An amount of omr 59.500 has been debited from my account on 25th dec due to unsuccessful booking. You have mailed us regarding the issue and refunding the full amount within 7 days. It is been past 10 days the amount hasn't yet credited to my account.

A mail was send regarding the issue yesterday.

I would request you to look into the issue and transfer the above mentioned amount to my account as far as possible.

Flight delayed more than 3 hours by jet airways on 30/12/17 coimbatore to chennai. My valuable time wasted in the airport and lose monitorily also. Compensation requested. Dr. S. Selladurai Anna University. Registrar. Chennai-25. [protected]

    My parents both senior citizen (Age 72 and 62) travelling from chandigarh to nagpur had a flight at 10 am on 2nd jan. Since the flight were cancelling that day from early morning i called call centre of jet airways and got the confirmation from your executive that the flight is on time (You can check the recordings) only to our surprise reaching at airport the flight got cancelled. We had been given the flight to mumbai 3.20 pm flight and next day from mumbai to nagpur flight time. My parents both senior citizen reached mumbai on 2nd jan and learnt the protests are happening in mumbai and stayed at nearby hotel (At our expense). On 3rd jan the flight was at 3.20 pm mumbai to nagpur, because of the protests in mumbai they didn’t get any taxi and had to walk almost 5 kms (Both are senior citizen) to airport and after reaching at airport learnt the flight got cancelled (No sms or communication). We have been told that we will be given a seat in air india flight at 7.00 pm and my parents were made to seat there till 6.15 and told that no seats in air india flight (I could see the availability in make my trip) and been told that the earliest flight will be given on 5th jan. So basically my parents took a flight of 2nd jan and would reach the destination on 5th jan. We chose to make alternate arrangements.

    What i demand is 2 lakh compensation (At least) because my parents being a senior citizen have to go through this mental agony. This is seriously not done and was not expected from jet airways

      Dear sir/madam,
      On 10th november 2017, i got an sms from a person called maria malhothra-[protected] (From delhi) saying that she is from shine.com pretending as an agent. She had asked money from me for every procedure saying that it is a confirmation and she said that the amount will be refunded after the 1 month training at calicut, karipur airport. She kept on asking money from me for each and every procedure. I did the payments through net banking so she gave me the bank account details of different persons through sms and whatsapp. So far i had paid rs.60, 000. This was for a job in jet airways as an airline ticketing. At first she asked me to submit my documents such as resume, 2 passport size photos, 10th certificate, degree course completion certificate and aadhaar card through their mail i. E. Allindia. [protected]@outlook.com. Then i had to pay rs.2, 000 for an aptitude test. Then she gave me the link for the aptitude test. The test was for 1/2 an hour (Mcq type). She said if i score 10 on 12 then i'll be shortlisted for the next stage but i scored only 7. She said that though i'm 3 marks behind, i have scored the highest among other candidates so i was shortlisted for the next stage. She asked me to send the screen shot of the result so i did the same. Then i got a phone call interview saying that it is from jet airways and after the call i received an offer letter from jet airways for the post airline ticketing. The offer letter of jet airways looks very original. Then she asked money from me for each and every procedure. After making payments i got training letter, location confirmation letter, medical and account opening letter, id card form and insurance bond form. She told me that my 1 month training will start on january/15/2018. But after all this i felt very suspicious about this lady because of the way she talks and sometimes she never picks up the phone and she gives some excuses. On 21st december 2017 i went to cochin international airport limited (Cial) and i met 2 jet airways staff and i told them the incident, to know whether this is genuine or not. One of the staff told me that all these letters are fake and they never take money from the candidates before or after the interview. After hearing this i was really shocked. I was on my way to mumbai and when i reached mumbai i went to jet airways head office and i met 2 senior staffs and i enquired with them. They also told me the same thing. Before going to cial i went to karipur airport (Calicut) to enquire about this but from there i got a different reply. They said that this is true but i felt very suspicious. Finally i realised that maria malhothra is a fraud. Now because of her i lost rs.60, 000 and i have no trust in shine.com. Now i'm jobless. Now her number has been changed and it is always switched off. She has blocked my number in whatsapp also. Now when i checked the true caller the name has been changed. Earlier the name was maria malhothra and now the name is rani ravi. I kindly request you to take necessary actions against maria malhothra for cheating me for the past 1 and a 1/2 months and i need my money back.

