I had submitted the complaint on 13 may. It was closed without any resolution and my concern.

Please find the issue i mentioned earlier.
I m marking mails to jet airways but they are not even bother to reply.

Dear team

I traveled to delhi from tel aviv on 25, and had connecting flight from delhi to ahmedabad (Domestic segment)

International segment allows 23kg, however i had to pay to jet for extra baggage traveling domestic economy.

Compared to jet, vistara allows additional baggage for traveller's with international flight within 24hours additional baggage with no extra cost.

Its shame...

We have booked tickets with wheel chair. But, jet airways didn't provide wheel chair to my mother. My mother is having low blood pressure and was undergone to knee replacement.

If you are not capable to provide customers service then why are you providing false assurance and why you are paying with life of customers. Due to not providing wheel chair, my mother has to walked long distance after boarding...
