On 31st december 2017, our flight number 9w 607, which was to land in silchar (Ixs) from delhi (Del) via guwahati (Gau). But due to sunset restriction in silchar, the jet crews landed us in guwahati airport, and promised to pay full refund. But till date there is no smell of the refund. Please take a necessary step or i will be bound to lodge a case in high court.

    Airline job finder,
    1st day: told me to send ₹1, 800 through paytm for reference from company and generate our id and online aptitude test which i cleared (Have screenshots)

    2nd day: after the telephonic round he told me to deposit 5, 800₹ for document verification which he mentioned refundable in 3 days i paid through paytm (Have screenshots)

    3rd day: after that he tld directly i will get my offer letter.. He sent me offer letter which was password protected.. When asked he said for courier to pay 15, 900₹ i have sent for the respective bank,

    He sent me the offer letter through my mail and charged me again 26, 900 to pay. But i couldn’t pay.. So he tld my profile will be cancelled and amount will be blocked.

    I come from middle class background
    When he said refundable i trusted and took credits from friends and paid him... Please help me refund my amount

          Dear officer, i am travelling by jet airways from last 10yrs. I am travelling with my family from nagpur to mumbai on 8th jan 2018 by jet airways flight as per details below.
          Date :8th feb 2018

          Also on same night i am travelling from mumbai to jakarta as per details below.
          Date : 9th feb 2018.

          I have booked jet airways flight with important purpose to get 30kgs baggage allowance in domestic flight similar to international flight as i am travelling domestic and international by jet airways along with with kids and we travel only once a year to india. I called your customer care centre for confirmation but they are not at all supportive.
          Request to please give me confirmation for 30kgs baggage allowance on nagpur - mumbai sector considering my international travel also by jet airways and long association. Please don't disappoint me considering family and long distance travel and long association with jet airways.

            Jets airways always cancel the flights at the last min saying as technical problem. No proper alternate flights are provided, customer care goes unreachable for help. Had to stay on phone for long time to reach them. And customer care was least bothered to provide support. Such kind of lethargic supports are given only here as they don't care for customer but showcase them as they work for customer. Worst service. And i had been awake for 3 hrs from 5 am for no reason to speak to them

                Dear sir/ madam,

                Greetings of the day!

                On 22nd november, 2017, i booked 8 tickets to greece via an online booking portal - mytrip.com.
                The flight details are as follows:
                Mumbai - heathrow - jet airways
                Heathrow - athens - agean airlines
                The return on 15/05/2018 was
                Athens - heathrow - agean airlines
                Heathrow - mumbai - jet airways
                On our return trip our flight lands at
                3.30 pm in heathrow and the connection to mumbai is at
                5.10 pm. We have 1 hour 40 minutes to make the connection.
                Before booking i checked the heathrow flight connections website and was informed that 90 minutes was the minimum time required to make a connection provided it is a through check in.
                We booked the flight and then realised that this wasn’t a through check in. 8 o[censored]s have to perform the following tasks in the aforementioned time:
                1. Disembark (Min time req - 20 mins)
                2. Change terminals (Terminal 2- terminal 4- min time - 20mins)
                3. Go to depatures.
                4. Get 8 boarding passes
                5. Go through immigration.
                6. Go through a security check
                7. Reach our gate before boarding closes (Which is 20 mins before departure)
                We cancelled our tickets and mytrip.com very graciously refunded their cancellation charges as they agreed that this wasn’t a valid connection.
                On the other hand, jet airways charged us ₹8, 000/- per ticket towards cancellation. They maintain that this is a valid connection even though heathrow’s flight connector says we require more time as this isin’t a through check in.
                Despite several e-mails and escalations to the nodal officer and the appellate authority there has been no empathetic resolution.
                I request your intervention in helping us get our cancellation charges refunded. I have supporting evidence from heathrow london that we cannot make this flight connection.
                What was to be a pleasure trip has turned into a frustrating and agonising nightmare.

                    I had gone for the welkin interview of jet for cabin crew in june 2016 at hdil kalendonia and mrs. Suzie dsilva had taken my interview and i was not upto the mark and hence i wasn't selected but after 15 days i went for the refrence round and she wasnt on the panel and she insulted me in front of 20 other people while sitting in the waiting room saying"you have come back again and u know u will never be able to become a cabin crew and i will see to it."

                      Dear jet airways,

                      I am a frequent international traveller and rely upon the trusted services of jet airways for most of my journeys.

