Jet airways staff miss-guided us at new delhi express metro employee name ms: farha at new delhi express metro responded very rudely, as the staff is lazy and not willing to do andy work, and when i asked to give me in written about the policy she did not give that, i have never seen such pathetic behavoiur by any airline staff, even the rest of the staff were not willing to listen even they were very rude, and said “do wat ever you can do” as quoted by her. Stict action should be taken against them and supervisor as she has called him.

    Was belittled during boarding when the jet airways staff snatched the boarding pass and manually stroke 1a and wrote 19a with no reason.. No sorry.. And no explanation at all.. Humiliating experience.. Require compensation from jet airways for the same..

      Hi, we have a tour from one of the agent. He has taken money from us showed us hotel booking and airline tickets but both were faque. Now he is not returning our money. Pleae help. I visited jetairways office, they said ur ticket booked through makemytrip.com i went to makemytrip local office they said this is online booking we cannot help. Ultimately
      No one is listening to me!!!

      Now i am left with one day only to travel. We must travel on or before this wednesday. My yonger son passport expiring in feb 2018. As per visa conditions i must travel and come back before 10th of august 2017.

      So please someone help me...

      My only question to all of you is where i am wrong!!! Now airline is demanding noshow and date change fees around 27000 inr. I have already paid to the agent 72000 for the same. Why should i bear this cost. I don't make agents this is the company i. E jetairway or makemytrip who need or make agents. They book profits through them then this payment is their responsibility.

        Dear sir, i traveled july 25th on 12.00 from dubai to colombo in the flights of 9w 541 and 9w 252, due to power banks in my baggage they want my baggage to be on hold in order to remove those power banks and send it in very next flight to colombo, for this action one jet airways representative came to me while i was on boarding took my sign to a form that has mentioned they informed me that matter. However until today 29nth, july, my baggage is no where, also i made a complain at colombo baggage service, this inssident completely disgusting me. This is first time i faced such bad experience by choosing jet airways. If they want to remove those power banks it's so easy and send it back to me as well. My question is if this baggage came from dubai to mumbai together with those 3 power banks what is the first to divert it colombo from mumbai. I have all details on this matter and future i intend to give this information to media too.

          I was flying on 9w 348 to hyderabad today morning 3.00am. My pnr nosqjuua. My baggage has been damaged. Spoke to the airport authorities n they hv asked me to complain online. 2 of my bags have been damaged in spite of having a fragile tag on them. I bag the wheels r broken n in the other the handles. It jus shows how highly irresponsible the staff is. Plz do the needful as soon as possible.

            I booked flight from hongkong to vadodara on dated 24th july-2017 with help of agent iata. The travelling date is 23rd september 2017. I want to change source from shanghai instead hongkong. Agent replied i should cancel flight and will not get only 1000 rmb (About 10000 inr). When i asked more details he reply to contact jet airways. I called jet airways they said they cant comment and cant share ticket policy with me. I given email to reservation info desk on 26th july, as per their rule they should reply me whatsoever within 48 hours. But they casually ignore my email and didnt reply. I only want the information, want to know my ticket policy and why i cant change my flight without getting any refund.

            Updating about my loss. I bought ticket with 6000 rmb (about 60, 000 INR) and getting return only 1000 rmb. Its just loot by agent and jet airways collobration and no one is taking responsibility after getting money.

              Jet airways senior manager. My concern is for recent incident that has happen ok 27th july 2017 at mumbai airport me and my friend we just go to buy ticket from jet airways ticket counter at the time of buying ticket my friend she told her have to buy ticket for me even i hold my i'd card in hand and the jet airways mam she my name and then she ask my last name. Then my friend she just give her credit card for payment. She pay want to pay with her credit card so for that she show her password because she was from thailand when she show passports at the time of that also she say have to buy for my friend. Then that mam say if you pay with international card it will charge more then that ok i go and take cash with my atm. After that i bring cash then again go to ticket counte at the 2nd time when i go to counter then i say mam have to buy ticket. Then she say ok yes you go to bring cash.. Then i say yes.. Then she say wit for 10 minute i book ticket.. At that time i was holding my aadhar card in my hand then she ask my name and last name. Then after that i pay cash.. After that i not look the ticket. Then i go to do security check in at airport they also not check that name written worng and they not ask my id proof. They give me entry.. That flight was in the morning 5:55 am from bhombay to bhopal. So i have only to take boarding pass after 12:00 am... And my friend she from thailand her flight was 1:00 am for thailand. She just leave for international check in at 11:30 am. Then after 12:00 am i go to check in then i say her to check in on my ticket the name was written of my friend by the mistake of jet airways booking counter. Then i alone go for check in they give me check with wrong name they even not ask me for id and the name was written on that was my friend name. So how they can give me check in and boarding pass if the name was worng on ticket. Why the security give me entry. It's all jet airways and airport fault. How they can give me check in and boarding pass even on ticket name was written wrong they not ask for id proof. It's all jet airways mistake. I want solution for that any how at any cost because it is all jet airways mistake. How jet airways can give me check in even i not show any id and my female friend written on that. And my friend she was not present there she go for gate of her flight from mumbai to thailand. So it's all jet airways mistake. First write the name wrong then big mistake give to boarding pass. Then i see boarding pass then i see my friend name. Then i not go ticket counter but the madam was not available who book my ticket. And the another mam and person were not accepting there fault. Then i go to boarding pass counter i ask them also about that there also one mam make mistake. So it's all about jet airways worker mistake. I have cancel that ticket but i only got 1500 inr back. I want my 3500 inr back because it is not my mistake. It is jet airways mistake. Please call me on this no [protected]. I want solution.