        I was travelling from cjb to blr flight no 9w2932 on 28/12/2017 and lost valuables from my luggage consisting of the following items:
        1. Tshirt make hermes brand new in sealed packet costing rs 8000/-
        2. Tshirt make dior brand new in sealed condition costing rs 8000/-
        3. Sunglasses make tom ford used in the original box costing around rs 20000/-
        4. Perfume brand new pack costing around rs 10000/-

        Please look into the matter on urgent and priority basis. Boarding pass copy and tag are attached herewith.

          I, a 16 year old student booked a ticket on jet airways flight from delhi to bagdogra. It was the 1st of january and therefore the smog in delhi resulted in a lot of inconvenience. Not only my flight but my train from kota to delhi was also delayed. Nevertheless i managed to reach the airport on time. Our flight 9w 0711
          Was scheduled to depart at 10:30 am but was delayed by an hour. I reached the airport at 9'o clock sharp. I was standing in a pretty long queue to get my boarding pass since 9am. They called out many flights at the same time. The announcements were so inaudible and muffled that i couldn't catch a word of it. Finally after i managed to reach the boarding counter at 11am, they told me that the boarding for our flight was over. I was helpless and went to the jet airways supervisor. She was quite ignorant and was not interested in hearing my problem. After a lot of requests, knowing that it was their fault, she handed me a ticket for the 3rd of january.
          I am a resident of bagdogra and it is not possible for a 16 year old girl like me to stay in delhi and therefore my problem was nowhere solved. Finally, since i had no other choice, i had to book another immediate flight to bagdogra and i am thankful to vistara for providing me a relaxing and supportive experience from the horrible and hectic experience from jet airways.
          The jet airways staff had no management whatsoever. I am really disgusted by their service and would not recommend jet airways to any passenger/traveller.

            I was traveling along with my family from dubai bus station to delhi on 30.12.17 by etihad bus up to abu dhabi at 11.50pm and jet airways flight from abu dhabi to delhi at 08.20 am on 31.12.17. After reaching at delhi t-3 terminal, it was noticed that chain lock of two suitcases where pad locks were put, had been broken in transit. We were required to travel from delhi to nagpur on the same day (I e. On 31.12.17. At 15.05 hrs. But due to late arrival of flight from abu dhabi and late receipt of one suitcase on the belt, it was 14.35 hrs at the belt itself. But we ran fast to board the nagpur flight of jet airways which we couldn't as we reached to domestic transfer counter by 14.40 hrs. After this i went to book the next day flight to nagpur. During that time we talked to employee of jet airways about breaking of chain lock of two suitcases. She informed to make on line complaint. As due to fog the flight of 6.30am could take of by 11.15 am on 01.01.18 from delhi airport. I was required to attend the office on urgent basis after late arrival on 01.01.18. Now, i am lodging the complaint about breaking of chain lock of two suitcases n removal of 5 items purchased from carrefour at dubai costing about 86 aed and appx 900 aed were stolen from the one of the suitcase.               I was traveling from lucknow to delhi and had a connecting flight to atlanta same day. I was asked to pay for extra baggage from jet. I visit india every year and i always take jetairlines from delhi to lucknow and in return, cause of t2 terminal. Earlier as soon i showed my passport and further flight tickets, i was being allowed to carry 25 kg of luggage in one bag. But this time i was asked to pay for extra baggage as i did not had the same pnr number. This i believe is a way of harassing the travelers not to use its flight. Next time i am going to use some other options as airindia for my next visit.

                I with my wife and another friend couple made a travel from mumbai to bangkok via jet airways flight no 9w62 on 9th dec. 2017. My reservation code is ncfhum and seat no 14a.

                I have kept one of my mobile phones iphone 4s (Imei no.[protected]) in one of my checked in luggage bag. On reaching bangkok airport and in the arrival lounge, waiting for our tourist guide to receive us for hotel transfer, i noticed that the small padlock with chain hook found broken and missing. As we were in hurry to reach in time at our hotel, we waited to check my bag after reaching our hotel room. Then i found that my mobile phone was meticulously stolen and found empty box at same place in bag.

                As we had a long tour covering three countries namely thailand, singapore and malyasia in period between 9-12-17 and 25-12-17, after returning to mumbai from kualalumpur on 25 th dec 2017c and thereafter my hometown rajkot on 27th dec, i am now able to make complaint in this regard.

