Please enquire this matter and do the needful to retrieve the mobile phone and return to me.

      With deep regret we bring to your notice that my mother who was traveling with the aforementioned particulars from riyadh to delhi today on 8/5/2018 by 9w-509 under pnr hknucr, has been very badly mishandled on arrival at delhi airport. She has severe osteoarthritis of both knee joints and is strictly prohibited to climb the stairs. We had requested wheel chair assistance, to and from the cabin seat, online and our ticket mentioned that clearly. But unfortunately on arrival at delhi airport she was directed by an arrogant airhostesss to get down. Upon telling the cabin crew about the wheelchair assistance from the cabin seat she was told that their was no provision of wheelchair assistance from the cabin. She was forced to get out of the plain and get downstairs to ask for the assistance. (Nb : she has never gone up or downstairs without assistance for last 10 years.) on getting down with great difficulty she was refused a wheelchair by the ground staff and instead told to go by bus to the arrivals where she would find a wheelchair. She had no option but to comply but even there no one from the staff helped her and instead told her to complain. Finally she had to manage all the distance by foot which was extremely painful and troublesome for her. A 70 year old lady is not treated anywhere in the world like this. This is such an agonozing incident for our family. We have no idea about why this was allowed to happen! Has this something to do with her particular attire? How can your whole staff treat a 70 year old disabled lady so insensitively? We can’t change what happened but i have directed all my family members, friends and acquaintances not to travel by jetairways internationally or locally and to share this shameless and irresponsible attitude of its airlines on all social media so that your realty is made known to the whole world. We can not do anything about what happened. We also know that no action will be taken against this ill mannered air hostess and rest of the inhumanly staff. This is just for your info so that you may prevent this from happening to anyone else in future.

        Jet airways membership number:[protected]

        I am unable to access my account since december'2017.

        Before dec'17, i could access my account. Since then, for reasons unknown to me, jet airways have restricted access to my account.

        I did complain at the time to jet airways but got a very poor response from their customer service. Since i have done nothing wrong, whatever restriction has occurred appears to be an issue at jet airways' end.

        I am missing out on jet privileges for no fault of mine.

        I would appreciate your assistance to get my access restored.

          Today I travel in jet airways from Chennai to Trichy in 9W335. In Trichy while receiving my check in baggage I am surprised to see my Swiss military Trolly got broken. This trolley gifted from my Company and it is New one. This should happen only if they thrown or mishandled my trolley. As I am a previlaged customer, jet airways team should take a necessary action and they want to assure me it will not happen in future.so I can travel in jet airways with out any fear in future. Also I need a compensation or replacement for the same. Kindly reply me as the earliest.

            Pasting the original email I’ve sent to jet airways after a 5 hour long call a night before with Expedia and jet airways.
            I haven’t seen any satisfactory response to the below email yet and it’s been almost a month...

            Quote “

            Hi Jet Airways.

            You Cancelled my Daughter’s return flight from BOM to TOK in an unfair, unprofessional way without my authorization.
            Neither did you have the courtesy to warn me or even notify me in advance.

            I was forced to purchase a brand new ticket all over again for her spending nearly 50, 000 YEN and I claim full refund plus compensation for all the trouble, hassle and inconvenience you guys have caused.
            I had to spend nearly 5 hours on the phone speaking with Expedia and Jet, as an attempt to resolve this issue.

            This is absolutely ridiculous and unless I am given a fair compensation, trust me I will escalate this further and beyond yourselves.
            I will also be emailing DGCA and ANA, for informing them how you guys are screwing up ANAs reputation.

            People like myself, book your Jet + ANA code-share, assuming you to match ANA quality of service.
            Your code share is getting books only because you have ANA associated with yourselves.

            I know this is a long email, but please read every word before attempting to reply.

            Background :
            Me and my family planned a trip to Europe via the below multi-city booking done on expedia : details below.
            Unfortunately I happened to choose the Jet + ANA code share flight, relying on my excellent experience with ANA in the past.
            But I was massively disappointed with Jet.

