Very poor impolite hostesses 9w-465 jet airways bom-maa 07:05 on 4.11.2018.in view of the landing seatbelt sign, they refused to serve my mother and my fiancé who were i'll with a sore throat and were pleading for some hot coffee when the actual reason was service delay and an empty coffee pot. The reason stated by the air hostess (Name not sure) was inability to serve as the landing sign was on, but another hostess confirmed the actual reason which was an empty coffee pot as they had run out of coffee. Overall service was started extra late, 2 rows of seated customers at the end were not even offered beverages and were waiting with milk and sugar in their cups. This is extremely shameful behaviour for a reputed airlines. I personally am a frequent flyer of jet airways and it's utterly disgusting to be treated this way. My mother is also a surgeon and senior citizen.

    My flight was at 5:55 am from mumbai to jaipur. I reached the airport by 4:55 and saw that the display for the flight checkin counter was showing as l01-04 (For jaipur flight) so i went there then i came to know that it was for international flights. It wasted my time, already there was a long queue. I have already tried for web check in before 5 am bt the error was coming as temporary service down. I reached the check in counter by 5:20, the gal at the counter said that the check in cannot be done since the boarding is started. And she was saying that she did the last announcement. We were in the line we didn’t hear any announcement and she said that there is no other way to check in. What kind of service is this.. Pathetic service of jet airways., they just want to take money from the passengers.#saynotojetairways#

      I was late just for 1 min and they didn't give boarding to me for the flight from guwahati to pune due to traffic and i reached the airport at 5:14 and not only to me bt also to 2 other passengers who were standing before me and my request to all the passengers not to travel in jet airways since the service at the airport management is too bad since i had a very emergency work i requested them bt they seemed that they don't care about passengers request because they only know to earn profit and i prefer not to travel in this airlines never ever it is the worst airlines the airline had a lot of name but now it's not

      My 25000 jpmiles have suddenly disappeared. I m yet to get details of the said transactions. From last about a month no concrete response from ur office. PL appoint someone to look into and provide solution at the earliest before i decide to take appropriate legal route.

        My parents were suppose to travel from mumbai to amsterdam on jet airways flight on 2nd oct. Ground staff did not allow them to travel as my mom's feet had swelling evening though they explained that she has diabetes and her feet is always swollen. Her doctor spoke to staff as well but, they were adamant and did not allow them to fly with fit to fly certificate. They had to miss the flight.

        Ground staff gave them a letter stating that 100% ticket price will be refunded to them. On following up with airline on 15th oct, they said, they have not processed the refund as they needed us to call them requesting the same. I don't think it is needed but anyways guy on call confirmed that he has now refunded and money will be in my account in 7-10 days.

        I waited for 10days and again called them on 26th oct as, money was still not reflected in my account and they said that due to some technical glitch the refund was not processed and they will do it now. This time they gave me a refund receipt with a promise that money will reflect in my account within 7 days.

        I called them at the 8th day and again they have no clue about the refund and again asked me to wait for 8 days.

        It's 460 euros and on my cc. I need this money asap. This airline people are thieves and are sitting on my money for more than a month after not letting my parents on the flight.

        Please help me get my money back

          Presented here are the details that refer to our offer of employment to you in the Role of Ground Staff in Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.

          Your Role Designation wills be Ground Staff. 1. Training Period:

          The training program would consist of classroom training and on-the -job training. The duration of the classroom training would be purely based on business requirements. Your confirmation will be based on your positive contribution to the Company’s objectives. Based on business requirement, period of training can be extended for a further period of six months or part thereof. Your continued employment with the Company is subject to your meeting the qualifying criteria during and at the end of the training.

          You will be eligible for a Training Performance - linked Incentive (TPI) which would range from 10% to 15% of the Fixed Gross Salary based on your performance in the training program that you would undergo. The details of this scheme will be communicated on your joining.
          Probationary Period and Confirmation as a Permanent Employee:

          You will be on probation for a period of 3 months after completion of your regular training and allocation to the Unit.             I was travelling in flight no.9w0403 on 20 th oct. From mumbai to kochi.

            I was asking for a window seat or an isle seat. The lady a the counter told me that neither of them is available. On the other hand she provided me non reclining seat no.22e. My request to give me any isle seat was also denied with arrogance.
            When i boarded the aircraft i could see that there are many isle seats available, but i had to confine with my non reclining seat provided to me by your counter staff.
            I am a senior citizen, with jet privilege card no.[protected] and ffp no.9w[protected]. Also, i am a retired top executive of a well known commercial bank. The action of your staff is really ridiculous.

