I had a flight to singapore today @ 9.35 am. Due to the traffic on the road i got late but was there at the counter 1 hr prior to the flight time to take the boarding pass. But the lady was adamment on not letting me board the flight even after requesting multiple time. I mean are you serious!!!
No sense of consideration, no understanding, just the standard dialogues. She (Roma) made no efforts to understand the gravity and urgency of the situation and outrightly refused to issue me a boarding pass.

I had no choice but to cancel my return ticket and it has costed me rs 18, 500.
Really flabbergasted by the behaviour of the jet staff to their frequent flyer.

Urge you to look into the matter and get my money refunded.

The sorry figure that i had to cut in front of the customer is beyond repayment but hope to get my money back at least

    I wili jump straight to the point. I/we had a worse air steward experience, in my lifetime, his name was sheran. The most arrogant person anyone can come across. Since the beginning, when travelers asked for blankets, pillow or water, he delayed it by 30 mins and later argues it was 5.

    I asked with the air hostess, for a pack of peanuts or crisps, as i did not want to eat dinner at 2:00 am in the morning. She said, she would check and bring, while this sheran overheard the conversation and screaming saying no, we don't have. I asked him to calm down and, that's not how customers are supposed to be treated. He said what can you do about it. I asked him for his name, he says he can write it on a piece of paper and give it to me. Later he stares at me the whole time, while he passes me. Is this hooliganism? What kind of irresponsible employees are hired? The whole idea of creating a safe, comfortable and positive environment in flight is down to rats. I've had fellow travelers who had issues too, might have had the time to write to you or not.

    I need action to be taken against this thug, sheran. Please get in touch with me with any updates on this. I don't want to make it social, because i know how hard it is to build a brand, and how easy it is to destroy it.

      I vibhor jain travel with 15 other person from nagpur to delhi on 22 nd sep 2017. Upon arrival at nagpur airport we have been informed that 2 of our luggage didnt board at delhi airport, the airline told us that there was no space in their airline. After that they told us that there was power back in luggage so they didnt load, but that was wrong. Further they didnt have any prove that there was power bank in our luggage. We try to talk them nicely, but they talk violently and very disrecpectful way. The passengers details whose luggage they didnt board are:

      Please respond as soon as possible. We want a refund on our luggage mishandling. The airline is responding for our complain. I have faced a lot of difficulties and we are 17 peoples travelling together. And the airline staff was not at all supportive.

      I was flying on 20/9/17 ( Pnr No.HKNLJF) Auh-Bom-Goa but upon reaching to goa i dint receive my baggage..I highly request to provide my baggage asap As I am on emergency for 10 days only and all my belongings r in my lost baggage...3 days past now but I haven't received Any assistance .

        Today i have a flight at 12:40. But due to huge traffic in silchar i arrived at 12:15 and reported at jet office 12:20. I know it was my fault that i was late. But i have done web check in and also i have only my hand bag with me. So i think you should consider me in such an emergency situation. I can have my security check in within 20 minutes. I have seen many airlines permits people in such an emergency situation. Even some permits before 10 minutes also. N airport like silchar where only one or two flight run in one day why you not consider us in such an emergency situation. You should know the condition of silchar. Though i was started journey at 10 o' clock, i was late due to huge traffic. But still somehow i arrived before 20 minutes. Not only me even five or six people were also there who were late. We requested them in jet office but they were so rude. Even i told them if somehow they could arrange me ticket for tomorrow. But they were so rude. It was argent to travel for me and in silchar if you missed one flight you have no more choice to get another and lot of wastage money. I am sorry and i know it was my fault that i was late but you should also consider us in such a situation specially in remote location like silchar. If you are serving people in such remote area you should also consider such type of things. Strict is ok but money is also important for us.

