Dear sir/madam

It is very sad to write this mail regarding not issue my boarding pass by your airline (Jet Airways) dated 4 th june midnight.
I amrendra kumar PNR no- MGCHTR Flight No- 9W78 Delhi to hongkong 5th june 1:15 hrs.. i went to delhi airport to board to my above mention flight. when i came across the boarding counter for boarding pass and show all documents and ticket, visa to officer but they refused to give me boarding pass then they said to me go this counter go that counter meet some person meet that person i went here and there around 3 hour for my boarding pass but at last they refused for this.
i asked show many times to the officer for the reason why..?? but no one clear answered !!
this very sad to me for jet airways that they refused to boarding me and not gave me a valid excuse/reason.
i back to home with lots of pain and tension in my mind.

So i writing this mail to you . plz reply me on my mail id .

1. what was reason for not issued me boarding pass..???
2. is there any rule -regulation (airline refused for boarding pass) for this do mention the copy with a reply.

    My flight no 9w885 from jaipur to chandigarh at 9.20 am on dated[protected]. I reported at 8.24 am at airport. After this jet airways staff told me that im late, i told them im in time i reported 45 mins before but they were not ready to hear me, my pnr no. Zulopg. They missed my flight even i was in time my 2 known persons was there and they told to your staff that madam in time but they stubborn. They told me that u buy ticket from make my trip u should buy from jet airways... Wow... What a nice advertisement. I want my fare amount back in 7 days if not back i will send u a legal notice about this. My car entered in 8.19 am at airport and i got receipt time is mentioned in receipt. Kindly do the need full and teach your staff how to behave with passengers

      After this jet counter person told me that u r late flight is packed, i wonder i reported before 45 mins and my two known person was also there they told that im in time and i have my car stand time proof, jet staff told me that u purchased tickets from make my trip u should buy it from jet wow what a advertisement by your staff. I hate. Im sending u a legal notice why u not allowed me in flight even i was in time and my kids also with me, i have a urgent business deal in chandigarh i have lost my deal due to jet airways. Now refund my 100 percent fare.

        I had submitted the complaint on 13 may. It was closed without any resolution and my concern.

        Please find the issue i mentioned earlier.
        I m marking mails to jet airways but they are not even bother to reply.

        I had a flight on 13th may early morning with ticket no 589-[protected] and 589-[protected]. Departure time was at 5.55 am, i reached at 5.30 am.
        The person at the counter said flight has already departed. I requested the person over the counter to just consider my request to board me on flight as it was important. But instead of trying to help me he bluntly refused and asked to book another ticket from the counter. Sometimes we should see whether the person requesting is genuine or not.

        I rushed to the booking counter as it was very urgent. The staff sitting over there was not aware about the next flight and directed me to vistara counter to book flight as per them there was no other flight at that moment. She did not even check the schedule of flights.
        When i requested her to help me to board the same flight she too refused and asked to speak to the other person. I requested her to help me to talk to the concern person as they must be aware of internal staff.
        But it was in vein she did not even tried and refused.
        If ou check my records i never missed any flight, it was first time i was just reached 25 min before the departure.

        I didnt see even an attempt of effort made to help me.

        I was regretting for my flight booking through jet airways.

        It was y daughter's birthday and i wanted to reach early to utilize her day fully but because of jet airways staff i wasted 5 hours from her special day.

        I want an action against the staff.
        Very upsetting experience

          Dear sir,

          It is to bring to your notice the challenges that i faced while getting onto jet airways flight.

          I had booked flight tickets for mumbai from delhi with your flight no. 9w352 scheduled to depart at 1.30pm on 01/06/2018. We had reached airport at around 12.40 pm (Coming from nainital) and due to heavy rush at counter were able to reach at counter only at 12.50pm. The assistant at counter was wanting to help us by escorting us upto the air flight, however the senior officer denied for issuing boarding pass. I was travelling with my family total (5nos) including 74 years old mother and 5 yrs old kid. My mother request your official to help us reach the flight but in vain and wasted the time only in discussing.
          By much difficulty i was able to book a flight again jet airways 9w312 at the cost of rs. 68000/- scheduled to depart at 20.50pm, however it was able to start only at 21.50pm giving us the reason of re-fuelling of flight and reached only at 00.30am
          How can you help me. I have expended on two counts - one by wasting my time of nearly 12 hrs on delhi airport and monetarily
          Cannot explain the mental pressure we had been through for about 2 hours on whether we would be able to board the flight
          Further i was convinced at the counter that i would get a refund from irctc as they are cancelling our old tickets for (No show) and issuing us new pnr and we need to pay full amount first and not just the difference. However now i am struggling hard to cancel by old tickets (As i am not cancelling within 24 hrs prior to scheduled time), which ideally should have as the same wasnt cancelled by official at counter. Hence now i request for full refund of my old tickets from airlines.
          I do understand that i may not be a big customer of your (Travelling about only 3 times a year) but surely you have lost one.

