To whomsoever it may concern,
I posted on your social media and definitely there has been no response from you guys about the incident and the trouble i had to go through.... Now that i have settled in and have enough time to list down my horrific experience i have had with you guys..
I booked a return flight from dubai to mumbai - outward flight 9th may and returning fight on 14th may. I have always been someone who has given preference to your airline over others during all my travels, however that wont be the case anymore.

I was taking my flight back to dubai on 14th may and reached 3 hours earlier to departure, one of your employees at the desk ask me to wait and step aside because your flight was "full", i do not understand why you would sell me a ticket if you guys did not have seat. Responding to my query by saying we have the right to do so will not make things alright.
Your supervisor goes by the name -"madhuri" tells me that i will have to take the next flight out at 4pm and will be compensated with 10, 000 rupees which i did not accept. However, her tone changes and she tells me i do noot have another choice but book my own flight out of the airport, at this point i was furious, along with me there was a woman travelling with three children who was facing the exact same issue, your service was worst than air india and your staff inconsiderate.
Moving forward, i settled down for the next flight along with the compensation which i agreed to.
To my horror i was tricked into taking the next flight without being compensated and being treated rudely, your staff has been absolutely pathetic.
I missed an important i had in dubai along with the 6 hour ordeal i had to face waiting at the airport, i cannot explain in words as to how much i was put through. It was my first flying experience with you guys and i promise i will never fly with you guys again, you guys are thugs and worst than air india, i will make sure i dissuade every single person i know from travelling your airline. Extremely unprofessional and a shameful carrier to fly with.
I will be putting down formal complains with the airport authority and concerned consumer forums and will take it up with the highest authorities.
Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
