Of india, as we book a flight varanasi to khajurao with jet airways so now today suddenly we got a mail today 3:00 pm 11 apr 18 from jet airways that our flight schedule changed from 15th april to 14th apr 18 and flight no. 9w 2423 to 9w 375 so how we can change our group movement schedule instantly before 4 dayswe made our schedule according to flight timings
Please take a big action against jet airways becuase we bare a big losses

    Booked tickets for my brother from mumbai to new york through delta. Got confirmation/ticket numbers 2 months in advance from delta. But jet airways, couldn't board him as their system got screwed up and they couldn't verify tickets in their system. Staff were rude and have no intention to help. He had to re-book again and take flight next day. They didn't even care to provide hotel stay. It's not over yet, next day when he is ready to check in, they took baggage and they didn't issue boarding passes as there as some issue with seating. They made him wait 1 hour again to get the boarding passes. Its horrible experience, period. I dont even know how they are still in business.

    Please stay away from this airlines unless you want to be treated like beggar!!

      I have book my flight from Hyderabad to berlin, and I had a jet airways flight from Hyderabad to Mumbai which is at 9.15 pm on 10th of April, and the flight got delayed and I got a new ticket at 11.00pm, if I would I took this flight I would have missed my international flight, and called them and asked to change my flight, so they gave same flight at 11 pm and changed my international flight and they said they don't have any there options, this lead me to miss my job on the next day and loss of my salary.
      I demand an explanation and compensation for this from the airways.

        I travelled from bangalore to patna on 9w141 flight on 8th apr-2018. One of my bag was held at bangalore airport since it had a shaving trimmer in the checked-in luggage. Despite providing authorization letter, i have not got any update from the airlines as of now. Please advise if carrying shaving trimmer - philips is not allowed in checked-in baggage. Also, they promised to take the necessary action within one day, but the same has not yet been actioned.

            Booked flight 23.01.2018 from ccu to dliby 9w946 dated 01.06.2018 dep 13:25 hrs. & dli to ixc by 9w645 dep 16-30 hrs. After few days jet informed ccu dep 13-25 hrs & del dep 12-40 hrs. So modified to ccu to mum 11-05 hrs. & mum to ixc 15-10 hr. Then again changed unilaterally ccu to mum dep 8-30 hrs and then 8-15 hrs. And del to ixc dep to 12-15 hrs. It is not possible for me and my wife to catch the flight ccu to mum at 8-15 hrs instead of 11-05 hrs. Please cancel our tickets and give full refund for both o[censored]s. I am a senior citizen and very urgent preoccupation in the morning.

              The sercives are pathetic. I was having a connecting flight from delhi to edinburgh via banglore to paris then edinburgh. This is not the way to treat the passenger. The flight got delayed from there for 1hr 10 mins and when i reached at the counter they said boarding closed. They reschedule everything but the ground staff arranged the flight from amsterdam to paris then paris to edinburgh. These people dont know the connectivity cant be for two domestic places of europe. Why these people dnt understand the urge of the time.
              The flight could be boarded if they allowed to enter the passenger on special arrangements. Pathetic services. Highly dissapointed.

                      I received a call today at 12. Pm that their is a job in jet airways and they asked my qualifications i told her mba in hr she told that i'm getting a job for hr admin with 35000 payroll i have to pay 4000 rs i told her that i'm not interested for paid service she told me to remove my resume from job portal so, i told her y should i remove it she started to talk in a vulgour languages using bad word with me and telling me that's she will come to my home to beat me this is not a good way, due to which it company brand name are using by fake people it will create a bad image to ur company' so please take as soon as actions on those people i don't know her name but her no is [protected]

                        I'm a frustrated customer of the jet airways. I came to india, bengalurur for holiday from london - amsterdam - bengaluru (9w235 - 29th march 2018). One of the suitcase was not delivered to us and was assured, it would be delivered in a day. Its been three days and i no one is picking up the airport mobile support number. The number is in use but thy disconnect my call.
                        My holidays are ruined as i cannot move without the items in the suitcase. This is the worst ever service i received from any airlines.

                        The [protected]@jetairways.com bombs when you email them your query. My luggage is stuck in bangalore airport and no-one is able to send us to my hotel.

                        Since i had booked the connecting flight through klm, i will escalate the matter to the european operator as i'm left with no other option.

                          Another shameful incident at delhi airport!!!
                          I mohan lal dhall travelled yesterday i. E 30th march from mumbai to delhi on flight no. 9w 355 seat no.33b where i had to wait for an hour on belt no.5 despite of waiting to my horror my bad was badly damaged and was broken miserably. When i tried to contact the airport authorities for help i did not receive no help/corporation nor any one came forward to help. How will i take my belonging in this broken bag (Have attached the bag pictures) after running here and there finally mr. Singh (A sardarji) came forward and wrapped my bad in a plastic cover. Nightmare didnt finish there wen i reached hotel i searched my bag and found my personal stiff like perfume, shaving kit, toiletries and stuff was missing.
                          I have been travelling to delhi for almost 25years and this is what i have experienced. I dont think delhi is safe in city now in airport.
                          I want airport authorities to provide me bag as i will not buy another bag!!!

