I had booked tickets for my guest traveling from mumbai to nagpur on 5th november 2017. Following false claims were made:
1. Jet said the flight won't fly because the landing condition in nagpur is not suitable. This was false as i traveled from pune to nagpur and my flight landed perfectly fine. Indigo few from mumbai and could land.
2. My guest was told no alternative flight was available and a full refund would be initiated and they don't have to do anything. They would themselves initiate a full refund. As the booking was done by travel agent it would be credited to his account.
3. When my travel agent tried request for refund, they said my guests were offered an alternative flight to delhi and then nagpur which reached later in the evening. My guests were coming for my engagement which was in the morning. We had made booking to fly back later in the evening so it did not even make logical sense for them to accept. This is an utterly false claim by jet for not refunding the amount.in all the chaos i had to suffer losses for return indigo flight also. And now jet is saying alternative flight was offered. This wrong information you are providing. Please help.

    My sister has travelled on saturday morning ie 13th jan at 1.30 am flight from chennai to france and then to toronto. Her one check in baggage could not be found, she complained but no proper answer. All very important materials, documents are inside and she is too worried. When she tried calling there was no response. I tried calling from india but the number is busy all the time. I do not know how to contact you by phone. Contact me at [protected]@yahoo. Ca

      Myself shriya modak was allotted a booking no. Saacgw at pune airport, india, as pune-abu dhabi to london to boston.
      Based on the same i travelled all the way to boston. My final flight from london to boston was on ba215.
      On arrival i realized that one of 4 bags, which i checked in at pune, india; was missing.
      Accordingly i tried to report the same to ba customer service, who also advised me to alert all the airlines i travelled on 12th jan 2018.
      I had also sent emails to all the relevant airlines customer services.
      I wish to bring to attention that i was asked to submit reference no of the complaint.
      To my dismay, since my journey was handled by 3 different airlines, the original baggage tag no. Issued by jet aireways is not being recognized while filing online bag missing report.
      As a result, i cannot proceed any further in the matter.
      Hence i wish to bring to notice what happens when your journey is handled by different airlines. Each airline tries to throw the ball in each others' court & in the end the passenger suffers.

        Recently I went through this website I found some of them had the same experience like mine that's why I decided to post this complaint on this site,
        I got a call from an agency which is based in Bangalore ( V services ) the recruiter was a lady Preeti Sharma she has introduced about her and the company they are recruiting people for airports and your profile has been selected for the position of air ticketing staff which are telephonic, face to face.
        After the telephonic interview, the second person from the company side was demanding me the security money of 10500 for forwarding the application to the company this amount will refund you back along with your second-month salary, unfortunately, I have paid this amount to their account, they have issued a welcoming letter and a joining date, also demanding me the 14500 for medical insurance fee but I refused to pay this amount there after they have completely disappeared phone got switched off email ID doesn't exist,

        i got mail from naukri.[protected]@gmail.com which says that your are selected for Ground staff at Jetairways nagpur Airport then they call me from this number [protected]
        (Alok calling from naukri .com) then they take my telephonic interview and then send me a confirmation letter which i attached below please check that and tell me is that true or not because it came from [protected]@jetairways.com so i got surprised and happy so after that they tell me to pay 13 thousand for medical test which are refunded at time of joining so after some time i paid but now no mail nothing received so please tell how get back my money from fraud please sir help me

          My jetprivilege account has been hacked and the airmiles have been used by someone to buy electronics goods without me knowing.

          Although the miles have been refunded once, the problem happened again and i have requested jetprivilege to recreate a new account for me, providing all required details for doing so.

          After 3 weeks jetprivilege is still sending standard email saying that my problem is dealt with, but nothing is happening and i feel they want me to give up on my 270k+ miles!!

          Can anyone give me the contact of a high representative of the company, because the staff you get to talk to one the phone are utterly useless!!

          Same thing happened with me. i am Jet PrivilegePlatinum Member. Someone hacked my Jet Privilege Account and debited my account with 75, 005 JP Miles for Amazon Digital Vouchers for INR 15, 000 to buy some electronics.

          In my case also not much response.
          You said in your message they recredited your account with Miles.Could you confirm who recredited these miles to your account to enable me to approach them again to credit miles back to my account which were debited fradulently. In your case also it was Amazon Digital Gift vouchers
          I think Jet Airways staff is in connivance with culprits and shares confidential in formation of the customer

              I don't have last name in my passport and after discussion with jetairways customer had booked my air ticket by mentioning my first name in both first name and last name.

