To whomsoever it may concern,

I posted on your social media and definitely there has been no response from you guys about the incident and the trouble i had to go through.... Now that i have settled in and have enough time to list down my horrific experience i have had with you guys..

I booked a return flight from dubai to mumbai - outward flight 9th may and returning fight on 14th may. I have always been someone who has given preference to your airline over others during all my travels, however that wont be the case anymore.

I was taking my flight back to dubai on 14th may and reached 3 hours earlier to departure, one of your employees at the desk ask me to wait and step aside because your flight was "full", i do not understand why you would sell me a ticket if you guys did not have seat. Responding to my query by saying we have the right to do so will not make things alright.

Your supervisor goes by the name -"madhuri" tells me that i will have to take the next flight out at 4pm and will be compensated with 10, 000 rupees which i did not accept. However, her tone changes and she tells me i do noot have another choice but book my own flight out of the airport, at this point i was furious, along with me there was a woman travelling with three children who was facing the exact same issue, your service was worst than air india and your staff inconsiderate.
Moving forward, i settled down for the next flight along with the compensation which i agreed to.

To my horror i was tricked into taking the next flight without being compensated and being treated rudely, your staff has been absolutely pathetic.
I missed an important i had in dubai along with the 6 hour ordeal i had to face waiting at the airport, i cannot explain in words as to how much i was put through. It was my first flying experience with you guys and i promise i will never fly with you guys again, you guys are thugs and worst than air india, i will make sure i dissuade every single person i know from travelling your airline. Extremely unprofessional and a shameful carrier to fly with.
I will be putting down formal complains with the airport authority and concerned consumer forums and will take it up with the highest authorities.

    Myself abdul qadirkhan flight number jet 374 from mumbai to lucknow.9th may but i didn't receive my luggage in lucknow. I attached the complaint andreciept which i record and also attached the document in the email. More than10 times i complaint but still no results.
    Plzsortout the problem problem will go to consumer court for this.
    This is final from my disregarding my baggagelost issue.

      Dear concerned,.

      I am writing this mail to complain regarding my recent experience with jet airways. I hold a privilege account and was trying to redeem my miles for a booking with a partner airline. I have waited for 12 days with no proper revert on my query. I called the help line to make a payment for my flight booking and i was told that i would receive a call back to make my payment.
      I did not receive any response as promised and now finally i have been told that there is no booking in my name.
      I was to travel on the 13tg of june and now stuck with my bookings.
      I request your help in getting this matter resolved at the earliest

        I have booked in jet airways flight number 9w 2727 from chennai to madurai, on 05/06/2017, my pnr number is hpedkh
        On 0506/2017, for departure time 09.35 am, i reached at 9.00 am due to heavy traffic. I rushed for chekin but jet staff asked me to go for scanning of bags and when i told my flight number, they told still time is there and i can scan the bags.
        Within 5 - 10 minutes after scanning, when i reached the checkin counter, they told flight already departed.
        Also never bothered to arrange for any alternative and very rude towards me telling to check anywhere else if i want to reach madurai.
        I tried to contact jet senior staff - manager and she treated me still very bad and told to to get away and not to waste her time.

        Finally i could manage t o reach madurai in next indigo flight and that was really good experience since they understood my position and offered me good discount.

        I experienced cheating and rude behaviour from jet, whereas caring and understanding attitude from indigo.

        When i shared this info with my friends, many of them informed me they also have similar experience with jet
        And advised me to avoid jet airways in future.

        I believe they are right.

        Because chennai staff which i have seen on 5th morning at 9.00 am are going to dump jet airways soon an other airways are going to utilise this rude behaviour.

          People sitting at d check in centre are useless employees who don't have manners to talk and guide d passengers.. Such a bad experience. Nd dis is not just us bt so many others who missed their flights. No body gave correct response so as to what is to be done just made us run from one counter to another which wasted our time. After standing in a long queue we were told to move to another and same kept happening. Never had such a bad experience. Other passenger details: saurabh bhardwaj traveling to guwahati nd so many more
          Employees were vidya, simran, their head and 1other employee who even said "saasti tickets lekar aajate ho agents se".. What d hell! Is dis even a way to say to someone have we appointed those agents or u give them tickets in ur airlines.. We r just travellers who needed earliest tickets.
          If agents hv booked a ticket u would deny for assisting?? Dis is ridiculous!! They didn't tell anything regarding what to do if it's almost time for d flight nd regarding boarding bt just kept telling we can't do anything contact ur agent we can't do anything.. I would never ever in my life book a ticket with jet airways nor would suggest anyone else.
          Too bad employees who just keep on gossiping about biryanis and stuff bt not bother to guide, and if they don't have an idea they do not even make an effort to talk to a senior for guidance... Nd even so seniors are also stupids nd it's useless talking.