            I would like to know:

            1. What action you will be taking against such arrogant non friendly staff.

            2. How you will compensate me for my physical strain, mental agony and damage of reputation.

              Am jasal p - 23rd oct 2018 i got a call from career builder regarding job in jet airways as air ticketing in calicut international airport under guidance of ms. Jassica (Recruiter). As document process and training they collected. Rs 66850 and through bank from me and sent an offer letter (Attached below). After payment i got offer letter and informed joining date as 19th nov 2018. But i heard and see so many complaints against some fake companies from website. I attached the offer letter and other details below. I want to know about this offer and recruitment.

                2017 was the year when my daughter applied for a career as a cabin crew in Jet Airways. After coming out successful on the entire criterion required and all the necessary formalities being completed, she was based initially at Mumbai and later on at Bengaluru. Being a concerned father, I tried to take steps to make her stay on these locations as enjoyable and relaxed so that she can concentrate more on her career. However, the faculty in Jet Airways especially the HR seemed to have a different opinion of their own what with the unnecessary harassments, late salary, no sick leave and hardly any consideration at all towards the subordinates. The pressure of working in such atmosphere was tremendous for my daughter, who is just 20 years of age. She, therefore, felt it otherwise to work under such conditions and ultimately forced her to give her resignation. Now, what I find out is why the staff of Jet Airways is so inconsiderate as to enforce such step-fatherly act towards their own staff. Being such a reputable company, they should instead behave in such a way as to enthuse encouragement and create a stress-free work environment in order that the reputation of the company is upheld and dignified.

                  Dear sir/mam,
                  I am seeking your assistance in receiving compensation for my lost luggage.
                  On 15.10.2018 i travelled on jet airways 9w0330 from ahmedabad to mumbai & on 16.10.2018 lufthansa 1624 from muc to krk. Upon arriving to my destination i went to pick up my luggage & after waiting very long time, i was handed someone baggage with my name. After waiting for a long time i notified to airlines & reference no is krklh60493 on 16.10.2018 when i went to destination i. E. Krk.
                  It has been 10 days and has no information for me as to the whereabouts of my luggage
                  I have already claimed via my insurance but the total value of my belongings inside my luggage is more than double what my insurance are able to pay out. I have certain items inside which are completely irreplaceable as i was travelling on business delegation to poland.

                  I hope that the bag will be located and sent back but should it never turn up and be reported missing indefinitely, i believe that i am entitled to some form of compensation from the airline for the loss of business & my valuables.

                      Very worst service in jet airways. Never will book a ticket of this. I have a tour on 21 oct, 2018 from delhi to pune and i am in security check, time remaining for flight takeoff about 40 min and when i go there they said the flight has been taken off. Wtf is it. No one at airport told me or announces that the jet airways about to fly. I want my whole money refund. Otherwise i will do an fir.

                        Hi,
                        I have booked a return flight from del to vtz for 30th nov to 4th december, which is cancelled by jet airways now (Not disclosed the reason).
                        I have my further bookings dependent on this one, after managing them i will be able to travel on 14th to 18th december now.
                        But the customer care is not ready to give tickets on these dates as they are saying they can provide tickets within 10 days date range.
                        First, the flight is cancelled from your side, i am cancelling it, secondly this last minute change is costing me more now as i have to reschedule my full trip, so you need to understand that its not possible to have everything in your comfort zone.
                        If you cant provide me the tickets on given date range then reimburse me all the loss i will be having which includes the airfare, hotel reservation and further train tickets from vtz to tirupati. The total of which is about rs 48000.

                          I got my ticket from bom to hyd in 9w 455 which is supposed to arrive at hyd at 9:05pm.
                          Based on this i booked a bus ticket to my final destination vijayawada. The scheduled time of bus departure is 10:40pm from gachibowli.
                          Since route till gachibowli is via orr, there wont be much traffic. But i have kept 1 hr buffer time to accomodate any delay in baggage arrival or any congestion.
                          I was travelling alone, hence didnt want to book late night bus.
                          But, to my surprise flight got delayed by 2hrs there was no specific reason mentioned. We boarded flight around 8:30 and flight got take - off only around 9:45pm and landed at 10:30pm. I hardly got 10 mins to take bus. I tried for help to reach any of your associates. None of them are available at arrivals or baggages. I found one lady with jet dress code, she told that she cant to anything. I was left alone in strange city with no clue. I missed my bus and since it is festival season all the buses are full and i had to travel to mgbs to take some bus and could reach my final destination.
                          There is no accountability taken for the delay happened by airlines. If i had missed my next connecting flight to any international, i m sure they wouldnt be bothered. We truly believe delay could be of genuine reasons, but we travel by air to reduce the travel time and be on time. I request airlines to compensate on my bus ticket

                              After many years i have planned a tour for my parents to himachal and i planned properly and booked the tickets accordingly but the return ticket from chandigarh to indore 9w958 got chancelled by Jet airways, a sidden message from Jet left us nowhwere...