          I have done one payment for my ticket mumbai to chennai of 13 0ct 2017 pnr (Kjaxmt) but i rec 2 ticket other pnr - erlmsr of which i have notdone paymet
          But when i inquired in customercare 2 payment is reflecting as on doing 1st payment failed due to time out
          I have done compliant my compliant no[protected] in hdfc
          To miss rajni @ 11.50 a, on 22sep

          I have rec message of my payment successfully only once today 22 sep
          Rs.5455.00 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 1332 on[protected]:10:51:04

            Hi,

            I am very much upset with jet airways as we were not allowed to unboard the plane and we were waiting for half an hour in the flight after it landed at toronto pearson airport due to some medical emergency on board. Me and my mom were traveling from new delhi to regina on 18 september 2017 jet airways 9w 234 and as we have requested for wheelchair for my mom they took so much time at the toronto pearson airport to provide my mom with the wheelchair and another half an hour was wasted. Due to all this nuisance we missed our connecting flight ac 117 to regina and we were so exhausted and very much tensed and upset as we were asked to rebook the flight to regina and the waiting time was 7 hours. The rebooked flight was ac 1107. The total travelling time increased from 20:35 hours to approximately 35 hours. There is a health concern with my mom and till now she is not in good health. I am very much upset and due to all this we had to further cancel our other bookings too.

            So, i would like to ask for the compensation as we are so much stressed and upset too.

              Due to father's cardiac arrest, i had to hold back from boarding the jet airways, 9w0907q of 18th september 2017. I reported the matter to the then jet airways reception facilitator, mrs ruchi,
              And asked her to help and cancel the ticket. Although, she helped in getting back my luggage after waiting for more than 1 hour till the flight took off, but i was not guided about cancelling the same and was later told to get the cancellation and refund done by the makemytrip. I have shared all the hospital related documents with either of you and makemytrip on their part has, however, acknowledge d the issue and is awaiting the refund from your end. Please consider my case and help in getting the full refund and obliged.

                I tried to book a ticket on 31/08/2017 while making the payment i choose upi interface for payment, my payment was deducted for ₹ 6207 with the transaction id: axi91100000000094531921505101899947 is successful with the utr number ref:[protected]. Ever after sending many emails never received on [protected]@jetairways.com didn't received any resolution. Its been almost a month now kindly resolve this.

                      I was travelling 21/09/2017 mumbai to dehradun. 9w 701 jet airways (Pnr no xiqwqp). I had two luggage bags which were deposited mumbai jet airways counter. When i reached to dehradun airport only one bag was received by us. We approached jet airways counter. They assured us that they will complaint about the at mumbai office. But we have received no complaints no from them.

                        My daughter booked a ticket for me (Ram narayan nehriya) and my wife, chitra nehriya, for travelling from mumbai to bhopal by 9w 7083 on 22nd september and paid a total of rs 9422. The pnr is dmxqkh.
                        Because o[censored]ncertain weather, we cancelled the ticket on 20th september.
                        Easemytrip has sent us a mail informing us that the airlines cancellation charges are rs 7612 and their cancellation charges are rs 500.
                        Please let me know whether your cancellation charges are indeed as high as rs 7612.

                          3 times my flight has been delayes from ahmedabad to bombay and then from bombay to goa.. So much fed up with my first flight experience with jet airways.. Stuck at bombay airport.. Worst experience ever jet airways.. I would give uh 0.5 out of 5. Help me out of here.. Thats better or i would recomend others too about not thinking of jet airways as their airline company

                            My bag was torn due to negligence of jetairways and complaint raised with jetairways vide no. Blr9w17212, the bag was taken for repair and used different color and material to repair the bag, the bag is looking bad and not in usable condition. Even after repeated follow ups jet airways is not even bothered to respond.
                            The worst part is i am being a frequent flyer with jet airways and even after talking to there duty manager who promised resolution no action being taken, they have responded saying its just torn, i don't understand how to deal with this people. The bag is still under warranty and such physical damages can be covered.
                            I urge jetairways to replace / compensate as this bag cannot be used

                              This is with reference to our luggage lost while travelling from jaipur to delhi. We had hand luggage/baby stroller which we took in flight & was taken by your cabin crew because of less space and they kept it with them.

