Hello all!
I am a jet privilege platinum member with number[protected]. I just finished one hour long call with your helpline number only to listen sorry to a situation which is totally misleading and case of cheating your customer since you have deducted inr 11000 as cancellation charges without giving me any prior intimation.

I booked my wife and kids to bhopal from mumbai on your jet airways app and logged into my jp id to book three tickets. While booking it clearly showed that there is no cancellation fee but when i cancelled tickets today, you deducted 3400 +gst per head for three tickets without giving me any prior intimation till final refund amount reflected on my mobile screen.

Immediately, i called your call centre and your guy first informed me that my memebership number was not updated on ticket and cancellation charges are applicable. When i told him that it was clearly mentioned that cancellation is free, he asked me to be on hold and came back to inform me that it was only for 24 hours whereas its nowhere was mentioned that cancellation is free only for 24 hours. And in entire process, right from booking until refund, no where i was alerted about cancellation fee @ inr 3400.

This is a clear case of manipulating, misguiding and cheating the customer. If you treat your jet platinum members like this how you treat regular guests i can only imagine.

From this moment, i promise you i will never ever travel by jet airways.

Thanks to dgca rules, “privileged guests” is just on paper actually we customers are a bunch of jokers and you have every right to treat us as [censored]!!!

    A gentle reminder the fees which you people are taking upon cancellation is way to much for to and fro flight. Fuel changes and surcharges should not be take from customers and as i have already read that it should be refunded in air travel policy. Kindly check the refund amount and i want my correct money to be refunded back too me. Taking whooping cost of 4 k and 4 k separately on one booking is not right. I want my money refunded with correct amount. And this i want your higher level person to talk to me on my number [protected]. Otherwise i am escalating this matter to to other higher officers. I have tried to connect on customer center but i am not able to connect with your people so apart from refunding my correct amount back i want your people to connect with me over this matter.

    I have already cancel my ticket on 3rd dec way too before departure date and time.
    As per policy it is given that if i have booked the ticket directly from website i will be getting my airport taxes back which is not refunded by you people yet.
    I have already provided the feed back on your website. I request and demand my hard earned money back as i have cancelled the ticket way too before so i want my full amount of the ticket back into the account as that included airport and government taxes. For any discussion on the matter please connect with me on my number :- [protected] or mail.

    There was no reason asked on your main website also for cancellation so i am writing here. Kindly refund rs. 12, 999 back into my account before i write anything on mon. Kindly reply back on mail or contact me on above number and provide my correct refund back into the account as i have proof of my flight ticket and policy given that money to be refunded if i have cancelled my ticket way too before from the departure date with correct and whole amount of gov. Airport taxes including surge charges and fuel charges to be given back so kindly refund my correct amount of money. And if cancellation charges so it should only include cancellation charges not fuel, surge or gov. Taxes, these should be refunded and in one policy cancellation for domestic flight is 1750 not 4200 per flight. I want my hard earned money with right amount back to my bank account. I have proof as ticket and one news document in which correct amount is written.

      I have had a horrifying and an anxiety ridden correspondence with jet airways which is yet unresolved. I booked 8 tickets to greece from mumbai via heathrow on mytrip.com. On my return journey i was assured that i will be able to make the connection in 1.5 hours at heathrow. After booking i get to know that this isint a through flight and i have to disembark, change terminals, get a boarding pass, go through heathrow immigration, go through a security check and then board in 1.5 hours!!! How is this even possible for 8 people to go through!! They don’t even realise the amount of time one has to stand in line for immigration. Mytrip.com which is a greek booking portal realised the mistake and has so graciously refunded their cancellation fee (Yes, i had to cancel 8 tickets) whilst jet still maintains that it is a valid connection. Despite numerous emails to their helpdesk, nodal officer, jet appellate authority and phone calls, there has been zero resolution. I have never come across such casual, arrogant and indifferent customer service. It is scary and terribly disappointing that an esteemed carrier like jet airways treats customers this way.