              I traveled on Jet business class from SFO to BOM. On the return flight home from BOM, my 3 checked bags didn't arrive. Found out from AF that Jet hasn't loaded the bags at all in BOM. Called Jet customer support and they had not clue where my bags are and offered a measly 350INR per KG as compensation. I have toothbrushes that are more expensive.

                I would like to file a complaint regarding jetairways's online check-in.
                I have been in canada on holidays for three weeks now but on my way there i wasn't able to check in online which cost me a lot of stress, and knowing what traveling such a far distance is like, you should know that that on its own is already very stressful.
                Meanwhile, i am leaving tomorrow to go back home and unfortunately not able to check in again. I am very unhappy about this.

                      I was supposed to travel to dubai with my husband and daughter on 25th june at around 11am in the morning but in the mid night i get a call from my mother that my dad has collapsed and we're taking him to the hospital.. After talking to my mom i could not travel to dubai as i had rushed to my mothers place in. Punjab... We kept dad for 2 days in hospital on ventilator and he expired on 28th june... Now when our agent is telling sales team to issue new tickets for the first week of june as this was the very genuine case of not travelling, sales team is not listening neither they are giving refund... Such behaviour is not expected from renowned airways of jet... Please see to it..

                        My iphone 6s plus fell under the business class seat when flight went thru turbulence. On searching for it, it was untraceable and cabin crew said that business class seats are cannot be opened easily and hence they would get the flight searched later on. Now after following the case since 10 days, i get get a reply that it's not the airlines responsibility if the phone is missing. Had i been told this then i wouldn't have got off the flight till the phone was searched and found. I am very unhappy with this kind of attitude. Please call me on [protected] to sort the matter.

                          Date:22.07.2017, time:16:30, domestic airport lucknow, filight 9w2638
                          Passenger: mr. Ram bhavan was traveling to muscat from lucknow (9w2638) via delhi (W598)

                          Passenger reported @ 14:30 hrs. Lucknow airport jetairways counter to board for delhi but jet staff denied to board stating counter closed (Flight time was 17:20 and passenger reported 16:30, 50 min before as it was domestic flight). As we were trying to convince, jetairways staff miss. Komal started shouting and misbehaving.

                          Mr. Rambhavan is my nephew, he tried to communicate me through jet ticket counter (Lanline), miss. Komal spoke with me, when i said ram bhavan has reported 50 min before for domestic flight - she said "jyada hoshiyar mat bano".

                          Then i reached jetairways ticket counter and asked miss. Komal, do you speak with customer like this, she again started shouting. I asked her name, she denied and threatened me that if i do not leave counter she will call cisf staff stating i am harassing her. I left counter.

                          I was trying to meet jet senior staff to complain miss komal's behavier, knocked airport duty manager door but could not succeeded. Other person was sitting in jetairways ticketing counter, he also denied to help me to reach any senior staff. Then i took visitor pass and went inside visiting area.

                          Miss komal reached that area started shouting on me and threatened me to do fir against me that i have threatened him. One lady staff from cisf at visitors area asked her not to speak like this, she started shouting on cisf staff also. Miss komal went to cisf commanding officer and bring him. She again started shouting on me and cisf lady, then commanding officer become angry on miss. Komal and asked her to stop shouting. Then only she stop and the same time other jet staff came and took away her.

                          Unfortunately about 1 hrs. Episode, i tried to meet sr. Staff from jetairways but could not meet. I asked komal name but she denied stating i can't ask her name as its personal. Finally, i could her name only from cisf commanding officer. All this issue can be found on cctv at visitors gate lobby.