                            Online redemption of edge reward points to covert my 1090 points into 218 jp miles is not possible due to the reason that it is online for name sake only, it is to be done through call center & call center people of both jet airways & axis bank are not at all lifting the call & even if lift hours together waste international call from qatar & finally disconnect after 90 minutes, i lost heavy money plus disappointment also. Axis bank is not helping at all. Shortly my edge points will expire

                            kindly please solve the issue of online eDGE Reward points redemption into JP miles please.
                            Call center people never help, waste time & our money only, from Qatar i lost heavy money 3 times to call the call center for redeem the eDGE reward points redeem to JP miles & after 90 minutes of continuous holding the line call center people simply cut the phone call from their side without any reply, it happened total 3 times.

                              Firstly they asked me to pay 2000, 6100, 13500, 23500, 30000, 5000 till now i have paid rupees 80100 for air tickecting job in jet airways. They have gibem me 4th june 2018 as joining period and have told to wait for 15 days for account opening and and refundable amount of rupees 18100 and rest will be refunded during training period in seven days.                                 I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have travelled by jet airways (Flight no - 9w-815) from delhi to bangalore today morning @ 09.55 am. Jet assistant have missed my bag at delhi airport, therefore i have been filled property irregularity report/ missing report. I informed to jet operator that i have onwards flight from bangalore to malaysia by malindo airline today night @ 11.15 pm. Assistant assured me that they will arrange the bag and deliver me, however the whole day i have not received single phone call for any update. Once i have reached airport in evening for onwards flight for malaysia. I met to jet operator deputy manager mrs. Geeta about my bag. She checked from respective claim department mr. Dilip. Mr. Dilip have informed that he has not received the bag. Then mrs. Geeta has given the dilip mobile no. To get in touch with him. Thereafter i have called to mr. Dilip but dilip has not given positive response.

                                Later i met to jet operator mrs. Poouni (Guest executive) and explained that i have an important items which i have to delivery in malaysia tomorrow, however i have not received my bags yet. She also called to same person mr. Dilip but he have given positive response, thereafter i had harsh argument and asked to give in written regarding items reimbursed claim. Then she told that two flight had recently arrived, so we would check and confirm you. After a 5 min she called me and gave the bag.

                                I am very disappointed by jet airways which they have treated like that. Kindly take up this matter with jet airways higher management to avoid such things in future. (Flight ticket and property irregularity report/ missing report attached here)

                                  Your role designation wills be ground staff. 1. Training period:

                                  The training program would consist of classroom training and on-the - job training. The duration of the classroom training would be purely based on business requirements. Your confirmation will be based on your positive contribution to the company’s objectives.                                   3. Increments and promotions:

                                  Your growth in the company and increase in salary will solely depend on your performance and contribution to the company.

                                  Post completion of your training, your monthly total gross salary will be rs 32, 750. This salary will be effective from the 1st day of the month succeeding completion of training and allocation to the unit.

                                  4. Notice period:

                                  During the probation period, if your performance is found to be unsatisfactory or if it does not meet the prescribed criteria, your training / employment can be terminated by the company with one month notice or salary thereof. On confirmation as a regular employee, you will be required to give three months notice or salary thereof in case you decide to leave our services.in the event of you having any incomplete

                                  Assignment, the company will have the discretion to relieve you only at the end of the three months notice period. Similarly, the company can terminate your services by giving you three months notice or salary thereof. The company may terminate your services immediately on disciplinary grounds.

                                    Recently I travelled to Coimbatore from Chennai international airport. As soon as I enter in to the flight they started giving safety instruction in two languages which is English & Hindi. I can’t understand both the languages because I’m from Tamilnadu & my mother tongue is Tamil. I hope the airlines doesn’t have any mandatory rules saying that only educated people can fly. When any accident or an emergency happed, I do not know what to do. hence the safety of the journey is ...?

                                    I can’t understand the policy of the jet airways they are operating the flight for local Tamil peoples hence the instruction as to be given in their own language rather than giving importance to other language.
                                    Hindi is not the national language for India it’s one of the official language that it.
                                    Hope you understand the issue. Pls take necessary action to rectify the issue.

                                        I was travelling from dubai international airport to dehradun via jet airways, flight number 9w547 (Dubai to delhi) and 9w633 (Delhi to dehradun) and my money was in the checkin baggage, in my wallet. The amount was approx 5500 and whole of it was empty except for my driving licence and aadhar card. This is so bad on your part, just look into the matter asap, i want the refund positively otherwise i will report to higher authorities. What kind of workers you have? This is unacceptable and because of you people india is still backward. I will take this matter further if no claim is given to me.