        I travelled in jet airways flight to chennai via mumbai as my first flight was cancelled due to some bird hit!! Flight numbers being 9w 312 and 9w 463! As it was my first connecting flight i asked the official that will my luggage reach chennai or i have to collect via mumbai and then check in again! The staff told no mam it will be taken care! Ok!! I had bag full of clothes some books and my accessories and other miscellaneous stuff for my training in chennai!!
        On arrival at chennai early morning 4 45 i was waiting for my luggage which never arrived!!!
        The airport authorities asked me to lodge a complaint and it will b solved by afternoon and a mail will b sent regarding this which never arrived!
        I being a single women traveller the whole luggage was in the bag! I am now left with a mobile phone and wallet!!
        The customer care is telling me to wait for 24 hours and they will revert!! I want to question the cc agent who say that can u stay quiet in an unknown city with language barrier and no luggage left with you!!???
        Nobody is concerned bout the issue!!

        I pleed jetairways to take an action to find my bag!! Jus one bagggage and revert at the earliest!!

          Firstly, they asked 4000 for registration then 20, 000 for document verification. Than 40, 000 for your courier, after that 75, 000 for your training and insurance. Then they asked to pay 1, 35, 000 because we are transferring your profile to international department. It is your last and final payment all your amount is refundable along with your job surety is 100%
          Plz help me to get my money back
          This is the mail i got - congratulations, you are selected in jet airways airlines as a ground staff profile. Your salary package will be 35, 000 per month. Now you have to forward all your highest qualification mark-sheet, i. D proof, full size photo, passport photo copy, and a medical report along with that you have to deposit 20, 000 rupees for your document verification's. This amount will be refund to you at face to face interview day.

          Procedure:-

          1. Application.

          2. Hr telephonic interview.

          3. Document submission (Scanned copy).

          4. Personal interview (Face to face).

          5. Offer letter (7-10 days).

          I cancelled my tickets to Kolkata from Aizawl with PNR No. SXVHQR on 13th of November 2017. I received massage that refund processed within a weak time. but i have not received my refund till date.

            I was in connection to mumbai airport on jet airways i lost my phone which was iphone 5c but it was found, by lost & found department
            Mumbai international airport
            Would it possible for jet airway to send back my phone to london?

              I booked a flight for guwahati on 15 dec 2017 from new delhi on jet airways and the time was 11:15am i reached the counter at 10 am and then one of the jet airways authority member came to me and said that there is still time let other passengers go and asked us to make line from the start again and for this reason i got late and the gates were closed it was not my fault the manager and supervisor didn't even listen to me. As a proof they can check the cctv footage. They didn't even apologized for their stupid mistake i want my refund which amounts 7616

              I didn't expect such kind of irresponsibility and ignorance from the authority members I could have accepted the situation if it was my fault but in this case the authority members are responsible for this. Anyhow refund my money or take necessary action again this.

                Hello all,

                This is the bust airline i have ever face till now.

                I was travelling with infant and booked 4 flight tickets in flight no. 9w-768, pnr hojtqj for 11th dec 2017 from delhi to hyderabad.
                Due to rain and heavy traffic i reached to the check-in counter around 1 hour before and ask to the executive for check-in, the executive hold me for a while and said wait for your turn even those i informed him my flight timing as pm. But he did’t assist me and added delay for check-in.
                And when my turn came, he said you are late 5 min and sent me supervisor counter.

                When i reached to supervisor counter and got my turn to talk to her, she told me you are too late and i can’t do anything for you.
                And she sent me booking counter where i get to know that fight was already full and they cancelled my ticket with reason “late entry “and told me sorry.

                1) i think this is new business policy of this airline to cheat the customer and get extra money for the same seat.
                2) staff completely villager, having no manners how to talk with costumer.
                3) i try to complaint regarding this using customer care number, but there is no result.
                The executive said sorry sir, i can understand problem but can’t help you for refund and all.
                When i asked to executive to transfer my call to senior person they said all are busy and given me the email id [protected]@jetairways.com for complaint but no result.
                4) there is no facility for the family who travel with kid and infant.
                5) i think government should take the proper action against this airline and fine as much possible so they can learn the lesson and close this shop permanently.

                So i am requesting you to all please think thousand times before taking any kind of services of jet airways

                  I booked a flight from dehradun (Ded) to bhopal (Bho) of flight no. 9w 2882 and 9w 927 of 24th jan 2018 with jet privilege no.[protected]. But after the transaction through sbi net banking, i didn't received any booked ticket and i am not able to log in my account.