            My wife and my daughter Anika Took the first Leg #1 out of Tokyo on 27th March, with a travel + medical insurance expiring on 18th April.
            Having spent a few days with my family in India, they were scheduled to take the Leg #2 to Amsterdam to start our family vacation. (I flew separately via Qatar )
            However due to unexpected health issues, My daughter could not join us for the Europe vacation and unfortunately had to stay back in India missing Leg #2.
            My wife informed the same to the Jet staff at checkin from BOM on 31st March during Leg #2 and again at check-in at AMS for Leg #3 on 16th April.

            Then on 16th April at 19:20 JST I receive an email from Expedia informing me about jet having cancelled my daughters flight Leg #4 back home to Tokyo !!
            You need to realize, my daughter Anika is 2 years old, and cant fly unaccompanied and resides in Japan.
            Her medical insurance is only valid in Japan.

            How did you have the audacity to cancel a child’s ticket a day before the actual flight.
            If a customer has flown out of a country, what sense does it make to cancel their return flight back to their home country !!!
            Had my wife taken her un-cancelled Leg #4 back home to Tokyo, what do you think I could have done to get my daughter to fly back home ?
            I can’t book a ticket for her for another day to fly unaccompanied, can I !
            What if the flight would have been fully booked ?

            Luckily I read the email on Monday and immediately called Expedia and subsequently yourselves and spent 4-5 long hours trying to sort this out.
            I spoke with Sumit and his manager Vikas Vishwakarma in your customer care center all in vain.
            They slapped airline policy in my face as an excuse to do this pathetic action by Jet, I mean really !

            The only option I was given, was to book a brand new ticket on the same flight which costed 48, 700 JPY !
            And had I missed reading your email, Anika would have not been able to fly back at all !

            This is sheer unprofessional and unethical behavior on Jet Airways part.
            You literally extorted money out of me and trust me I’ll do everything in my capacity to make sure you guys have to pay for this, unless I am offered a suitable compensation.

            I need a redressal of this issue at the earliest and do not even try blaming this on Expedia. The cancellation was done by yourselves and I expect you to fix this.

            PS : Even if there does exist some such ridiculous no-show policy, a good airline would do one of the below .(Im sure ANA would have never done this to anyone)

            1. Waive off the now-show triggered cancellation policy considering the situation here involved a RETURN ticket for a child who can’t fly unaccompanied all by herself on a different flight.
            2. Take note of the verbal intimation my wife had been giving to your ground staff repeatedly on Leg #2 and Leg #3 and do the needful proactively to avoid the cancellation or at-least notify her of the risk of this happening 16 days later.
            3. Had you cancelled Leg #3 after a no-show on Leg #2, after duly informing me, that still might make some sense from a security perspective.
            4. Notify customer of such a risk by calling him and not notifying his travel agent by email 1 day before the affected flight.
            5. Notify a customer as much in advance as possible. If you were informed on 31st march, why was the cancellation done 16 days later on 16th April !
            6. Allow free rebooking to correct your system limitation.

              I have reedem my jp miles in reward store and shop for 25 car set and they have charged around 2400 jp miles and the product quality is not good and even they have have charged more then its price as the price is delted with marker but the first number is visible that is 7 i think the price is 75 rs and i have paid 2300 jp miles. As 1 rs is equals to 5 jp miles then 460 rs should be the product price im not satisfied with cars as they are china products which is not the proper product for this much jp miles and i wants to replace it and get some other kindly help me with the same. Too much j p miles cahrged for other products also

