    I, Natasha Baid with my 1 year 9 months old daughter, was supposed to travel
    6th August from chandigarh to jaipur with your airlines having the flight no 9W 2163
    Actual Ticket Attached bought via MakeMyTrip

    But due to your unpreparedness and lack of responsibility I was forced out of the airplane with my daughter after having checked in and taken my seat in the airplane, making me face a harrowing situation leaving me stranded at the airport with little help from your ground staff.

    Initially I was coerced into being taken out of the aircraft by saying that the supervisor wanted to have a word with me, Despite resisting i was asked Again and again to move out of the aircraft to have a word with the supervisor and as soon as that happened I was told that I could not fly today due to lack of seat belts for infants. Contradictory statements were made by your officials with some citing the reason to be lack of oxygen masks.

    It is very very hard to believe an international airline of your stature to behave in such unprofessional manner.

    Despite knowing the number of infants who were supposed to travel on the airplane Proper arrangements were not made for their security and due to your lack of preparations I had to suffer. I was told to wait for half an hour at your counter presenting a callous attitude and poor customer facing policies.

    I was offered no written reasons for being deplaned despite being ask to present one repeatedly, this shows your lack of taking ownership to your mistakes and faults.

    In our opinion you sold last minute tickets at high prices and could not find a better reason to take out single/group passengers hence took out two ladies with infants
    to mark it as technical issue.

    Kindly provide me with your response citing the reasons for deplaning me and my child so that I can take proper legal recourse against the harassment, Emotional, Mental and Physical caused to me. I would like to inform you that you have been of huge inconvenience to me and my child, and your airline would be my last preference to travel with given such a horrible experience.

        My sister took jet air flt on 8th morning from mumbai to chennai. When my sister entered the terminal ii for check in counter, one of your loader of his own put the baggage in the check in conveyor. Since she was having excess baggage, she was asked to pay rs 1500.00. The loader grabbed the money rs 2000/- from my sister and paid to the staff at the counter. After the counter staff collected 1500/- and when he was returning the balance of rs 500/- the loader took the money from the counter staff and kept it with him. On seeing this the counter staff insisted him to give to my sister then the loader gave the money to my sister. Then he followed my sister and insisted she pay for his service. Since my sister being a sr citizen and travelling alone, wanting to avoid any scene, she paid rs 50/- to him but this loader forced her to pay rs 100.00
        Coming to the point first my sister is a sr. Citizen was harassed by your staff bringing bad name to your company and to the country as well as my sister is foreign national. To take corrective action please fix cctv near the check in counter and make a rule that no loader should follow any lady who is travelling alone. All the more a sr. Citizen.

          Even after boarding on time, 2 older sick passengers missed jet airways flight since they reached the gate a little bit late due to improper advise from the personnel in the airport; but they were not allowed to enter the flight even though they have done boarding on time. Jet airways was not ready even to refund any amount. Later when checked again and again, after several months they told they have refunded the amount to travel agency and they accused travel agent. But they were lying and cheating the customers. Because travel agent proved that jet airways gave only 17 percentage of money to travel agent and rest they took. So customer got only 17 percentage of booking amount. Hence be alert when booking jet airways flight. If there is any change in your travel plan, you may lose your amount.

Suddenly my wife filling weakness and vomiting and going to washroom, then after more then two time she get vomiting and crew member hetal or missel don't perfect name know tell me please give her paper just because flight are landing at mumbai airport.

            Then after i told her for deposes paper she tell me this is not my work you can do self. I also tell her please read information on paper bag they clear written on bag (Please call crew member for disposes) some other passenger also tell but she is very rudely tell this is not my work.

            Hi,

            This is Vishal and i am travelling to Canada on August 24, 2017. I have student visa and according its terms, i should be allowed to carry 3pcs of baggage however jet airways denied saying various non-reasonable reasons.

            Hoping for a positive revert.
            9W272D. Boarding. One Jet employee takes my passport and went away. Then there was a fight between 2 employees. And I as a business class passenger without the passport is standing there like the most stupid person.
            Finally I got my passport and there was peace.
            Jet is becoming more like a private bus operator between Rohatak and Kind.

