    I booked my flight through make my trip from bangalore to delhi (17 oct) in the month of june 2017. Post gst implementation the udf charges got down to ~5%. As per the government policy, the airlines need to refund the extra udf charged.

    As per the mmt customer, the airlines are not refunding the amount and once they refund it mmt will transfer back to my account.
    It's more than 6 months after continue follow still the airlines is not refunding the amount.

      Please explain this exorbitant amount for change date of one flight

        My father had a flight from Dusseldorf to udaipur via abudhabi on 24 th november.
        His flight from Abu Dabhi got delayed so he missed his flight from Mumbai to Udaipur after which he was given a flight from Mumbai to Udaipur via Delhi in which again the flight got delayed in Delhi and he missed his flight from delhi to udaipur
        Again he was given a ticket from Delhi to udaipur via jaipur.
        finally after so much so much hassle he reached udaipur and found that his checked luggage is missing.
        So much irrespobsible behaviour of jetairways. Still he has not found his baggage

          Worst ever flight experience!!! i got flight booked for my daughter from Mumbai to Chandigarh. It was connecting flight with 9W 434. Flight 7110 was delayed and flight 9W 434 departed earlier from the scheduled time. But, the worst thing is that ground staff of jet airways at Mumbai responded very badly. It was so urgent for her to reach Chandigarh today itself, as she will take on exam of PGI, Chandigarh. There were five more candidates who missed the flight . Instead of facilitating the next fight on their own, ground staff got ready to arrange another flight after so much arguments and that too only upto Delhi.. What will compensate for the loss of flight cost upto Chandigarh, loss of time and mental harrassment

            Dear sir/madam,

            During travelling in your flight no. 9w-264 from delhi to kathmandu on 22nd nov'17, i have check in luggage and when i received the luggage, there is no doubt of theft in luggage. But when open my bag i found that some body has theft rs 5000/- from my bag by open chain of top pocket and cut in inner liner cloth of suit case.
            I was surprised when i open lock of my baggage and found that the money has take off after cutting inner liner cloth of the suit case.
            Please find attached herewith the photos of my suit case and copy of flight ticket.
            Please take necessary action and compensate the lose around eight thousand (Rs 5000 cash and rs 3000 of bag). I am frequent passenger of your flight.

              U have wrongly charge me twice for a paid selection seat. I went to web check in on ur app. Selected a paid seats. U charged me on my debit card and ur app did not complete my web check in. It happened twice. Flight no 9w 617. Dated 22nd November 2017. Sending u the pic of my bank statement. Not only could I went check in earlier with a paid seats option but now I am forced to take a middle seat for this flight. I am very unhappy with this. Pls check all the attachments.
              Need a refund for having taken payment from me and not giving me my preferred seat.

                Dear sir, i have booked two tickets of jet flight from del to ccu for the date 21 st november, 2017. The ticket is showing the departure time is 10.50 a. M. (I have attached the file below) from delhi and the check-in will be closed latest by one hour before the departure time i. E. 9.50 a. M. Due to our some important meeting in the morning we could not check-in 2 hours before but entered the airport by 9.45 a. M. Unfortunately the jet airways staff informed that the check-in counter got already closed because the departure time is 10.30 a. M. And they dint allow us to check-in anyhow. The fault of airline may be either they preponed departure time by 20 minutes without any prior information to passenger via email or sms, or they have mentioned wrong timing in the ticket. Whatsoever, i have a loss of 3300*2 = 6600 rs plus i had to book train tickit at the last moment with extra charge because the journey was emergency plus the cab fare to and from the airport plus the overall harassment we have faced. I want justice!! Refund of my loss as soon as possible. Thanks.

                  Hello guest relations and other respected persons in "to",

                  I am salim bhojani forced to write this grievance email faced on 16th nov. At 2:00 am at delhi airport terminal 3.

                  That one of your valuable staff members (A supervisor woman) at delhi airprt who help passengers with boarding pass and other services.

                  That night we reached at around 2:00 am at the terminal 3 board-in gate and produced our e-boarding pass which security guard rejected asking for hard copy of it and he also guided us to seek/get this boarding pass from jetairways staff which was very near from that area.

                  We reached to your counter expecting we would be assisted but it was all wrong when the supervisor (Woman dont know her name but she had some beared and turbuned staff members with her i remember on of her subordinate his name is rajat as displayed on his id tag on blazer) asked us if we were sleeping that we came such a late. Moreover she used unprofessinal language and unacceptable words.

                  Instead of helping us she demonstrated unprofessional behaviour.

                  We exchanged few words with the lady but we were low, humble and polite to her and she instead talked to us as a master or ruler.

                  It has heartened us.

                  Need your attention and care for such incidents.

                    Even after reaching 1hr 15mnts before missed the flight due to purposely delaying at the checking counter by the ground staff. Most probably due to that the flight is over booked and some passengers have to be left behind.

                    It looks like a business to increase revenue. Many passengers are there at the reservation counter for rebooking which is getting done at a extra cost. See insert picture.

                    I travel regular in jet and a privilege member yet nothing will help.

                      I bought two return ticket to goa on jet airways with one free date change paid. We had to take this option and were asked to pay £300.00 total to have date changed. I feel that this was done under false pretences. The lady at the jet office in goa was not very helpful and said to take it or leave it.

