    I am a platinum member and yet my bag was left behind in delhi. Firstly, i was not informed before take off that my bag was not in the flight. Secondly, after landing, i waited for my bag for good half n hour, only to realize my bag was missing. I was informed about my bag being left behind in delhi, only after i proceeded to the missing baggage counter and upon inquiring with the jet airways staff. Somehow, no one had the basic courtesy to inform me of this random decision by the airlines, either before take off or after landing! The staff in bangalore were not of any help either. His response - "this was airlines' decision and it happens and we will have to deal with it". First - he responds that my bag was left behind as i was late; when i said "no i was not late", he continued to ask if i had any power bank! Clearly, he was not even aware of bags being held up - which is quite scary! Not only was he unaware of the situation, but was also unable to answer with clarity. On a personal note - i had some extremely important document in my bag and confidential data, including my laptop charger which i require for my important meeting at 9 am the following day. Now, i am having to cut a sorry figure in my company due to the airlines' random decision that "my bag was not so important". My job is at jeaopardy - thanks to jet airways! Apparently my bag is going to arrive only at 9:30 am in bangalore, which means i am definitely missing out on my meeting! Is this how a platinum member treated?? Most importantly, is this the courtesy extended to a solo woman traveler at 00:00 hrs??
    To give a quick reference for customer service: i faced a similar situation nearly 8 months ago with vistara - but the staff were extremely courteous in letting me know of the status of my baggage before take off and helping me take out the items i needed immediately. Please note : i was not even a part of their loyalty membership program!!

      ​​we were travelling on the sector delhi-bangalore on 15 march'18 to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary.​ but since my father collapsed and got admitted in icu we had to cancel our trip. We had shared the necessary medical documents but the airline is denying the refund.

      This is with reference to our travel from jet airways as per below details:

      ​​we were travelling on the sector delhi-bangalore on 15 march'18 to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary.​

      However, today morning at 12.30 am our father collapsed in the bathroom and had to be taken to the hospital in emergency. He was admitted in the icu for thorough investigations. He was vomiting and there was acute weakness in the lower limbs with a slight mouth deviation.

      The doctor advised us to get an ecg, ct scan and other tests done, post which it was strictly advised that he should not travel ​un​til further examinations were completed.

      Due to this, we had to cancel our trip. We would request that in light of the above mentioned facts, the airlines do not charge us any charges and refund the amount as this was an unavoidable situation because of medical reasons.

        Why this airline is considered as one of the main airlines in india. It's service is worst than local bus service. The airline is famous in delaying passager bags. Looks like they are not align with partner airlines, in terms of number of bags allowed to carry. Rather giving compensation for delayed bags at the airport itself, company quietly delivers bags to customers. If someone complaints, they bid from low $10 and eventually go upto $50 at most. So cheap!!! Shame on management, allowing such practices. Jet airways needs to learn a lot from international airlines. At least respect customer and stop cheap negotiations.

            I am writing to you with great concern about my latest experience with your airline. My son who is only twelve years old travelling by jet airways 9w-946, pnr-afujsy, was greatly troubled by one of your employees' named mr. Pankaj at the airport while checking in. He demanded ₹ 4100 just to escort the child around the airport and had the intentions to trouble him just because was travelling alone. I had booked your flight and no other as we had expected some cooperation and from your side and had no expectation of any trouble. I was really disappointed by your service and shall not travel by your airline again due to the inconvenience caused.

              My flight has been re-scheduled from mumbai on the friday 30th march 2018 to bhuj from 15.25 to 14.15. Which is 1 hour and 10mins difference.

              Jet cannot change my flight as i requested to catch the flight on the 29th march 2018 at the same time instead.

              Whereas they have allowed other passengers to change due to this and also there t & c's state:

              "[v] waiver in case of refund / reissues / rerouting for rescheduled or cancelled flights
              I. Domestic india flights:
              Penalties will be waived if delay is more than two hours
              Penalties will be waived if delay (Even less than two hours) is causing broken connection and the alternate provided does not serve the purpose of the trip. (The connection must be on the same pnr or proof of such connection must be made available.)
              If the delay is less than two hours, reissue / refund rules will apply as per the fare.
              Penalties will be waived if preponement is more than 30 minutes.
              Penalties will be waived if preponement (Even less than 30 minutes) is causing broken connection and the alternate provided does not serve the purpose of the trip. (The connection must be on the same pnr or proof of such connection must be made available.)
              If preponement is less than 30 minutes, reissue/refund rules will apply as per the fare.
              Note: waiver will not be apply in below cases -
              When there is re-accommodation across the partition (I. E. 9w to s2 or v. V.) and delay is less than one hour
              Ii. International flights:
              Penalties will be waived if delay is more than two hours
              Penalties will be waived if delay (Even less than two hours) is causing broken connection and the alternate provided does not serve the purpose of the trip. (The connection must be on the same pnr or proof of such connection must be made available)