              I have been facing a problem for more than a month now. One of my baggage went missing when i was travelling back to bombay from delhi on 5th july 2017.

              The tag number is 9w515237. Red colour medium size suitcase (Stroller) weighing almost 20 kgs.

              Since then i have followed up with the jet team almost everyday through emails and phone calls.

              In the middle they sent a similar looking red suitcase to my house with a different tag number and when i said it was not mine they did not get it picked for 5 days till i complained of reporting on social media that someone else's bag is lying at my house without jet taking appropriate action.

              Just 2 days bag the team declared it as lost and offered to settle the claim for rs. 3500/-.

              However i have asked them to extend the search for the baggage because my baggage has not only expensive watch and accessories but also new purchases of clothes for my kids.

              I am extremely disappointed with the service from jet and the inability to find a suitcase which was handed over to them. Its not even a case where there was a change in aircraft involved. It’s a clear case of irresponsibility and negligence. I cannot believe and accept that a tagged baggage can go missing like this.

              I request you to please help me trace my baggage and ask your team to keep the search on till it is found.

                I have my flight today at 12. (9w 2283) from bombay to indore. I reached bombay airport and asked the authorities how far my gate number as i have a knee injury and requested for wheel chair. They told me it isn't very far so i thought i'll manage. But after security check they told me its very far (86b) so i requested the buggy driver to drop me and he refused to drop me and misbehaved to an extent that made me cry. I kept requesting him but he wouldn't agree and made silly excuses. After a lot of nussiance he agreed to drop after i started to feel unbearable pain.
                We people pay so much to travel and this is how you treat a person who's injured or anybody for that matter.
                I hope you take the necessary action.

                  I - khurshid imam - traveled from jeddah [3rd aug 2017, flight no 9w521] – mumbai [flight no 9w397] - bangalore [4th aug 2017] by jet airways.
                  But – on reaching banaglore – i could not find my check in luggage at bangalore airport. Shocked and surprised, i approached jet airways baggage counter. I was told that i should have taken the check in baggage in mumbai and got it custom cleared in mumbai and then again put into check in luggage. It is weird.
                  My flight was on single ticket, the tag shows that i should collect my luggage at bangalore, but here the scene was entirely different.

                  I was told by the jet airways baggage person to write an application form. I had filled the application form for retrieval of baggage at bangalore airport baggage office of jet airways.

                  He told me that within 24 hours i will get my luggage. He assured me that i will be contacted by jet airways. Now - after 36 hours – none from jet airways has contacted me.

                  Somehow i managed to call customer care on 5th august morning. After 10-15 minutes of time i was able to speak to the customer care person. There was another shocker. She told that i have to submit an affidavit from notary public and come to airport and submit it.

                  The cruelty of jet airways has no end. I told that baggage person had told me that i will get luggage after writing the application but she told that affidavit is to be filled. She simply said sorry for her colleagues’ mistake. She agreed that baggage contact person had made mistake.

                  But wait, problem continues. “what should be the format of affidavit content” – i asked. She had no answer. She wanted affidavit but had no idea of the format. This is so frustrating. She told me to visit notary office and they will tell the format. I moved from one notary office to other – but no one had any idea.

                  Frustrated and broken – i prepared format from my own elf, gave the paper to notary public. By this time, it was saturday evening and stamp could not be purchased now because all offices are closed and tomorrow also they will be closed. So on monday evening i will get the affidavit from the advocated and then only i can submit to bangalore airport.

                  The irresponsible behavior of the jet airways can be understood from that fact that:
                  1. With all these mishandling – they did not contact me for once till now even after my sufferings is continuing for more than 36 hours.
                  2. Jet airways did not bring my luggage from mumbai and did nothing to help me in this regard.
                  3. Even for my e-mail – they did not send any personal response. All i got was automated response. I am attaching the picture of the mail for proof.
                  4. It is so difficult to speak to the customer care[protected]

                  I don't know if i will ever recieve my check in baggage from jet airways as they are not at all helping / contacting.

                      I arrived at airport and got into jet airways line. There were only 5 people in front of me and it took more than half an hour to reach the counter. I complaint to mr jayant that why is the service so slow. He suddenly became rude and started saying it's my mistake. He then asked me angrily if i had self check in. He sent me to the other queue. Where i had to wait for another half an hour. This was the case with another customer as well. They told her the same thing and rudely asked to be in line.

