I am a. Meiyarasan from trichy, i got call from agency called hire success and they told that there is an opening for jet airways aircraft maintenance engineering department. Initially to attend the online test they requested me to drop an amount of rs.2000 via paytm or through sbi net banking. After finishing the process, i attended the online test and the next day they informed that i cleared the online round. Next is the telephonic round and for this they requested to deposit amount of rs.5900 to the same account or via paytm mobile no. ([protected]). I also completed the procedure and attended the telephonic round. Next day they called and informed that i cleared this round also and the appointment letter will be provided to me by today (15th of september 2017 between 4 to 5pm), and i got appointment letter at 4.25pm from the jet airways mail id ([protected]@india.com). But i dont know whether it is valid mail id of jet airways. Please check and confirm me asap. If it is a fake one, guys please be aware of this fraudsters. Thank you..

    Tis is in regards to our travel date 05:09:17 me my husband n our lil infant age 5 months were traveling from jet airways Abu Dhabi-Mumbai well we were flown out of the country by one o[censored]r check in staff without checking properly that our son visa was expired to India he has a Canadian passport we were let to board and on reaching Mumbai we told to go back by Indian officials wch was a troublesome day as we had to spend the whole day to board the next flight plus y were we returned on our returned flight wch was gonna be on the 12th y didn't jet issue us a fresh ticket to return as it was their fault
    I would like u to kindly look into the matter

      I have opted for jet privilege card re-issue on 11-jan-2017 and 500 jp miles were deducted from my account (First of all the membership card was never issued/provided to me and since they have no option of card issue so i had to go with card reissue option).
      Now its been mid of september and i haven't received any information about the same. Since it is a paid request and these guys don't even bother to even respond to the reminder mails.

        Hello sir,
        As a regular flyer of jet airways on 29th august my family of three reach airport jet airways counter at 4.30 my wife on wheel chair we r the citizen of canada. The way counter chekin agent by name yashwanth indopally harassed us for three hours unbelievable the way he act he left the counter and came to my daughter standing too far from the counter checking my hand bags and talk to my daughter rudely. My wife talk to the duty manager on sight about the condition he advise yashwanth to take care he least bothered to give attention we end up to get cartoon box and paid extra $225 for extra baggage.
        Due to heavy rain in bombay by the time we landed bombay was 11.15 the air canada counter closed we have to stay all night at the airport. At hyderabad we requested the jet airways to inform at bombay international passenger connected flight at 11.30 they didn't even bothered to send the message we chk w air canada rep they say no such kind of msg recd frm jet airways,
        Due to this kind of behavior by the agent of jet airways we have second thought to fly in future w jet airways. Its my humble request to take an action on yashwanth indopally.
        We are looking forward the feed back and harassment consequences faced at the hyderabad airport. By the way i am senior too

          I was travelling from Goa to Mumbai on 8th September 2018.
          Firstly the flight was delaye by an hour. The Air Condition was not working in the flight, hectic journey it was (we paid for it).
          As the flight was delayed, at Goa Airport the staff was not handling the baggage properly. As they were in hurry they were throwing the bags instead of keeping them.
          Due to this the bottel which I was carrhying in my bag in 9w Loader was broken. Not a minor crack as mentioned on your website. I had a loss.
          PFA the pictures of the bottles you will get a idea how the baggage was handled. As I know the bottles were brittle and I had kept in my bag such a way that noting hits them.

          I would request you to look into this. As I am very disappointed with whatever happend.
          This was my first travel experiece in 9w and had an amazing journey all thanks to Jet Airways.
          Got to know how much they value their passenger.

              My actual traveling was to jeddah via mumbai on the flight number 9w 522 but this flight was take off from mumbai after one day delayed.in this incedent i have struggle a lot as physically and work related. This flight landed in jeddah on 31 august by this reason i couldn't rejoined to my company the correct date prescribed in my actual leave days and also i was not sleep and eat due to in this incedent. Your jet airways not provide basic needs like food and accommodation so i request kindly provide the compensation to this account number [protected] federal bank.

                I am a jet privilege costumer
                Booked my flight on line
                Tried to do on line check in number of times was blocked
                Went to airport told may be flight was overfull
                Was given a seat not acceptable to me told that is the only seat available as rest had checked on line which i was denied inspite of being jet privilege member!!!
                The staff attitude was poor was told could upgrade after paying 50, 000 rs!!
                I am not sure i will continue flying jet airways after this experience felt very sick through out flight

                  Dear jet airways,

                  This is my story of the completely damaged baggage that happened during the travel of in laws to amsterdam from india. I wrote a mail to jet airways regarding the damaged baggage on 17th feb 2017. After few weeks, with lot of delays, jet airways indeed accepted their mistake and ready to refund an amount of 25 euros, though the bag costed double the amount of refund.