                      On 21st january, 2018, i took a flight from male to mumbai via colombo as per the below mentioned flight details.
                      Flight details:
                      Male to colombo - srilankan airlines ul 116
                      Colombo to mumbai - jet airways 9w251
                      Itineraries attached for your reference.

                      I had dropped in my luggage at male airport, and was supposed to collect it directly from csia, mumbai.

                      However, to my horror, i did not receive the luggage at the airport and proceeded to file a 'property irregularity report' reference number bom9w27161 with the airport executives. Complaint letter attached for your reference. I had tried calling the customer care for the updated status today morning, however after what felt like a life-long wait of 20 minutes, the call automatically got disconnected.

                      I was really dismayed at the turn of events as the net value of the baggage came out to be around 60k (Including the cost of the bag, clothes, two pairs of shoes, belt, undergarments, messenger bag, jacket, costly medicines, toiletries etc). Furthermore, i was left stranded with hardly any clothes/ shoes to carry on with my official work/ meetings, not to forget the mental trauma that came along with continuous follow-ups.

                      I had to repeat my clothes on an important meeting day as the apparels were in the luggage that was left out. Kindly advise me on the compensation procedure

                        This is to inform you that, i am a jet privilege member. On 22 january 2018, i need to go to delhi for an urgent work, with my wife.
                        We enter the kolkata airport terminal at around 1:30 pm and took the boarding pass to delhi via lucknow (9w0771 and 9w0827).
                        After collecting the boarding pass we move to gate no 23 for boarding via security check at around 2:15 pm.
                        And we reached the boarding gate at around 2:25pm. At that that they have closed the gate and not allowing as to board the flight at kolkata.
                        We request many time and he keeps on engaging us in talks and kills times instead we have boarding pass.
                        Then they have taken as to jet airways incharge person, he didn't bother to listen to us neither offer us alternative.
                        I am sorry to say the jet airways staff has harassed us. We were help less.

                        We miss our flight because of them.

                        Later we have to purchase a high rated ticket on the same day for delhi by air india flight (Flight-ai701).

                        I am very much harassed and disappointed

                          I would seek your intervention in the matter since your staff has not responded to my various emails in respect to fradulent debit of 75, 004 JP Miles debited to my account on 18th January, 18 for some cash vouchers for using at amazon.in
                          By being non-responsive they allowed the vouchers to get it issued and encashed it as soon as same are issued

                          Please advise cooncerned staff to credit 75, 004 Miles back to my account since I never ever asked Jet Airways Reward Stores to issue me cash vouchers

                          No customer support whatsoever has been provided till date.
                          I still await Jet Airways answer on fradulent debit of 75004 Miles from my Jet Privilege Account to convert it to Amazon Digital Vouchers for cash for benefit of miscreants.
                          It is matter of regret that even after more than a week this leading airline of India is shying away to answer Customer's questions against the impugned transaction.
                          Further Jet Airways is trying to hideJet Privilege own employees who were responsible for this fradulent debit and so far have not credited 75004 JP Miles back to my account and as a corecive measure has made Restricted Access to my Jet Privilege Account.It is really apalling the way Jet Airways handle with complaints of a Platinum Member who has flown so many sectors with them in India & Abroad.

                            On january 14, 2018 i had to travel to chennai on an emergency basis (My aunty was critically ill and on a ventilator in railway hospital perambur icu, she passed away 3 days later), the same evening and so booked air tickets (Ref. Trip i'd above) for myself and my wife from bangalore to chennai and back. Unfortunately from a previous booking plan and due to my oversight i failed to check that the bookings had been made for 4th february. Within few minutes i noticed the error and so cancelled the tickets and rebooked flights for 14 th january and return by the same airways on 15 th january. To my horror i noticed the cancellation refund to be rupees zero. I think the penalty for cancellation of air tickets almost 3 weeks in advance is ridiculously high, unjust and amounts to daylight robbery. I later came to know the cancellation fee is 106% of base fare plus fuel surcharge. I think the airways were kind enough not to claim overdues from me! I request for at least 50% of booking amount

                              We don’t to serve by a girl/who is already married we feel ashame and we don’t want to travel anymore with those married girl we hope you guys understand what i mean please do take out the married crews.. You guys corrupt in taking job as crew member espicially in imphal.. Own eye prove even i got a marriage photo for the girl which i meet inside the flight.

                              Name called Monica Yaikhom cabin crew zet airways she is from imphal and she got married long ago before she gets the job as cabin crew she already married but the thing is some employers from zet airways corrupted with taking money from the girl and they selected as to have training in mumbai and now she is cabin crew.i know her very well even i got the marriage photo for her.i shocked when he give water inside the flight as doing her job as cabin crew please do not do those thing we do not want to serve us by a married women/girl.

