This is ramswaroop thaloud, my resume was short listed and selected for air ticketing via e - mail received from power placements and an amount of rs.2000.00 was taken as registration fee and online test was taken. After clearing online test an amount of rs.15, 500.00 was taken as training fee and again asked to pay rs.50000.00 as security and training fee which i could not pay and asked them to refund my amount but they said that a meeting will be organised by a hr team of jet airways at bangalore airport on 09 august 2017 and appoint will be send to you but till now i have not received any appointment nor they are receiving the phone calls.

Sir, i request u to kindly look and clear the matter as i have paid a total of rs.17, 500.00 in faith of jet airways (Soft copy of appointment letter is att) for your reference.

An early action is requested.

    Jet airways — not allowed me into board me first and misbehaved

    Dear ma'am/sir,

    I had booked delhi to mumbai air ticket from jet airways for 12th aug. I had already done web check-in but then also jet assistant didnt allowed me to fly.
    Ticket timing was 8 am, i was in waiting queue but when 25mins left then rushed to counter and asked them that my flight is after 25 mins so can i go to boarding gate now because i already done webchekin but flight attendent ms neetu said "madam your flight is missed, now u cant go to boarding gate, i said 25 mins are remaining so i think i can go" but she didnt allowed me to go and started shouting.

    She promised me that you can go from next flight which is at 10:15 am, you can go by paying the difference amount. Although it never happend that i need to pay anything, if such incidents happen then airlines give free ticket in next flight. But i was ready to pay because, my ride was urgent. But when i visited to jet reservation counter, your executive said "why you asked to those attendents, they always do like this. You should run to boarding gate." then i again came back to counter and requested them to let me go but then that girl me neetu started misbehaving. She was behaving like she is paying my ticket money or i am asking him to let me go without ticket!!!

    There was no announcement made by jet, it was not happened with me only, there were several people who were there before 2 hours but they also not allowed boarding by ms neetu. She dont have manner to talk.

    It was really rediculous, the was jet attendent neetu reacted was veryu bad.
    How can you people do like this, i have booked ticket 1 month ago, i had done web checkin then also not allowed to board. And the greatest thing was that she (Neetu) write my entry time 7:50 am in her database. Which is totaly wrong.

    Even my ticket was also not refunded and pressurised me to take new ticket worth rs 6000. And because my ride was urgent so i had buy new ticket from indigo in 6000 rs. And really indigo is much much better then jet! Pls look into this and refund my ticket amount. As i didnt allowed to travel.

    I and my family is a frequent flyer for domestic and international trips, but now i will never use jet airways and never recommand anybody for the same. Its really horrible experience.

    I am requesting to refund my ticket and difference of another ticket.

      Very poor experience from jet airways. Worst service ever experienced. Very rood and lazy cabin crew staff. Recently i have travelled to london from jet airways from rajkot through bombay and same on return. Very poor experience by cabin crew in both flights as cabin crews are busy in makin fun and jokes with each other and not responding to our requests. After repeated calls by push attendant call button nobody respond to it after around 20 attempts in half an hour. I have to stand from my seat and my seat is middle so very disturbing for fellow passe ger and then gone there and told them to complete my request but they still didnt fullfil it. Again after lunch i had push call so many times but they didnt provide me water also. And after my repeated requests thry clear my plates. And cabin crews are very inexperienced for international flight and they dont have basic manners how to behave with guests. They are making jokes and fun with each other repeateadely and busy in doing do but not attending guests properly. Also toilets are not properly cleaned.ac is not properly working in 1st flight. Food is very bad in both flights. Also they didnt given proper information about beverages available. And second think jet airways website is very pathetic. I was not able to do web check in flight from london to rajkot and due to that i have yo rushed to airpoet from station as i was travelling from edinburough. Its very poor overall service. Please give my service charge back as you guys didnt provide me good service.

          Today i had 8.10 am flight (Jet airways 9w-314) from mumbai to ahmedabad booked with jet airways which i could not take as the flight was overbooked. I had reached airport 20-25 minutes before the 45 minutes check in time. I had to stand in a huge queue to get a boarding pass. While i was standing in the queue, i requested a guy who was managing the queue that given such a big queue i may not be able to reach at the counter 45 minutes before the flight departure time to collect the boarding pass. He responded saying that you will be called and don’t worry. As the threshold of 45 minutes was coming close i jumped the queue and went to the counter and asked the lady who was manning the counter that my flight is at 8.10 am. She saw the flight seat occupancy and asked me to wait and after 10 minutes she told me that it is overbooked and gave me the following options 1.) ~9.30 am flight to baroda 2) evening flight to ahmedabad 3) refund of the current booking

          Just to give some context, i was going to ahmedabad to close one deal which was time sensitive which will not happen; i had a hotel reservation for the day and a return flight to mumbai in the evening (Tickets attached).