            Dear team,

            I have experienced worst service with jet airways for my recent travel. Not only discomfort, financial loss, we also felt humiliated and disrespected while traveling on a special event called honeymoon (Me and my wife had traveled through jet multiple times in past and hence we paid more than what your competitor was charging)
            1- we booked online flights for jet airways no where in our pnr it was not mentioned to be etihad flight. We tried web-checkin which didnt work. We called customer care and they couldnt clarify the reason and had no clue. They said web-check in will not work on this pnr and you can checkin only at airport. (Didnt mentioned its going to be etihad flight)

            2- when we reached jet counter on airport (2nd may), we were informed about etihad flight. We came prepared with weight concept of jet of luggage however we were charged for extra baggage. (Approx 12k).. If booked by jet then jet policies should apply or you should notify customer

            3- to ensure we do not get charged extra we went one day prior to check flight on zurich airport. Suprisingly no body was available there from either etihad or jet airways to clarify. (10th may)
            4- me and my wife are pure vegetarian, as the web-checkin was not working we had to travel for 16 hours flight with no food :- (
            5- we reached zurich airport on 11th may for our return flight, we were asked to pay double baggage charge as we were suppose to take connecting flight using jet (Charged 18k) for extra luggage. Floor manager was extremely rude and didnt help us at all.

            We look forward to hear from you on all these feedback and what was expected from us in this scenario. Needless to say we will not be using jet services again if we dont hear from you!!!

            Also, we are filing legal complaint against jet airways for this cheating and fine charged inappropriately.

            Action : we have sent above mentioned complaint to jet airways and no action taken except apology. No response to the financial loss and poor service we have experienced.

              Sir/Madam
              I booked a ticket on Jet Airways flight 9W7012 using PAYTM. The flight was on 1st June 2017 from Chennai to Mumbai (Pnr no.-WCCUIA) scheduled to depart at 2:30 am. Due to heavy traffic I could not board the flight.
              As I reached the airport at 2 am I could not board the flight and missed the chance to go to Mumbai. Sir/Madam, I would like you to refund the amount which you feel suitable.

                Myself Ahemerkhan Pathan and I am a regular traveller in Jet airways. Last time I travelled from Mumbai to Dammam on 01/05/2017. ZKDPTX is my PNR no. After reaching dammam I came to know that my luggage has not been arrived in the same flight and after contacting the airport authority they took my details and promised me to deliver my luggage as soon as possible.After 22 days I got a message that my luggage has been hold because they found mobile battery bank inside my luggage and request me to send a authorisation letter to open my luggage bag. I have send the same also.Now almost 33 days passesd till now I didn't get my luggage back.Is it this is the service from jet airways to their valuable regular customers.Really I am very upset and feeling sad to say that I will never recommend Jet airways to my friends and colleagues in future.If presence of a mobile battery bank is the only issue does it take 33 days to remove and send my luggage to me. Till today I have not received my luggage back and also no proper response from jet airways upon contacting them.

                  Hi,
                  My parents travelled on 1st June to Amsterdam from Mumbai in Jet Airways.
                  Starting from the airport, the person at the check in counter says they are not able to find their tickets. After an hour of discussion and calls made they say yes we found your tickets.
                  This is really annoying that you guys are making senior citizens stand for more than an hour at the counter just to see if they have the tickets or not. Also the cabin luggage weight mentioned in the ticket was 12 KG but they were not allowed to carry more than 7 KG.

                  They were not given water bottles in spite of asking them 3-4 times. Lunch was also not served in the flight.

                  Please address our grievances and we need a compensation for not letting 12 KG of luggage and not serving lunch and water. We have paid money for tickets which includes lunch and 12 KG luggage.

                    We booking extra legroom seat by paying 55$ aud and when we checked in they assigned a different seat. When called thecustomer service, we were told it has been allocated to someone else.

                    What is the point of booking the seat by paying? How can this happen?

                    I wanted this seat for my pregnant wife. We check day before the travel and the seat was still assigned to us. It seems like jet airways sold the seat overnight and claiming it to be technical issues.

                    This will be my last flight with jet airways.

