      Recently (2 days ago), i traveled from new delhi to atlanta with a layover in amsterdam.
      I am a platinum medallion member on delta & was booked on jet airways (Skymile partner) from delhi to amsterdam.
      Let me begin by saying that it was the biggest mistake of my travel life!
      Six hours before the flight, i was putting my stuff in the car to go to the airport and i, accidentally, slipped & fell down the staircase & badly twisted my left leg.
      With a broken leg (Badly in pain) & with 4 heavy suitcases, i got to the jet airways counter & to my surprise, i found out that even after paying 125, 000 miles for all 4 segments of my travel, i am not booked on the premium seat & had been moved all the way back to '51k'. Even when my suitcases & luggage had the 'priority' tag on them. With no support or understanding from the crew about my leg, they made me walk all the way back to '51k' (Without wheelchair) & had no remorse of putting me in deeper pain. All i heard was 'sorry' & not a single effort of actually doing something about my situation.
      All the major airlines provide a wheelchair with an escort in emergency situations as mine; however, jet airways refused to even acknowledge that there's something wrong with my leg & continued to be nonchalant in their behavior & attitude. There was no wheelchair in sight until i got to amsterdam. I had been limping with pain in my left leg throughout the flight.
      It was an absolutely horrible experience & i cannot emphasize enough how much jet airways is an incompetent airline!!
      My co-passengers were far more cooperative than the crew & staff, and offered me their aisle seat so i could stretch my leg per the doctor's instructions.
      I do not recommend jet airways to anyone whether it's a short or a long flight, the staff & crew are extremely rude & just do not care about anyone's dire situation!

        Racial discrimination against northeast mizoram girl from aizwal in pune international airport by jetairways employees.

        The mizo girl reached pune airport at 2 a. M to fly to kolkota but when she went to collect her boarding pass from the jetairways counter she was refused the boarding pass saying that she reached 5 min late. The jetairways flight to kolkota was scheduled at 2:50 a. M. There was still time for her to board the flight to kolkota, but her seat was allotted to other passenger and she was made to purchase a new ticket from pune to kolkota for rs 10096.

          This mail is being written to draw your attention towards the following issue:
          1) i manoj singh resident of – flat no-203, iind floor, a-1, ratan presidency-2, parwati bagla road kanpur had a journey with jet airways on 2nd of dec, 2017 and it was very strange to notice that i had lost many of my belongings when i reached lucknow port i have noticed the same ;cartoons were torned from edges and many items were missing.in correspondence i had made a complaint in the airport but no action is being taken for the same and no complaint is registered there. Therefore i am compelled to write this mail. Kindly look into the grievous issue soon as possible and give me a positive reply soon. Else i will take a strict action against jet airways.

            I travelled from jet airways india, delhi on 30th nov 2017. My checked in bag was sealed when i started from dehradun. I had to wait for 9 hours at the delhi airport for further connecting flight to amsterdam and further to germany.

            After reaching germany at the conveyor belt i saw my bag did not have the seal. I did not think of it much since it could have been broken in the transit. This could have been given. But later when i reached home and opened my bags i found many of my costly cosmetics were gone from the bag. Body shop serums, maybelline nail paints, nail paint removers etc. Right now i have to make out what else is gone becasue these are what i can remember and noticed.

            Seriously, indian airports are # up. Who says igi deserves the best airport award? It does not. While leaving this country showed its standard yet again. Cheap theives they are is all i can say.

              I wish to strongly complain about the behaviour of jet airways staff and lack of info given to me over the delay to the flight. I was due to fly from delhi on tuesday 21st november 2017 flight no. 9w 122, due to depart at 13.20. This flight was showing a delay of 25 minutes then a further delay due to depart at 14.30. This time came and went but no further info being provided.in fact jet airways ground staff just roamed around the terminal building, instead of being at their workstations. When the staff were confronted by angry passengers, we were now told that the flight would not be departing, at the earliest this would be 02.00 on the morning of wednesday 22nd november 2017. We inquired about what arrangements were being made to place passengers in a hotel etc. We informed no arrangements and we would have to spend the night in the airport terminal. However after several hours later some o[censored]s were told that we could use the airport lounge. When we arrived the lounge was already overcrowded, but i managed to find a seat. The flight boarded but again it left well over an hour late. After travelling from the punjab and long delay i suffered, i felt very uncomfortable and very tired with aches and pains in the whole of body. I feel jetairways did not give adequate support and care for the welfare well being of their customers. Therefore i am seeking substantial compensation from jet airways. Dalbagh dhaliwal