                Kindly look into the matter and return the same as early as possible.

                  Dear duty manager (Upasana bagga),

                  I am writing this email to express my strong dissatisfaction towards customer service agent.
                  His identification tag shows the name amir gehlot. On the 26th september when i and my husband just finished our 1 month of holidays in europe. So we boarded from germany - kuwait - delhi - ktm - del-sydney flew with kuwait airlines.

                  While we were transiting from delhi airport, because we didn't have the boarding pass for outbound journey i had to ask the ground service agent to print me out our boarding passes. I found the staff wes sleeping at the desk and very unhelpful because apparently it felt like i disturbed them. Long story short other ground staff was engaged too but no one could help us because they already finished thier shifts.

                  We were exhausted with this 24 hours long flight and wanted to get to the lounge where we can relax for couple of hours but again the police officer didn't allow us because we didn't have any boarding pass to get stamped.

                  So i went back to the transfer desk and hoping for the luck this time and then i met this guy "amir gehlot"very nasty, extremely rude, manner less and offensive. He was standing outside the transfer desk playing with his phone. When i asked him for help and explained him my situation he was so busy with his phone that he hardly manage to do a eye contact with me. And all he replied me is "go get your passport and boarding pass or else just sit there someone will get back to you".

                  I was so frustrated, tired and wasn't ready for this. So i said excuse me did you hear me i don't have my boarding pass and i need one. If you can't help me i will ask someone else. Then your staff amir replied "oh you excuse me, you asking me help if you don't need my help then get lost from here and that's when it got worst. He was continuously arguing with me because he didn't like the fact that i took his attention outbof his mobile phone. And that's when i husband bumped in to calm him down. Seriously, i saw him doing this to the other passenger too who were old, innocent and completely new to that airport this is sad and offensive.

                  Your staff not only lacks customer service skills but also humanity and was slacking off at work. Please check all the camera if you have to this incident occured between 7:00 am-9:30 am. Sorry i don't remember the exact timing but pretty sure between that time frame.
                  The security lady who works at the airport who was sitting just opposite side of the transfer desk also witnessed this act.

                  Please provide sufficient training and educate your staffs so that they can improve those areas and hopefully they will not continue this anymore in future. Sorry because of this bad experience i have to leave you a negative feedback with zero star and will never ever travel with you guys.

                  Hello, On 24th Dec my flight was delayed, and at last after waited 2 and half hours flight was scheduled but i missed that flight due to ground staff and i was need to booked another flight with another carrier. So now i want justice to recover my money and take action again Jet Airways.

                      When we boarded the flight, the tray on which the food is to be kept was broken and it was all open during the flight. The corner seat 16a and the seat in front of it 15a, seat was faulty and was reclining all along the flight. We were told it was a glitch and we could not have properly food also due to this..

                        Me and my kids were supposed to board a flight to india from abu dhabi airport on 27th of december, 2017 at 00:50 hrs. I was given the boarding pass for the same, a copy of which can be presented if required, but after immigration and security check i was not allowed to bard the flight at the boarding gate claiming that the gates have been closed and that apparently i was late but as far as my knowledge goes if i am given a boarding pass and assigned a seat in the plane it is the airline's responsibility to board me in the flight. Also i would like to specially mention here that i am a mother of two kids travelling with me, one child 3 years old and an infant aged 1 year and i had to face all the trouble during and after this mishap. I am already a patient of hypertension, and my infant son was suffering from very high fever and a history of convulsions due to high body temperature, and the amount of stress i had to go through late at night all alone with little kids with me is incomparable to any wrong i can mention. What would i have done if something would have gone wrong with me or with my kids, there can not be any compensation that could erase the bad memories i have faced that day. And to top it all i have received zero assistance and zero response from anyone at the airport or any officials even after so many complaints made from our side. One more mention is that my luggage was obviously taken at the gate and i was told later that it has been offloaded from the flight within that little span of time i was facing all those issues helplessly at the boarding gate, during all this hassle a handbag i was carrying was also misplaced which contained indian cash i was carrying with me, my medicines and my kids medicines too in the priority items. This has been the worst experience for me with no help from the airline staff and whoever gets this message should also note down that we live in sharjah and were boarding the flight from abu dhabi from where my husband dropped us and left back for sharjah and he had to come back from midway to get us home. If someone actually gets this complain please take it seriously as it is not just about the harassment me and my kids faced it also involves our health. I would like someone from the official team to take my complain seriously and revert back to me otherwise unfortunately i will have to take it to the next level and file an official complaint regarding the same in the concerned court of law.