                I really wish i was in a position to write a formal e-mail right now but the level of audacity and customer service shown by your respected crew members and the in-charge flight attendant was just phenomenal.
                Let me brief you with the extremely convincing customer service we received. We were five passengers flying via delhi to kolkata past midnight i. E., 2:30 am, when we boarded the flight, my father went to the washroom to vomit just because he wanted to avoid any inconvenience during the journey as he was feeling bit unwell and doing that helps him every single time. I repeat there wasn't anything serious going on if it were, we are smart enough and have brains to not board the flight.
                But thanks to your crew and in-charge flight attendant, they, for their own reasons (Which i still do not understand) did not let us in the flight at all. They made us leave without any proper reason. I mean what kind of behavior and professionalism is that? I have been flying with this airline since the longest time i remember and sometimes people do have problems or feel the need to use the washroom for whatsoever needs they have to and in the name of ensuring a safe journey, you people have no clue how much trouble you have caused to us.
                And as much as you are concerned for our well-being and safe travel, we were 5, five people travelling and we know under what conditions it is safe for us to fly. Nobody is a child here. We are all adults.
                Having done that, the airline does not even has the policy to refund the amount of the transaction which is a whooping amount of above 52, 000 or provide any concession or even 'consider' for the next booking.
                You people write slogans about how much easy you make flying with you and how affordable it is, so much hassle-free and all that but let me break the bubble you people live in, you actually treat the passengers awfully.
                I am really really displeased and disheartened with the experience and the harrasment which me and my family had to go through because of some over-intelligent airline people.
                I'll make sure to go to the ends of this matter and make the most of your flyers reject jet airways for their next travel.

                      This is mohammed nasir here, i had updated my profile information in shine.com and i had got the call from one of the consultancy for interview in jet airways and they told me to make the payment of rs.2000/- then after the 1st round online test they asked to make the payment of 9500/- then 20800/- then 40800/- after making so much of amount i came to know that it's fake with the help of offer letter which they had sent. I told them i need to quit this here itself because they had asked me to make the payment of 35000/- more then for the cancellation of my profile they asked to pay 5000/- and told me my whole amount of 78100/- will be refunded with in 2 hours on my account. I made the payment of 5000/- for cancellation of my profile on saturday 28/04/2018. Now they are not responding my calls. They had told me they are tied up with the jet airways and there consultancy name is “global employment solutions.”

Praveen declined from giving me the boarding pass, i was travelling to kathmandu from delhi, they said that my identity proof is not valid and is not listed as a valid proof in the immigration bureau of india. But as mentioned in the official site of boi, my identity is as valid as any other for international travelling (Kathmandu, nepal).
                          Due to inconvenience caused by you to me i have suffered a lot of pressure and tension both mentally and physically. I want your immediate and quick response.

                            I booked a flight to Delhi & back from the jet airways website after reading “free cancellation in 24 hrs” . I tried cancelling 20 days before the flight only to know I will be charged 90% cancellation fee. Which is exorbitant for making a simple mistake of planning a wrong trip. I would have paid if jet airways was incurring any genuine loss or administration. The policy is unexplained and there is no pain jet airways will actually go through by cancelling it 20 days in advance. As a consumer it is my right to know the break up this fee 18000 out of 20000? They are looting ppl for making a mistake, it is unfair !

                              April 10 2018 our son had a flight from amsterdam to toronto, than a connection to vancouver.in toronto it seemed his bagage wasn't arrived, in vancouver neither. He had to take another (Domestic) connection to williams lake. After reporting the loss of his bagage we got standard answers ('we have forwarded your query... Meanwhile your pattience will be appreciated...) but 4 weeks later no response from any agency.