                        The flight ni the above table is delayed as the scheduled take off time should be 7:15 a. M & actual take off was 8:00 a. M from ahmedabad... And the scheduled landing time at delhi should be 8:40 a. M. But actual landing time was 9:30 a. M. Because of which which was having departure time of 10:50 a. M. As shown in sr. No (2) as per the above table of jet airways as per sr (1) we missed the flght of spice jet for delhi to srinagar

                        To solve the above mentioned problem that has been caused due to delay in the flight of jet airways, i had talked with the customer care executive of jet airways and makemytrip but i did not get any positive reply.

                        So with this email i want to file a complaint for reimbursing the total amount of flight ticket of spice jet which is rs. 15972 (Rs.14622 of ticket charge + 1350 of convenience change = total rs. 15972) as per sr. (2) in the above table in which we could not be able to board because of the delay in the flight flight of jet airways.

                        Further i also want to get the clarification regarding the penalty that will be imposed to the flight owner due such inconvenience caused by them to the passengers???

                          My case reference number is:[protected]. I have been following up with jet airways since friday last week (27-july). Writing multiple emails and calling the call center like crazy. But i dont get any response at all. Just being told to wait.
                          Very casual and callous attitude of the jet airways staff.
                          The call center and missing baggage handling department are not coordinated at all! Extremely frustating experience.

                              Jet airways has started charging for each seat on web check in. If i am already playing 10000 for a economy ticket on a route where a ticket is available for[protected] in general, do i not earn the right atleast to web check in and get a seat of choice? They charge for every web checkin and no seats are available on the airport. So the only option for a person is to either sit on the lasg available seat which the last row middle seat or to come to the airport 2-3 hours before the check in time to get whatever is left on the plan after webcheck ins. I want to understand that if i have already paid such a high amount for a ticket because i can't plan my business trips well in advance, why should i play additional 500 for check in for the seat.

                                Sub: mental torture at calicut international airport
                                I am roshna, a doctor from kannur district of kerala, india. I came to doha on july 28th 2017 through the jet airways flight @ 11.40 pm on july 27th 2017 via the calicut international airport. I was accompanied by my 2 month old infant. Here i have to painfully describe the mental torture that me and my baby faced from the airport authority while we were in the airport. I will make it as short as possible.
                                Incident: i reached the airport at 9.20 pm, my luggage was checked and while they were about to issue my boarding pass, they told me that my visa is cancelled and i can't go to qatar at this moment. My visa was of 3 years & immediately i made a call to my husband and he sent all the proof that i am allowed to enter the state of qatar with this resident permit (Qid# [protected]) (Re-entry fine payment details, moi documents, whichever i attached the details all) that i have shown to them. These were more than enough. I gave them the printouts of all documents by 9.40 pm. They were stubborn in their decision and denied me my boarding pass. My husband (Irfan kunhi purayil, qid# [protected]) talked to the airport authority (Via phone) who were very arrogant & later they even denied to take his call. Meanwhile the staff in the airport help center were telling me that, this is their regular habit to unwantedly torture the passenger. I was requesting for my boarding pass and on other hand my baby was crying. They didn't even made a provision to feed my baby. What they were repeatedly saying is ' you can't go to qatar, you may not waste our time, please leave the airport'. But i was confident that whatever documents i have given is fair enough to grant me my boarding pass. This torture continued till 11.20 pm. Another higher personnel of airport who was passing by enquired what's going on. As i was about to explain they cleverly handled the situation & to my surprise issued me the boarding pass (That they had printed at 10.40 pm) by 11.25 pm. They escaped from there soon after issuing me my boarding pass without giving me a chance to question them. I can't explain the pain and difficulty i experienced for 2 hours and also when i was running with my baby to aircraft within a timespan of 5 minutes. I tried to create an issue but they cleverly managed. On reaching doha international airport there were no issues at all. I exited the airport very quicky.
                                I wish such incident should not recur and such persons shouldnot be allowed to sit in such positions to destroy the value & credibility of those positions. They should think twice before torturing any passenger.
                                I am giving a complaint to the chief minister, and qatar ministry of economy and commerce

                                  I was traveling from bangkok to mumbai. I suffer from worst service
                                  1. After lunch i ask for juice i can't get.