              Now the customer care are saying you will not be allowed boarding as i should have used a different way to mention my name. They are telling me to cancel my ticket and rebook.

                I was booked on 9w540 24th dec. 17 22.25 hrs. From mumbai to muscat and also did web checkin. I reached 9.30 at the counter but was refused to issue boarding pass because i was late by 5 mins.

                I had to book for 9w 540 for 25th dec. 22.25 hrs. And had to pay rs. 5376/- being difference in fare. The pnr is ybgllk and the ticket #[protected]. And now the said flight was delayed by 1 hr. 35 minutes.

                I was delayed by 5 min. And i was refused boarding whereas now the flight was delayed by over 1 1/5 hrs.. Because of the 5 minutes delay, i had to pay rs. 5, 376/- and the inconvenience of returning home. I also missed christmas with my family in muscat.

                And the inconvenience of reaching in the middle of early morning the next day, to arrange transport, etc. Because of the delayed flight.

                I have reported the said matter to the call centre of jet airways and spoke to mr. Ankhit jain but to no avail.

                  Original flight from ewr cancelled after boarding 2hrs. Late, deplaing 3hrs. Later and another 3hrs. Waiting at the gate due to mechenical problems, weather was fine, returned luggage at 2:30 am. Received another confirmed seat for the next day, which was cancelled once again even before check-in., put on another flight, the connecting flight took off late once again and landed late. Almost missed the second connecting flight due to lost luggage. The luggage dept. Have been the most inefficient and unhelpful for the past 4 days, after numerous e-mails, hours of waiting on the phone and getting the run around still no bags. Everything for a 2week trip was in the checked in luggage including phone chargers, so a completely ruined, aggravating and a very expensive trip.
                  Strongly advice to stay away from travelling on jet airways.

                    Hi sir/mam myself sairam.Ramagiri from the past 1week I'm receiving some calls, They are saying that we are calling from (Jet Airlines)MII SOLUTIONS New Delhi...your resume is matched with our requirements...
                    His name is ROHAN who made an calls to me [protected], and he asked me to pay 1650 for the registration and 5800 for verification of my certificates and he said that we will refund you this amount after your joining...after few he transferred my call BY around 4:20 to an RECRUITER named SRUTHI NAIR she possesses me some questions and answered her, she said that we will call you by tomorrow around 11 '0'clock
                    They just made me an call n saying that you are selected, n now you have to pay 15900 before receiving your appointment letter by the mail, after 4days you will get an courier it contains with ID card, GATE pass n some other and we will refund you these amount also after your joining in AIRPORT...
                    Now I'm asked for my money back, he asked me more 2500for their services if I won't send this amount he is saying that I won't refund your money so I paid him 2500 bt now they are not lifting my calls +[protected]THEY ARE MAKING ME CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER...
                    Plz help me these people are attracting many graduates like and they are taking huge amount from all...

                      Ticket reserved through yatra for jet airways. 2 tickets booked by mistake with same name, number, email, same yatra account for 31st dec 2017 nagpur - mumbai flight.

                      Yatra agreed for full refund - since app failed to validate multiple tickets booked on same time slot for same passenger.

                      Jet airways issued 2 ticket for same person with same name, email and number. Agreed that multiple tickets cannot be issued to same person, yet on requesting cancellation for one ticket - charged over 70% of ticket price. Did not refund or cooperate. Refused to give 2 boarding pass. Refused to refund once canceled ticket. Hung up without resolving issue.

                      Jet refused to return single penny which was over 70% of total price.

                        Dear sir,

                        Ref.: jaipur to delhi flight 9w 2256 & delhi to chennai flight 9w 739 on 2nd jan, 18

                        I wish to bring to your attention the harrowing experience undergone during our return trip to chennai from jaipur on 2ndjan, 17.

                        All 7 o[censored]s were issued boarding passes for the journey. When we reached the airport we were asked to contact the duty manager. Sadly he could only organise to re-route our flight & offer some snacks. We boarded our flight to mumbai at 8.50pm & to chennai at 2.55am from mumbai. We learnt that tickets were available on the earlier flight also via mumbai at 4.20 pm which was not intimated to us while it was sold at a premium.

                        Inspite of mentioning that 2 senior citizens with heart ailments & my daughter appearing for her exam early 3rd morning, both ashish (Duty manager at jaipur) & anil (Duty manager at mumbai) made no attempts to address the issue which was warranted. He could not even help us with business class seats or a lounge access at least for the patients.