                              As this was a hand luggage there was no tag given to us for this luggage.

                              At the end of journey we asked for the hand luggage & baby stroller from your crew, but as we had baby with us they gave us the stroller and said that we can collect our bag from belt 6, we waited for almost an hour at the airport & got the check in luggage but the hand luggage which we took inside the flight got missing. We have registered our complaint with the jet office delhi, but till date we haven't got any update from your side.

                              This bag had our baby;s clothes & more than monetary loss it has an emotional value for us & family.

                                I am writing to seek the explanation about a recent extremely frustrating experience i had with jet airways overbooked flight and compensation of 9w2368 on 01 may, 2017. As i have submitted a complaint to the airline. But no response was received in the time the airline informed. I have received redundant postponement, and i might be received repostponement inevitably. So, i would like to submit our complaint details (As follows) to relevant agencies for information and please follow the complaint to ensure fairness and maintain the rights of passengers.

                                1. On 01 may, 2017 i, ms. Prapavadee charnsri together with ms. Chada benjawan, and ms. Uthaiwan sanyamoon arrived at indira gandhi international airport, new delhi at 03.45 a. M., approximately 2 hours prior departure time for our flight (9w2368) to leh ladakh, departure time is 05.40 a. M. Refer to e-ticket itinerary/receipt (Date of issue: tuesday 18 apr, 2017 place of issue: bomzz) booking reference toxifq.
                                We have submitted the e-ticket itinerary document to the check-in staff (Male1), surprisingly frustrated, we were informed that your flight was overbooked, and we did not check-in online before arriving at check-in counter and the airline has never had a passenger no show
                                Therefore we were unable to fly on this flight.
                                We asked the check-in staff (Male 1) that can transfer us to another airline or not. But check-in staff (Male 1) was indicated that others airlines in this route are also full booking, if we want to travel to leh ladakh, we will had to contact the airline by ourselves.
                                When we are denied to travel on 01 may, 2017, we asked the officer in order to ensure our journey by issuing new boarding pass or other official document for new flight as soon as possible and we offerred the day traveling back on 07 may, 2017. The senior customer assistant (Female 1) did not provide any instructions to solve our problems as we should.
                                The senior customer assistant (Male 2) and senior customer assistant (Female 1) offerred the option to pay compensation in according to airline policy for us those are accommodation compensation and cash (Inr 10, 000) per person, we chose to receive cash.
                                After receiving the compensation, we need to be moved from the airport but we are unable to do because airline staff did not take care the passenger with the security officer at the airport.
                                2. We had booked and issued ticket on 04 november, 2016 and had got e-ticket itinerary/receipt which identified the status to confirm booking through e-mail, the information of contact person including the e-mail address and phone number have been shown in e-ticket itinerary.
                                3. After we got the exact itinerary, we had planned and booked the accommodation, transportation and tours in delhi and leh ladakh the months in advance.
                                4. On 12 april, 2017 contact person (Ms. Cha-da benjawan) had found e-mail from [protected]@jetairways.com sent on date 19 february, 2017 in junkmail informed the change of schedule, then she has replied to [protected]@jetairways.com about our problems.
                                5. On 18 april, 2017 we had repiled that we can’t accept the schedule changed to [protected]@jetairways.com
                                6. On 18 april, 2017 ms. Cha-da benjawan received a phone call from the number +[protected]Chandigarh, india) (See attached 8) the operator informed and change the date of travel from 03 may, 2017 to 01 may, 2017 as we requested.
                                7. We had notified the accommodation and tour company in leh ladakh about changing our day trip.

