I would like to bring to your notice that we had booked a ticket on 17th october for 7 adults and 1 infant, it showed it's a low cost fare and charged us rs46886, today 20th october for same 7 adults and 1 infant its charging rs 35578, we are looted with giving an explanation that due to low availability than it was charged higher and now due to high availability it's charging lower, the difference is more than rs.1500 per ticket... We seek for refund for higher charges and misguiding the passengers.

    My flight was delayed by 1hr 45 min... I had another flight to catch... Highly unprofessional by jet airways. Pathetic airlines and disgusting services. I feel air india is also better than your pathetic airlines who doesn't even know to keep their customers satisfied. Also feel sorry for the support staff and your rules. Both are gud for nothing. Pathetic is an understand statement

      Two flights on 17 oct 9w476 goa mumbai connecting flight 9w1-316 mumbai bhuj... My pnr for first flight was dreggz... The flight from goa mumbai was late by 1n a half hour so... They started with 15 mins delay n delayed by 1 n a half hour... I missed my next flight by 10 minutes which was also a jet airways... I kept on telling the crew in my goa mumbai flight to let me out first... They didnt respond saying the connecting flight will wait... Idiotic crew with zero knowledge... Nobody waited n i missd the only flight... Nobody was there for me to help me... They were behaving as i was travelling for free... I could have taken a low fare flight to goa if the same airlines dnt wait for the passengers for their own fault.. They asked me to take next flight to ahmedabad rajkot or baroda... Bhuj is 350 kms from ahmedabad.. Which was the next earliest flight. They denied taxi fare from bhuj to ahmedabad which comes upto 10, 000... Coz the taxi has to return back... They denied me night accomodation in any hotel if i take the next flight to bhuj which was on 18 oct 6.15 am... So shall i sleep at the airport??? I finally took flight to ahmedabad.. It too landed 30 minutes late... It was such a pain on my mind n my pocket too... I had to pay for the taxi... N reached at 2 am on 18th oct... Ridiculous flights ridiculous services... I m planning for consumer foram help if these people dont pay me full refund n taxi fare... I m going to write to aviation ministry as well...

        I got fake job offer call and they told they are the international recruiting partners of jet airways. She asked rs 2500 for registration fee they told it will refund after your interview. She gave her company account number and i transferred rs 2500 to that account and i mailed my certificates copy. After 2days she called and asked rs 6800 it is certificates verification charge and she told it will refund after interview. That time i feel doubt and i called to jet airways official number and i asked my doubts. Then i called that recruiting agency number and i told your fake agency and am not interested to this job and please refund my rs 2500. They try to convence me but i told i want my money and they agreed they told it will refund with in 1 hour. But two day gone my amount not refunded.

        So i kindly inform to jet airways some agency/persons are doing cheating behalf of jet airways am the one of the victim. I attached the screenshot of their messages and mail

        But now they are denying it and saying that airlines is not responsible for it.

        U people don’t know how to treat with your passengers. Disgusting behaviour. Will not recommend anyone to travel with Jetairways

          Jet Airways — Overbooked flight of Jet Airways 9W-355

          Extremely frustrating experience for jet airways, I am writing to seek the explanation about a recent worst experience i had with jet airways for overbooked flight on 12th Oct, 2017.I have booked flight after schdeling my important business meetings, at Delhi my flight timing was 8:30 am after reaching Airport 2 hrs before surprisingly frustrated, i was informed that your flight was overbooked.
          I requested the staff to make my reservation for next flight of 9:00 am, but unfortunately the excecutive kept me halted till 7 :40 am assuring that he will make arrangements and allot seat for no show seat by 7:45, he said it will be confirmed in next flight of 9 am again after waiting for 20 minutes he said that he may not accomodate in flight of 9 am also and if i want to travel only option kept for me was 11:50 flight with not options.
          Even after request several times to give seat allotment in flight of 9 am, very important bussiness meetings were sheduled they just apologized me and handed 10 thousand cash as compensation.
          Please find the below problems which i have to face because of delay 3 to 4 hrs.
          * My important business meeting was missed out since i reached Delhi at 2:30 pm.
          * I lost my half day becuase of Jet Airways.
          * I was mentally harrsed and torchered with this service, since my all important clients did not waited for me and i have to face loss in business.
          * A phathetic service and helpless airlines who does not cares for customers will never book again with Jet Airways.
          * I will put this case in Consumer forum against Jet.
          I totally blame Jet airways for this