                    I, maksymenko anastasiia, ukrainian citizen, bought ticket in jet airways direction delhi-mangalore 9w - 848 for date 12/12/2017. Plain was leaving leaving 3:25 pm. I was in airport in cue to registration from 2:12 pm. Cue was so big and long that by the time i reached registration reception at 3:05 pm they told me that it is already too late to register and i have missed my flight and lost my ticket.
                    There was no any announcement in english for delaying passengers, no any voice call my name or anounce that "please come fast, registration is finishing", there was no chance to get out of the cue because there is a boundaries in the cue and once you are in, you can't get out - people in the front, people in the back and boundaries on the sides.
                    I'm sure that there is no fault in my side as i came in time! And i insure u i will address to the court if that will be required, but i'm sure that jet airways must refund my ticket cast that i loat by company fault, or jet airways must give me opportunity to buy any ticket of their company with minus 7584 rs, amount that i have lost because of nonsense organisation in jet airways registration point in indira gandhi airport in delhi.

                    There was no any announcement in english for delaying passengers, no any voice call my name or anounce that "please come fast, registration is finishing", there was no chance to get out of the cue with luggage because there is a boundaries in the cue and cue is in serpant way, so once you are in, you can't get out, at list not along with ur own luggage - people stand in the front, people stand at the back and boundaries on the sides.
                    I'm sure that there is no fault in my side as I came in time! I came 2:10 and flight departure time is 3:25! There was at list 40 minutes to register but because of this long cue line witch I had to bare for one hour I lost ticket and money.
                    I request that Jet Airways MUST REFUND my ticket cast that i lost by Jet Airways company fault only, or Jet Airways MUST give me opportunity to buy any ticket of their company with minus 7584 rs, amount that I have lost because of nonsense organisation in Jet Airways registration point in indira gandhi airport in delhi.
                    Plus to all I'm sick person and I have pain attacks and standing one hour in the line caused me heavy pain attack and I had to make painkiller injection to be able to handle this long cue till the end.
                    Today I will be going to airport to take video from security cameras as approval that I was there in time and it is Jet Airways fault that I had to stand in the cue for so long.
                    I request jet airways to refund ticket cast in amount of 7584 rs plus my taxi expenses for coming and going from indira gandhi airport witch was 400 rs and 709 rs plus 150rs for car entrance.
                    As an option, Jet Airways can provide to me free ticket for direct flight from Mangalore to Delhi on 2nd January as compensation of my loss.
                    In other way I will have to apply my complaint with evidence of Jet Airways fault to Delhi high court.

                    Hi Maksymenko Anastasiia,

                    I was travelling with my infant and family on 11th dec 2017 and faced similor issue with this airline. The jet airways delhi airport staff hold me for a while at counter and told me wait for your turn and when my turn came they told me you are 5 min late and not allow me for check-in. Please let me know if you are planning to case on this airline.

                      Hi, ashish jain travelled in jet airways on 7th december 2017 from dubai (Dxb) to mumbai (Bom) in plane no.9w 0557, seat no.17b.
                      Jet airways have been one of my favourite airline... But this time we had a worse experience with the plane & it's facilities.
                      As the air-conditioner were not working it created suffocation which made me faint.
                      I was hold by co-passengers & plane crew which help me to get back my seat.
                      There were no source of entertainment as the lcd where not working. The food was ok quality.
                      Sometime we felt the number of crew member is less. Which delayed in services asked for.
                      When we asked for ear plugs they provided us cotton. No leg space.
                      It will be tough to choose jet airways again as this quality of services & facilities is not acceptable.
                      Only crew members were helpful & caring...
                      I am looking for the revert for the inconvenience & harassment caused by improper plane by airlines.

                        Hi,

                        I booked a flight from varanasi to pune via delhi. Original timings were 3:25 pm departure-7:45pm arrival in pune. Now i am arriving at 5:30am in the morning. I had a meeting at 9pm today itself which i could not afford to miss. I requested the airlines in all possible ways but no help was provided instead of alternate flights being available in different airlines. They just informed that your connection from delhi to pune will be at 2:55 am tomorrow morning instead of 5:35pm today evening after which no help is provided. I have been requesting them from last 1 and a half hour but they are straightly refusing for any kind of help stating-we just can’t do anything. I asked them to get me in touch with a higher authority for which also they refused saying he’s busy! I asked them to give it in writing, for which also they refused! Not helping in any way possible. This was really an urgent and mandatory meeting for me to attend. Forget being helpful, moreover they have are ultra rude and careless.