                My name is dushyant, i traveled from bhopal to doha through jet airways on 9th and reached doha on 10th morning, since them i am chasing for for getting my luggage but no proper response from there side. I mailed them around 4 mails but none of them was responded by them. I have even tried to call to there customer care team as well but thew were also failed to provide me any information.
                Request you to please look into this matter as i am in doha with only 2 pairs of cloths and all my cloths are lost because of the mishandling of my luggage by the airlines and no support is provided by them.

                  I must say that jet airways has been transformed from a trusted airline to one of the worst airlines in india.

                  I had a booking from mangalore to bangalore (Flight 9w 2404 on 25th feb, 2018) after which i had a connecting flight from bangalore to singapore on the same day but in a different airline. On the day of travel, the flight was mysteriously cancelled 2-3 hours before the flight.

                  On contacting the customer service, they did not agree to put me on a different flight on the same day even though it was available and instead postponed my travel to the next day without any prior information or consent. Since i had a connecting flight from bangalore, i had to book a different flight myself which cost me 4 times the usual amount since it was a last minute booking.

                  On checking with other people, it seems to be quite normal these days for jet airways to cancel flights on very short notice due to technical reasons. Lesser number of passengers in a particular flight seems to be categorized as a technical reason now a days perhaps. To avoid any meager losses, the flights are just cancelled and the passengers are forced to bear the losses.

                  I for one am never booking a jet flight again.

                    Baggage was offloaded from si galore delhi flight without prior intimation causing lot of harassment to people coming on the late night flight on 17th march 2018. The baggage has not been delivered even on 18th of march and i have it received any information even inspire of calling them number of times no one has any information on the status of the bag.

                      Me and my husband was traveling from singapore to new delhi on 12th march, flight number - 9w-17
                      When we reached delhi, we got to know our luggage is still in singapore as due to technical issue piolet has to keep surplus fuel and 80 bags were not loaded in flight. Firstly jet airways behaved unprofessional by keeping our luggage with any intimation and huge inconvenience. After so much of delay our bag reached to us on 17th march, though they promised us to deliver within 24 hrs but airline delivered the bag in 5 days. When we checked the bag, gold and diamond jewellery worth 1 lakh was missing and cash (Inr) 5000/- was missing. This is totally ridiculous and criminal offense. We need immediate support and enquiry on this.

                        I was travelling on jet airways 9w523 from riyadh to kolkata via mumbai. I had two infants, tried to book first row seat online (Service not available). Requested the customer service agent for business class upgrade (Not available), front row seat (Sold out). Boarded the flight, while conversing with a passenger realized that connecting flights to kolkata has changed. I dont think its fair to change the flight without notifying the passenger and that too if the flight change adds 7 hours to layover period. I was expecting 2 hours layover in mumbai and ended up staying for over 9 hours. No assistance was offered in mumbai. On top of this the staff treated me like it was free service.

                          I have booked 3 flight tickets for a journey on 02/07/18 for the journey from delhi to srinagar which was scheduled at 13:50. The ticket no. S are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] and[protected]/1/1 respectively. The pnr no. S of these tickets are kffabb, vkcwob (These two were booked from jet aiways mobile app) and rlrbna (Booked from easemytrip.com) respectively.
                          So the thing is that i have got a sms from jet airways mentioning that the flights has been cancelled due to operational problems. Due to this my whole trip got ruined. Also from the refund of the price of the flight tickets, rs.249 from each ticket has been deducted as convenience fee... Hence i want the convenience fee to be refunded as well as a sum of amount of money as compensation money..

