Worst experience with jet airways.. Trying to web checkin.. Pnr vhozvk.. All seats are paid seats.. No auto seat allocation was allowed.. The airline cannot force customers to pay for seats at the time of web checkin.. Tried to contact customer care of jet airways.. But got irresponsible answers. They said i can give my feedback but this is as per the company's policy and nothing can be done.

    This is sudeep kumar nag from telangana hyderabad. I booked 2 flight tickets from yatra.com for 15th and 25th feb. And i spoke with the yatra.com customer care people they said that per person the penalty will be high if i cancel the tickets. And this is ridiculous that at least half of the amount is not refunded. We come from a middle class family and traveling for the first time. But due to some personal reasons we are not able to travel. So as an responsible citizen it's your duty to do right. I do know your policy that penalties are high. But your jet airways company should also realize that we are not utilizing any services yet. So only one question remains why not refund atleast half amount. Because next time if i want to book a ticket through jet airways jet airways i will not be able to book it. So it will surely impact your customer service and the rapo that you build with the customers. So kindly do the needful. If possible of refund please contact me in my gmail id [protected]@gmail.com.

      We departed from mumbai on 14 july 2017 at 12.55 flight 9w118. We arrived at heathrow london at 17.50. All our luggage was wet. When we opened the suitcases most of the contents were wet. All the saris we had bought were wet including the blouses for these saris. We had bought the saris to wear at a family wedding on 16 july 2017.

      We go to india every year and have always flown on jet airways. It is very upsetting as a lot of our items had to be thrown away and the most upsetting part is that we are not able to wear the new saris.

        Missing person in mumbai airport. I need someone to help me finding my father his name is harshadbhai patel. He was traveling from amsterdam to mumbai and then mumbai to ahmedabad by jet airways. He supposed to land at amd airport on friday 3:55am, the plan landed on time and my uncle waited there one and half hours but he never showed up at arrival. His flight status was on time so we don't know what happen.

        We called jet airways to find out what is going on and they confirmed that he was safely landed at mumbai but they don't have any information after that. He is disable and so we booked a wheelchair assistant for him. Even though he has wheelchair they don't have any information for wheelchair helper.

        Them we called [protected] many times at mumbai airport to inquire about him. Their staff are also helpless, they said they don't have any security personnel or policeman to locate him inside the airport or even go to the departure gate to locate him. We asked them he could have medical emergency and they said they don't have medic available on the floor. So they don't have any authority to look after him. They said you have to go to nearest mumbai police station to file missing complaint. That is not going possible quickly since we are in us.

        It is almost more than 18 hours and we don't know anything about my father. He hasn't contact us and we dont know if something happen to him. He doesn't have working phone with him.

        Airlines and airport doesn't know anything.
        Could someone please contact me and help me to find my father. Below is his picture if anyone sees him please let me know.

          I have searched jobs in shine.com. I have paid rs74500 nearly 80000rs. But they didnt give any respond to me. I have all the proofs which amount i have paid.               I am frequent flier no.[protected] of jet airways. On 3rd july 2017, i have to board flight no.9w7146 leaving bengaluru at 22.45 pm. I got stuck in traffic despite leaving home well in time. On the way, i contacted jet airways on phone no.[protected] at 21.38 pm seeking their help since i was getting late. They refused to help. At 22.15 pm, i reached at jet airways boarding pass issuing counter and requested their help. They also refused. But they advised me to go the ticket counter since their another flight 9w449 leaving bengaluru at 21.55 pm got delayed. I contacted ticket counter of jet airways who demanded another rs.7, 623/- for this flight which i refused to pay. This flight's boarding gate was open upto 23.10 pm and i was there since 22.15 pm but i was not accommodated. This is a nice gesture from jet airw7146, ways to frequent flier. I have decided not to board jet airways again except for redeeming my jp miles. Since, i have not travelled in the flight no.9w7146, you are requested to reverse jp miles debited.

                  With great regret and heavy heart i have to inform you that cash
                  Worth ($976) has been stolen from my checked luggage during travelling from
                  Colombo to delhi via mumbai.

                  I was travelling by jet airways flight no 9w0251k on 8th july 2017 from
                  Colombo to mumbai and flight no.9w0333 from mumbai to delhi.

                  My luggage (Blue color cabin size skybag trolly) was scanned and sealed at
                  Colombo airport and checked. I reached mumbai airport at 12:05 am
                  (09/07/17)
                  At mumbai airport i noticed that zip of my baggage (Blue color cabin size
                  Skybag trolly) was half opened. I then closed my bag properly thinking
                  Nothing wrong would have happened at airport under jet airways. This was
                  My mistake i should have checked my bag there and then.
                  Then i took my next flight from mumbai to delhi in the morning at 8:00 am
                  (09/07/17). Here i took my bag as a cabin baggage.

                  After reaching home ; i was shocked my envelop containing 976$ was missing.
                  Same day (09/07/17) i telephoned local mumbai jet airways phone numbers.
                  The numbers were always busy or had no answer.

                  This is a shocking incident for me as this amount means a lot to me. Hope

                  My two missing baggages was supposed to be delivered on Sunday 2nd July 2017 in the morning. But till now (Monday 3rd July 9.30 pm) no sign of bags nor communication. Spent lot of money on making calls to Bangalore call centre number but they were not helpful too and just gave false assurances as they have been trained to do by Jet. Shameful.