              I was on the same flight on 21 November 2017 . I had requested a compensation from the guest relations team. They have replied back explaining the technical fault and offering only 3000 miles added to my privilege account as compensation. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with the response. Dalbagh I would appreciate if you can share your response from the customer support team.

                    As a frequent flier of jet airways airlines, i am extremely disappointed at my most recent experience with your company today.
                    I arrived early for my scheduled flight (#9w 0534) to muscat. Upon completing the online web check in from home and reaching the airport at 5:30pm-6:00pm in the electronic display in the terminal, i saw that the flight was listed as delayed to my surprise. I went to the baggage clearing process at the airport and proceed to the jet airways web check in online counter since the business class (B15) counter was free i was invited to use the counter. I started off wishing the female staff present at the counter and enquired about the delay and was informed it was due to operational cause. During the formalities of check in my checked in luggage weight was 31.5kg and was asked to reduce the weight and i had to remove two packets of sweets. Then my hand baggage was weighted and unfortunately it was showing 9 kg, as i had to carry out prescribed and allowed medicines to muscat. I was ready to pay for 1 kg excess as the cost was 1700 rs ☹ and requested that since there is a flight delay which has also let to inconvenience to me to your staff (Guess name is sunaina) i requested not to charge me more. Despite my polite demeanor, she along with a male staff (Guess name is ashok, blue blazer seems to be a bigs staff) responded rudely, stating, "hand baggage luggage has to be reduced 2kg or you will be offloaded". Despite of the flight delay where “if a flight is delayed by less than 24 hours, the airline has to provide meals and refreshments to passengers “ the staff stands with an attitude showing no respect to my time they did not allow me to board the flight and the most amusing part is that they have mentioned my states as “late arrival” for which i was in the airport from 5:30pm here is where my frustration reaches its peak!
                    Just for an additional 2kg you made me go through this whole hardship and i was a happy passenger until yesterday. Upon leaving the terminal, i visited the main airline office, where i was told that the flight for tomorrow will cost me 14 k extra for the same flight, but that fact was apparently not pleasing at all for me. While weather - and equipment-related delays are understandable, however the operational delay by your staff is not.
                    I believe jetairways airlines needs to take full responsibility for the inconvenience and expense i suffered due to your company's inability to handle better customer experience, as well as the staff who was present during the time 5:30 – 8:00pm
                    I expect to be compensated in the form of vouchers or similarly make a refund of my whole ticket. Based on your response i had 5 tickets scheduled to travel on dec 17 to mct which i will have to rethink.

                      My father in law was with us in seattle. We booked jet airways round trip ticket for him from mumbai to seattle. He was supposed to take return flight on nov 15. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with life threatening disease in aug and we had to fly him out right then for immediate surgery in india.in oct, i contacted jet airways to cancel and refund my ticket. They are rejecting the claim saying there is no ticket refund on medical grounds. I have not seen any airline who would reject refund for hospitalized patient. I am going to post this on social media so that people do not book tickets with them for senior citizens.