                            They conduct the interview through telephonic interview. That madam told me there 3 rounds will be there.1st round is online test is this link (http://www.indiabix.com/online-test/aptitude-test/random)
                            2 nd round is telephonic interview and 3rd round is hr round face to face in airport in mumbai. So then she told pay 2000/- in registration fees and then once again she told the pay this amt is 5500/- for document verification in 1st round and all 2 round they was told the amt is 15500/- for hdfc bank account and 18500/-for health insurance and last proceed they are once again told the gate pass regarding amt is 3500/- all amt i will pay in bright career by patym ([protected], [protected], [protected]) total amt is 45000/- pay for bright career, they was send the all soft copy offer letter, training letter and gate pass, and emp id. All amt is refundable she was told.
                            After joing i got offer letter &informed joing date as 20 march 2018 and training letter is 01 march 2018. I waited for joing but not received hard copy so i contact to bright career nisha and transfer this call mumbai corporate ofc for hr samar shrivastava he told joing date is postponed to 20 march 2018 and samar shrivastava sir was told as ur job is 100% comferm.
                            So i am waited for guidelines for recruitment team bright career but they was not respons my call, mail and massage i am many time contact to this requirement team but they was not respons to me because this job is fake offer for me.
                            I got received offer letter, training letter and postponed letter from this mail hr name as samar shrivastava and soumiya venkateswaran.

                              Hello,

                              This is regarding pnr no - isdgze, from del - mumbai on 15th march, 2018.
                              I reached check-in counter exact 2:25 pm ist exact 45 mins before the departure. Staff at the counter refused to do check-in, she was ready to help as i was on marginal time, but suddenly one supervisor came and she was so rude that she told her not to do. I begged, i requested, as it was very urgent for me to reach mumbai, that time due to high emergency issues. I went to another supervisor counter, there also she came and asked other staff not to do check-in.
                              Important point to highlight-
                              I was trying web check-in when i was on my way to airport, and due to network disruption, it said that process could not completed. And my internet connectivity was not good as well. I was unsure whether web check-in completed or not. When i reached counter, when that supervisor refused to do, i said please check if my check-in already done or not, if i have boarding pass already (My internet was too slow). She did something on the computer and said, its not done and you don't have boarding pass, you can leave, you can book next flight, she wasn't listening to me. I ran one counter to another, they were not even checking whether i had boarding pass. I had no luggage to check-in as well, just hang baggage.

                              When i reached home, i checked, i received boarding pass on my email already, but she checked on computer and said your checkin is not done. I did not understand what she checked on computer.

                              This was my worst ever experience on jet airways, with the staff like that. If she can't even, she should not have given wrong information.
                              I had to book my next flight with more than double rates, plus the emergency i had
                              You can't imagine how much difficulty i had to face with the staff
                              You need to take some action. Also, get my amount refunded.
                              I will attach screen shot of my boarding pass. Also it could be checked at airport that i reached on time, though little late but exactly 45 mins before departure.

                                Iside of my luggage was my all marriage item.
                                i received my baggage on 5th February 2018 in afternoon.

                                But my one new luggage was totally broke.

                                  I booked ticket on[protected] for the journey date[protected] but I was not given complete invoice with separation of taxes such as GST or whatever taxes. Being the employee of SBI I am not being get reimbursed from my employer and it is going to be last month of current financial year 2017-18. if I am not given the complete invoice, I cannot claim. details of pnr or other ref. no is being below.

                                    My self, partha banerjee, (Frequent flyer no. 9w[protected], had booked jet airways ticket of delhi - srinagar sector for myself and my family (Total 5 members) having pnr no. Epfeaj (Attached) for flying on 23rd march, 2018. Similarly we had return flights on 1st april, 2018 (Pnr no. S vcbmin & vfjdro, attached).

                                    Unfortunately, yesterday (14.03.2018), suddenly i had received an sms that these flights are cancelled due to operational reasons and advised for calling jet airways for getting refund. During telephonic discussion i had explained that as i have subsequent travel plan, let me get other options of other flights (Either of partner airlines or of different dates, one / two days here & there). But i was told that both are not possible and refund of entire amount is the only option and initiated the same.

                                    As i told during telephonic conversation, i had all other travel plan at kashmir, i had to book in other airlines (Indigo pnr no q7blub, attached) for which i had to spend another rs.48510/=. May i request you to help me to get this amount refunded at the bank details given below:

                                    No response from Jet Airways received.
                                    Here I like to mention that I had purchased these tickets in the month of June, 2017. Jet Airways had utilised this money for so many months and now (March, 2018) just before few days to travel, they have cancelled the flight. Please advise me whether I can go to file a case.
                                    Jet airways had responded that I have not taken their alternates but that was totally wrong picture. No alternates were offered, that's the right thing happened. Only one option was given to me and that was cancellation. That's why I am eligible legally to get the money reimbursed against the I spend for booking fresh in other airlines and the interest amount that you enjoyed for last 9 months on my money as these tickets are purchased in June, 2017 and you have cancelled it in March, 2018.