                  I gave my consent for the refund 25 euros on 6th april 2017.

                  On april 9th, 2017 i gave all the details that are required for refunding the amount of 25 euros. On may8 th i sent the mail on the status of the refund that was promised. On may 25, i receive a reply, saying that the case is transferred to central baggage team.

                  On june 3rd i received a mail to provide the boarding pass, luggage receipt and the e-ticket number. I provided the same on the same date.

                  Now today is july 13th, 5 months after the bag was completely destroyed by the handling team. With so many mails and so much of communication, the case is still not solved. I just counted that i have sent more than 30 mails and made more than 20 phone calls.

                  In first week of august, i called again and they want to have the pictures of the damaged baggage. The bag was completely damaged and we had to carry all the luggage in my car to home. There is no point to carry a completely damaged bag to home. So we had to dispose it off.

                  It has been more then 7 months since the incident happened. There is still no update on this. I have all the documentation regarding the damaged bag and also the confirmation of the refund.

                  When will my case be settled?

                    Baggage identification no ey593938. Arrived delhi from manchester (Uk) via abu dhabi. Second time consequently baggage mishandled on 9w flight from adh.

                    Arrived delhi 3rd sept, baggage arrived delhi 4th september, said to arrive lucknow airport for delivery on 5th september'17. Its more than 30 hours and baggage has not been delivered to me after it has arrived destination airport. Fyi, i live about 4 miles from airport. Contacting customer is painful and takes 30 minutes wait. First i was given time of delivery at 5 pm on 5th september, then 8pm on 5th september. On 6th morning i was told that we try to deliver asap but cannot give an eta so i am waiting all day for baggage delivery wasting my time and holidays. At 4 pm 6th september i am updated that unable to contact
                    Lucknow office so please wait till 6 pm.
                    I asked them grievance e-mail id of jetairways and i was told there is no grievance by mr neelesh.

                      I booked one ticket from jet airways PNR number TRIVZS.after I selected online checking in online checking I paid the amount of 2 seat aed 160 sucussfully.
                      Then suddenly your site went wrong.they already took the amount from my account

This is all because of your hopeless approach to redress the grievance.

                        4. Usd stands for united states of america dollars and the exchange rate currently is 1 usd = 64.20 inr.

                        Cdf : 77, 400.00 equivalent to usd 60.00 equivalent to inr 3852.00
                        Usd: 241.32 equivalent to 15493.00

                        Total inr : 54, 660.00
                        Please note that above is actual loss amount. I am not claiming the parking fee that i paid 3 times to visit chandigarh airport apart from indirect losses on account of mental duress, frustration and substantial wastage of my holidays as i had to visit several times to your chandigarh office and at one time with the concerned police officials and your manager had assured that within 21 days i would get an email from their office resolving my issue which never happened. Only after 2 months; you people responded me with an offer of insignificant amount which is not at all acceptable to me.
                        I had to make all new shirts and trousers and that also resulted in loss of money and postponement of my scheduled programmes in india as tailor takes his own time to stitch them. If i calculate that damages, it may run into lacs of rupees and i keep that right reserved to claim from the court of law ; if you are not interested in resolving the issue amicably.
                        Please also note that as per normal practice; no one keeps the receipts of shoes, clothes, turban etc. For a long period of time and as such i too misplaced them but that should not be considered as illegitimate claim howsoever small the amount is.
                        Hope you find all documents in order and settle my claim as fast as possible before i take any legal route.
                        I thank you in advance for understanding my position and settling the claim on top priority without taking much longer time.

                        The biggest mistake that you made was that while checking the cctv footage; you did not involve me. You can never identify the bag of someone else unless the owner himself identifies. Had i been involved; i would have certainly identified my bag.
                        Anyways; i am going to send you claim form with items description very shortly but please remember that one does not retain receipts of all items like shirts, trousers and turben etc which was purchased earlier and one should understand this fact that if someone is travelling for a month or so; he is not expected to travel without clothes.
                        Expect the receipt of my claim form duly filled in today.

                        We truly regret that your baggage could not be located when you travelled on flight 9w498 from mumbai to chandigarh on dated june 08, 2017 and perforce we had to declare it lost.

                        Please do not think even for a moment that we are insensitive to the inconvenience caused to you on the said day. We do realize the impact such a situation has on the convenience of our guest and we do not undermine all that you had to go through on the said day.
                        All our attempts including involving the airports of mumbai and chandigarh were not fruitful. We have also checked the cctv footage at chandigarh airport with the help of local authorities. As there were number of black bags, your bag could not be identified and nothing noticeable was found. We regret to mention here that despite our best efforts to trace your bag, we have so far not succeeded in locating it and hence is being treated as having been lost.
                        On behalf of jet airways, we express our deep regret for all the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced due to your missing baggage.
                        Please be advised, the compensation amount offered was on basis of weight of the lost checked-in baggage which in your case is inr 4550/-.