                      Dear Concerned,
                      I had booked two tickets through Paytm for a Jet Airways flight. I was actually suppose to travel from Kolkata (CCU) airport to Bagdogra (IXB) airport but I made a mistake and booked the tickets from Bagdogra to Kolkata instead of Kolkata to Bagdogra. In this regard, I did contact the customer care number of Jetairways airlines for the modification of the route of my ticket as it has not been 24 hours since I booked my tickets but got a negative response on the matter saying that I will be charged quite as same amount for modification/cancellation as that of the fare itself.I also tried to modify/cancel the tickets through the official website of Jet Airways and found out about the zero penalty fee to cancel or modify the bookings but was unable to do so because of its applicability only on the booking made on the Jet Airways official website or the official app which in my opinion is unfair afterall it is still the Jet Airways tickets that I booked whether it is from their website or anywhere else.

                        There is a lot of important documents and medicines kept in the baggage.

                        This has caused a lot of mental stress and anxiety. I need to have the airline responsible for the purposeful negligence of responsibility.

                        I am now left with no option but to take this up with the consumer court for help and monetary claim.

                        Dear Sirs,

                        I wish to express my deep sense of dissatisfaction and disappointment on the way my family and I were subjected to hardship and trauma on our return journey from Amsterdam to India by your Airline staff and your Airline at our Boarding destination.

                        This was purely because of the lackadaisical way we were treated at Amsterdam by your staff and were largely responsible for a great holiday to become an absolute nightmare.

                        Mumbai Flight being overbooked

                        As explained my family members and I were scheduled to travel to Mumbai from Amsterdam on 29th May 2017. Flight Number 9W231/29 May.

                        When we were taking the boarding pass for Mumbai, we were asked to meet the Jet Airways official at the Airport. On meeting the official, we were informed that the flight is overbooked and we do not have a seat. When we brought it to their notice that we have confirmed tickets the said official very curtly replied that it is the policy of the Airways to over book and not allocate seats to everyone.

                        On repeated requests, we were given options to transit via Abudhabi with Ethiad, or use Jet Airways to Delhi. However before we could reach the Ethiad Airways counter we were told that all the seats were allotted. With no other alternatives to choose and for fear of being stranded in an unknown place we had no other option but to accept the Hobsons choice and fly to Delhi.

                        Our tickets were redone and boarding passes were issued for Delhi for all o[censored]s. We cleared the security and immigration and as instructed we proceeded for boarding the aircraft through Gate number G7. Having finally succeeded in getting our boarding cards we were much relieved not knowing the terrifying act that was to follow.

                        We got a voice notification over the airport PA System to meet the airline staff immediately. Totally caught unawares and not knowing the reason why we were asked to meet the airline staff, we rushed to the counter with great anxiety and stress. And to our utter dismay the staff informed us that seats were available the Mumbai flight.

                        We were shocked and surprised to hear this. The same staff who has said the flight was overbooked replied that it is the policy of the Airways to over book and not allocate seats to everyone even for confirmed tickets, told us that the seats were available.

                        By denying seats when it was available and pretending that the flight was overbooked, clearly shows that the Airline has cheated and treated us in the most unprofessional manner. In our eagerness to get back we endured the shock and accepted the seats on the Mumbai flight. With much relief we embarked on our journey back praying that all will be fine once we touch down at Mumbai.

                        BUT THAT WAS NOT TO BE.
                        Lost Baggage compliant
                        Our ordeal did not end at Mumbai airport. In fact, it started all over again. We were waiting to collect our baggage at Mumbai. After almost a 2 hour wait, and to our utter shock, we were informed that all our registered check-in baggage (4 baggage checked in at Amsterdam. Tag Number: 9W163841 / 9W163844 / 9W163860 / 9W163864) were lost in transit. We had registered our complaint with your Mumbai staff about this.

                        Nothing could have been worse than losing one’s personal belongings, my daughters expensive Camera, lots of memorabilia, clothes, gift articles and chocolates that were to be given to family, relatives, friends and colleagues.

                        Having experienced nothing but distress and unimaginable suffering what should have been a leisure holiday turned out to be the worst nightmare of our life I would want to know the solutions for the following queries – namely

                        when will I get my Lost baggage (if I get it at all) and reimburse me as per Lost Baggage rules (both as per weight and value of goods lost).

                        how is the airline going to compensate me for all the suffering and stress that I was subjected to for no fault of mine?

                        Looking forward to your immediate action and compensation in the interim and a mutually agreeable one for all the unwarranted trauma.

                        Kindly inform us at the earliest and the contact details of a responsible person in your organization who will be able to guide us and help us get on with our normal routine and overcome this nightmare.