                          Please look into the matter and convey action taken against her.

                            My booking reference is ynzksi and my eticket is[protected]. My name is jose mathew. I booked this ticket for august 1st 2017 from bom and returning back on august 16th from trv.
                            When i booked the ticket, i was not given any choice to select or unselect jetprotect travel insurance inr 199. However this got charged without my knowledge. I am travelling from usa and i am really disappointed that this got charged without my knowledge and thinking of lodging a complaint to the consumer bureau.
                            I called jet airways a few times and they gave me following numbers to contact – “[protected]” – “[protected]” – “[protected]”. However none of these numbers work when i call.

                              Firstly i found an advertisement in shine.com regarding job vacancy for ground staff. I applied for the job, next day i got a call from recruiter he told me to deposit cash for registration which i did... After they asked me for money manier times telling for (Air tickets, for hr, for bond letter etc) in total i paid 150000 for the recruiter... And he told me i have to receive some courier from the company and made me wait for 2 to 3 days... After that he demanded 22500 for the courier which i refused to pay after that i stopped calling him and when i asked for refund he told me to pay 18% money then i'll get my refund... He said it's company procedures...

                                Delay in flight timing is understandable, but it has to be intimated in time, my flight to chennai from mumbai on 22july 2017 9w 0467 from mumbai to chennai, delayed but no intimation till i write this mail, estimated is 20.05 and previous departure time is 07.15, till now no intimation about further delay, are you serving customers properly.
                                Communication is most important, no one communicated till now.

                                  I made a booking ref: ahhfnw. On 13th july 20178 for flight from hyd-dmm travel date 21, sep 2017 on jet airways.

                                  I tried making the cancellation to the booking ahhfnw on 14th july within 24hrs time of booking, but to my utter dismay the cancellation request was not accepted and i was getting redirected to the home page of the airline repeatedly.

                                  As per the zero charge cancellation policy within 24 hours the airline is supposed to cancel my booking without any charge but, cancellation was not accepted on the website for couple of hours until such time that twenty four hours passed after which my cancellation request was applied around the midnight of 14th sep 2017 and i have been charged a high amount towards the cancellation of the tickets.

                                  Now the airline is refusing to take the responsibility and reimburse me for the amount wrongly charged, showing the actual cancel time as their excuse for the same.

                                    Hamne last time 17 july ko travel kiya that, lekin aapki. Flite me nahi pura breakfast mila na seat. Aur saman bhi bhiga huva mila. Kuch thode kaam ke kagas ko bhi bhigo diya. Or nahi ek bhi flite me lcd screen tha. Mere. Sare mitro ne aapki flite me kabhi bhi na bethne ka diside kiya. Mere bag ka belt bhi tod diya. Flite lat hone ke bad bhi facility???
                                    Mene air mere. Group valo ne sasti flite chod ke aapki flite book ki taki safe or aaram che safar kare, lekin aapki parvarish be sara tour ka maja bigad diya
                                    If i false you can ask any other passenger which is in the flite.
                                    I hope next trip for other passenger is good.

                                      I had my flight on 7th july 2017 with jet airways from amd to ded n return ded to amd on 12th july 2017. But due medical emergency of my father i couldn't travel on schedule dates. I twice wrote to jet airways about helping me with refund on medical emergency. They denied saying father is not an immediate family. How can a mother n father not be an immediate family? How can one travel i[censored]r parent being senior citizen n is bed ridden for 3 months??
                                      Immediate family consists of mother, father, spouse, children n siblings. Pls help me out by getting me solution on this

                                        Hello sir, my jetairways pnr number is enaqcr referring to the flight sector from imphal to guwahati which was cancelled by airlines on the 22nd of june 2017 and my journey date was on 23rd of june 2017. I'm really not happy with the cancellation since i was only notified in the evening at 6:47 pm but i still have my flight from guwahati to new delhi on 23rd of june itself. Which i have to manage it taking a different flight immediately spoke to your customer care agents and they could not provide any alternate options, it cost a huge amount to me. I would like a compensation for this inconvenience since i have spend a triple amount of the flight that i book from imphal to guwahati. I contact the jet airlines staff in imphal airport and they told me the flights for jet airways has been stop since the month of march. If that is the case jetairlines should have informed me or given notification much earlier as the ticket was book back in january. Just a 12 hours notification is not acceptable. I want a compensation for all this inconvenience cause from the airlines side. Raise a complaint to jet airways playing a blaming game with the travel agent. It's the airlines should directly informed me about the cancellation or schedule like i got from indigo.
