I traveled from USA to India through DELTA (ATL-LHR) and JET (LHR-BOM). JEt airways guys lost my baggage somewhere. After waiting for 1 hour on belt, when I went to concerned person, I am told that they already know my bag is left in london and they guarantee to delivery my bag to my door step within 24 hours.
This is third day and I am still waiting for my bag. I have not got any single call from JET AIRWAYS telling me status of my bag. I am calling them everyday and after waiting for 20-25mins in the queue, person tells me that tomorrow I will get it. This is happening everyday. I don't think they are even considering returning my bag.
Given 3 days, I have lost some business due to some documents in the bag. I am having so many problems without my baggage and these guys are harassing me everyday on phone. JET AIRWAYS should be slapped with an investigation and such companies should be restricted by government putting hefty fine, for harassing their customers.

    Hi,

    Me, my husband abd my kid we travelled from Amsterdam to Mumbai on 28th Feb 2018 by flight 9W 0231.. I have registered complaint for the same on C.S.I. Airport, Mumbai (Complaint no. 2, 28 February 2018 night shift team). I understand that my missing bag was not checked-in at Amsterdam airport by Jet airways staff as there is no entry for this missing bag in their system (As confirmed by Jet airways staff in Mumbai). My husband even emailed the photo of our missing luggage with all the discription to jet. We got the reference number through email and the help of that number we used to get the update but it took long time and there is no positive response. Whenever we called them we always got the resposne that we will get the mail from their email team. I really don't understand why they are taking too much time to solve this case ? We did regular follow up with them and gave all the neccessary details to help them to find out our missing luggage but nothing happened.

    This is the worst experience me and my husband got from Jet Airways.

    I am still hoping to get my missing luggage.

      This is Nilanjana. I have to paid due to offer me a job of Cabin Crew which i only applied through quiker.com and receive the call for online test and after clearing the test they sid that they will take me to the direct Manager round meanwhile they asked me to submit then n there of registration fee two thousand rupees and then again they are asking for bank details and other valid proofs then only I realize this is fake activity. I have sent my pic and few details before i realize. So kindly please refund my money two thousand rupees. The job and money are important for people don't let anyone play with it

      Jet-airways this kind of performances will effect your goodwill and customers. Kindly check on it and please file complaint to police or do something about bcoz they are doing it by your company name.

      Kindly help me out and I'm hoping for positive revert kindly check on the matter. I have added the attachment as well kindly check.

        PNR number of the ticket which showed session timeout - PNQHZN
        There was some issue with the website or airline and after the payment screen, it showed session timeout and there was no confirmation of my booking done.
        Booking was not successful at that time.I did not get any tickets also.

        Hence, I made another booking for which I got proper confirmation message and the tickets at the same time.

        10 minutes after making the 2nd booking, I got the confirmation email of the first booking which showed session timeout.

        Please refund the 1st booking amount as this is an issue with the website and airline.

        Please find the booking confirmation message of the 2nd ticket. I did not receive any such message when I was doing the booking for the 1st time. Instead, session timeout showed on screen and it asked me to do the booking again.

          I would like to start by saying I feel cheated . Just because Jet Konnect is now a part of Jet Airways you do not even mention it in the online booking portals . To start off, you had [censored] aircrafts in Jet Konnect and now you call it Jet Airways as it is one part . Apart from the terrible leg space and cramped up space, the food served in the name of “in flight snacks” is edible to say the least .
          Food is something you should keep a check of. No one asked for an in-flight meal, but if you do decide to provide one, at least make sure it is edible . The disgusting snacks provided on the flight was barely edible . It was a cold chicken roll with a stone-hard roti covering it .
          I was hungry since lunch and was starving when I received this snack box after we got airborne at 22:00 hrs and dug into the food to only find out it was disgusting and had condensation all over the roll and its silver foil covering. The cabin crew who attended me asked if it wasnt hot. Was it even supposed to be hot ? it felt like just out of the fridge.
          You are an Indian airline, please understand “Atithi Devo Bhava” ! Such inedible food will only make people curse you and the airline . If you cannot afford to serve food in the paid cost, then do not promise one. Serving just tea will be fine but do not serve bad food at least .
          Make sure you at least mention on online booking portals like Make my trip what aircraft will be operating and if it is from the Jet Konnect fleet or make necessary changes to those aircrafts as well to make them meet Jet Airways standards.

