We travelled from hyderabad to paris on 20th sep with a layover in mumbai.
On reaching paris, we found that our both the baggages have not arrived in paris. We were told by airfrance that we would get the bags next day itself, which they didnot deliver.

After 5 days, one bag was delivered. We only know how much trouble and inconvenience faced throughout the trip. Somehow we shopped few necessary things for the trip. We are back to india now and the other bag we haven't received yet, even after 20 days. We do not know where is our other baggage. We have called jet airways umpteen times for the allowance details and whereabouts of out baggage, but we havent got any details.

First of all, our trip has been spoiled and the trauma undergone for follow ups is inexplicable.
For us it was a once in a lifetime trip., which was spoiled by their utter mismanagement.

Second of all, we know that we are eligible for allowance claim as per montreal convention, but these people are not responding to any of our queries regarding allowance details.

Such unprofessional behaviour from such prestigious airlines was not expected.

    Time of incident: 7:00am - 8:00 am

    I had a valid short term visit pass for singapore, but jet airways did not let me board the flight. I showed them all the proof of my travel, employment pass of my husband, invitation letter from my husband. Their argument was that i did not have an return/onward ticket to go out of singapore.
    Several points are to be noted:
    1. I have travelled several times to singapore before and no airline has ever asked for a return/onward ticket.
    2. Even the immigration officers in india and singapore have never questioned the same.
    3. They made me wait and did not let me check in for 45 minutes, wasting more of my time, only to tell me in the end, that they will not let me board the flight unless i have a return/onward ticket.
    4. I was not made aware of any of this before booking the flight.
    5. I had to book an onward flight on the spur of the moment without any planning causing me mental stress and monetary strain. I had to plan a whole international trip around that one booking.
    6. Had i not booked the onward flight, they wouldn't have let me check in at all and reach immigration. Moreover, my money would have been forfeited.

    I require complete compensation for my mental and emotional stress and the resulting monetary burden.

      Based on jet airways ava marketing offer in flight, i purchased hottech bluetooth watch in ava outlet at mumbai airport on 10 oct 2017
      I tried to charge the watch but there is isuess of charging this device. I want cash back asap or replacement of product asap.
      Let me know how to proceed.
      Jet airways promoting this brands but this kind of quality is totally not expected. I saw lot many people faces same problem. People are buying this itesms by trusting jet airways. Expecting early and positive reply.

      They boarded people from multiple flights into one. The people were boarding from different flights destined for Delhi. The delay was for 1hour.

      No weather conditions, no proper reason provided, then just to save some seats, the customers time is at stake.

        I booked a ticket on jetairways website on 21st of september, while booking, got an error saying 'unfortunately your session has been time out, please start again' - i booked again, and later i got 2 tickets from them. I called in to cancel one - but they just refunded the ticket price, not the convenience fee that i paid online for the 1st ticket. Its their website bug, not my fault! Gave many calls, emails to jetairways, but no solution so far.

          I booked the jet airways for my travel from coimbatore to chennai on 4th sep 2017 evening flight (9w 2528). When i came to the coimbatore airport on 4th sep 2017, i was informed at the counter that my seat has been transferred to the air hostess since the air hostess seat got damaged when the flight landed in coimbatore. My final destination was to dubai. I booked the jet airways flight from coimbatore to chennai and booked the emirates flight from chennai to dubai on the same day. Since the jet airways authorities didn't inform me regarding this case priorly and the flight was fully booked, i could not able to catch my international flight on emirates. Jetairways authorities (From coimbatore office) promised that a compensation amount of 10, 000 rs will be given back to me since i have to change my international flight ticket (Business class ticket) and they re-routed me from coimbatore - bangalore (9w 2650) & bangalore to chennai (9w 2736). They filled a form with my account details with my signature and confirmed that the amount would be credited in 8 working days. Till today, the amount was not credited to my account and i didn't receive a single email for the delay. The actual fare for the ticket change was 12, 970 rs. Though it was not a mistake from my end, i agreed to bare the remaining 2, 970 rs. I was sending the emails to [protected]@jetairways.com in order to followup on the compensation amount.

