hazardous for health of the travellers under such conditions where the state is a house of food and water borne diseases.

      Dear Sir,
      Today morning I have received bag from Kuwait Airport(21/Aug/2018).Main reason for the delay was noticed that there had another person name and tag number was attached on my bag.
      The name of the baggage tag mentioned as ALI/NAJIMMR.
      So six days delayed due to your irresponsibility.
      My valuable goods are there inside the bag so i was mentally weak .i struggled hard
      So you have to take appropriate action against those who are responsible.
      And i also need 600 KD (six hundred Kuwait Dinar)compensation for delay and 50 KD for Damage
      Please do needful as earlier as possible

        Dear all i had booked flight of 17 august 2018 for mumbai to Jaipur from jetairways for rahul kisan changale, navya kisan changale, pratima rahul changale time was 5 :15 am sir I stay in .Amb and left my home 2 .00 am early. But due to road accident i stuck in traffic. At that time I tried to web checking also not showing &called to customer care of jetIrways also you can cross verify but they also told not possible still sir I reach 4.30 am sharp at airport at that time still 45 minutes are available with us. But they didn't allow us to go it's domestic airport only my small kid crying also I beg everywhere please help me you can check with cctv what type of humanity sir I have not done anything purposely with available time you should had to support me but notgot sirwastage of money, time . You didn't paid me cancellation money return also even foreign country also help such situation but india lagging behind . They got there money nothing to do us with our emotions but whatever is happen is very bad . my small kid suffer everything .You please cross check everything cctv footage i called customer care also from number &[protected] also you can check domestic airport it's only not international . I loose my heavy amount money & they didn't adjust me in any flights also &told me remove business class ticket still demanding money. What type of behaviour it is. Please revert.

          Hi,
          I have posted a complaint on jet airways for the flight cancellation. I have received a mail saying the reason behind the problem and the documents needed for the submission of the claim. I have sent all the necessary documents 4 days before and still i m not getting any acknowledgement mail from the guest relations. I was informed by one of the co passengers that i will be receiving a response message from jet airways on this. I have mailed them twice, about the documents i have sent to them. But still i am not getting any reply. Could you please let me know how to proceed further.

            My name is md sohail pasha as i have been cheated by a lady called riya aditya who works in jet airlines and asked me to pay money for mr deepak rs 12, 300 based on my telephon ic interview which would be refundable after my joining and my salary would be rs 35, 000/month and undergo a training for 40days for atechnician supervisor role and told me as i would receive a courier within 15days which consists dress code, offer letter but i didn't get that. Now if i'm calling no one is responding. Her mobile no is:[protected] if someone lifts call they are not giving answer in a proper manner they are telling as she is on a leave for 1 week.
            I'm a middle class candidate recently graduated in btech field from mechanical stream.

              I travelled from london through amsterdam, mumbai with my final destination being chennai with my two children for visiting family after a gap of six years. I arrived at mumbai on 9th august where i was informed that one of baggage had not made on the flight and will eventually be reunited in 48hours. This baggage had all of my children and my clothes. Since my arrival in chennai i have had to call the air lines everyday for over a week to enquire of my missing baggage, even making a trip to the local chennai office. The response from the staff both at the office and on the phone was the standard apathetic reply of “we are sorry for the inconvenience” and “apologise for the delay but please wait for another 24 hours” which till date has now been 10 days. The call to the air lines has cost me more than 200 gbp.
              Every time i was assured by the person on the other end of the phone when called that they would call back to keep me updated, however this never happened instead we had to chase with all the airports including amsterdam as it appeared no attempts were being through jet airways staff to locate my baggage other than send an e-mail to amsterdam on the first day.

              Thanks to jet airways our holiday has been ruined completely, having to rush off to buy clothes and toothbrushes for my children and i, instead of relaxing and enjoying the time with my family. Having to constantly phone the jet airways to find out about my baggage where i felt the attitude was more “yes sir, no sir, i don’t care sir”.
              We had not endeavoured to book our journey through jet airways but through klm however due the two airlines collaboration ended up with jet airways. This is a lesson learnt will not be ever flying through jet airways ever again.

              I have also been constantly asking for the claim form through emails sent however i m yet to receive this.

              Update: after over ten days I m finally reunited with my missing baggage only to discover that most of my belongings have been stolen by the staff and contractors of jet airways who have had the indecency to rummage through my baggage and help themselves to whatever they fancied including clothes and food which I had bought for my family I was visiting.
              It is an absolutely shameful and disgraceful behaviour of people who are employed in to ensure that people whom travel with their airlines are ensured a safe and comfortable experience.
              My belongings have been stolen once my baggage had arrived from Amsterdam in Mumbai/Chennai as I had confirmation of my belongings in my baggage through a call from staff who had initially opened my baggage.