          I could have made a huge ruckus on the flight or after deplaning, just because I was a part of Jet Airways once upon a time that I decided to let it pass and get to a subtle solution.

          Overall a disgusting and sick experience ! If i fall ill or have some food related health issue, I will go the distance to sue you guys as no one deserves to be served something like that .

            I travelled from MUM to LKO via delhi on 3/7 by 9W307 & 9W366. i didn't get my checked in bag at LKO, though i was not informed about any objectionable item in the bag. i gave carte blanc authorisation to remove that item, if any and please send the bag at Delhi where i was scheduled to travel on 4/7 from LKO by 9W750 and had some urgent meeting with clients which sadly couldn't be materialised because documents were lying in the bag and i was denied its access for 3 more days. on 6/7 night i was informed on mobile that my bag reached at LKO in spite of my clear request to Miss PUJA at lucknow that i want the bag at Delhi because of my impending engagements.Then i requested them to see that i get the bag now at Patna on 7/7 because i was scheduled to travel from Del to Patna on 7/7.Sadly and very poorly on the part of JET airways team, neither i got the bag at patna on 7/7 but i am still waiting that bag for four days inspite of many communication by me and its staff Miss Lavani at Patna airport.i believe the airlines has changed its Business Philosophy to " keep the bottom line swelling up, tyranny to passengers notwithstanding."If such can be experience of a blue plus previleged customer, anybody can imagine about the ordinary customer of this airlines.

                Hey this is second time happening with us when we as for a blanket when i enter in the flight they straight dined they dont give to economic people only for business class
                for the jacket also they denied

                i need to no that for platinum member these services not there so better we switch to other

                as i have complain but no reply we got it
                now u r crew members also felt nothing will happen so wt thy like they do and say

                really need to work as member i am saying of jet airways
                otherwise u will loose u r customers

                most imp u r flight is delay maximum time that is also not good at all
                we need good service as a frequent traveler

                    My wife was traveling from delhi to ahmedabad by jet airways 13:10 hrs departed and landed at 14:30 hrs... One bagage did not come upon complain they assured by 5th july morning 8’o clock you will receive... After calling at 9’o clock morning today they still don’t have any clue about the bagage and there were no proper response and on top of that they disconnected my call...

                      I had an international travel on july 1st from hyderabad to detroit usa. I flew jet airways for hyderabad to mumbai sector. As i was boarding and entering cabin on flight jw 392 cabin staff stopped me and told me to give my hand luggage as flight had excess cabin baggage. When we reached bombay they told me i have to go to baggage area to collect my check-in bag. I was puzzled as i had valuables in my check-in and was expecting to be given the bag leaving the flight. I had to go to local terminal baggage area to collect my check in. My iphone which was in the top zipper was not there any more. I complained to jet airways counter and mr. Jake pinto from jet airways told me send an email with pictures.

                      This is very bad customer service pulling cabin bag and not being responsible for the belongings. I had my passport along with phone. Imagine the hassle i had to go through if i would have lost my us passport. I urge you to take some action for policy change at jet airways.

                        Sir,
                        I had booked my return flight ticket of jetairways through cleartrip.com on 25.4.18, at 10.57 am, in economy class delhi-mumbai-delhi & i paid rs. 8, 891 by my credit card of hdfc bank but i had to cancel it due to some unavoidable reason. So, i cancelled it within ten minutes of booking. My trip id is — [protected]
                        I am waiting for the refund against cancellation but sorry to say that, i have not received my refund amount till date.
                        You are kindly requested to look into the matter & sort out my issue.
                        Please issue a bankers cheque or cheque in the name of v. K. Trehun, for refund amount. I shall be highly thankful to you.

                          Yesterday I fly from Delhi to Pune through Jet Airways PNR: BEOKKS. After reaching home I was in hurry for office hence was unable to check baggage fully. Today when i tried to open the same i found that the combination of lock is not working and after taking a close look found the lock was opened forcefully and even the lock combination was changed. I also called jet airways for the same and they were refused to file a complain over phone. Hence I am filing this complain here.