            Dear team

            I traveled to delhi from tel aviv on 25, and had connecting flight from delhi to ahmedabad (Domestic segment)

            International segment allows 23kg, however i had to pay to jet for extra baggage traveling domestic economy.

            Compared to jet, vistara allows additional baggage for traveller's with international flight within 24hours additional baggage with no extra cost.

            Its shame for jet to loot loyal customers, who travel otherwise with them to charge extra baggage for connection.

            This definitely have an impact on my future choice of airline.

              I was traveling back from bangkok to mumbai and they were serving liquors every one but the amount of liquor was very would less then 30 ml but when we ask for more liquor the behavior of the air hostess very as if they are paying for air ticket and just respond saying no and even she said that you go ahead and complain to our head office at that point i though this lady would owner or having good stack in jet airways. Jet airways is just spoiling reputation by hiring this kind of staff. I suggest i would never travel in jet airways, as being indian that we would give business to our indian flights but it’s weonge pay money where you get service

                Dear concern;

                We have booked tickets with wheel chair. But, jet airways didn't provide wheel chair to my mother. My mother is having low blood pressure and was undergone to knee replacement.

                If you are not capable to provide customers service then why are you providing false assurance and why you are paying with life of customers. Due to not providing wheel chair, my mother has to walked long distance after boarding to get the flights. She got serious knee injuries with lots of pain.

                With great disappointment and anger i would like to say that is this the joy of flying? Company's slogan...

                Please provide appropriate corrective action in writing to bear with your airways for future booking.

                Request you to please do not play with life of customers. My mother is suffering a lot and i do not want that someone else's mother may have face such kind of situation.

                  Hi,

                  I have booked a flight from bhopal to kolkata. Received below connecting flight
                  Bhopal to nagpur
                  Nagpur to kolkata

                  When i went for check in it was informed to me that bhopal to nagpur flight was discontinued and there was no information or alternate option provided to me by jet airways.

                  This made discomfort and i need whole amount refund for the booking made.

                    With great disappointment and anger i have to inform that jet airways is tak8ng their customers complaints so lightly which is not at all accepted. Yesterday my parents flew from bagdogra to silchar (Assam) where tjey had to change the flight in guwahati and their boarding pass and luggage were tagged upto silchar but when they got off at silchar 1 baggage did not come when asked to the jet staff he said they could not connect so will get the back tomorrow. And to let u know that my father is a diabetic and all the medicines were in that baggage. Je even requested the staff if they could do some arrangemnet but the staff directly said we canot do anything and u have to wait till the next day. I dont understand how can the aorlines staff not tale responisbilty for theor mishap.

                    Most important thing he is travelling to a completely new place for the first time and has no idea about the place and those medicines are not available in such a small place. He has to be on med on very 2 hours, since he is a diabetic and a high pressure patient god forbid anything happens who will b responsible. I was really shocked to hear that such an incident woth a senior citizens flying with jet was taken so lightly. I kindly request the jet airways company to consider the emergency of my father's situation and to help and at least provide some kind of interim compensation so that he does not feel stranded in a completely new place.

                        We traveled to paris from chennai on 30 april 2018 on jet airways 9w 0128 for our honeymoon. We had an unpleasant experience during the journey leading to deterioration of our health.

                        We were allocated seat numbers 22h & 22k in the plane. Unfortunately, the reclining seats were not functioning properly. We made several requests (Over 5 times in a period of 2 hours) to the cabin crew from the beginning of the journey to fix the above-mentioned issue as early as possible. The requests were ignored and we were made to sit in the same seat for about 8 hours (Almost 80 % of our travel time) of our journey and it lead to neck spasm and swollen legs. When it was almost end of the journey it became unbearable due to pain and we made an escalation to the senior crew member to get the recliners fixed. Finally, the issue was addressed, and the recliners were partially resolved by the senior crew member (The senior flight attender took hardly 10 minutes to fix the issue). He also rendered an apology for not addressing the issue at the start of the journey and took a note of our boarding pass to inform to the jet higher authorities for introspection. We made an official complaint to the crew.