          I am caused serious hardship personally and a loss professionally.

          Airlines are making lot of money by overbooking and optimizing the seats.in the process a consumer like me suffers great deal and without being suitably compensated. It is sheer apathy that an airline like jet feels that by offering the ticket refund will compensate the customer.

          It’s about time we should treat indian consumer with respect

          I am writing this mail to compensate me suitably for the loss caused to me as all the interlinked expenditure of mine also has gone for a waste.

            Dear sir,
            On[protected], i booked a ticket from delhi to varanasi with eticket no[protected]. When i was trying to book a ticket in your website, i tried 2 times by using pnb net banking, the thing is that, the transaction was done but with out booking a ticket. I tried third time using pnb debit card which is a successful one. So, i want to know that, how i would get my money back of 1st two failed transactions and this is not at all good exercise with your website, so kindly process my request as soon as possible.

              Refer pnr-efhqtm for travel from del to ccu dated 20 august 2017
              For refund of taxes against re-scheduled award tickets, jet airways is harassing jet-privilege members by forcing them to visit its booking office / airports... And swiping the member's credit cards on edc machines.
              Why can't this refund be processed online to the same credit card used for paying taxes and levies?
              What about old and ailing members who can't undertake city travel?
              What about members staying several hundred miles away from your nearest office/airport?
              Is this disgusting practiced aimed at making money out of members who can't visit your booking office / airports for a host of reasons such as chaotic traffic, exorbitant parking charges at airports and sheer waste of time when this refund can be easily processed online?
              Jets delhi-terminal-3 counter staff reveals that despite repeated complaint and feedback on this issue both by jet airways staff and jet-privilege members, this painful and harassing practice of jet airways continues.
              Will the management show the decency to cease this painful and customer-hostile practice?
              When you can refund udf online, why can't you refund taxes online?

                Sir, we 6 nos. Of family members boarded from dubai in flight no. 9w-547 in your esteemed co's flight at around 9.30pm against pnr duusnd on dated 13/08/2017. The flight started on right time at 10.05pm. But when we sitted in the flight, there was very hot, such as air-condtioner was not working. Every passanger was crying and calling your staff members for serve the water, but your staff members were not hearing anything. About after 1 hour, they came and serve the water. Sir, i am your regular customer, but at that time my exprience was very bad, not my, but all the passangers, who were in the flight. There was no care of the passangers. You are requested to please look into the matter.

                  Horrible behavior of jet airways staff at counters in t3 igi. All counters are baggage drop counters and still everyone who has not done self check in is issues a boarding pass here. This should be only for people who have checked in and not new check in. 100's people standing in queue even after doing web checkin hmjust because of the other 100 in the same line who have not and the counters are same. Attaching some interesting images.

                    I have lodged a complaint through email to jet airways for the cash of rs.5000/- stolen from my purse on 1/8/2017 on bhopal to chennai trip via mumbai. The tsa lock was intact with the sticker. Hence, i did not know that my suitcase was opened and money stolen. My complaint[protected] is not resolved till date. The jet airways has casually informed me that since the complaint was not made before leaving the airport, they are not able to redress it.
                    When the lock is intact, how do i know that my suitcase is tampered? When i have questioned so, they have no answer.
                    Four mails and approached the nodal officer but no resolution till date.

                      I was traveling as mention date and flight above mention for the attending my nephew marriage purpose

                      When i arrived to ahmedabad early morning they told me your luggage is not arrived it will come by noon and delivered to you by evening that time i strongly told them that call me as soon as luggage arrived as i came for marriage and i need to travel 400 km to my native place, finally no call and i decide to move forward

                      Now i had to buy lot of daily necessities which i did not have because of my luggage which was not with me. Cloth, undergarments, toiletry, cosmetic, perfume, etc etc

                      After 4 days they called that your bag finally arrived and we want to delivered it after delivery i find it was damaged have been trying to get in touch with jet airways to claim for my luggage as expenses i incurred because of late baggage arrival. All my complaints have fallen on deaf ears and nothing has happened so far after writing number of email

                      Now am claiming refund for
                      My american express bag, = 11, 000 rs
                      The shopping i did which, i have bill without bill=30, 000 rs
                      And compensation for inconvenience, trouble, upset and 8 month delay = 50, 000 rs which is in total 91, 000 rs