                        If you are in acceptance of the above compensation, we request you to kindly sign the attached release and indemnity form and forward the scanned copy to us.

                        In case you are not satisfied with the above mentioned compensation, we would request you to share the scan copy of the bills/receipt for the items that were in the missing bag for us to review.in keeping with the laid down guidelines of our internal audit department, only computerised bills and the manual bill with vat/tin no. Will be considered while verification of the claim amount.

                        Along with the bills, kindly update the attached claim form and forward the scanned copy to us.

                        We shall review the bills and advise you on the same.

                        It is yet another example of your pathetic approach in respect of resolving issues of severely affected passengers.
                        You are settling it at rs. 4550 which is not even anywhere near the bag value. The bag itself was o[censored]sd 140.
                        You have given me enough mental duress and i strongly condemn the same.
                        You don't even know that being a non resident indian i can not maintain any local indian account other than nre or nro and nre a/c can not entertain local currency other than foreign convertible currency. You don't even know that nro account is good enough to accept your payment then there is nothing wrong on my part to conclude about your little knowledge and what should have i expected from you to redress my grievance suitably.
                        I have been given tough time by you and you should be ashamed of having offered me only rs. 4550 that too after a period of exactly 2 months from the date of non-delivery of my bag. You never involved me in even identifying my bag through your cctv recordings despite my repeated requests and it appeared to me as if you are protecting someone for stealing my bag.
                        I am sending herewith the scanned copy of my bank account being maintained in yes bank, mohali which is good enough to accept this amount in indian rupees.
                        I am taking this amount under strong protest without prejudice.

                        My baggage was lost on August 5th and arrived after 4 days with missing content. All my expensive items - headphones, electronic toys, and protein bars ( expensive) were stolen. 25kgs baggage arrived as 13 kgs and till today there is no solution. There is not even a single reply until I started posting vigorously in fb, twitter and other forums. One Mr. Narendra Mansukhani called me and said he will fix it, but till today there is nothing, he stopped taking calls.

                        Now I am at a loss of nearly 60000 Rs and this airline is trying to put blame on origin. Security agency at Origin ( in canada) confirmed that baggage was not opened by them and all investigation done. So it is clear that Jet airways steal my contents and now they are hiding like petty thieves. It is time to book them for criminal offence and take them to court to recover all the losses. This airline is very well known to be funded by Don Dawood, as per IB report.

                        Following people lied to me/gave me misleading facts, after stealing my expensive contents, in last 30 days, without compensating losses or responding in good faith. Now all are hiding like rats, not willing to reply on phone or by email. All these bunch of jokers now trying to blame origin airport ( but as per CATSA ( Canadian security agency ) baggage was not stopped or opened at Origin, but got lost at Bombay and content stolen by #jetairways whose chairman is #nareshgoyal :

                          Jet airways has literally cheated us
                          Very bad experience.
                          I was supposed to land abu dhabi by 6am on friday 1st sep from pune flight which departed at 4.30am (4.10 am 1st sep departure time.. 20mins delay)

                          My connecting flight was at 9.30am to athens on 1st sep fridays

                          But the flight landed at 9.10am to abudhabi...
                          So we missed connecting flight at 9.30am

                          They promised us turkish airline.. And gave us e ticket of turkish airline 1.30am abu dhabi departure and 8.40am athens arrival via istanbul.

                          But now at 9pm (After making us wait for 12hrs on the airport).., turkish airline disclosed that there is no booking made by jet for us.
                          Now etihad is saying.. Jet people are not reachable...
                          They have now rescheduled our flight tomorrow saturday 9.30am departure.. 1.30pm athens arrival.

                          On top of that they were least bothered about our stay and convenience.

                          Pure one day of torture and one day loss from planned trip.

                          I have attached my ticket to this mail.

                            I booked a jet airways flight to mumbai from doha dated 31st august. The flight cost me 5500 qatari riyals n was supposed to fly at 10.40pm. On arrival at doha airport passengers were informed that the flight is delayed and will take off at 2.20am. Later it was rescheduled for 4am. We passengers had a harrowing time at the airport and we were not assisted in any way. You charged us a lot for this flight and this is the service that u provide to us? My name is rizwan kadri and i travelled by 9w551 jet flight. I deserve some compensation. You better look into my complaint asap

                              I just came from Indonesia to go Ahmedabad. So my flight is from Indonesia - Singapore - Mumbai - Ahmedabad.

