With utmost respect, i am writing to you about my disappointment with jet airways facilities and staff. I am a frequent passenger of jet airways and i feel there is a lack of management everytime i travel. Last time i booked my jet airways flight 755 on 7th march 2017, in the evening, which was unbelievably preponed, and i was informed by your staff in the morning at pune airport just 1 hour before the preponed flight was to take off, to arrive at the airport as soon as i can. However i managed to inform my work place about this schedule and had to take leave on spot, (Which seemed very unprofessional of me) from them and run to the airport as there was no other flight for lucknow as informed to me. Just before 20 minutes for the flight to take off i was hurridly made to enter the flight by your staff’s efforts. Despite of such struggles i understood that these flight delays or early arrivals can happen due to valid issues (Air traffic, etc) from your end.
Then again i had my flight on 12 th october 2017, where due to unavoidable heavy traffic i was late by 10 minutes for the checkin time (Despite of leaving my home 2 hours prior to my flight’s time), and i was not allowed to board the flight nor was i heard by any staff. I respect the rules but unfortunately it was an unavoidable reason to be understood by the staff as the flight had still 40 minutes to take off when i arrived, but nobody cared to listen my request or the reason why the flight was important for me to board. I had my relative in hospital and due to diwali there was no other flight or train available for me to go home as soon as possible and i had to inform my office again regarding the tragedy and my leaves were gone waste along with my money and time (Which again seemed very unprofessional of me)!
They simply sent me out of the airport and i being alone ‘girl’, none cared to help me out of this tragedy. I mean.. I do not find this fair… that when you delay or prepone the flight (In my case) then i should understand your fault, and manage accordingly, but nobody will understand and let me board even when i am just few minutes late for checkin and theres still 30-40 minutes left for the flight to take off! Just like the air traffic, due to road traffic passengers can be late for 5-10 minutes and jet airways do not understand its passenger’s plight and could have at least made an effort to help me with the next flight so that i can go home comfortably!
Therefore i request you to refund my money back as i don’t find it a fair reason enough for such a misconduct by jet airways. I had shared my experience with my friends and family and i hope you take the corrective action. Please find the attached booking tickets of both the date.

Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But now they are denying it and saying that airlines is not responsible for it.
U people don’t know how to treat with your passengers. Disgusting behaviour. Will not recommend anyone to travel with Jetairways