              I got an email offering job of cabin crew.They told me to fill the form and pay security fee Rs12500 that is airline tickets and hotel reservation i gave money but they are asking for money then i realised it is a fraud. Please help me i want my money back.

                I was travelling from dammam to delhi on 11 aug 2018 in jet airways flight no 9w0567, i check in my baggage from dammam airport which was red color and was locked.
                When i reached delhi to receive the baggage from pallet no 12. I discover my bag in bad condition. The lock was not there, i called the jet airways staff and we together check the bag and we found things in random order and the following things were missing:-

                1. Gold set worth almost 6000 saudi riyals.
                2. Ear rings worth almost 1220 riyals.
                3. Watches worth 750pp riyals.
                4. Cosmetis worth 100 riyals.

                I am really shocked and disappointed with this incident.

                I would like to request your kindself please do strict inquiry regarding this above stated incident and recover my stolen things, in case you are unable to recover it. Please compensate me for this huge loss.. I complaint to ground staff and they have given mail i'd ([protected]@jetairways.com) for complaint same day i did the written complaint till date i did not get any response.

                  I left my home already 2 am from ambarnath for Jaipur flight but due to road accident we reach late but at that time still 4.30am I request them also please help us I have small kids Also but I didn't got support I am trying also web checking while traveling I Also called customer care web checking is not showing sir but doesn't use. I agree I late but not purposely still 45min time is available with them but doesn't got help. Wastage of time money every thing it's very bad foreigners also help for such situations but our India is lagging . Next all fight are full but they didn't help us also adjust somewhere .wrong so wrong. Think about it.you will never know what is situations for. Us. Please show some empathy it's domestic airport only.but still .I beg everywhere nothing use

                    They have blocked my account for unknown reason and i have mailed every godamn document adhar copy credit card statements etc still they are not activating my membership account. They are even not providing complete details on call and put my call on hold and disconnect it. there response is also not understandable. n now they are even not responding. bad and worst service ever. cant even solve minor issues.

                      Hi sir,
                      My journey was on 15/aug/2018 from mumbai to kuwait through dubai. Flight number 9w580 and fz 53. Tag number - 9w928542. I informed to fly dubai handling agent in kuwait that nas kuwait baggage services. They given reference number - kwifz18293/15/aug18/0536gmt and given a print out of property irregularity report. Colour of the bag is black brand name is american tourister.

                          This is one of the worst customer initiative - sad downfall as it used to be one of the best earlier.
                          I am a platinum customer and get vouchers every year. Seems a worthless exercise as i have never been able to use this as they are always overbooked / 'over-requested'!! They had the decency to at least extend the validity to give additional opportunity (Not that that helped - my vouchers still went for a waste). However they have changed their policy unilaterally and don't extend now (Probably to do with the mass numbers who are jetprivilege). Customer care answer is that the policy is updated on the website - they expect customers to keep checking all companies website for change in policies!!

                          I have complained here when I have a hit a roadblock through the normal channels! The questions that are asked shows that the company hasnt understood the nature of the complaint. Only division that can address this is jetprivilege. This is a generic upgrade voucher issue - hence flight tickets and PNR details are unnecessary!!

                            Hlo iam jyothi kumari i have received a call from jet airways. At first they asked me to pay for registration 2000rs then asked for my documents and then they asked 6800rs for documents verification i paid it. Then they took a telecom interview from me they said that i have selected as a back office executive and sent me a offer letter and training letter on mail and then they said i will be receiving the hard copy of the offer letter and training letter by courier but i didn't receive it. I have been trying to call them but they switched off all the numbers they gave me. They are big cheaters they cheated me.

                            It has come to our notice that certain unscrupulous individuals/placement agencies, falsely claiming to be employees of Jet Airways (India) Limited/Jet Lite (India) Limited or our authorized recruitment agencies are sending out false emails and forged Appointment letters with forged signatures purporting to be from Jet Airways India Limited and or its group companies. The emails are enticing and misleading job aspirants. These fraudulent individuals/agencies use our trademarks and demand money by way of fees, charges, travel expense etc. from aspiring candidates for securing employment with us.

                            The emails ask the candidates to appear for a face-to-face interview for a job opening with Jet Airways and to deposit a certain amount as a refundable/non-refundable interview security in a designated bank account. These emails are erroneously stated to be from the HR Department of Jet Airways and may carry the Designation/ ID or domain name of Jet Airways (or a deceptively similar name) to make it look authentic. We as an organization are taking appropriate steps to tackle the issue.