          This is to inform you that I travelled to kolkatta on the 10th from Mumbai and returned of the 13th. I traveled through Jet airways. Both ways food was served but unfortunately it was not palatable. The rice was uncooked and the taste of other items were also not upto the mark. Kindly note the above points and take action on the same.

            Was wrongly charged of hkd 2330 while travelling from hk to mumbai on 15/09/2017. The guy called ravi who is south indian and was very rude to me. He first said i had reached late which i did not as i travel frequently by jet or any other airline so i know the timings very well. He kept me engrossed in the rude conversation for 15 minutes and he asked me to put my check in bag for the scan which i did. It was 28 kg and the weight allowance is 30 kg. Then he asked me to put my cabin bag in the main luggage which he is not supposed to put as i was holding normal cabin bag which i always carry and he said the weight is 12 kg and i had to pay penalty. It has never happened that i carry something above permissible weight. He said i am travelling on staff discounted air ticket so i must pay charges. I don’t understand this guy’s problem. Maybe he is mentally sick as i got to know from many others that this guy has misbehaved in the past also but no action been taken to him. I was on the flight sharp at 19.20 after clearing all the formalities and the flight departed at 20.20. The flight was not full at all. I don’t see any problems with my baggage weight issue so the penalty charged to me was absolutely wrong and hence i request for refund. Even if they charge me it should be for 3 kg and for 10 kg. 37 kg is the baggage allowance (Main luggage + cabin bag) and i had 40 kg total weight. Many people were carrying big cabin bags as compared to my bag.

            Still no response from jet airways for charging me wrong. Jet airways is not bothered to resolve my issue even after making a complaint to the consumer complaints website. Does it mean they are allowed to cheat the passengers and do whatever they want to do??Is the government supporting them to do the fraud??

              Hi, this is with reference to above mentioned flight 413 (Mumbai to bangalore) which has been delayed today for 55 minutes. I had booking in same flight with pnr - bcxcfu. I wanted to cancel my ticket due to flight delayed. I keep trying to connect with airline helpline for last 2 hours regarding this. But no respond. Finally they said, i should had to connect them 2 hours prior to departure. Whereas i kept trying to connect them, and said flight still didn’t arrive to destination while writing this. They put me as no show traveller and assured for refund of taxes only.
              I am too disappointed for this behaviour from them, as i will not recommend jet airways to any friend. If they will not release my full refund for ongoing flight, i will boycott jet airways for future booking.

              Very bad service .the staff is talking roughly bad behaviors didn't listen to customers at all .not helpful . I missed my flight because of that [censored]ing staff behaviour and didn't refund my money back.i will not taking this flight in future.[censored]ing ppl.

                To whom it may concern,

                I travelled with jet airways over a week ago and have not received any update regarding the luggage that you have misplaced. I have also had to spend a lot of money trying to replace some of the items in my bag. I have not been offered any explanation or compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused. I have contacted you on multiple occasions and also have not received a response. I was expecting a much better service from jet airways and was recommended to use you. This has not been a pleasant experience and jet airways need to reimburse me for the additional expenses i have incurred.
                This has ruined my holiday which has been costly and equally your customer service has been unsatisfactory.

                I look forward to receiving a response and an update.