                        Expecting a fastest reply from jet airways team
                        I (Female passenger) booked a flight ticket in jet airways

                        Coming to the concern, jet airways to be shameful for treating a female passenger like a doll
                        I reached to check in counter on time (1:50 pm) but the staff conveyed a marvellous answer to me that there is no vacant to sit in the flight so better to change the flight timings or cancel the trip with the refund, with one hour begging reminded them several times i am a female passenger and have connected bus in banglore, then they allowed me to get the boarding pass at last minute and said to run as fast as possible to get the flight.
                        Finally after reaching banglore i get to know that bag was not loaded in mumbai flight due to carrying of power bank.
                        I really apologised for carrying power bank but the staff when they see the power bank they should convey the information to passenger by calling or sending sms but it has not happened, without any rules and regulations they stopped sending bag to banglore.
                        A girl who planned to go to her village with delicious sweets and clothes for stay was completely spoiled by jet airways rude behaviour staff

                        Why i suffred a lot even ticket booked 10 days prior
                        Why boarding pass gave to me in last minute
                        Dont you have a common sense to say a passenger to run
                        Why power bank issue was not raised before getting a boarding pass
                        Why power bank issue was not conveyed to the customer
                        Why customer care service spoken rudely with me
                        Because of your mistakes why i need to wait 48 hours in nearest airport to collect the bag
                        Who is going to bear delicious sweets cost

                        I would like to get fastest reply from your side regarding your explanation and service which you can provide for getting my bag if the reply delays then our team is ready to post in all social media websites, mahila mandal team and news papers that how you treated the female passenger.

                            I travelled via jet airways 9w768 on 28th nov from delhi to hyderabad,
                            I haven't received my baggage at hyderabad,
                            I even lodged a formal complaint with jet airways with complaint number hyd9w23001,
                            Even after calling 29 times waiting for 2 days i am only hearing one answer still under tracing which is not acceptable,
                            This is not mistake
                            I just believed in jetairways n travelled by it,
                            Travelling in jetairways is my only mistake think
                            Please return my bag to the earliest

                              My parents were travelling from amritsar to raipur via delhi (connected flight) on 29th November, 2017 . When they reached Raipur (Chhattisgarh), luggages were missing, when enquired, they were told that there luggages are in delhi and haven’t been boarded to the connected flight to Raipur.! They were told to collect the luggage on 30th November, 2017 from the airport and were asked to call and enquire if the luggages have arrived or not.! Firstly, what sort of irresponsible act was this ? The luggage had important documents, and dress for marriage which was urgently needed. Secondly, the staffs showed such casual attitude towards it, showed no apologetic behaviour and weren’t concerned at all even when they were told that the luggages had important things in it.! Thirdly, airport is 15km away from my residential place, why should I take the pain of travelling 30km in an all for the careless act of their staff ? Why should I pay and suffer loss for their mistake ? Fifthly, why should I call and enquire ? They owe me duty of care to call and inform me about the arrival of my luggages. The responsibility of my luggages was tranfered upon them the very moment when luggages were checked in, so it’s their duty to tranfer that responsibility of luggage back upon me on my arrival, which they failed to and committed a breach of duty, care and responsibility for which I am filing a complaint against them ragarding the loss I suffered for their careless act.!

                                This is suresh pujeri,

                                Due to your bad service my family got disturbed also me as well.

                                My flight was from mumbai to dusseldorf via abu dhabi and my wife and daughter flight was from pune to dusseldorf.

                                We planned to go with same flight from abu dhabi, due to your flight delay my family got so many problems also my 1 year 4 months kid.

                                She has to stay in abu dhabi for whole day due to 2 hours 15 min delay from pune.

                                If it is so than what is use of my tickets which i made to go together with my family from abu dhabi.

                                And for me they gave mumbai – london heathrow – dusseldorf, when i asked to give abu dhabi they ignored to give the tickets in mumbai.

                                And when i arrived in dusseldorf i asked about status of flight they were not at all responded for me, they said please contact jet airways.

                                Is this the meaning of joint venture, one of the worst experience i had in my life.

                                Due to all baggage with my wife i was not having single rupee with me, also my house key. When i asked any accommodation or taxi to guest house so that i can accommodate, etihad member in the airport they don’t even looked at me.

                                So i need all the money back which i spent on you guys, or else i will register a complaint on your airways.

                                My taxi bill from dusseldorf to guest house i. E. 119 euro, taxi bill from guest house to dusseldorf airport to pick my family i. E. 119 euro.

                                And the guest house bill 150 euro. And also i need the compensation of delay for the flight as per law.

