Ref: pnr earwzy, 9w 762, mum-del 15th march.

I called for a voucher upgrade and was confirmed that its done. I was allotted a business class seat (1f).
I received a call later, when i was intimated that my class of travel is not eligible for an upgrade. I wonder why jet didnt know it when they processed my request and allotted me a business class seat.
To make things worse, i was told that my initial seat (10c) is no longer available and cant be allotted to me. This seat was initially chosen and paid for, so its surprising that jet allocated it to someone else and made it unavailable to me due to their own faux passe.
Horrible service, and 3rd grade customer service!

    I was well in time 5:50 am tried to get self check-in, But there was a display showing my name and Seat not available. I went to the Manned boarding counters, They were very unfriendly and not listening at all. Then I met the Duty manager/Supervisor Mr. Marks or Mark is his name. He is also interested only in argument, not addressing our issue and just passing the time.

    I am travelling by flight for the last 15 years, and I am a frequent flier, i have shown my frequent flier card also.

    Very disappointing. Let me try for justice.

      Flight 9w[protected] we traveld for dubai we 4person and your company not provided food to us and your staff say sorry and provided only sweets.
      And when we return flight 9w 0547o[protected] your staff also not serve food around 25 peoples and one thing is very upset us your staff misbehaved wtih us.
      When we come outside of your flight at airport your another (Welcome) staff they told use jet flight in next time. We say never we will use.

        Hi, i was travelling from bangalore to hongkong through jet airways date 11-march-18 with my 6 month old baby. I was carrying 1 suitcase and 1 baby's stroller. Flight was transit from banalore to mumbai and then hongkong. For bay baby stroller jet airways staff told me that i can use it in airport and have to submit to crew member while boarding to flight. This works good from bangalore to mumbai but from mumbai to hongkong when i reached, i asked crew member to give baby stroller but he said i can collect outside along with baggage but there was only bag no stroller.

          I had purchased Jet Airways ticket for my daughter travelling from Bangalore to Vadodara via Mumbai, through Easemytrip. The travel date was 10th April. Through her friend, who was supposed to travel alongwith her, I came to know 2 days back that the flights have been cancelled. there was no information to me (probably because i had purchased through a travel agent !!). When I called Jet Airways customer Care, they confirmed the cancellation but for refund they said it will be given by the travel agent (Easemy trip). When I contacted Easemytrip, they said that they have not received any message of cancellation of the said flights from Jet. Unless Jet confirms, easemytrip will deduct charges for cancellation, which is correct. I again called Jet, they said, they need not do anything, all cancellation procedures should be done by Easemytrip. After I debated with Jet on logical grounds, they agreed to mark my flights as cancelled by airlines. Thereafter, I again approached Easemytrip for cancellation and refund, they said that the remarks written by jet was cancellation as per customer action" ! This remark does not indicate that Jet Airways have themselves cancelled the flights. So I could not yet get my refund.

            invoice/ticket with gst details

            Jet airways want to make it difficult for the traveller to get gst details on the tkt. Why? Best known to them.
            They want you to print tkt with gst details sfter 10-12 days of travelling.
            Same details available on make my trip the moment you book the tkt. Perhaps jet airways software provider discourages you to to book on jet airways site and wants you to book on makemytrip.com. Even after 10 days, the tkt is not traceable on...

            When i received my baggage at mumbai airport my suitcase was broken from mny places... It was proper at delhi airport n now its useless for me i want an answer for this why so happened with my luggage... It was an expensive bag n i had used it for first tym only n wht careless behaviour is this of whm so ever. I want some strict action to be taken on this what if while going my luggage fully brakes on d way wht i will do at that tym.. I want refund

              I travelled to india on 23/11/17 - with jet airways. Flight 9w 117. On the outbound journey approximately after 2.5 hours into the flight i began to feel extremely ill. I approached the air hostess to explain (With actions - as i was unable to speak) that i was feeling very uncomfortable and needed help. Then i said to her that i am suffering from heartburn which i never suffered in my 65 years of age. She suggested i use the toilet and was given a tablet to aid digestion. I never said i had digestion issues. Whilst in the toilet i screamed out in pain. No one came to my aid. Furthermore when i sat in one of the staff seats, i was made to move. Again no one asked me if i was okay despite the fact that i was seating with my head in my hands and in extreme pain.
              Upon returning to my seat throughout the flight i was in pain, intermittently left side/chest, then right side/chest, then shoulders and back. I was finding the pain unbearable. Unfortunately throughout the journey none of the staff approached me to check on me.
              In fact a fellow passenger mr. Sudir dave was more humane towards me then any of your staff. He comforted me, held my hand, massaged my back and arms, whilst the staff rested/slept.
              I feel your organisation completely failed me in their duty of care towards the user of your services.
              As it turned out when in mumbai i consulted doctor. I had suffered a massive heart attack and i should have been treated better with medical support while i was travelling. Unfortunately i then had major health issues and have recently have had to undergo a bypass surgery.
              I hope you will study the above and advise me on how we proceed now. Thank you.

                I came from dxb to ndl by yr flight 9w587on 6th march, my seat no was 25d, and mine wife no was 34a. I was not served meal, first they told i was not in list, when i presented my ticket to them than they said we have only non veg meal. N drama continues without serving us meal n we reached the destination. It caused me both mental and monitory pain, kindly respond to it,

                    1. At the time of booking, 2pc allowance was shown on the Jet website. However, after booking the ticket, I am allowed only 1pc of luggage. As a silver JP member, I am entitled to an additional bag and as I made the booking from the Jet website, I will obviously be under the assumption that details mentioned there are correct I am entitled to all JP Silver benefits. I am moving to Germany for a year and have a total baggage of 35kgs, request you to allow me to carry the same.