                                    Had Jet airways started this business of making money by selling tickets in advance of 9 months and enjoying the interest and later cancelling the bookings?

                                      DELAYED TAKE OFF BY JET AIRWAYS FLIGHT LEADING TO MY MISSING ONWARD CONNECTING FLIGHT, MY GETTING STRANDED, MY MISSING THE PICK-UP BUS FROM THE AIRPORT TO MY SCHOOL CAUSING ME UNTOLD HARDSHIP, AGONY, TENSION;
                                      AND
                                      PLIGHT OF MY PARENTS, BY THE CONFUSION CREATED BY JET AIRWAYS, THE HARDSHIPS UNDERGONE BY THEM AND THEIR SUFFERING AND DIFFICULTIES;

                                      MY BACKGROUND:
                                      1. I am a student of Babson College in Boston, USA studying Entrepreneurship in the first year. I completed my primary schooling in India and thereafter left India and joined the above mentioned College for my further studies. I am 18 years old and just joined the said College sometime in August 2017. The College is situated about 27 kilometres from the Boston Logan International Airport. The said College had made special arrangement for picking up the students from the Airport on the 21st January, 2017 to transport them to College. The last bus from the Airport was to leave at 4 p.m. These services of Airport pickup are limited and are pre-planned and are available for groups of students arriving at specified timings.
                                      MY VISIT TO INDIA IN DECEMBER 2017 TO MEET MY PARENTS:
                                      2. I was booked on a flight from Boston to London and London to Mumbai under PNR No: HOIHWR, the first leg of the journey, Boston to London and from London to Mumbai I completed on 17th December, 2017, arriving in Mumbai on 18th December, 2017. The return journey I was booked on 21st January, 2018 on Flight No 7576 from Mumbai to Paris and connecting flight via Delta Airlines from Paris To Boston, arriving at Boston on 21st January, 2018. I was scheduled to arrive at 12.37 P.M and accordingly I was to take the shuttle bus of my College from the Airport to the College at 2.30 P.M on 21st January, 2018. The last bus from the Airport was to leave at 4 p.m.
                                      MY TRAVAILS AND HARSHIPS- RETURN FLIGHT TO BOSTON
                                      3. For my Return journey, for unexplained, mysterious and baffling reasons, the flight from Mumbai to Paris was delayed. I was shocked at this. All the while, as I boarded the flight and thereafter, I was fine, but as the departure time neared, there were no signs of take off. Time kept on running. I, as a young student, aware of my connecting flight and later connecting bus to the school was getting anxious and frustrated. No information or cause was being given. The delay was getting on my nerves. All the while, I was in touch with my parents on phone, who were fuming and fretting. They were already hyper under heavy tension and under tremendous stress.
                                      4. Eventually, the flight departed late and reached Paris Airport one hour late. By the time my flight landed in Paris, and I was waiting to clear the security check, my connecting flight to Boston had already left, without me.
                                      5. Later, I had to go from pillar to post at Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport, where I had to wait for almost 5 hours before I was put on an Air France flight to Atlanta. I was thirsty, I was hungry, I was anxious. Back home, my parents were awake for the whole night and kept fretting and under tension, even on the next date. There was no one to take care of me at the Charles De Gaulle Paris Airport. I was all alone, dejected and under great mental stress, strain and anxiety. A copy of my boarding pass of Jet Airways is attached herewith and marked as Annexure “A”.
                                      CYCLICAL EFFECT:
                                      6. Finally, I reached Boston on 22nd January at 1 AM by which time my College pick-up bus had long left. There was no Jet Airways representative or any other representative at the Airport, to whom I could turn to for help. I felt so helpless, and feeble. I made frantic calls to my College but could not get through as it was 1 AM. I did not know what to do and virtually collapsed out of tension at the Boston Logan International Airport.
                                      7. Thereafter, I tried to gather my composure and poise and hailed a Cab to my College. During the entire route, I was afraid of my safety, travelling alone for more than 27 kms. I spent a substantial amount for the cab apart from the suffering I underwent. I was late in School by almost one day.