          They replied back to my email stating that that "our enquiries indicate that flight 9w2528 on september 17, 2017 was overbooked. Airlines do sometimes over-book flights to ensure optimum utilization of seats. The extent of overbooking of a flight is marginal and is completely based on an analysis of our historical flight wise data of last minute cancellations, no shows and seasonal loads as also the latest trends of traffic observed. For the flight in question, there was an unusual situation, all confirmed guests travelling on this flight had already checked-in prior to your arrival at the counters and hence you were rebooked.
          We certainly understand the adverse impact an ‘over booked flight’ situation has on a guest’s schedule. However, i would like to assure you that such situations are rare and uncommon." which is not the reason for the seat change. I had a confirmed ticket and it was not a standby. I have been following up with them for more than 1 month now and am really feeling stressed on this subject. They are saying that the amount has been credited to my account and i told them that the amount was not credited in my account. Am receiving the other transfers to my account. I asked them to check with the accounting section but didn't receive a proper response. I really feel frustrated for choosing the jet airways airlines after these email followups.

            We are travelling to cotonou, benin through a connecting flight by jet airways. We prepared the flight to 7:05 because of our yesterdays bad experience. But it is unfortunate that the even after the careful planning today at 7:30 they say that because of atc it's been delayed today as well...
            On 8/10/17 we were ask to board the flight no 477 and had to be there till 11:30 in mumbai itself because of their mismanagement. They are informing that it's because of air traffic congestion but i feel they are totally dishonest about the whole issue.
            Had to talk hard to even get a near fair deal from them ranging from rescheduling, accommodation, and other things. This harassment and strong attitude of airline staff has to be condemned. It is because of passengers the airline runs but they think otherwise. Additional information - all other airlines at least 9/10 starting on time at least with minimal delay but only jet airways is abnormally delayed/ cancelled / rescheduled constantly.
            There is not proper response from the staff but their website boast about all staffs are cro trained etc...
            I need to go to consumer court plz suggest, they are very arrogant towards all passengers. All of them are losing out on patience. I also feel that their cabin crew including captain are overworked...

              I had a bad experience with jet airways. I have booked a flight for 4th nov 2016 02:30 am to kolkata. But jet airways rescheduled the flight to 3 nov 9:45 in the evening. I have an important meeting to attend on 3rd nov. How can i board a flight on 3rd nov 9:45 pm and moreover i have a connecting train to my home town from kolkata on 4th nov. If i board the flight on 3rd nov i will be missing my meeting and will be sitting in airport for 7 long hours unnecessarily.
              I really thought passenger concern is the most important thing., but i was wrong these airlines are rescheduling the flights with their wish and providing some reasons like in my case operational issues.

                I got my e-ticket no[protected] booking reference (Pnr) silmxa
                From doha (Doh) to kochi (Cok) in jet airways the ticket was purchased by online on 21 may, 2017..
                On[protected] i amended my flight and date of booking and i paid 310 qataririyal. Unfortunately my ticket not updated at system. I asked customer care on the next day. They informed that money will be refund within one week. To change again please try again. Then i changed at[protected] with 400qataririyal. I got my new ticket no.[protected]. Ok comfirmed

                But still as per my bank details my first 310qr refund not received from jetairways.. So please help me and check your documents about my refund..

                  Vide pnr - dmycqs booked two tickets from your official cite on 15th sept. 2017 for 20th sept. 2017 from bhopal to delhi by flight 9w 2640 and from delhi to bhopal by flight 9w 927 for 24th sept. 2017.
                  Jet airways didn't informed me about the status of my booked flight on 20th sept. 2017, but on 21st sept. 2017, i received sms on my registered mobile - [protected] -
                  *at 01.54 "your flt on 21st sept. 2017 is expected to leave bho at 08.55 hrs., reach bom at 10.25 hrs.",
                  *at 03.44hrs another sms "your flt on 21st sept. 2017 is expected to leave bho at 10.15 hrs., reach bom at 11.45 hrs."
                  *and at 07.50 hrs another sms "your flight on 21st sept. 2017 is expected to leave bom at 12.10hrs, reach del at14.15 hrs".
                  *again at 08.41, i received sms "your flight s2 4171 bhobom has been ressheduled to depart at 11.00 hrs from bhopal and reaches bom at 12.30 hrs."
                  *and at 09.47 another sms "your flt on 21st sept. 2017 is expected to leave bho at 12.15 hrs., reach bom at 13.37 hrs."
                  #finaly at 10.07 i received sms " dear guest, we regret to inform that your flight 9w307 21sep17 from bom to del is cancelled due to operational reasons. For furtherassistance pls call... Or... For a refund.
                  I made payment for above flights through my master card xxxxxxxxxxxx5358 but still i have not received my refund in my master card account.

                  Therefore it is requested to remit my bhopal delhi flight fare and incidental compensation as per law at the earliest to my credit card (Master card) account to avoid further legal consequences.
                  I had performed my delhi bhopal journey as per aforesaid flight 9w927 on 24th sept.2017 and my claim is only for cancelled bhopal delhi flight dated20/09/17 as per above sms communications dated 21/09/2017.

