lost baggage, no response

I traveled from USA to India through DELTA (ATL-LHR) and JET (LHR-BOM). JEt airways guys lost my baggage somewhere. PNR number of the ticket which showed session timeout - PNQHZN
There was some issue with the website or airline and after the payment screen, it showed session timeout and there was no confirmation of my booking done.
Booking was not successful at that time.I did not get any tickets also.

Hence, I made another booking for which I got proper confirmation message and the tickets at the same time.

I would like to start by saying I feel cheated . Just because Jet Konnect is now a part of Jet Airways you do not even mention it in the online booking portals . To start off, you had [censored] aircrafts in Jet Konnect and now you call it Jet Airways as it is one part . Apart from the terrible leg space and cramped up space, the food served in the name of “in flight snacks” is edible to say the least .

We booked ticket through balaji air travelles on 11th april 2018. We travelled through your airlines on 14th april 2018 vide pnr no. 9w - zdfxmm from bhuj to mumbai.

waiting time in delhi (1 hr 15 minutes is enough)

Our company is regular customer of jet airways but due to layover time in delhi, i had to face huge problem so, i don't think in future i will suggest our company to book ticket from jet.