                                I would like to bring this to your notice, that i travelled yesterday from maa to cdg (Paris) and i was not given my first meal on board. The cabin manager was mr. James who did not even bother to serve me my meal.
                                Later when i asked for it he said he did not have any more vegetarian wraps available.
                                The cabin crew did not bother to ask me what i would have on flight and skipped me and moved to the next row for serving food.
                                This is totally absurd and i am a epileptic person who has to have proper food.in spite of specifying for a veggie meal in my ticket i had nothing and it was a 10h long flight. I was given only the second meal which was 1 hour before landing.
                                I had a severe epilepsy upon arrival. I want to register a complaint against the way your crew treated me and want a compensation for the same.

                                Even at the chennai airport, i requested an aisle seat, the woman at the counter said that she has given me an aisle seat but i ended up sitting in the middle of the center row. This is a huge hoax and you people have to pay me back for all the damage you have done to my health.

                                I am looking forward to getting an answer from you.

                                  I traveled from amsterdam (19th jan) to bangalore (Landed on 20th jan around 1:40 a. M) in a direct flight of jet airways.
                                  When i didn't get my luggage on the belt, i contacted jet airways authority.
                                  Height of irresponsibility from airline side. There are at least 20-25 more people like me who didn't get their luggage.
                                  Jet staff casually updated us that we forgot to load your luggage from amsterdam after looking at some list on their mobile.
                                  They assured that i will get my luggage by sunday morning.
                                  They randomly mentioned 50k as value without even asking worth of goods inside the bag and even custom officer turned a deaf ear to me.
                                  My stuff was quite expensive. 50k was not the right amount to mention as my luggage got some electronic gadgets too.

                                  Saturday morning around 10 hrs after landing, i got a call from airline that we are not able to locate your bag and asked me bag details that i have already mentioned to their baggage service staff. I have again told all the details to that lady and she said they will get back to me.
                                  I have no clues what is going on and their lost baggage tracker link on site doesn't work. It shows that this service is not available for your airline partner.

                                    I booked my ticked from DUBAI TO New Delhi dated 17th Nov 2018 time 19:20 (UAE), I reached at airport at 17:00 at right time, however they don’t allow me to board the flight due to overbooking. Futher they allow me to board different flight timing 23:00 . They make my losses for the sake of there own profits. 4 hour is not a short time to wait for different flight. I reached New Delhi late, I had to cancel my meeting as I was unable to reach at the right time. Is this service JET Airways provides. There might be possibility that they sold my ticket to some else at higher prices to make money by Making by losses inspite of my booking. Further while boarding they gave me voucher for amounting Rs. 10000 as a compensation. Whether these 10000 Rs can compensate my loss, never. Further when I asked the desk woman why are u doing this ? The answer is it’s commercial flight. That means they are only meant to make money. They never care about the passanger . They don’t value the time of passanger . Whether commercials flight are only meant to earn then we should stop going through JET Airways flight. JET Airways is not for professionals. And all professionals/corporate empoloyees must not travel through Jet Airways as these are commercial flight and there main motive is only making money. I am attaching my ticket for reference.

                                      It's very sad to see jet airways staff talk very rudely on mumbai airport domestic for weight 2 to 3 kgs extra asking for money... Also dey have opened my bag... I found the lock missing n my expensive wrist watch is missing from bag... Disgusting staff mumbai.. Security ka naam pe chori... I will put dis to main office also... At goa airport while collecting bag frm belt 2... I found my lock missing.. Plzz take action and keep eye on staff

                                        My name is K.P vignesh .Few days back i received the mail from shine.com, the post of AIR TICKETING in Chennai airport JET AIRWAYS.They given the person contact number and name ([protected] & Anu Yadav).I contact that person for interview.they conduct the interview through phonic interview.that person told me there are 3 rounds will be there.then he told me to pay 2000 for 1st round.and then for 2nd round he said to pay 8500.then for 3rd round he said to pay 15000.I paid all these amounts then he said he will send soft copy for that i have to pay 20000.i paid this also he sent me the AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF INDIA soft copy in that all the details are there.again he asked to pay 20000 for employee id card i paid 10000 he sent me the id card number .finally he given the joining date 29th jan 2018 after few hours he called me back and he said this is the final amount.after that only he said me you will get the job like totally i paid around 55500, Is this job truly given by jet airways or fake.if it is fake means please take action and i need justice from your side.