                          I had a ticket from lucknow to delhi flt no. 9w 759 dtd 23/12/17. Departure time 7.25 am. It was rescheduled twice and i was not intimated about the rescheduling.
                          It was a very important official trip and i was stuck at air port due to delay of flight and no information about the delay.
                          I could not make the journey due to this and i had to face a huge loss due to your negligence. Kindly adjust or return the amount.

                              I booked a flight on 9th december through jet airways website. I used my debit card for the payment. The money being 2248/- per transaction. Two times the transaction failed. The money was deducted but the ticket was not recieved. My third transaction was complete and i recieved the ticket. It has been half a month. I have been calling innumerable number of customer care executive but nobody is bothering to take my request in action. Infact, the info provided by the executives is mis leading. Jet airways owes me 2248/- + 2248/-. I'm done with talking to people. I want my money back. This is heights o[censored]nprofessional from a company like this, assuring that i will get my refund within 7 working days, but its already been 15 days and i see no action, no response, no reply from your side. This is the last time i'm dropping a mail, otherwise i will be left with no option but to sue jet airways on the clause of not returning my money. I expect a reply to this mail, kindly do the needful.

                                Hi,

                                I booked 2 flight tickets from mumbai to zurich from jet airways for myself & my wife. The booking confirmed that the it was all jet flights with following;
                                1. Mumbai to delhi - pnr : cesuge, flight : 9w361
                                2. Delhi to amsterdam - pnr : cesuge; flight : 9w8501
                                3. Amsterdam to zurich - pnr : cesuge; flight : 9w8790

                                On flight day i got to know jet flight is only till delhi and after that klm flights are there (Partner of jet), however i had no issues with the same. I checked in 2 baggage and on-boarded and it was nice flight.

                                The problem started when i landed in zurich and i could not found my one of my checked-in baggage on luggage belt. I went to counters of klm for help however they had no idea about the luggage and lodge a complaint for same. They promised to locate the luggage and deliver to my hotel next day however i was travelling next day from zurich to interlaken so it was not an option for me. I kept on following with klm team to know the status of luggage and they were not able to answer till 9 pm in night; where they said that they will be able to deliver it only next day that too without confirmation on upto what time. As i had to travel to interlaken next day; i took the responsibility to pick the luggage myself from airport as i had no confidence on either klm or jet for service delivery. So i spent the one day either on phone with klm team or on their web-site to check the status and next day of luggage pick-up whereas i had planned it to explore zurich that day and also celebrate birthday of my wife. This was a birthday trip and spent money to explore swiss and not to make follow up calls and to round trips to airport to pick luggage.

                                The worst part came when i contacted jet-airways; they simply refused to extend any help and left me to mercy of klm. How can you do so; i booked the ticket with you and not with klm. Klm is your partner and not mine. You have to take all responsibility as i am facing you; i paid money to you. Jet team took no responsibility and no efforts to resolve the issue. I did not hear back from them as well. Extremely poor service.

                                Post returning from trip and after struggling with jet airways; i contacted klm however they refused to support me and just slapped their policy on face that i have to come back within 21 days. First these people make mistake and rather compensating for the mistake they make people run all around and take excuse of faulty policies. How can they expect a customer will know about all such hidden policies of a airline, whereas they do not take any accountability and responsibility to provide services for which i have paid.

                                This mishap gave me nightmares as the luggage had all the woolens we were carrying on the trip and my cloths. The other bag which we got had more of food items and some cloths of my wife. So i was left with no woolen and cloths for myself in unknown country and city. To add to my misery it was rainy day (Sep 13) in zurich and temp went really down. It was my wife’s birthday and i planned the trip for her surprise, this miss-handling of luggage spoiled the entire arrangement and we had tough time. We left with no choice but to buy woolen for both and cloths for my-self from zurich at exorbitant prices compare to india. Please note we already had woolen and had no need to buy them. This lead to multiple issues; shortage of luggage space when we returned, too much luggage during inter-city travel for 13 days, shortage of fx during the visit and unnecessary expenses spoiling our budget planning. Also this spoiled 2 days of my 5 day halt in switzerland, my dream vacation turned into follow-up session.