                        Just a name of a particular staff amongst many of them - sangeeta khanna (Superviser or duty officer at delhi airport claiming herself the higher most authority at the airport when i asked to speak to a higher authority)

                        Ps-i am not sure if i would get a help even here or not but in order to try and see if there is any good customer service in this airline.

                          i got a messege thart there is ground staff vacancy in dibrugarh so i sent my cv to that mail, after 2 days there was a call saying that she is the HR of jet airways, her name was anushka, her contact no-[protected], by i got call she
                          asked mony of 2500 rs as a security deposite and said that it would be refunded after job its just processing fees, it was about job in dibrugarh airport as ground staff supervisor, she sent me a call letter also which i think is inappropriate and fake

                          so i didnt give mony and filled this form

                            I have had no response to a previous complaint which is a big deal.

                            I have a copy of the complaint stating that you would get back to us within days. This was the 20th november.

                            I am angry and upset abou the complaint and now no response has made matters worse.

                            If i do not hear back within a few days with a resolution and compensation for our horrible experience with your company, i will be taking matters further.

                              This is in regard with flight no. 9w -0268 seat no. 38e dated 5th december from delhi to kathmandu. During our course to kathmandu, the air hostess served us food (Manchurian and noodles). As i started eating the food, i found something different in my mouth, that was not so chewy and soft as the manchurian and with a bad taste. I called the staff members and they told that it wasn't an insect but a chunk of wood. An insect in food is not acceptable nor is a big chunk of wood. Who were to be responsible if my health were to compromised in the middle of air. Necessary actions should be taken and proper compensation should be given to me.

                                Referenceid=[protected]' delayed baggage claims (Date: 12-nov-2017)
                                I submitted delayed baggage compensation. Airlines closed claim as reply email as paid inr 2000 but i did not get any payment in any form.
                                I want to know how airline calculate only inr 2000 ($30) only for the international customer for more than 48 hours delayed baggage and when, how and where paid inr 2000?
                                It seems something goes wrong.

                                  I have booked flight through jet airways site, the carrier was etihad airways and the date was on 2215 hrs 6th dec auh to ccj, when i came to counter the they are saying the flight is fully booked and my wife cannot travel with ticket issued flight, they have to wait for the another flight. This is stupid thing that confirmed ticket holder cannot go with the flight, etihad airways give the another ticket with complimentary voucher and this complimentary voucher issued with out asking us. Understand that etihad counter they are not liable any thing issued through jet airways site. Question is why they are saying we partner airlines and doing with people.

                                    Please be noted that i have booked a ticket for ccu to blr through my nab credit card but i have received 3 tickets with 3 different pnr no..

                                    I have received the bank statement 3 times money has been debited from my account, please find the enclosed tickets for your ready references.

                                    I have sent mail for several times to your "info" id but not received any response from the same. I have visited to your kolkata airport ticketing centre as well as the city office but they have also unable to help me out.

                                    As the same is your web issue therefore you are requested to do the needful and refund my money. Please find the enclosed ticket for your ready references.

                                      I was travelling yesterday (6th dec'17) from bagkok to delhi by flight no. 9w 064.
                                      1. The attitude of crew is worst. They are feeling burden to serve.
                                      2. Responding very late for any requirment.
                                      3. Very slow service.
                                      4. Crew member was not bother for any thing.

                                      Such kind of casualness will harm to the airline image. I choose the same airline when i went to bangkok. But i am thinking that perhaps my selection was wrong.
                                      Pl. Take up matter and do needful corrections.

                                        On 24th june 2016 i was travelling to kolkata with my family ticket details (Airline 9w ticket numbers 589 [protected],[protected] and[protected] i was issued boarding passes at the delhi airport but was not allowed to board the flight saying i was late. I was well before time and due to which i was issued boarding pass, but at the check in counter there was no announcement to board the flight and i was standing in the queue to load my luggage. And when my term came i was told i can't board the flight.