                    I! I need help with my booking id nf[protected]... I travelled from aizawl to kolkata on flight 9w 634 and from kolkata to new delhi on jet airways 9w 904 on 6th october, 2017 on connecting flights. I was very unhappy and shocked to see that my brand new american tourister was striped off of its logo, leaving three disgusting holes in its place. So i would like to kindly request your help on replacing the logo. Also, since the suitcase is brand new the logo won’t fall on its own.

                      My flight from mumbai to hyderabad was at 12.50 and received sms stating that boarding gate will be closed 25 minutes before. Where are we reached at 12.08 at jet counter but denied boarding pass. When we asked about the reason they said boarding gate is closed 45 minutes before. We were in the queue and none was bothered to help us. My travel date was 6th oct 17 and pnr number is laydvr

                        I travelled with jet airways on may 30, 2017 from ams to del. After waiting almost two hrs on delhi airport, i went the jet airways office to find out the status of my baggage. They told me that its missed and will delivery at home. So far this was not that bad. Next day my baggage got delivered with wrapped on plastic sheet. I was stunned to see the condition of my bag. I heard bag get damaged but it was burnt. Lot of stuff was missing. Whatever the stuff left there, that also was burnt. Even the delivery person got shocked to see the condition of the bag.
                        I register the complainant to get proper compensation and my referenceid=[protected] and after 5 month i am just hearing their apology and nothing else.

                        I am not sure my voice will get heard over here but taking a chance if someone responsible from jet airways see the message and take proper action.

                          Dear sir,

                          I had booked three air tickets for 27 oct 2017 from lucknow to chandigarh vide transaction id [protected] for rs. 14088/- (Fourteen thousand and eighty eight) on 27/07/2017. The tickets were sent to us through mail on the same day.

                          I got one sms on my mobile on 6 sept. 2017 that jet airways have revoked the booked flight and they will be accomodating us on another flight which was not convenient to us. Next day (7 sept 2017), i contacted cleartrip over phone, through which my tickets were booked, and informed them that we were not comfortable with the changed schedule. They expressed their helplessness in maintaining their same schedule and rather gave me an option to get the tickets cancelled, to which i agreed.

                          Subsequently, the said tickets were cancelled on 7 september and a confirmatory mail to this effect was sent to me. The mail contained that my tickets have been cancelled and the refund amount would be credited to my account in 5 to 7 working days.

                          No refund was credited to my account even after 12 days as per their commitment, so i once again contacted cleartrip over phone on 19 sep 2017 and enquired about the refund. I was given a very evasive and non-commital reply.

                          Subsequently, they sent me a mail on 21 sept 2017 informing me that "the refund has been processed for rs. 12561/- (Twelve thousand five hundred and sixty one only) and the same would be credited to my account in 5 to 7 working days depending upon my bank". 15 days have since passed and till now i have not received any refund.

                          I had spent rs. 14088/- on purchase of tickets. Without any confirmation from me, the airlines rescheduled my flight. When i expressed my inability to travel as per their convenience, my air tickets were cancelled. Now instead of refunding me full ticket value, they are deducting rs 1527/- without any fault of mine and claiming to refund me the balance amount of rs. 12561/-.

                          I strictly oppose this arbitrary act at your end. Let it be very clear that as per regulations of aircraft act 1934, full ticket value has to be refunded to the passenger in such case without deducting even a single rupee.

                          In case, if i fail to get my full refund within 48 hours of this mail, i will have no other option but to approach the court for claiming full ticket value that was paid by me at the time of purchasing the tickets alongwith costs against the harrassment caused to me in the matter.

                          Please note that the matter is being escalated to the director general of civil aviation, new delhi, in a separate postal cover through registered post.

                            I register complaint against it, now today is 25 Sept 2017, still they are not able to track my baggage or proceed my Claim .

                            Even these people are not replying my mail...worst management...

                              I had 2 very bad experiences with the jet airways ticketing on their online ticket booking after cancellation –on 2 separate bookings.
                              As summary, i booked tickets for trivandrum-bangalore on 12nd dec and had to cancel it. The airlines refunded the amount of rs 4882 and then debited it again after 1 week.

                              12/12/2016 vin/jet airways/20
                              Trivandrum - bangalore pnr d6f64s for 22nd dec 2016

                              Bangalore - trivandrum pnr c56jmy for 28th dec 2016

                              The amount of rs 4882 was debited from my account on 12 dec 2016
                              The amount of rs 4882 was credited in my account on 4 — feb 2017 rev_lp-vin/jetairways
                              Then amount of rs 4882 was debited from my account on 13-feb 2017 rev_vin/jet airways

                              So you can see two debits and only 1 credit.