                            I am maloy. I got a call regarding employment in jet airways through 3 rounds of interview, out of which 2 rounds were told to be a telephonic interview. At first, as registration charge of their consultancy, they charged me rs. 2500 which i was asked to deposit in the bank account of their company named sunrise business group. The bank account was named after the company name. After a few days, they conducted two rounds of telephonic interview sessions. Next day, they sent me an email confirming that i qualified the sessions. And the last round of interview was said to be in front of an hr. Before that, they charged me around rs. 40000 as document verification, security deposit, bonds, bank account opening, uniform and several other procedures. After several days, they sent me the letter of intent. After a few more days, they sent me the training letter. Even after sending the training letter, they kept asking for money several times for several other procedures which together amounts to about rs. 1 lakh. Please help me as soon as possible by checking if this is a real "letter of intent" of jet airways. Please check the attachments. I got the emails from [protected]@jetairways.com, hr. [protected]@gmail.com, hr. [protected]@mail.com, hr. [protected]@asia.com and got phone calls from +91 [protected], +91 [protected] (Karan gupta). They said that global groups is a branch of sunrise business group. I shall be waiting for your helping hand earnestly.

                              We booked ticket through balaji air travelles on 11th april 2018. We travelled through your airlines on 14th april 2018 vide pnr no. 9w - zdfxmm from bhuj to mumbai.
                              We are unable to get tax invoice for this ticket. We have to claim the bill to my employer. The employer is insisting tax invoice for reimbursement of the ticket. Please provide me tax (Gst) invoice for the same.
                              Please help us.

                                While travelling from dubai to new delhi on flight 9w0587w at 5:20 am on 26th jun 2018 the mobile phone was stolen from the check-in luggage. The mobile phone was kept in the bag in the new box received. After reaching new delhi airport my brother came to collect the new iphone since i was fliying again to varanasi the same day. I checked my luggage and foun the mobile phone was not there. I made a complain at the jet airways counter at around 12:00 pm. The mobile phones was stolen during transit.

                                I have been a loyal patron to jet airways and what happened to me is not fair!. Following this, we have lodged a fir in dubai and new delhi. I am attaching both the firs

                                  Do not send the offline application forms. As it is evident that the company is just operating like a share market. You invest some money u get something. This concept is very bad and doesn't motivate house wives to do something they would be willing to. The clauses mentioned in the terms are all non-sense. You take our money and say that if something goes wrong even the deposit is lost. Are you nuts? This is worst than gambling. Have some shame. Don't encourage or give fake beliefs to anyone in future.

                                    Hello,

                                    This is to inform you that we had our worst experience with one of your customer service on jet airways travelling from dubai to mumbai on flight# 9w543.
                                    We had reached airport at 8:55pm and our flight departure was 10:15pm, the duty manager who was allotted on that schedule was very rude and when we approached the counter he told that counter has been closed.
                                    We had also booked our seats on the same flight 1day ago. But still he couldn't assist us and denied our request immediately.
                                    We were total of 3 passengers.
                                    We are frequent flyers of jet airways and jet privilege member. Due to the above incident we missed our flight and not only we missed it he even blocked our pnrs in the system, saying that we were rude to him. We then requested our friend in jet airways to re-book the seat but the pnrs in the system couldn't be edited to re-book it again.
                                    We would like you to take an investigation on this matter very strictly.
                                    As we have lost our tickets, missed our connecting flights and also lost our precious time also would like to know the further procedure.

                                      Please help me asap. I booked a domestic flight ticket from indore to bangaluru for 23/07/18 today (26/06/18). Amount got deducted from the bank account but i didn't get any ticket or email or anything. Please help me. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.                                         Dear management,

                                        Our company is regular customer of jet airways but due to layover time in delhi, i had to face huge problem so, i don't think in future i will suggest our company to book ticket from jet.

                                        My ticket was from dxb to del and del to ixb and delhi and layover time was only 1 hr 15 minutes and it was not enough for immigration clearance, collecting luggage, check in luggage and catch a flight.

                                        So, only my request is to look into this matter and fix this issue.

                                        I have made the payment for 9 July 2018 flight 9W669 guwahati to silchar. The amount has been deducted but ticket is not booked. I want my money back since ticket has not been booked. Please I want my money back or else book the ticket on that date.