                  I got a mail from jet airways regarding the change of her flight schedule. The reason behind me changing was that the original booking has been modified with change in jaipur. I would appreciate a direct flight from delhi to udaipur as my mother is old suffering with arthritis. I went to jet airways website change to my mothers ticket.
                  I looked at couple of options and finally selected the date and time, it went to the next page to select the seat and i clicked continue without seat selection. I went to the next page and it did not show me any details about the money. But it did ask me to give my card details. I thought i have to give the details to confirm the new booking. There have been some issue with the web page and i came to realise that i have been charged for the new ticket when i saw the bank statement.
                  I called the customer care who hardly responded to my query. He asked me to mail which i did but no response from their team. I did not even get a confirmation that the mail was received or a timeline in which they would respond. I waited for 48 hours and called again to find out what was happening. He made me wait for 15 mins on the phone to tell me that they have received the query and someone will respond soon and also asked me to resend the mail. I have resend the mail and it has been 48 hours with no response. I am very unhappy about the whole thing and decided to complain here in the hope that i get some response. It is a big amount (314 gbp) and would want an urgent attention to the matter. I was expecting better customer services from the biggest airline company in india.

                      While travelling from mumbai to bangalore on 12-sept, with jet airways, i found my bag was damaged, when i collected the same at bangalore airport.

                      I requested jet airways authority to raise a complaint, to which they told me to drop email to their customer care. I did the same on very same day and the complaint number[protected] was raised with jet airways.

                      Even after multiple followups on email and call, there has been no resolution.

                        With utmost respect, i am writing to you about my disappointment with jet airways facilities and staff. I am a frequent passenger of jet airways and i feel there is a lack of management everytime i travel. Last time i booked my jet airways flight 755 on 7th march 2017, in the evening, which was unbelievably preponed, and i was informed by your staff in the morning at pune airport just 1 hour before the preponed flight was to take off, to arrive at the airport as soon as i can. However i managed to inform my work place about this schedule and had to take leave on spot, (Which seemed very unprofessional of me) from them and run to the airport as there was no other flight for lucknow as informed to me. Just before 20 minutes for the flight to take off i was hurridly made to enter the flight by your staff’s efforts. Despite of such struggles i understood that these flight delays or early arrivals can happen due to valid issues (Air traffic, etc) from your end.

                        Then again i had my flight on 12 th october 2017, where due to unavoidable heavy traffic i was late by 10 minutes for the checkin time (Despite of leaving my home 2 hours prior to my flight’s time), and i was not allowed to board the flight nor was i heard by any staff. I respect the rules but unfortunately it was an unavoidable reason to be understood by the staff as the flight had still 40 minutes to take off when i arrived, but nobody cared to listen my request or the reason why the flight was important for me to board. I had my relative in hospital and due to diwali there was no other flight or train available for me to go home as soon as possible and i had to inform my office again regarding the tragedy and my leaves were gone waste along with my money and time (Which again seemed very unprofessional of me)!

                        They simply sent me out of the airport and i being alone ‘girl’, none cared to help me out of this tragedy. I mean.. I do not find this fair… that when you delay or prepone the flight (In my case) then i should understand your fault, and manage accordingly, but nobody will understand and let me board even when i am just few minutes late for checkin and theres still 30-40 minutes left for the flight to take off! Just like the air traffic, due to road traffic passengers can be late for 5-10 minutes and jet airways do not understand its passenger’s plight and could have at least made an effort to help me with the next flight so that i can go home comfortably!

                        Therefore i request you to refund my money back as i don’t find it a fair reason enough for such a misconduct by jet airways. I had shared my experience with my friends and family and i hope you take the corrective action. Please find the attached booking tickets of both the date.