                      I tried to claim the money back and send all the proof needed. So far they haven’t responded properly to my request. I was given the id no[protected]. My travel agent also confirmed that on their computer, it clearly showed extra money being paid. I would appreciate your help in getting my money back.

                        Hi,

                        I’m suresh jasti and i recently traveled in jet airways from toronto-london to hyderabad via mumbai.
                        So the problem here was i got my immigration at mumbai and i was asked to move to domestic flight (Mumbai to hyderabad).
                        Why u don’t guys give guidelines or customer support to the passengers in case of duty free?
                        I was not at all intimated by any of your staff while check-in the baggage that (No duty free liquor was allowed in cabin) while taking domestic flights.

                        When we are doing check in itself i[censored] guys let us know we might have easily kept our liquor in check-in baggage itself.
                        Just because o[censored]r lack of communication we got to dump the liquor at security.
                        Its not only me all the passengers faced the same situation as most of them were having no idea on this.
                        I’m feeling so regret and will never and ever choose jetairways in future.

                          I am traveling frequently, i requested flight air hostess for eye mask on 23 nov in flight 0062 to bangkok, i was informed that they don't have any stock of eye mask, we are avoiding international airlibes and traveling in our national airlines, i felt shameful by reply of the air hostess leena that we are out of stock, we are paying your airline, all airline provide necessary facilities, in future i will think twice to travel by jet airways,
                          Sorry to say your service is very poor.

                              To whom it may concern,

                              My girlfriend and i were recently travelling on a flight with your airlines from delhi to bangkok (Flight 9w0066) on 08.11.17 and we were delayed for approximately 7.5 hours, before finally taking to the air. We then sat on the aeroplane for another 2 hours and were not told a great deal as to why. The confusion in the airport led us and all involved to ask questions time and time again to which nobody had answers for. We were also thrown from gate to gate in mass confusion.

                              This caused us to spend more of our own travelling money on such things as refreshments as time went on and also caused my girlfriend and i much stress, my girlfriend even breaking down and having mass headaches caused by this upset.

                              I would appreciate a serious investigation into the cause of this mess and the lack of information available to us at such a distressing time. I would also like to be compensated for loss of time, energy and emotion.

                              I regret to say that based on this we will struggle to find it possible to use your airline again due to such chaos.

                                Hi there

                                I want to bring to your notice the following incident which occurred on the 2nd day of november current year. Please read below for the series of events which led to a major loss of time and money along with harassment to my father.

                                A. Boarding of flight from mumbai to igi delhi

                                My father and his colleague boarded flight jet airways (Flight no. 9w 762/ pnr number exxdgl) on 2 november at 6 am. The flight landed at 8:10 am at igi airport without any delay.

                                B. Ground staff transportation

                                Despite the fact that my father had a connecting flight from new delhi to gorakhpur at 9:45 am, ground staff took nearly 50 mins to transport him from plane to terminal for the next flight. This involved waiting time for 25 minutes on the plane due to non-availability of transport/shuttle bus.

                                C. No assistance was provided after reaching to terminal for a quick boarding to air india flight

                                Despite the fact of information availability of connecting flight passengers, there was no quick assistance provided for check-in.

                                D. No assistance from terminal staff even after the flight was missed

                                There was not a single terminal staff from jet airways had assisted my father in this regard at that time.

                                I will now highlight additional loss that we had to bear due to miss management of jet airways ground staff

                                1. Loss of air india fare which is summed up to inr 25, 000 approx
                                2. Loss of precious time as had to wait for next available flight till 4:15 pm at the airport
                                3. New flight tickets costing us approx inr 10000 (Till lucknow)
                                4. Harassment of traveling from lucknow to gorakhpur (272 kms) by roadways service

                                My father and his colleague whose age is approximately 57 year, had to reach home at 2 am after suffering all this.

                                I want a complete explanation of each and everything that has had happened in writing.

                                  I came to dehradun india today around 1.30p. M. (Flight no 9w 0701)
                                  I didn't received my check baggage and i made a complain about it your jet airways counter at airport dehradun. I am not satisfied with the service. Normally airlines suppose to give some compensation before leaving airport when something like this happened. I just got form, now i have to bare my cost for my needs

                                    I had a worst experience from jet airways staff dated on 17th november 2017 at igi t3 airport newdelhi, one of the supervisor staff ms anupama kiran who talked with me in wrong manner and she were used some kind of abusive language infront of every one. This is the first time in my life which i got this experience and she rounded me to one counter to another counter so many time after that she denied my check inn and she took my hand and removed from the counter.

                                      My flight was on 6:40 am from delhi to raipur and i arrived at airport on 6:00 am and requested to your boarding counter to issue me a boarding pass... She refused to issue and said get a new air ticket... How disgusting...

                                      I waited for 10 hours in airport then purchased a new ticket...

                                        I have booked a ticket with your online booking system, booking reference as follows.

                                        Booking reference no. (Pnr) : uslnax

                                        I have used my " corporation bank net baking for booking, after entering the onetime password it rejects the payment,
                                        And after that i have done my booking with my state bank of india net banking and its completed,
                                        But i lost money from my corporation bank also,

                                        How can i get refunded this money,
                                        Still i didnt get any confirmation regarding payment or refund.

                                        Please help me to refund the money, its 12, 564.00 inr and reference number is showing in message as 155.