                        But, by the end of the journey, we fell sick (Swollen legs and severe neck spasm) due to seat recliner issue. It was indeed a bad start to our honeymoon. Due to this we had a bad health for rest of the days and we had to prepone our return journey one day earlier with jet airways (Earlier flights 9w 123 (08th may) exchanged tickets to 9w 127 (07th may) which cost an extra charge of rs.16 k. Altogether it was a bad experience. We request you to financially compensate for this journey. I have attached the jet airways tickets for your reference and the boarding pass

                          I am sidharth nair i applied a job in shine.com then i got a call from a lady named aaradiya she said we have opening for jet airways as a safety officer would u like to join i sent resume and their fees 2500. And they gave me online examination which i was passed then next day for i'd proof verification they asked 5800 which they said it will be refunded to me when i join jet airways the first day. I paid that then there was a interview with a person called lucky who said he's a hr at jet airways. He said i am passed. Then next day again this lady called aaradiya called she said our senior manager wants to speak to u. I said ok. Then the manager said congrats you will get your appointment letter today before 5 and gate pass. For that realise you have to pay 12500rs then you will get it or else you won't get any refund. So i refused and said send me a proof from jet airways then i will pay you 12500. They said no we will cancel your document.

First time, the payment showed unsuccessful in jet airways site and hence i booked the second time, which went through. However, on checking with hdfc bank, it has been reported that both the payments have been made to jet airways and have requested me to take up with jet airways. I am giving the details of the transaction with the authorisation detail and request you to kindly touch base with me at[protected] to refund the money immediately.

                              I took a goa to mumbai flight on the 26 th of may 2018 which leaves from goa at 2 pm and reaches mum at 3.30 pm flight num 0927 but to my shock and disbelief the ac in the flight was not working and we all passengers includint myself were swearing and for more than a hour and whts the serivce its disgusting one side jet airways says 25 years of service and this is what we get i want all my money back as its a major failure by the airline as i have already marked a complaint to the media and govt in this regards pls help me in this matter now

                                  My daughter, aged 12 years, was scheduled to travel from pune to delhi at 8.25 pm flight (Pnr - evrlle). Her flight was cancelled by airlines and no intimation was given by airways. We were given an option of either taking refund or taking next available flight from pune to delhi. We requested for booking next available from pune to delhi, but the jet airways staff informed us that no flight was available for next 24 hours. However, we checked online and highlighted to the jet staff that flight 9w 364 was available at 5.20 am on jet airways app. But, the jet staff misinformed by saying that no seats were available in that flight. We strongly protested to the jet staff at the airport, but they refused to book. Finally, we were forced to book it ourselves. Subsequent to the booking, we requested jet airways staff to refund amount spent for booking new ticket of flight (Pnr - xdvqgr, 9w 364), but they refused to book.

                                  We also had to book a hotel for night stay for 13th may which costed us about rs 5000.

                                  Jet airways should compensate by refunding the amount we spent on the alternate ticket for 14th may as well as the amount spent for hotel booking.

                                  Really disappointing and frustrating as my 12 years old daughter was harassed at night time due to unprofessional behavior of jet staff.

                                  I called up many times at customer care services on 13-14th may and wrote a mail on 13th may. I have been sending reminders since then, however, no one has bothered to reply or call to solve the issue.

                                  Hope, someone from jet airways will bother to address this issue.

                                    My name is vivek bali and my booking is from kochi to mumbai on 7th of june. We are 3 passengers are traveling.

                                    But as u know there is nipah virus spread very badly many people are dieing. I was going there for vacation but after hereing the news which have recently come from kerala.

                                    That’s why i have change my destination from delhi to mumbai on the same date.

                                    So please make the changes of the destination. As soon as possible.

                                    So accordingly i have to do the other booking.

                                    And one more thing i want to share with you i cal customer care one guy spoke to me very rudely i am feeling bad because i always travel by jet airways and i always had good experience that’s why i m very upset with this behaviour of the staff.

                                    I request u again to please change my destination because i m travelling with the child and family. So please do the need full as soon as possible.

                                    I have mailed a lot of time but i didn’t receive any rpl form any one.

                                    No one is responding the call also.

                                        Goodmorning!

                                        I am compelled to escalate it tour kind office since the response turn around time of jet airways team is not so impressive.

                                        My refund is pending since last april and in spite of writing to jet privilege team at [protected]@jetprivilege.com (And that includes jet privilege md - mr manish dureja and team), the matter still remains unresolved.

                                        An amount of 1255 against pnr no - mgah2m is pending since april.

                                        Request an acknowledgement and speedy resolution.