                      I was traveling as mention date and flight above mention for the attending my nephew marriage purpose

                      When i arrived to ahmedabad early morning they told me your luggage is not arrived it will come by noon and delivered to you by evening that time i strongly told them that call me as soon as luggage arrived as i came for marriage and i need to travel 400 km to my native place, finally no call and i decide to move forward

                      Now i had to buy lot of daily necessities which i did not have because of my luggage which was not with me. Cloth, undergarments, toiletry, cosmetic, perfume, etc etc

                      After 4 days they called that your bag finally arrived and we want to delivered it after delivery i find it was damaged have been trying to get in touch with jet airways to claim for my luggage as expenses i incurred because of late baggage arrival. All my complaints have fallen on deaf ears and nothing has happened so far after writing number of email

                      Now am claiming refund for
                      My american express bag, = 11, 000 rs
                      The shopping i did which, i have bill without bill=30, 000 rs
                      And compensation for inconvenience, trouble, upset and 8 month delay = 50, 000 rs which is in total 91, 000 rs

                        I had given my entire luggage as checkin since we wish to enjoy mumbai international airport as we are from indore & not aware of any such future opportunity. However when we reached indore & opened luggage, we were shocked to see that rs 6200 kept in my suitcase in the main cabin had been siphoned off. We trust air journey & handling of luggage by jet & this is the reason why money was left inside suitcase considering all security & honesty in returning the checked in luggage.

                        This was the first time for our air journey & we are not aware that such things can also happen. When i reached to indore airport my luggage chain was open i thought it was my mistake but when i came to home i checked my luggage and the cash of mine was missing. Sir, pls do look into the matter we are middle class people.

                        We request you to check cctv footage plus inquiry from handling staff regarding siphoning of money.

                        Please help us in returning our hard earned money since we are middle class & we shall not be penalised for trust reposed on jet

                          I am highly disappointed by travelling in jet airways. Worst airlines i have ever encountered. On 12 th August, I flew to Pune and my bag was stopped by ground crew without any information. On reaching Pune, they assured me to return my bag by 13th August i.e. within 24 hours. But it is 15th August, i haven't received it yet i recommend people to not to travel in this airlines. Bag had clothes which spoiled my entire trip to Pune. Kindly don't travel in this airlines and don't recommend anyone. They make fake promises and assurance and don't call back. They themselves don't know whether bag is in Delhi or Pune. Mismanagement and misorganised airlines. I have been calling them from past three days but no response. People should ban this airlines. I would like you airlines to return my bag at the earliest.

                            I am Mohammad Feroze when I was travelled Doha to New Delhi 23 July 2017 on flight no. 9W 201. After three when I receive my bag then I found my suitcase is fully damaged. When I contact to the jetairway customer care then they no given any positive response. Your service are very bad. Give me suggestions what I do . I also send the photo of my damage suitcase .

                              This is to bring to your notice that i mrs valentina golla was travelling on a confirmed ticket from delhi to hyderabad on 11th august 2017 by jet airways flight 9w 0643

                              The ffp no. Is umctrt and seq/143. The air-hostess on board played truant when it came to serving me any food. They didn't offer me a glass of water for the whole journey. That being said i was not even served food on board for a two hour journey although my co passengers and all the rest were served. Why was i avoided.? Do your air hostesses think they are too proud to some passengers or are they forgetting their job they are recruited for?

                              Insane tactics of the jet airways in handling matters is well known. I would like you to find out the staff on duty aboard the flight 9w 0643 on the 11th of august 2017. Kindly go through the protocols of serving passengers and look into this serious incident as they had served two passengers sitting by my side with non veg food. How is that possible.? Why this special attraction and favors to them?

                              My husband is a commanding pilot with the emirates and is a member of the pilots union and has taken this matter up very seriously and has forwarded the complaints to nhrc and consumer complaints forum.
                              Please look into the matter and update me about the status of my complaint.