                            We wish to notify that we do not demand or charge any fee/charges from the aspiring candidates for considering their candidature or at any time during the recruitment process, nor have we authorised any individual, agency or firm for recruiting candidates for us.

                            Please note that we bear no responsibility for amounts being deposited/withdrawn from such emails.
                            Any person seeking employment with Jet Airways or Jet Lite or its group companies needs to be cautious and not trust any agency or individual, claiming to be our representative, and charging fees for providing/securing employment with us.

                              I had booked jet airways 3:25flight for mumbai for 9 th aug,,,,,, which was delayed by 5 hrs without any notice,,, there was improper coordination and answer by the staff, and manger
                              I had connecting flight from mumbai to delhi followed by international flight to itlay becoz of irresponsible behaviour by jet i was unable to reach mumbai on time and withhence my international flight also missed i was on a tour so my whole week of booking at rome and flight got missed. And also my medical conference
                              Not to mention the long stay of 14 hrs on airport.
                              Had to sleep in airport to catch the morning flight back to rajkot

                                  We have booked the ticket to india for my mom from paris in dl 7520 operated by jet airlines 9w 127 (26 july 10:10 am) this flght got brake failure and was stuck up there for 2 days and got their next flight on 28 july 10:10 am, that was also got delayed by 2 hours and started by 12.30 on the same day.in the entire scenario, they did not get any proper response from the jet airways people and also being vegetarian, they got struggled a lot in paris without proper vegetarian food. My mom was fainted and being helped by the neighbour. This was her first flight experience, she was traveling alone. She was totally panic and also stayed there without proper food for 2 days. They did not make the travel arrangements soon. She was totally distressed, and still did not recovered from the mental illness. Jet airways should answer for her trouble.

                                      Flight 9w206 22sep2018 hyd to dammam - changed to via delhi.. Without any compensation, which is not at all accepted.
                                      And there are no flights flying directly to dammam from hyd.

                                      Jet service is the worst service i had experience in the past 2-3 years.

                                      - past they canceled my ticket saying over boarded
                                      - all way delays due to technicals issues.
                                      - jet privilege - never ever got registered. Try several times.

                                      They always do as they want.

                                      I need compensation for this change.

                                        This is manjeet singh here, i had updated my profile information in shine.com and i had got the call from one of the consultancy for interview in jet airways and they told me to make the payment of rs.1000/- then after the 1st round online test they asked to make the payment of 4500/- then 15500/- then 25500/- after making so much of amount i came to know that it's fake with the help of offer letter which they had sent. I told them i need to quit this here itself because they had asked me to make the payment of 35000/- more then for the cancellation of my profile they asked to pay 5000/- and told me my whole amount of 55000/- will be refunded with in 2 hours on my account. I made the payment of 5000/- for cancellation of my profile on saturday 05/08/2018. Now they are not responding my calls. They had told me they are tied up with the jet airways and there consultancy name is “bright future employment services”

These fraudulent individuals/agencies use our trademarks and demand money by way of fees, charges, travel expense etc. from aspiring candidates for securing employment with us.

                                        The emails ask the candidates to appear for a face-to-face interview for a job opening with Jet Airways and to deposit a certain amount as a refundable/non-refundable interview security in a designated bank account. These emails are erroneously stated to be from the HR Department of Jet Airways and may carry the Designation/ ID or domain name of Jet Airways (or a deceptively similar name) to make it look authentic. We as an organization are taking appropriate steps to tackle the issue.

                                        We wish to notify that we do not demand or charge any fee/charges from the aspiring candidates for considering their candidature or at any time during the recruitment process, nor have we authorised any individual, agency or firm for recruiting candidates for us.

                                        Please note that we bear no responsibility for amounts being deposited/withdrawn from such emails.
                                        Any person seeking employment with Jet Airways or Jet Lite or its group companies needs to be cautious and not trust any agency or individual, claiming to be our representative, and charging fees for providing/securing employment with us.

                                        Please note the following pointers to identify the fraudulent emails:

                                        • Jet Airways does not ask for any money from the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process
                                        • A fraudulent email may mention the bank account number of an individual or the account details would be given upon calling up on the number mentioned in the fraudulent mail. In any case the bank account would not be in the name of “Jet Airways India Ltd.”
                                        • We advise candidates not to respond to any fraudulent emails and not to make any payments.

                                        Kindly avoid all such fraudulent and spam emails/letters and avoid sharing any of your personal information nor depositing any money as requested.

                                        We would like to mention that we do direct sourcing and we do not charge candidates any fees for recruitment. You are welcome to apply directly on our website jetairways.com for positions advertised and if suitable, you will be called for tests/interviews.

                                        You may also lodge a police complaint intimating the fraud if you so desire.