                              No 2

                              The amount of rs4678 was debited from my account on 6/may 2017

                              The amount of rs 4678 was credited in my account on 9 june 2017

                              The amount of rs 4678 was debited from my account on 9 august 2017

                              On 18th august 2017 i got an sms from jet air that someone had generated a password on my account.

                              Later on 18th itself somebody had taken rs 4678 from my debit card from jet air. I phoned up icici customer care and they told me it was a wrong credit done on 9-6-2017. Actually i had bought a ticket on 6-6-2017 for rs 4698 and
                              Cancelled it. I had received the reversal amount on 9-6-2017 and the amount was not a wrong credit as suggested.
                              If required i shall send the full details of my passbook and the correspondence between jetair and myself
                              Sir i have lost a large amount on both the tickets as fraud done to me by jetair. Please do help.

                                Want to highlight the service i got in jet airways. Number one there was no vegetarian food and in place we got a paneer sandwich which was not at all fresh. Secondly the platter i got was a incomplete one and while asked for i did not get any response the crew which was highly unexpected. Thirdly the baggage collection area. It almost took more than 20 mins for our baggage to arrive. Jet airways been a brand serves in this manner was not expected.

                                  I booked my fright for 3 passengers from ibibo app (Jet airways), from mumbai to lucknow (Via delhi).
                                  After we boarded from mumbai, we were informed that our flight from del to lucknow didn't existed.
                                  When i called customer care (Ibibo) they told me that its an issue from jet airways side, they cant do anything in this case, so they told me that they are patching me to jetairways customer support, who also said that we can help u at this moment & we can arrange a next flight after a day, by then we can wait at airport for the whole time.
                                  I consistently asked them to arrange a flight since passengers (My family) need to reach lucknow on time due to some prior commitments, but they keep talking about the our current problem, without a possible solution.
                                  So eventually i have to book another flight from (Make my trip/indigo) which cost me around 14k, and the worst part is that even till after another day, they are showing the same flight (As travelled) on application of go ibibo of the jet airways flight which never existed.
                                  See, money is not really an issue for me, but if companies like these are taking our money and promises us security & comfort before and during our journey, they should make sure that its done.
                                  Also, the status for my query on goibibo is showing my query resolved without even asking me, whether its been resoleved or not.
                                  Please ignore traveling by jet airways & using goibibo application.

                                    Hi, i was travelling from flight goa to indore on 28th of september 2017 and my baggage didnt arrive. The best part was i was a priority customer hence it was tagged as "priority" it had a lot of stuff along with clothes which has caused me too much hassel in short

                                    The number given by the airline mentioning it is a shift in charge number wasn't answered on numerous attempts thus leaving me in standstill. My work suffered, i was in a bad state without clothes and basic amenities and necessary items. I need a compensation for the harm caused by the airline or i will sue them for this.

                                      On 24th september i booked jet airways flight ticket for9th jan from yatra.com, details-
                                      Jet airways - 9w-2474
                                      Airline pnr - xvtpob
                                      Amount charged-8266/-

                                      At the same time when i am just checking the same flight charge in makemytrip, suddenly they debited my money and booked the same flight ticket, but i didnt proceed to payment even not put the opt also (Though being mmt customer my bank details i keep save there.) details-
                                      Jet airways - 9w-2474
                                      Airline pnr - fiujio
                                      Amount charged-8416/-

                                      I immediately informed both mmt and jet airways to cancel my flight tickets and give me refund, coz if i cancel i will get very less amount. After several follow up i have not received any positive response yet.
                                      I want airlines to cancel that ticket from their end and give me full refund. I will escalate this issue unlil i get justice.

                                        Pnr wukbrw i have been requesting to change return booking date from the 4/12/17 to 27/11/17 as we when booked 3 tickets were informed that we can change departure date once for free and the only reason we are wanting to do this is because we have to send a family member to go back with our very old parents who are in their 90s as on arilvel the wheel chair service was very bad and they were left waiting for an hour. I have been speaking to your customer service department who all have been unhelpful and not returning calls when promised i have spoken to jay kumar and the supervisor billal and all they keep say sorry can't do anything we were not aware difrent rule apply because we could change one but not the other two we booked in the same day far as we are concerned same rule apply to all the tickets we booked that day. So i hope you understand and are able to help and hope you can gat back to me asap.