                              The problem is when i transfer from International flight to Domestic flight in Mumbai, i not get any new baggage tag from Jet Airways staff. And when i arrived in Ahmedabad, my baggage still in Mumbai.

                              Today already 2days my baggage there. There's a lot of important things such as clothes, food, money, parfume, my job stuff, etc.

                              I already fill out form for missing bagagge in Ahmedabad, but not yet proceed and not yet come my baggage.

                              Pnr being scryfs the flight which was cancelled on 30th-aug-2017 and they changed the flight to delhi they refusing accomodation for the flight.Where can the passanger be for ten hours.

                                During my last trip in india i was making few flights with your company (From delhi to port blair, to chennai, to bangalore, mangalore and back to delhi) : the flight of the jyuly 15, from delhi was cancelled... But i did not have news about the opportunity to fly the july 17 until the night of the 15, after many phone calls to expedia.
                                The cost of the calls was charged to my room bill in delhi with an amount of 20.355 indian rupies.

                                How shame to do Jet airways doing while web check in. even jet privilege customers also seats selection are in auction, it’s in part of make in India program? or recovery all loses? or to fit entertainment screens all seats?

                                  Today i had a ticket in the jet airways from rajkot to mumbai, time: 6:40 am but the flight took off 10 min earlier. I even had my boarding pass but because of airways mistake i missed my flight.

                                  I had immediately called customer help line and discussed this issue with mr. Latit, he told me discuss the issue with air port counter where nobody gave a proper reply. Then i again called consumer help line and miss monica and she said that the airways will only refund the amount of tax, though it was not my fault i have to suffer the loss. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable by such a reputed airways. Kindly look in this matter and refund my whole amount.
                                  I am your regular customer but after this incident i will never fly with jet airways and i'll post about this incident on facebook, watsapp, twitter every possible thing and see that it reaches out to maximum people.

                                    This is to bring in the notice about the bad experience i suffered
                                    Because of the incorrect information provided to me. It is regarding
                                    Flight pnr number : shrxmx flight from new delhi to paris via abu
                                    Dhabi.
                                    As i checked and called jet airways contact center regrading the baggage
                                    Policy, they told me since i am a student and going for a long stay i
                                    Am eligible for 2 pc checkin meaning 23 kg each. To my surprise while
                                    Boarding for the flight at the etihad counter since jet have a
                                    Collaboration with etihad airways, they told me only one baggage is
                                    Free and i have to pay 10, 782 inr extra from my additional luggage.
                                    Since i am a student i somehow managed this money. Telling them that i
                                    Checked and the jet airways and they confirmed that that since for
                                    Long stay i am eligible, they completely denied me and told me that i
                                    Have to pay. I had no option other to pay. This is an extremely
                                    Unprofessional and bad practice being followed by jet airways company
                                    Executive, for which i had to pay. Since i am a student and living on
                                    A budget i faced problem in paying the money. Kindly look into this
                                    Matter and please repay the money that i had to pay for the
                                    Misinformation provided to me.

                                      I had boarded the jet airways flight 9w 0124 from mumbai t2 to paris de gaulle on 12th august 2017. I had a connecting flight from paris de gaulle af 1600 to madrid the same day.
                                      The staff at the jet airways counter in mumbai checked in my luggage but did not put the bag tag. The lady at the counter did not give me the bag tag along with the boarding pass. When i reached madrid airport, i did not receive my luggage. I wrote an email on 13th august to [protected]@jetairways.com with my flight details and boarding pass.
                                      There was no response from their end. I sent a follow up mail on 17th august 2017, and i get a reply on 20th august 2017. I found out through a friend working with jet that my bag was at the mumbai airport only and had not checked in my luggage because of the lady at the counter 'didnt do her job" of putting the bag tag. Jet had not even forwarded the mail sent by to the airport authorities to check. My senior citizen parents had to run to and fro to collect the bag at the mumbai t2 airport.
                                      Is it not the responsibility of the airlines to put baggage tags for checked in luggage?? I was travelling alone in an unknown country and had no idea what to do next with no luggage and basic necessities to survive for my entire trip of 12 in a foreign country. I require compensation for this error by jet airlines and the mental stress that my parents and me were put through.

                                        Jet airways is the worst airlines in the world without any doubt. Wondering how they are into such a huge business without even knowing basis ethics. Bluff customers very easily. I traveled from detroit to paris and from paris to mumbai. I found my luggage was missing in mumbai. No information on my luggage the past 10 days. I have come for my sisters marriage and lost all the marriage stuff in the luggage.

                                        I coudnt enjoy my sisters wedding because of you nonsense airlines.