                                As a result of not being able to fly on that flight as follow
                                1. We lost a day of our planned vacation to india which intend to travel to leh ladakh. We missed many attractions in leh ladakh because of yours changed the date.in addition, the tour company not responsible if our flight is delayed or canceled, we had to pay same amount.
                                2. The travel to leh ladakh we must follow the recommodation of health and family welfare department leh ladakh to prevent moutntain sickness, which take table diamox (250mg) twice a day, two days before the journey. We arrived delhi on 29 april, 2017 refer to eticket itinerary/receipt (Date of issue: tuesday 18 apr, 2017 place of issue: bomzz) so we started taking medicine and we had side effects of diamox is in the hands and severe muscle cramps which affects daily life in delhi.
                                3. We want to relax in more natural attrattions than in dusty cityscapes and crowded.
                                4. When we arrived leh ladakh, we asked tour agent to bring us to local airline office to make sure we able to fly the departure flight on 07 may, 2017, local staff informed we should online check-in 24 hours in advance before schedule time of departure, because internet signal is not stable in
                                Leh ladakh, we worried that our travel may be uncertain again.
                                5. From the schedule changed and overbooked which effects our planned and coordinated with the accommodation and tour company several times make us wasted of time.

                                We feel this extreme disappointment experience, we are entitled to more compensation, especially since you had a contractual obligation to reserve and hold my seat as well as to take us to destination on the specified date and time in with customer service awareness and passenger rights. As follow

From the data in the obtained of the airline the "terms and conditions - general" about reservation: “we kindly request you to supply a contact number during reservation for each city in your itinerary. This will enable us to inform you of any irregularity with a flight on which you are booked.

For our case refer to eticket itinerary/receipt (Date of issue: tuesday 18 apr, 2017 place of issue: bomzz) booking reference toxifq, flight 9w2368 depart from delhi on 01 may, 2017 05.40 hrs changed refer to eticket itinerary/receipt (Date of issue: monday 01 may, 2017 place of issue: delki) booking reference toxifq (See attached 2), flight 9w2368 depart from delhi on 01 may, 2017 05.40 hrs. That is the time more than 24 hours. Why do we have received the compensation value of inr 10, 000.
                                At that time, we had to accept compensation. Because we can not check the conditions of the airline. There are restrictions on access to the internet of the airport. We have a limited time and we urgently get money from your staff.
                                6. We asked for the document loading distribution message (Ldm) of flight 9w2368 on 01 may, 2017 (Aircraft nationality and registration mark vt-jgx and aircraft type b737)
                                7. We asked for the document showing the check-in timeline for flight 9w2368 on 01 may, 2017.
                                8. We have plans to travel to india again. Do you offers advice on choosing airlines or how to buy a reliable ticket?

                                    Dear sir we always use ur airways for flying but today vary bed service and responce in ur counter at ahmedabad bcoz today i fly 9w 411 my e ticket no[protected] me fly bombay regular and my privil no[protected] my fly time 4.20 but i come at airport counter at 3.40 i come at airport countr after ur employe is not chaking me in filght this is not to good vary bed test i vary lots up loss only 3 minit late after 45 chekin time so i vary requst u plz u give me my paymnt ya u give me a discount for new ticket bcoz i dont miss my filght i miss my filght for ur bed service so plz u understand me otherwise i go to court and fight my right i hope u learn me i wait ur ans.                                       I have travelled on 16-9-17 by jet airways from mumbai to dubai. Flight no 9w 558 (20.45 pm).

                                      I had 3 baggages with me. But at dubai i received only 2 of them.

                                      I am continuously following up customer care of jet airways india office. They are answering it will dispatch at the earliest. This is third day now. I have not received any news about it.

                                      Can you please update me on this at the earliest.

                                        Due to cancellation of Jet airways flight 9W - 521 on 29/09/2017 from Jeddah to Mumbai, I approached to my travel agent TAJAWAL, Jeddah office in Saudi Arabia for refund( Tajawal - Booking ID: A[protected] and PNR - BKCTZS).

                                        Travel agent stated:
                                        We regret to inform you that the airline didn't refund your booking as it's used out of sequence, hence we won't be able to refund your booking for the rescheduling of your booking.

                                        Could you pl.look into the matter for arranging refund my amount.