                          I recently tried to web check in but my seats were pre allocated and when I tried changing my seats were pre occupied.
                          I web checked in at 24 hrs exact before departure and wasn't able to get my seat according to my Choice I contacted the service centre and they don't have any answers except it's computer generated or it's a coincidence I've three different PNR two were allocated seats and others weren't how is this possible even if I haven't checked in

                            I arrived at amrit as airport this morning on time, and realised that my son had not loaded a piece of hand luggage which would not have been a issue, but contailed my passport

                            Upon contacting jet regarding rebooking another date they have very high charges,,, first they advised me that thaeee was a no show charge when i fact i had contacted them and they told me that they were cancelling my ticket and i could rebook in 24 hours

                            Charges 220 pounds to fly out on 3rd june
                            £150 to fly out on 6 june

                            Not happy as i am a regular user of jet airways flying to india 2/3 times a year and have been flying with them for 10 years plus

                                5th of may 2017 my mom dad Jagannath singh and Shanti devi was traveling sydney to new delhi via bangkok.
                                in sydney Quantas airline they dnt notified me your baggage was excess.but our baggage was not overweight, we request handbag put in luggage because of my mom and dad is oldage.then Quantas told me ok no any problem.
                                arter that when my parents reached bangkok then jetairways give him penalty notice AU $ 245.00.and also bullying to my parents.
                                now if baggage is exess why not notified me at sydney airport and why not Quantas customer told us if we put hand baggage in checkin .
                                Why charge jetairways to my parrents at bangkok.

                                  I l a p flight Kochi to indore for 13th of june 2017. It is two different flights one Kochi to mumbai and other mumbai to indore. Due to sinecreasons I won't be able to travel Kochi to mumbai. But I want to take the mumbai to indore flight. Which they say is against their policy. I don't understand what stops me from taking the mumbai to indore flight if I have paid for it. I have attached the screen shot of tickets here. It clearly shows two different flight numbers.

                                    Sir i wanted to cancel the booking done with jet airways through mmt... I called the customer care hell loads of time jet airways people say i[censored] cancel the tickets you need to talk to mmt for the refund and the mmt people says you need to talk to jet airways people... We cant help you with this.. And my booking is refundable so this is like fooling the customers... I mean u can charge the pe laity.. But you need to refund the amount... This is like you people must be earing a hell lot of amount from people... I am so disappointed that i feel like never booking with jet airways... I really need a refund.. You can obviously deduct some amount... You need to help me with this.. I m not also cancelling it within 2-3 hours.. Near about 20 days before i am cancelling the tickets.. I need some answer please

                                      I have filed a complaint on 11.05.17 at 2.55 p.m. in connection with the refund against cancellation of tickets from Delhi to Mumbai & back, booked vide PNR No. TXKVAK. The complaint has been assigned No. 1566795. But till date no action has been taken on my complaint.

                                      Once again I am submitted my complaint for redressal.

                                      I have book 6 Jet Airways tickets online from Delhi to Mumbai and back on 10.05.17 at 4.25 p.m. The PNR number of these tickets is "TXKVAK". On 11.05.17 at 2.15 p.m., I contacted your office on phone and inquiry about the cancellation. They told me that if the cancellation is done within 24 hours, only convenience fee will be deducted. I requested to cancel only 3 tickets booked for Delhi to Mumbai for 07.06.17 and also informed that balance 3 tickets booked from Mumbai to Delhi for 15.06.17 is required to me. They informed me that all the 6 tickets are booked against one PNR, so I have to cancel all the 6 tickets. As the cancellation is within 24 hours, only convenience fee amount to Rs. 1200/- will be deducted for cancellation. Further, it is also informed that I have to book fresh tickets for Mumbai to Delhi for 15.06.17.

                                      As nominal amount is deducted for cancellation of 6 tickets, I agree for the same. They told me the procedure of cancellation. They also booked my tickets for Mumbai to Delhi for 15.06.17 from your office.

                                      Now, I come to know from my bank statement that an amount of Rs. 4, 440/- has been credited in my account on 16.05.17 instead of Rs. 22, 050/- against cancellation tickets.

                                      It is, therefore, once again humbly requested your good-self that as per provisions (as stated by your good office) only convenience fee i.e. 200/- per head may be deducted as the tickets were cancelled within 24 hours and requested that remaining balance amount of Rs. 17, 610/- may please be credited in my account at the earliest.

                                        For booking enquiry no person not available in jet airways counter in rajamandry airport. I am waiting from 1 hour. Niw 2:30 pm 26th april 2017 still i am waiting infront of jetairways counter. Complete empty room. No people nothing. No people in counter. I don't want to book any ticket from jetair in future. I really feel very bad.