                                Attached ticket details for your ref, if you have any questions call to my mobile at any time.

                                I need the solution as early as possible by phone or by email, i will be waiting for positive result from you.

                                I am travelled from Banglore to Brussels November 19th 2017 (Banglore to Mumbai - Jet Airways)

                                Jet airways has delayed the flight by 1hour, it has to reach Mumbai by 11:30PM, it didnot reached mumbai till 12:30AM,

                                Brussels airlines boarding will close by 12:55AM,

                                  Flight 613 travel date 14 nov' 17.

                                  I am working in bsnl and to claim reimbursement birfurcation of tax& charges
                                  May be given like other others e. G indigo etc.

                                  In ticket basic fare is 15675

                                  Tax & charges as given is 5111.55.

                                  Kindly give bifurcation for tax & charges so that i can claim.

                                    I have booked ticket for bom - dubai - bom by using privilege miles and made balance payment thru credit card.in 2nd week of october i have cancelled my ticket. My miles got credited but i am still waiting for my refund its almost 50 days but they don't have any update. When i called call center i get different replies. (1). My refund is already done.. (2).. They don't have my refund details.. (3). They will call me back in 2 hours after taking to concern department.
                                    Despite the regular follow up till date i have not received my amount. On call center number i have spoken to following persons.. Prachi, anu, haider ali and sandeep.
                                    Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Didn't get my jp miles points:
                                    Flight 1: PNR LFSYQW (16.11.2017; JAIPUR TO SINGAPORE) & (21/22.11.2017; SINGAPORE TO JAIPUR)

                                      Hi jet team,

                                      Wanted to put in your notice that i traveled with your airlines in august to bangkok and had a worst experience this time. On both the legs, delhi-bangkok-delhi the aircraft was too bad, without any leg space and even a thin person cannot accommodate in a single seat.

                                      Moreover while coming back on august 26, flight no. 9w 63, bangkok-delhi, the cabin crew was pathetic, especially had bad experience with kanika, who was tooooo rude with rude expressions and ready to fight, it seems like she never got any customer service training. When we complained about something she started shouting and arguing and it seems she was ready for a physical fight. I had never experienced this kind of service at an international flight and more over with jet. Now i will have to think twice before travelling with your airlines.

                                      I work with u. S. Embassy went on an official travel (Along with my husband an infant), i will definitely share my feed back with my nears and dears and will recommend them to never travel with such a horrible flight.

                                        We travelled to dehi, leaving london heathrow on 12th november (Flight 9w121). The plane was delayed by approximately one hour on the way to delhi which resulted in us missing our connecting flight to lucknow and there was no help from your staff in this matter. The result of this delay landed us with a bill for another flight on to lucknow amounting to £143.00.

                                        This alone was very irritating but then on our return journey on 21st november from delhi (9w122) the flight was delayed by 13 hours and although staff appeared quite helpful it was a constant battle to get problems resolved and a finite answer about the length of delay as the delay started at 1 hour and then gradualy changed until they finally admitted tht we would not be leaving until the folowing morning.

                                        On top of this the plane was very cramped, almost as though extra rows of seats had been added to accomodate more passengers. I can honestly say that this was possibly the most uncomfortable flight that we have taken. We recently flew to boston (Usa) by a 'no frills airline' (Norwegian) and they provided a new dreamliner which gave us better air quality and more leg room; which was lacking on your aricraft. The cabin crew work hard in the cramped conditions.

                                        I believe that there is much to be done to bring the quality of service and modernity of the aircraft up to the expected levels of passengers. The flight was no cheaper than other airlines and we selected the flight based on the time leaving heathrow.

                                        The experience was far from accceptable in todays market and my expecttions from long haul flights far exceeds the service that you have provided. My husband and i have flown to america on numerous airlines with a great flight and also flown sri lanka airlines and british airways long haul flights and your airline has not met the quality of any of these competitors.

                                        We feel saddened by the fact that we will not wish to travel on long haul by jet airways on future visits to india. Short haul flights are not affected by this decision.