Bhanushali i am from bhuj i worked i airways but i left the job because an another job offer i got but after that i didn't got my epfo i told to contractor he told it will take 2 months and i left job from 3 months and it didn't came i asked him he told check on online i checked but it is showing that enter your password and asked some people thay told that your phone number is not registered sir now i told him but he didn't register it i want to check my epfo how can i do i want to claim my amount

                            I reached at the airport at 11:40am my flight was at 12:40pm.
                            The staff of jet airways made me wander from counter to counter and then it was 11:50am and then the one staff whom i asked for the boarding pass said that the seats were full and she cannot provide me with a boarding pass.
                            Why do you take reservations when you dont have a seat?
                            And that staff name was sonia.
                            She didnt even talk properly.
                            Teach her to talk to customer with some decency.
                            I want my refund of 2089 because i was at time and your staff is not proper.

                              My mother-in law, recently she was on visit visa for 3 months to abu dhabi (E-ticket no-589-[protected]) when she was returning to india, we faced a lot of difficulties. There is very rude behaviour here in abu dhabi by the counter staff as well as the duty manager. As she could not walk and she is in wheel chair (Travelling alone). When we went to do the boarding pass the wait of the baggages are 38kgs. She doesn’t have any hand baggage. The lady on the counter was telling that we have to remove the 8 kilos. I explained to her that she could not carry the hand bag so put in the main baggages. Even i informed her that madam please allow as she is special need lady but very rude/ impolite. The worst thing is that she gave the seat at the last of the plane?? How come a lady on wheel chair you are giving the seat at the last?? It is really on off the worst experience ever with jet as i am frequent flyer for more than 20years. I approached to the duty manager and because she called to the manager, the manager are supporting to her. Then we forced to remove the 8 kgs from the main baggage’s and we gave it to her in her hand. Why there is duty manager, he has to look the matter case by case and no need to tell us the rule and regulations. He has to listen to the passenger not the staff. If this is not the genuine case we would have not asked these unprofessional peoples that they don’t want to help. Just put him in our shoes what they will do?? This is one of the worst customer services ever?? You go anywhere in the world with this type of passenger they are showing mercy, they are helping? Why there are priority everywhere (Hospital/malls/public parking/buses/metro etc) why because they need the help??? But this kind behaviour are not acceptable at all.
                              Now continue to the worst, she had connection flight to patna and she had boarding card with her. The plane landed safely but the door does not opening by the crew member. It’s look long time to open the door. My mother in-law she was seating at the back so everyone has to go out then only she can move. Just imagine what kind of gesture they did, the allow my mother-in-law to seat at last as they know that she is hardly walk. Is this the professional way to treat such an old lady travelling alone? By the time she reached delhi the connecting plane to patna gone without taking her. What kind of your staffs are?? They know that one passenger is there and she is needy passenger but they stranded her to the delhi airport without any support. When i am calling from here no one wants to speak to us. She was alone, she was crying badly? She does not know what to do? Somehow one person from the jet he took the telephone then he doesn’t have any regret. He told me that we will provide the hotel. No one even provide any refreshment to her even a glass of water? Is this the way that you people are treating to the passenger? Are you teaching your staff to treat like this? Are the humanity are dead? Why no one from your staff called us and informs us the situation. There is flight for patna air india. What they told us that the flight is full. After they told us we got the ticket from here abu dhabi and we send to them. Then she manages to reach patna at around after 8.00pm. I need all the compensation what she faced? What she suffered during the whole day? First of all i need dhs5000 as a compensation that she suffered during whole day? Crying and without any support? Stranded at the airport?
                              2. I need the dhs 650 that we bought the air ticket for the sector delhi-patna in air india (E ticket no[protected]

                              It is really very disappointing that you peoples are not able to serve to the old and needy lady. You left her stranded at the airport. What if her mobile are switched off/ or not working. I seek your feedback as well as all compensation. Else i will approach to the moe. Awaiting your reply.