                                I suffered mental stress, financial loses and precious time of my trip.

                                I was told at klm counters that airline will bear the financial exp however no support offered till now so forced to put up a mail after waiting for almost 3 months.

                                The airline shall better pay the money as per policies and law of land for international travel rather making excuses and passing the buck as they made mistake and i suffered due to same.

                                Klm is their partner and they shall take care not me, i had booked ticket with jet airways and not klm. I have paid to jet airways and not klm.

                                  I have not received my 18 power banks from my luggage from my travel sfo to ccu via london and mumbai. The details of which are appended below for kind perusal and redressal

                                  1. I travelled from sfo to ccu on 17th dec and reached mumbai on 19th dec at 6:30 am. My connecting flight to kolkata was at 8:20 am. After collecting the baggage at mumbai and clearing custom when i checked in the baggage again in mumbai, no one told me the power banks are not allowed in check in baggage.
                                  2. At the time of boarding gate at 8 am i got to know one of my baggage is on hold for the power banks and will be delivered in the next flight due to shortage of time. I provided my address and phone number. The jet airways person at boarding gate confirmed i will get my power banks and when my baggage will come in kolkata, i will get a call back from airport.
                                  3. I did not receive any call from airport till 20th dec.
                                  4. I called the kolkata jet airways baggage on 21st dec and got to know my baggage received and then i collected my baggage on 21st on good faith and i returned back to home. Thereafter i found none of my power banks present in the baggage. I called the kolkata jet airways and they told me to call the number[protected]. I called the number immediately and the representative told me to send mail [protected]@jetairways.com to create the file number and told me i will get my power banks. I sent the mail immediately at 7:21 pm with details and got automated message that i will get the response back within 24 hours.
                                  6. I have sent a reminder on dec 23, 2017 at 9:07 am.
                                  5. Surprisingly i did not receive any response over 72 hours. I sent the reminder again today at 9:05 am. Till this email i was not aware of what is the claim procedure or i have to claim within 24 hours.
                                  6. Today i. E 25th dec, at 10:51 am i got this response where i got to know first time that i required to claim my power banks in 24 hours from mumbai itself.

                                  As i have no knowledge about above rule provision during last 6 days, i may kindly be given 24 hours time treating the same as fresh notice so that my representative can collect the same from mumbai airport. Claim procedure may also be communicated to me.

                                  Your active intervention and cooperation in this regards is highly solicited.

                                  A line of confirmation in this regard is requested.

                                  Kindly refer to my mail dated 25/12/2017 and your response on the same day wherein you have stated that I would receive a reply from the company representatives within several days. Now it is over 9 days and I have not received any reply from the company. I do not know the meaning of several days whether it is 9 or more days. Thus I would request you to intervene into the matter seriously so that I can get back my 18 power banks without further delay. I am expecting a positive reply from you in this regards within next 24 hours.

                                      I had booked a ticket on jet airways for 8th jan 2018 for rs 3300 and now i want to get the ticket modified, they are charging 3900 and 4000 + taxes as modification and cancellation charge which when totalled is more than the actual cost of the ticket.
                                      I have my muhs university medical exams being delayed, which leaves me with no other option.
                                      Please help i’m a final mbbs student and it is very tough for me to pay so many charges

                                        I was traveling from chennai to mumbai and mumbai to bahrain on 18 december 2017. As i receive my baggage in the final destination bahrain at around 22.00 hrs bahrain time, i found the baggage zip opened by force and found missing my gold ring, diamond ring, bahrain currency about 60 bhd, indian currency about 4000 from the valets.
                                        Unfortunately i forget to carry my leather bag and kept inside the baggage that is sent to luggage section, still it was secured with number lock and scan crew too tagged pvc string (Cable tie).
                                        I am sure it has not been happened without the help of scan crew involment.
                                        Kindly help me to recover the lost items. The worth of whole items are about irs. 150000 (Indian rupees one lakh fifty thousand)
                                        Please consider on humanity base and take necessary action.

                                        Thanks to initiate following. Hope that culprit will be punished and my things will be recovered. Jet Airways should compensate my lose and take appropriate action in finding the culprits.