                                We named mr chakor kamble and mrs vimal kamble have booked two return tickets from mumbai to kathmandu dated 30/07/2017 by 9w-266 and kathmandu to mumbai dated 06/08/2017 by 9w-265. While booking the tickets we had made an request for wheelchair as wcob. We reached terminal 2, for kathmandu, as we get down from taxi, a person was waiting with wheelchair my wife vimal kamble sit on it, he had taken upto cheakin counter taken the bording pass, the lady on the cheakin said don't go without wheelchair. Afnter taking bording pass, jet airlines staff was standing outside the cheakin counter, they said that, get down from wheelchair and sit on the chair kept nearby, so she get down and sit on chair nearby, further he said that, your name is not in my list, just now cheakin counter lady had written with pen on bording pass. Then i had asked him what is the meaning of wcob, he said i don't know, but further he said that wait for some time we will provide wheelchair, after about 5 to 10 minutes one person came with wheelchair and asked my wife to sit on wheelchair so she had occupied wheelchair, on other wheelchair some other passenger was also there. One person had taken both the wheelchair in one hand each, done with immigration, security, after that said that wait for about 5 minutes, i will drop other passenger up to bording gate and come back, accordingly he came back in time, he had taken my wife upto bording gate and said that get down from wheelchair and sit on the chair near bording gate, i will come back after about one hour during the bording. But he didn't come back. We slowly occupied the seat.
                                While return journey we got a very nice response on taking bording pass at kathmandu, the lady on the counter said that, sit here for 2 minutes, do not walk, wheelchair came done immigration and security and taken upto bording gate and said be on wheelchair, i will come at the time of bording, accordingly he came and taken upto aircraft. Air hostess and cabin crew had taken good care by providing small pillow etc and instructed let all passengers to get down, accordingly everyone had exited after that we come out from the air craft and asked for the wheelchair to the person of jet airlines who was with blue suit, he said that wait for some time i will call for wheelchair, further he said that it will take about 10 to 15 minutes wait nere the exit gate only, accordingly we had wait, after 15 minutes he came and said come little ahed wheelchair will come there so make us to walk up entry of tunnel and said this is the shortest way to go out you go now wheelchair will not come, we said that we can't walk. He disapeared. By taking the support of post and pillars we just started walking, during walking we asked so many airlines staff where to give complaint, but everyone said, go straight there is a counter as we reached there they said go to other counter, every one had replied like this only, we done immigration and came to baggage, our baggage was kept aside as we were too late and belt was stop. Finally we took the baggage and went to gvk information counter, that lady had taken us to jet airlines counter but no one was there. We came to custom book the taxi and came home. My wife is suffering from spine problems, shall i get the justice.

                                  I'm jean eddy amajuste, i should fly to pap with my family (Wife and son): taciana charles and flavio nemamiah amajuste, this morning at 9h10 am. My boarding pass wrote f10, at the kiosk the agent repeated go to f10. I missed my flight cause the gate was wrong, the board was at f1 instead. I'm travelling with my 20 months son, i'm at the airport till the next flight at 3pm and don't have money to take care my son. I kindly request a compensation for that harm.

                                    I would like to make a formal complaint about my flight 9w 121. Whilst travelling to new delhi from heathrow, it appeared that my inflight screen was broken.

                                    After consulting your staff at least 3 times, nothing was accomplished and i was even ignored by two members of staff when waiting.

                                    I paid a lot of money for this flight, so to have no in flight entertainment and no remorse shown by your staff, i believe this is more than enough reason for hefty compensation.

                                    Your in flight team, took my details and said they would be in contact with regards to compensation within 48, however i am still yet to hear from them.

                                    I believe i should in fact be compensated for the whole flight for my inconvenience. I should receive at least £300 for this.

                                    I look forward to hearing your response.

                                      Issue no. 1- flight reschedule request was not considered despite of the fact that we provided all medical document in support of the medical reason we mentioned at the time of request to the support team. After long discussion and plead we end up booking another flight.

                                      My parents were not allowed to board the flight (Pnr no. Quzyjz) just because my mother is patient and was traveling to mumbai for her regular check up. We pleaded to jet airways staff asking them to allow us as by not doing so she might miss her regular check up for that month. She was fine at the time of traveling. We showed them my mother's medical report where doctor has no where mentioned that she is unfit to travel by air.
                                      The staff was rude enough to advise us to travel by any other airline. Unfortunately just to ensure that she shouldn't miss her regular follow-up we booked another flight at much higher price for same day booking with another airline.

                                      Having said this such kind of service make us realize that other airlines are far better than yours as they are considerate enough to understand the persons situation and handle with maturity and accountability.

                                      We being middle class family had to spent nearly 30 thousand on flight just because of this unjust and inhuman behavior displayed by jet airways personnel.

                                      I would appreciate if you could consider this case as matter o[censored]rgency and action this so that this should not happen with other passengers in future. And above all i would claim extra expense which we beared for booking another flight.
                                      Total expense 13 thousand which at least i should expect you guys to refund because we end up paying extra amount to other airlines for booking flight for that day (9 aug).