                    2. I tried to book the 'Saver' ticket for (30k). However, when I landed on the payment page, it kept saying the price has increased to 35k. This happened on 8 attempts. Due to urgency I had to go ahead and pay 35k for an 'H' Class Saver Ticket. I find this an utter scam by Jet Airways.
                    However, at that time, the 'Classic' Fare ticket was costing 35k. My request here is - If I was going to pay 35k ultimately, I would've purchased a 'Classic' Ticket itself which would permit me to use my upgrade vouchers. Request you to allow me to use my upgrade voucher on this flight.

                    As a loyal customer of the airline, I chose to book from the Jet website itself to avoid any complications and avoided booking on other competitor airlines as well.

                    Attached are screenshots of the baggage allowance shown at time of booking and current 'Classic' fare for the same flight.

                    Looking forward to resolving this at the earliest. Thank you!

                      On 26th feb i was about to onboard flight from mumbai to kolkata i reached 40 minutes before onboarding yet i was not allowed to board my flight. When i asked jet staff why i wasn't onboarded they had given me excuse of flight onboarded has begun time ago. My flight timing was 2:25 am and i reached jet counter on 1:45 am the jet staff were unfriendly and rude. They did not provide arrangement to other flight and was unfriendly.

                        Sir, i failed to reach airports within time and lost our 9w678 ccu-blr on1st march dep720 and then buy a new tickets 9w662 dep1045 but rejected us saying patients unable to fly due to critical condition. Staffs assist that they release new tickets for us few days later. Sir i want to fly next in may month please help me. Please please provide guidance.

                          I have booked my jet airways flight no 9w 0375 mumbai raipur 3rd april 2018 06:40-8:30, pnr - kqhvbp, manan ajay shah mobile [protected]. I had paid rs 3252

                          To my surprise now you have changed it to low cost carrier jet connect 9w 2377 which itself is not acceptable and moreover now new tickets are been sold at half the rates of rs 3200. I had to bear loss both in terms of your service as well as fare
                          I request you to kindly refund me rs 1500 as inconvenience caused due to change in your flight as well as now flying in low cost carrier.

                          I am a jet privilege member no[protected]. I do not expect such type of behaviour from jet.

                              My family was travelling today on 3rd march from doha to delhi and srinagar via jetairways connecting flights 9w201 and 9w 601. Despite possessing valid tickets and boarding cards four members of my family have not been allowed boarding from delhi to srinagar on flimsy grounds of overbooking. My family is still stranded at the delhi airport causing them mental agony and equally causing anxiety at home. Airlinr reservation number is pebfkr

                                My name is bhavna tailor. I was a passenger in flight 9w 122 on 28th february 2018 flying back from delhi to london heathrow with mrs kalbinder heer.

                                I had paid for additional luggage i. E. A temple some 2feet by 3feet at the delhi airport. The cost being 8900rupees approx.

                                I did not have it shipped as i was concerned that it would be damaged in cargo and therefore wanted to bring it with me.

                                When i collected the parcel at heathrow the corner had broken off. It s obvious that the package which had been securely and correctly packed in bubble wrap sponge padded and material had been mishandled while in your hands.

                                I was disappointed and upset. This was a present for my elderly mum. I cannot give her a damaged temple for her to use.

                                I paid an additional price so i could bring it safely and gift it to my mother on her 70th birthday on 26th march 2018. Well the carelessness of your staff have ruined this for me.

                                The temple cost was 5, 350 rupees and i paid more to bring it back.

                                Please can you either replace or refund my loss.

                                  I was traveling to delhi on 26th feb 2018 by jet airways flt no 9w 0973 from banglore. All of a sudden i was felt uneasiness and chest pain suffocation i informed your air hostess about this they checked by pulse he said pulse is very high. Then i was decided not to travel and asked them to take me hospital.10 minutes i was standing then one van one has come i made to sit in this van for sometime latter they brought me outside and left to go out.

                                  Then i walked all the way to asta medical center which was outside the kia complex they checked me and told me that having high bp 110-170 then checked ecg there was variation in that also. Then latter i was shifted jayadeva hospital for checkup.

                                    I along with my daughter traveling on flight no.9w376 delhi to mumbai on 28th feb.2018. My frequent flyer number is[protected]. I had an excess check in luggage of 5kg over and above 30kg limit and had no hand luggage and the same was informed to the staff who was issuing the boarding pass but she refused to listen and asked me to pay rs.2000/- (Rs.400/- per kg which is again on a very higher side as compared to similar other airlines). I am totally dissatisfied with the approach of your staff and will never travel through jet airways. I request you to refund me the money paid by me for extra luggage

                                      Hello sir,

                                      I was traveling from delhi to chennai with 9w-798. The moment i reached chennai i got call from my family that my grandmother passed away due to medical reasons.

                                      Immediately after that i requested jet airways in chennai airport for earliest ticket though i explained them the situation but they are not ready to listen to me even. They are very rude and lacking etiquette.

                                      I booked flight via paytm again from chennai to delhi with 9w-831 and after sometime i came to know that flight delayed by 1 hour. I requested jet airways officials for shifting me in the earlier flight as it's very urgent for me to reach delhi asap. But jet airways officials denied for that.

                                      It was a very disappointing situation for me. I am a frequent traveler with jet airways with jet privilege no. Is[protected]. The time i need jet airways support they shown that money is everything to them customer issues, emotions doesn't matter to them.