                    On july 6th i traveled from delhi to goa pnr eqkdjy.
                    When i reach goa my checked in bag was missing, then i asked ground staff they assured me that next day early morning they will deliver my bag to my hotel.
                    But next day morning nobody (Goa airport staff) picks my mobile no. Then i call customer service, as per them my bag is not traceable give us a day to find it. I have some urgent meetings in goa, which i can't able to attend due to this.

                    I called no of times to jet airways but they are not able to trace my bag.in the evening when i went to goa airport i saw that my bag is lying at jetairways counter. When i asked the staff they said that this reached at 3:00am in the morning, but nobody try either to deliver or call me.

                      I travelled from Abu Dhabi to Bombay, which was scheduled at 14:20hours but it departed only at 14:50 hours . They took us on board at 14:00 hours . We, all the passengers were literally sweating and the air hostess didn't give a proper response . She told me that after the engine starts only they will switch on the AC as if I'm boarding n etihad flight for the first time .

                      Also you people tend to risk our life's by not closing the over head compartment properly during take-off . No proper information provided to the traveller too .

                        Respected Sir,

                        Submitting the details of grievances I faced at the airport.

                        Was travelling by Jet Airways flight No. 9W 0556 on 8th July from Kochi to Doha, the ticket issued showed by my travel agent mentioned a baggage allowance of 30 k. While my two baggages were weighed the staff at service desk for web check-in passengers rounded the individual baggage weights to the next whole digit and asked me to pay for an additional weight of 3 kg.

                        On request, no explanation / information was provided but a simple answer we are staff and these are the airline norms. If you need to travel pay, or remove excess luggage.Here I would like to being to your kind attention these following concerns,

                        (1) what is the calibration history of these weigh balances at the airport and how accurate they are?
                        (2) Are they allowed to be used for weighing commodities and be having the right span for these applications and price calculations without erroneously charging the passengers
                        (3) Before weighing none had shown and confirmed to the customer that they made the balance corrected to zero before weighing.
                        (4) why are the staff rounding the weight to the next higher integer, since I had two bags, what they did was on a white paper they wrote the two individual bags weight rounding up and adding it manually even though they have digital balances and not using the actual weights. For me this rounding has made a minimum to pay for an excess of 1/2 kg which I didn't carry along with.
                        (5) As mentioned in point (4), no printed receipts were issued for the weight, but an oral communication to the supervisor to make a handwritten receipt for the payment in which it was written additional 3 kg excess baggage and a unit rate for and total price
                        (6) No tariff boards are kept for the rates to be applied for excess baggage, on what basis are the calculating the rates, is it not needed to display the price information to the customer

                        Appreciate if you can look into these and provide me the needed justice and take it up so that these incidents do not happen for the other fellow passengers / citizens of India.

                        If needed I can provide the scanned copy of the excess baggage ticket issued by the airlines, but I don't have an alternate proof for the weights, since it was raining and the bags I carry could have easily soaked in some rain water in transportation which also can contribute for.

                          My name is Harsh Kumar Malhotra.I am 65 yrs old.I travelled from Delhi to Bangalore on 4rth July 2017 by flight no 9W 823.The flight reached in time at 5.30 PM.When i was waiting near the conveyor belt for taking delivery of the luggage, i was told that my luggage has been left behind in Delhi due to staff mistake there.I was told that it will come by a subsequent flight.I had to attend a function.I left the airport.Ultimately the luggage came by a flight scheduled to arrive at 10 PM.The flight came past 10 PM.My luggage was delivered to me at 11 PM
                          I had to purchase a pant, shirt shoes and neck tie to attend the function.I travelled by taxi to and fro to collect my luggage.I spent Rs 9000/- fro the same.I request you to reimburse me.

                                      Flight number 363 for pune is delay by 1hour 55 min. I was sitting from 18.30 to 23.10 on airport. Due to delay i missed my work to do in pune. I rest less on air port by waiting for 4 hours on airport. while check in i got gate number 48 after few time they change gate number 45. With out any announcement . when i ask reason for delay to staff while boarding flight, staff replyed staff came late that's why flight became late, i.e due to staff Customer had to wait . during the time from 21.15 till 10.20 there wer no staff to reply on airport.

                                        I got call from your team yesterday stating that you will not able to reverse the points which you took unethically

                                        let me ask a simple question

                                        You took 24000 miles towards cancellation, if i want to buy same mies with you i have to pay 24000*1.25 p=20000/-, you mean to say u will charge close to Rs 25000/- towards cancellation, let me clarify that i have to cancel the tickets because of your unethically practice in pricing and availability. Don't see miles doest not have value, 24000 miles having Rs 25000/-,

                                        In the name of JP miles programme, jet airways took Rs 25000/- rupees towards cancellation, when i am trying to book tickets through their website @ 1.50 pm from Hyd to Delhi they have shown no tickets are available on direct flight, so i don't have any option left so i have chosen multi city flight Hyd-Bob-Delhi the price was shown as Rs 42379/-, hence i felt price is bit high i have opted miles redemption option where as they took 94500 miles plus 16000/- change towards taxes. I was trying to check at 3.30 surprisingly tickets are available that direct @ 23000/- for same 8 passengers, i have called their customer care to check what's happening every one said if you cancel we will take 2500/- miles for ticket, its not that i have called them after days i have approached with in 3 hours, and as per their website if any customer is cancelling with in24 hours they will refund full money .My point is very clear when i have opted for cancellation with in 24 hours they took 24000/- miles which is worth Rs 25000.00, its clear intention of jetairways to cheat public money in form of miles.And i have shared the screen shot, please look in to this and do the need full .
                                        Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