                                I booked my air tickets on 11/10/2017 for jet airways flight 9w-655, delhi to lko scheduled on 13/10/2017. The flight timing was 18:05 and i reached airport at around 17:00. I normally got into que waiting for my turn to check-in. Later when i reached the counter i noticed few passengers arguing with staff about something. When i enquired, i found out that they were passengers of my flight. I was shocked to know that check-in was closed. I invested some time in figuring out the situation and tried to convince the staff to let us go. They bluntly denied and refused to take any responsibility. They kept everyone there waiting and later put the blame us, saying that check-in time was 45 minutes prior. I was standing in the que on time and if there was any such possibility, they should have asked and allowed the passengers of that flight to check-in first. They tried every possible way to deny their responsibility. Later when i asked an official to tell me the truth and stop dragging the situation, he told me that flight has been over booked and seats are full. As my father is a lawyer and has handled few cases of jet airways, i called him and told the situation. He contacted few higher officials and asked them to accommodate me in any other flight. After waiting for some time, i was informed that no ticket is available currently and the only flight possible is next day early morning flight i. E 5:25 a. M.
                                I had no other option so accepted it. I asked that if they will accommodate me as i have no where to stay and not carrying enough money. They told that they can not fo anything about it and i will have to manage it on my own.
                                Due to shortage of money and this response, i was compelled to stay in airport and when i asked that if i can check-in, i was told that not before 00:00 midnight.
                                Just now i am waiting in airport. I am mentally tortured by this behaviour of the airlines. I am just sitting and roaming around disgusted by the unethical and unprofessional attitude of the airlines staff. Jet airways is the worst airlines and mere money minded giants torturing customers. I have no place to go and hardly any money to afford a guest house. I am grateful to my father, if it was not him i wouldn't have got the reschedule tickets either. Every other passenger there with me is still not compensated in any way neither got any reschedule. My worst airlines experience ever. Totally exhausted and frustrated while typing this.

                                  I had traveled from gau to delhi on 7th october (Pnr:ydvgck). There were 4 o[censored]s and we had only 4 kgs of extra check-in baggage, but no cabin luggage. I had requested the staff-on-duty to allow me to carry one of the luggage in the cabin. However, he declined saying that the weight of a single cabin luggage shouldn't exceed 7 kgs. Since there were 4 o[censored]s, weren't 28 kgs of cabin luggage allowed? Kindly clarify.

                                  I had traveled from the Gau to Del on 7th october (PNR: YDVGCK). On the flight, the air hostess on duty spilled hot tea on my groin resulting in burn injury. Utterly disappointed.

                                    This is to inform you i chowdhury manarat mahfuza travelled with my mother, sister and my nephew on the 11th of september from delhi to dhaka in 9w 0272. The food inside the aircraft which was served to the passengers were rotten, there were several other passengers who complained about it to the flight in charge whose name is sandeep desai. My nephew who is 2.5 yrs old also had the food before i stopped him as the daal was rotten. It could have caused us seriously illness from the food and this is not the kind of service you expect from a well known international airline. I kept my food with me until sandeep desai came and took my details to get back to me. Its been a month and i haven’t received any feed back from jet airways. This is very unprofessional and i would like to take a appropriate action on it as this is not the kind of service we look for from an international renowned airline.

                                      Hi,

                                      I booked a connecting international flight from kolkata to leeds, uk where jet airways is my airline flight from kolkata to mumbai. I had requested that i will carry excess baggage which was 19 kg as i was travelling to uk during the booking of the ticket. At the time of booking i was assured that there won't be any charges that will be applied but during the boarding pass collection i was asked to pay for the excess baggage. Although my e-ticket was mentioned as excess baggage request and connecting international flight but still i was asked to pay.
                                      Now when i return i suppose, i will again ask for the same where i am worried at this point in time.
                                      Please take a look at my request.

                                        Hi. I travelled from jet airways a day back, i. E. On 11th oct, 2017 from mumbai. I was trying to web check-in from the past 2 hours before the flight but it was’nt successful. When i went to the airport, they said there are no seats available and gave me a via flight. I was supposed to reach lucknow at 1:55 pm, but reached at 6:15 pm. I travelled for around 5 hours for a 2 hour flight. I missed my event i was supposed to attend. I need my refund back because this was hell of an experience. Wastage of money and time.