                              Now all flights are very costly and taking so much of time to reach indore, my parents are old and they can not wait 15 hours to wait to reach and i am not capable to pay the current ticket cost.

                              There is only one thing left with us is to go delhi and take the shortest flight which is at 17:55, i request to Jet Airways to accommodate us in this flight with no extra pay from our side... although to reach Delhi i have to extend myself and bare the cost of taxi or whatever the transport i could be able to...

                              Jet airways, please think about my situation and do atleast thia modification for us, i am not demanding any big thing...

                                My husband dr. Kaushik biswas was travelling from berlin via amsterdam to delhi on 5/10/18 (Kl1822, 9w233 and kl 3816). When he reached delhi airport he was desperately looking for his check in luggage at conveyor belt 9. After an hour he came to know that his baggage had not arrived. He had to proceed to the domestic gate to catch jetairways flight (9w 0963) for kolkata.
                                He had to submit one liquor bottle (For his driver waiting at the gate eagerly) at the security check in as it can't be allowed to be carried in hand luggage which he had bought from delhi airport where his check in luggage was missing.
                                After all hassle he was guided to lodge a property irregularity report at the jet airways office and was ensured to provide information within 72 hrs.
                                Finally after 1.5 hrs harassment and humiliation of the whole thing being totally irritated and upset he boarded the kolkata flight.
                                But after repeated calling at their toll free no[protected] regularly after reaching since then for nearly 18 days and constant mailing at [protected]@jetairways.com still their has not been any clear statement from their end of our missing luggage.
                                Whereas his 3 other companion of same flight whose luggage had been missing had received their luggage within 72 hrs.
                                Why not his? As it contains valuable foreign clothings, soveniers, cosmetics, documents and things for our new born daughter which are emotional.
                                Kindly ensure either his luggage to be traced back by the company or else if not to provide equal compensation of the entire luggage missing.

                                Its going to be 18 days now of our missing luggage. We need our luggage back.
                                Please look into the matter and do the needfull.
                                As we are waiting eagerly.

                                  Left a packet in overhead cabin flying from ahmedabad to mumbai flight number 913 seat 16 f and 16 e date 21st october 2018 departure 18.55 and arriving mumbai 20.20. Had kept a bag in the cabin and while alighting one packet slipped out of the bag and remained there kindly see into the matter it is a sweet packet which carries sentimental value as its a family gift...                                     Jet airways flight got cancelled on 19th october 2018. Neither jet airways nor easemytrip.in intimated us for the flight cancellation. My mother had to wait at the airport for 6 hours as she had reached airport according to 15:15 flight.

                                    I want both easemytrip and jet airways to be booked for negligence towards customer. They should compensate me for the time lost and the mental pressure that i had to face. Along with it i want full refund.

                                      I am gold member under jet privilege no[protected] and i am going to become platinum this month only.
                                      I am really very disappointed with one of your customer care executive with whom i had the conversation for more than 20 minutes on 18 october 2018 at 10.30 hours. The name of the jet airways customer care executive is mr mankirat singh. This executive is sharing wrong information of jet airways and teaching me about the computer browser. He is telling jet airways don't have any connection with jet lite flights and if the tickets is booked from jet airways web site for jet lite flights the executive is not responsible.
                                      Such type of executive will spoil the image of jet airways and the gold and platinum member will also start disowning the jet airways flight.

                                      Since last 3 days i am trying and trying my best to solve the small issue of mine but none of your executive could able to solve the problem. Mr mankirat singh has crossed the boundaries of my
                                      Patience by stating that, i should manage my own problem and finally transferred my call to the international desk. It was really pathetic.

                                      I booked one ticket in the name of amresha ohri from raipur to delhi under pnr no : zqzjix. The initial ticket was booked in v class but i converted the same in to l class by paying rs.2000/- online. Now i want to use the upgrade voucher for the same pnr which is going to expire on 31/oct/2018 but the systems is not taking and even i am also not able to do it online.
                                      The error message which i am getting is "sorry, we are unable to match your travel itinerary with your eticket. Please call our contact centre or your travel agent for assistance"

                                      I am really very much disappointed with your jet airways team and if you can help me in this regard please help me or else extra amount paid to convert my ticket into l class i. E. Rs2000/- and my jet airways upgrade voucher may be considered as gift from my end.

                                        Dear sir/mam

                                        I have a booking with jet airways through akbar travels for the flight no. 841 ticket no.[protected] having pnr uzpsay going to depart on 11 nov 2018 at 8:00 am. Unfortunately i got a message from the airline that my flight is changed to 759 and will now depart at 9:40 am. Since this is a failure from airline to deliver the promise. Due to this, i would miss a function to be attended urgently. Hence, i request the airline to either refund my full payment/ or change the flight time according to my convineance else i will be bound to take legal action againt the airline.