                        We had never expected to be treated so badly and look forward to appropriate remedial measures including flight fare refund for the regrettable treatment including shoddy customer service experienced by us.

                        Inspite of writing to '[protected]@jetairways.com' there has been no response.

                          I had scheduled flight from nagpur to mumbai on 3rd jan 2018 (9w7134). Same day at 11 am, i called to jet airways call center and conformed any changes in schedule. They responded with no changes.

                          When i reached nagpur airport, shameless jet airways crew told me that this flight has been cancelled couple of hours back. I was surprise i did not receive any notification such as email/sms or curtsy call from airline.

                          Neither they provide any kind of assistance to book any other flight for mumbai.

                          It was nightmare experience with jetairways and i have decided i will never ever travel with this airline in my life.

                            I have travelled to patna from nagpur at7/1/18. I had 3 luggages out of which one was missing, & the other one is damaged with things from inside missing. After persistent request, sanjeev sharma at patna airport only mentioned snout missing luggage and reluctant about my damaged suitcase with things missing.
                            I want to register complaint about sanjeev sharma's attitude and want my missing luggage alongwith compensation of damage done (Rs.6000 - cost of suitcase).
                            Please solve my issues on urgent basis otherwise i will proceed through consumer forum

I have followed up on the same complain request as well but still no response yet. Hence creating a new complaint.                               She said to submit 2000 for registration and after completion of process she said to submit 10000 for training purpose. After research I found its fake. So please help to get that 2000 back

                                As i booked my return flight from abudhabi to mangalore and return for 20th feb 2018 with confirmed ticket. But unfortunately i got email from jet airways as below that my revised ltinery with change of flight schedule one day later without my consent, which is not acceptable for my duties and responsibilities. So i sent mail to get confirmation for the same day of travel or to cancel my return ticket refund me 100% amount for which jet airways not yet responding after so many reminders sent.

                                  Dear concern,

                                  Yesterday morning myself moriom akhtar and my two sisters namely rukasana moni and nourin moni travelled by jet airways (9w0608w) having seat nos. 27d, 27e, 27f respectively from silchar to guwahati, on the way to silchar airport at home we taken the weight of our luggage’s which contains 46kg but at the airport as per the ground staffs our luggage’s weight shows 2/25, 3/16, 1/21 total contained 62kg, and they charged rs.6800/- extra for overweight of 17kgs.

                                  At the time of boarding after making the payment we request for money receipt but they said you must do fast flight is ready for takeoff the receipt will be given at guwahati airport. After reaching at guwahati airport in arrival door we were unable to find out the jet airways office.

                                  Due to having a busy schedule we were unable to file a complaint to your office directly so through this mail we are filing a complaint against the overcharged and not providing the money receipts.

                                  We hope that the jet airways will look after the matter and will refund the amount which were charged unnecessarily.

                                  And please once check your equipment weather it works correctly or not or your staffs knowingly misguided the passengers.

                                    Sir. I was trvled frm srinager to dehradun flght no. 9w 702 on 4 jan 2018... When i reached at dhradun airport... My bag which is red colour.. Has swape with other person... Namely singh bhupen which is written on his bags tag.. And 4589 9w082084 on another tag... My name is ahtisham ansari... Contact no. [protected]... Kindly do some action to find my bag as soon as possible

                                      The dated 5th of january 2018 i had a flight kolkata to jorhat10.25am. I reached at airport 9.18am but because of deficient staff of jet airways i missed the flight. I was waiting for boarding pass more than half an hour and when i near to boarding counter then the lady has told the flight counter close and she send me one another counter but another counter lady was busy over phone she responded me lately when she respond me it was 10am even 25minutes before also they unable to give mine boarding pass so i want mine all amount back or i need a ticket on next date. I hope jet will help me out.

                                        I booked ticket to travel from dammam to cochin on 30th december 2017. But due to bad climate and clouds, all flights cancelled and had to wait in airport two days. On 31st night, jet airways arranged another flight to trivandrum and i arrived in trivandrum airport on 1st january morning without luggage. My all dress materials are in baggage, and i had to buy new dress and toiletries items when i waited in dammam airport. Jet airways delivered my baggage on 1 am today (05.01.2018). Unfortunately all food items, chocolates are damaged and became usefulness.

                                        I lost around rs.10, 000/- worth items in baggage and rs.5, 000/- spent in dammam airport to buy new dress and toiletries items due to flight delay.