                                      GROSS NEGLIGENCE- UNDUE HARSHIPS, MENTAL AGONY AND HEARTBURN TO ME
                                      8. The above sordid saga is solely on account of the negligence of Jet Airways. As a reputed Airline, Jet Airways is well aware that the passengers travelling have connecting flights. The code sharing partners are also aware that there are passengers who have to alight and then board their connecting flights to their final destination. Jet Airways should have ensured that my connecting flight did not leave without me. They very well had information that the flight from Bombay was delayed. Firstly, the delay was inexplicable. Secondly, the fact that the connecting flight left without me and Jet Airways did not do anything about it is complete proof about the negligence. Not only this, there was no one at the airport to help and assist me. Also when I landed in Boston there were no representatives available to help me as my bus to the school had already left on account of the delay. All this has caused me tremendous mental stress, agony, hardships and heartburn. I have suffered a lot during this time.

                                      THE PLIGHT OF MY PARENTS:
                                      9. As the events unfolded, my parents in India were jittery and stressed. They were continuously on phone with me and stayed awake for almost 2 nights without sleep. They have also undergone a lot of hardships, pain and agony on account of this gross negligence on the part of Jet Airways.
                                      JET AIRWAYS – SUPPOSEDLY THE BEST AIRLINES
                                      I have always considered Jet Airways to be the best airlines of India holding good ranking also in the world and had been proud of it until this sordid episode related by me above. Me and my family have always preferred Jet Airways to other airlines to travel to various parts of the world. The above sordid saga has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I have started wondering whether Jet Airways is in fact the best airlines or not.
                                      TRAVEL AND DELAY OF JET AIRWAYS FLIGHT-BOARDING PASS OF JET AIRWAYS .THEREFORE JET AIRWAYS IS RESPONSIBLE.

                                      SUMMARY AND CLAIM FOR LOSS:
                                      10. What is related above is a clear pointer to the gross negligence, carelessness and abandonment on the part of Jet Airways. At each stage stated above of my return journey, Jet Airways has been responsible for the delay, loss and tension caused to me. In the circumstances, I claim an amount of Rs. 5, 00, 000.00 (Rupees Five Lakhs) from Jet Airways for the loss caused to me, for the mental stress, hardships and heartburn caused to me and my family.

                                      CONSIDER THE PLIGHT OF A SMALL BOY IN UNKNOWN LAND:
                                      11. All my life, I have studied in India and studying in a foreign country is new to me. What happened to me would have happened to any of your near and dear ones. I am writing this letter to each of the Directors and especially to the Managing Director of Jet Airways, so that it is an eye-opener for you all and so that this does not happen to your children or your near and dear ones. I request you to take this my letter in the right spirit and compensate me for what I have undergone.

My parents are in Mumbai, whose contact details I have set out above. You can co-ordinate with them and hand them over the requisite amounts claimed by me by this letter.

                                        Dear team,
                                        I am pawan singh last nigt i fly from kuwait to delhi via mumbai.
                                        My flight details are jet airways 9w-573 kuwait to mumbai in this flight all the crew member are behaving very bad with customer in during fly i asked for warm water to crew but they gave me cold water then again i asked another to another crew member to warm water they gave me very hot water same as i see with other customer his asked after his meal for coffee but they said u have to wait for your coffee but in full journey we did not get coffee from crew side

                                        As per my schedule jet 9w-573 suppose to come 6:40 in mumbai airport but its arrive at 6:50 and after that i meet one of your supervisor her name is anjali and i brief her about my trip i need to catch my 8:25 flight for delhi i ask her to help me but she said u need to hurry i cant do anything.
                                        After all i got my bags around of 7:50 when i went domestic airport again i meet her anjali and she told me sir ur flight is already gone i[censored] want to go delhi u need to buy new ticket u need to pay 2100 now and that time is 8:05 or 8:10am and i said very politely how come this flight gone then she replied me no i cant do anything u need to pay or when i ask i want to talk to your manager then she said to i am only the manager or i m the one is in charge or duty manager when i said about my flight 9w-355 bom to del she reply me very rudely u need to pay now otherwise don't stand here go from here
                                        Very very bad experience in jet airways specially team and team supervisor is behaving like that to their customer this is my 4 times with jet airways now i ll not book any trip from jet airways thankyou team to give me very good experience