                                Dear sir

                                I am writing this to complaint about the service you provide. Let me tell you what has happened with me today on delhi airport. I never thought of this. I had booked flight 9w-795 (Delhi to pune) which was scheduled to take off at 14:55 pm. I arrived at airport at 14:00 pm that is bit late but i managed to reach straight away to supervisor's counter for check-in of my baggage. But there was 3 members ahead of me in a queue. The process of check in was going on but suddenly one lady passenger who had already late and missed her flight came in line and started arguing with superior miss monica and i seriously have no idea "why was miss monica entertaining that lady for longer time despite she knew that other passengers were also in queue for check-in and they need to catch their flight as well. The lady passenger who had missed her flight (Worn yellow dress) was crying and making emotional drama in front of monica and your supervisor was also entertaining her and don't know why... Miss monica was talking on phone and was trying to solve query of that lady only... Wasting time on only one passenger... I was so disappointed with this incident. Your supervisor spent almost 20 mins there... And we were waiting for our check-in.. This was supposed not to happen on the place like airport... When i went to miss monica for check-in it was 14:25 pm and she (Your supervisor) asked me question"why didn't you tell me before that you are going to pune?" now you tell me what should i answer? She spent 25 mins on single passenger that was wastage of time. I just came out of there and amended my ticket to next flight... That has cost me 3k more... I am still not getting why is your service becoming worse... And it's not prompt.. You should understand where to spend how much time. I didn't had anything on board, my entire journey was messed because of this happening. Moreover my loss of 3k. Not happy at all. I was desperate to write this complaint.
                                Hope you take action so that passenger appreciate your service. Attaching my boarding pass, cancelled ticket and amended ticket. Hope you take necessary action

                                  Sir, i have been travelling frequently using jet airways and i respect the staffs and the people who manage the team. But today's my experience i feel very bad. Hope my bad experience shares here will help you to improve customer support in future. Coming to issue: i had booked ticked for travelling to bahrain via mumbai on 28/04/2018 for a important business meeting. I had valid visa receipt from bahrain immigration (Attached copy) and all other valid documents like passport hotel reservation and return ticket. But was denied to issue boarding for a simple reason that the receipt printed by immigration miss spelled my name which is not my fault but it has mentioned my passport number clearly.
                                  Normally this is very usual in bahrain to enter lengthy indian names differently or with miss spelled. Due to this i could not travel and i have to change my schedule to next week. This is very bad situation for me. I don't want this to happen again to others. Kindly take necessary actions. Sorry to say no staff given proper help and support this time. Hope you will rectify this in future.

                                    This is regarding the complain of the passenger flying on flight Jet Airways 9W 0235. My dad is travelling all alone from SFO to Banaglore via Amsterdam. Now we see the flight status as cancelled. And last time I heard from my dad was arounf 2pm India time. And somehow he contacted from one of the co-passenger's mobile for about 30sec and informed no accommodation has been provided and also no hopes of getting the same. And he is not sure about his next flight. When I tried to contact customer care persons, they continuously kept us on hold for almost 1.5hr and finally gave some Amsterdam number which is operational only from Monday to Friday between 10am to 5pm. We are not able to contact my dad and no info. We are really concerned about the hospitality provided by Jet airways and also not being able to contact my father is really a concern . Please provide the further details and also help in contacting my father.

                                    And the worst part was the customer care representative's rude behavior (named Mishra). He kept us on call and finally says he has helped me a lot and that's the best he could help. Not sure what type of help he provided, I'm wondering if he helped me by keeping busy in front of the phone for 1.5hrs and also talking to me rudely and providing a wrong contact number (which we could find on google ).

                                    Please help us in contacting my father and also provide him the next available flight to Bangalore.

                                      I had traveled from san francisco to mumbai on jan 26 2018 my baggage did not come with me it arrived 2 days later. At the customer service they said they will reimburse my purchases for essentials. I submitted all my bills sent a chain of 15 emails it has been more than 3 months and i have still not been reimbursed. They keep telling me they are looking into it. I had sent all the information including my address proof and visa details. My total amounted to rs 7117, they offered me a compensation of rs 2000. I have followed up diligently and am waiting for their reply but to no avail. Can you please help me out? Here are the details:

                                        They told that they will air ticketing job in jet airways and for I've to deposit 2000 and after I paid 2000 they said we'll take your interview ., they took my interview on call and sent a mail regarding job confirmation.., after that they asked me to pay rupees 7, 500 for profile verification, I deposited that much money n they asked me to take a screenshot and send it to their mail..i.e., [protected]@outlook.com . It's been almost 4 days they are not attending my call