                                  2. Arround half of way i ask for coffee. I also remind 3 time but i can get.

                                  3. Airhostes not answering properly. All together in back side of aircraft and people are waiting for service.

                                  4. Toilets not clean properly very much stinking.

                                  Why should i travel next time in jet airways?

                                    I was travelling from delhi to bangalore on sunday, 30th june 2017.
                                    Flight no : 9w 827

                                    At the delhi airport when the boarding just started, i was going through my boarding pass and i saw there was someone elses luggage tag/sticker on my boarding pass.
                                    I don't remember the guy's name on the tag — it started with a k, may be karthik or something.
                                    But the flight details mentioned in the tag were for a flight to chennai - 9w 739
                                    That time itself there was jet airways staff at the boarding gate. I talked to first guy, he pointed me to talk to another guy. I went to him and told him my story.
                                    He went to the computer screen, started checking something, wrote another tag no on my boarding paas and removed the earlier one.
                                    He told me it is fine, you will receive your luggage. I confirmed with him again about it. He said no issues, it is fine. Then at last they just asked me how many bags you checked-in and i informed them only 1 bag i checked-in.
                                    My mistake here was i trusted that guy and did not file a pir that time itself.

                                    Then when i reached bangalore airport, i did not received my baggage.
                                    Talked to a lost and found guy who filed the pir — tag no - 9w025204
                                    He was telling me 90% of the chance is that it was at delhi airport only. I also told him the same chennai story.
                                    He was on call with someone, and after that he told that your bag would be in delhi airport only. The next flight from delhi to bangalore is in the morning, then your luggage will come and we will deliver it to you between 12-2 pm.
                                    I was quite comfortable hearing that, ok i will get my luggage. But then since today morning i called 2-3 times, the baggage has not been traced yet.

                                    It had a lot of valuables inside - clothing, shaving kit, electronics, liquor, food items, shoes, belts, etc. And some of the food items are perishable and it would just make a mess with time.

                                    Kindly request you to look this up on priority and i believe it should be checked at all the 3 airports - delhi, bangalore and chennai as well, as the initial tag on my boarding pass was for the chennai flight itself.

                                      I cancelled my booking (Ref zmilxf) for flight from kuwait to mangalore dr 1 june 2017. I did not receive the refund in my credit card account though the advice regarding the refund came soon after the cancellation tranaction. I complained about this a few days earlier and a lady from jet airways called me to confirm and tell me that refund would soon be processed. Could you pls resolve the issue and let me know the progress. Could you give me a reference number so that i can track the issue with you.

                                      DEAR SIRS, AS SOON AS I SUBMITTED THIS THERE WAS A CALL FROM +91-[protected] TELLING HE WAS FROM JET AIRWAYS AND CALLING FROM BELAPUR AND HIS NAME WAS RAHUL KUMAR SHARMA. HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO PROCESS MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND ASKED FOR BANK DETAILS FOR REFUND. I STARTED IMAKING ENQUIRIES INTO MY ACCOUNT AND EMAIL ADDRESS. I GOT SUSPICIOUS THOUGH AFTER ABOUT 40-45 MINUTES OF PHONE CONVERSATION AND ALMOST GAVE HIM MY BANK OTP'S, AS HE WAS TRYING TO TRANSFER MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD. I STILL HOPE HE HAS NOT SUCCEEDED IN COMPROMISING MY ACCOUNT. ALL PLS BEWARE ABOUT THESE FRAUDSTERS. WHEN WE GET CALL SUPPOSEDLY FROM COMPANIES AND ESTABLISHMENTS, WE NEED TO HAVE A WAY OF CONFIRMING THEIR AUTHENTICITY.

                                      I had planned to reach Delhi via Flight no. 9W - 2416 on 26.07.2017 which got delayed for 2 Hrs. due to this I faced a lot of mental harassment and time loss. I had various meetings to be attended which got cancelled due delay in flight.
